-I've been relatively active in a new discord server i joined for fandom discussion, and we've made a lot of development together for these aus, even if its lowkey just a group rp at this point and i think i've gotten to chat with these people enough that i can call them friends :] -I've started talking more in discord servers I'm usually inactive on,a nd people have been talking to me! it's really cool to get that feedback> -One of the people that I've started talking with more in one of the servers showed me some really cool fanfiction from this fandom I'm new to, but they've been in for a bit, and it makes me really happy, cuz now we've started bonding over it! :] -My mum brought me home a little orchid from the store last week, and taking care of it helps me take better care of myself too! remembering to get water, opening my window for sunlight, making sure my desk is clean and not i danger of clutter or spillage, -I've been making a lot of progress in my personal minecraft survival world! which is amazing news, because usually it's really difficult to stay motivated on minecraft worlds for me, unless i have other people to play with. But I love playing on this world alone! and it gives me hope that I can complete future projects on my own without getting bored! :D (bonus: its raining really hard where I am, and i love the rain)

I know that we lesbians have a very small dating pool in comparison to our straight friends and acquaintances, but I want every lesbian to know that you do not have to settle for the first wlw you meet. Take your time to find the right person for you. I know it’s tempting, when our dating pool is so small, to go for the first woman you meet who also likes other women, but it’s okay to wait and keep searching. You may feel like you have little to no romantic options in comparison to your heterosexual peers, and I can relate to this, seeing all the happy straight couples on my university campus, but if you just wait to find someone you’re truly attracted to, you will have a much happier and more fulfilling relationship. Don’t date a girl just because she’s also gay. Date someone because she’s kind and funny and her smile gives you butterflies. We deserve the proper kind of love.
