Veldigun/Human oc!

Okay so- The oc won the vote thing but unfortunately she is saying No to being drawn out- and so instead I will type her out and hey, maybe the fellow artist of the fandom can help me. Putting this under a read more cause I am gonna ramble.

Okay okay okay- I should mention this oc thing happens many years after the main doai story- In this case, the sitcom story line where alex turns into a velgiun (I promise this is relevant)

Her name is Beatrice- but everyone has always called her Bee. She's 17, has black hair, brown eyes, small in size (4'11), and her fashion sense would likely be kinda cottage core but if cottage core and pastel goth mixed. Crop top jean jacket with flower patterns along the edges, honey pot dangling earrings, A novelty bee backpack, so on and so forth.

She's quite energetic and friendly, although she's not the most popular kid but she's alright with that. She's got her friends, she's got her brother, she's got her moms, she got her mysterious (Yet wealthy and loving) god father (Who she's never seen face to face, only ever phone calls and once they tried zoom but he couldn't figure out how to turn the cam on.) She's hoping to study to be either a botanist or a biology once she gets to college age, which her scientific family loves.

She also has a fasciation with the super natural, with ghosts and ghouls and cryptids. This is...less than popular with her parents, and her god father seems to hate it, always trying to suggest and recommend different interests to have or to focus more on her main interests. It's not like she wants to upset them, it's just that....learning about creepy ghost stories and haunting old legends just- feels right. She can only assume the distain is because of those old Smiling snatcher stories, but those happened like- 23 years ago? She didn't get why everyone was still so hyper focus on those old rumors...

Well- after her school bus, heading to a field trip out of town, got body slammed by something massive and blue, she'd wake up maybe a hand full of miles away, head pounding, heart feeling just about ready to breach from her chest....And patches of her skin turned black as night with pale yellow strips, a tail with a stinger on the end and a pair of stripped wings that had torn apart her jacket to escape.

And well- I do want to keep the rest quite but I hope this caught your attention. This is basically what happened when I saw alex turning into a velgigun and I went- Hm, I want to make something like this but with a twist. Guess you all will have to wait and see what that twist is :D

A/N: Thanks to the lovely anon who requested this! This is a list I’ve actually wanted to write for a while, but I’d been slightly nervous/unsure about it. But as someone who’s also on the spectrum, I know how much comfort similar posts from other blogs have brought me! I also tried to keep this one a bit lighter, since someone asked for a separate list about meltdowns/shutdowns, but if there’s any specific reactions/hcs like this that you guys want, let me know! (Please note that these are based off my own knowledge/experience, so I’m sorry if they don’t fit for everyone)

Jin:

I feel like he’d be slightly confused and worried at first because he’s not sure what to do/how to help you, but once you explain a bit more, he gets a lot more comfortable, and really is such a good caregiver when he needs to be.

Catches onto your different stims pretty quickly and what each one means.

Like, y’all have whole conversations solely through funny little hums and stim noises.

Really good at reading and matching your mood/energy. You wanna talk about the Mayans nonstop for two hours? Cool! You want to just sit silently and do nothing? Also cool!

He’s really good at normalizing your symptoms and making them seem like nbd(because to him, they aren’t) Food sensitivities? He’s got them too! You hate loud noises and crowds? Same Honey, let’s get the fuck outta here! He knows they’re not quite the same thing, of course, but if it makes you feel more comfortable and safe being your true, unmasked self with him, then that’s all that matters to him.

Really good at calming you down when you feel overwhelmed or on the verge of meltdown.

Does his absolute best to bring your mood up whenever you’re struggling or feeling really down, pulling out his best dad jokes(even if they don’t make sense to you), bringing your favorite snacks, etc.

Yoongi:

I think he would handle it really well. Does his research after you tell him, and asks you about it casually during dates/hangouts.

So fucking respectful of your boundries. If you prefer to have your own space, he’s totally fine letting you do your own thing. If you need more closeness and cuddles, he’s all over that too, letting you sit right next to him while he works.

Not only lets you rant about your special interests, but makes the effort to take interest in them and asks questions. Randomly buys you little things related to them.

He’s so calming and soothing when you’re feeling stressed or overstimulated, understanding whenever you randomly need rest or quiet time(stress nap buddies)

Keeps things like extra sunglasses and headphones in his bag for you, just in case you forget yours.

Would have a lot of fun if you have audio stims, letting you listen to his new songs because your reactions and enthusiasm are so cute to him. Makes you panning audios as gifts.

Always there to look out for you whenever executive dysfunction decides to kick your ass. Washes the dishes, doing the laundry, restocking your safe foods, etc. He would also be really good at body doubling.

Hobi:

I honestly think he would be really good with an S/O on the spectrum. Like, he literally designed Mang, who is soo ND coded like omg😭, so I think he would be able to understand you really well.

(if you haven’t seen the videos of him talking about Mang’s personality and character traits during the re-design process last year, pls go watch them, I almost cried)

Loves buying you new fidgets and stim toys whenever he finds new ones to try(he even has a collection of chewlery that he wears bc he thinks they’re neat).

Is really good reading you and distracting you when you start to get overstimulated or anxious, sometimes noticing before you do.

Lowkey protective over you in spaces and situations he knows are stressful for you, positioning himself next to you whenever he spots things he knows bother you.

You know how Yoongi described him as a vitamin? That’s how it is for you now too.💛

He’s so stimmy himself, so he would find a lot of your stims really relatable and endearing. Like, if you start happy stimming, he can’t help but join right in, bouncing or squealing with you. It makes him so happy that you feel comfortable enough with him to share those parts of yourself with him.

Namjoon:

Instantly super supportive when you told him, making an effort to research on his own, as well as listening to your personal experiences to understand as much as possible.

Happily sits and lets you info-dump about your special interests. He honestly loves seeing you so passionate and animated about whatever you’re talking about and loves getting a glimpse into how your mind works(it was probably during one of these moments that he realized he was in love with you)

Surprisingly good pebbler, he’s always finding cool rocks or shells for your collections.

Doesn’t mind speaking for you on days when you’re nonverbal.

The sweetest when you’re feeling overstimulated. He closes all the curtains to make it dark and cozy and sits with you, talking as softly as needed or not talking at all, tapping your hand gently now and then to let you know he’s still there.

Soo protective over you, almost to a fault at times. Like, you might have to scold him once or twice about babying you, but he really doesn’t mean to, he just wants to make sure you’re safe and happy.

The world feels a lot less scary tho with him next you. You know if you need anything, he’s got your back.

Jimin:

The softest boi🥺 He was honestly a little scared when you first told him, because he didn’t want to do anything wrong and was worried he wouldn’t be ‘good’ at looking after you, but he quickly relaxed and grew more confident as he learned more from you.

The best comforter when you’re feeling overwhelmed or depressed, full of quiet reassurances and long hugs(if you’re okay with those). He’ll gladly cuddle with you under your weighted blanket for however long you need to feel better.

Literally set up a little “nest” for you at his place with a like beanbag chair and your favorite types of blankets/pillows, so you have your own place to just ‘be’ and recoup when you need it.

Carries fidget toys and sensory aids like sunglasses and headphones with him at all times, just in case you need them.

Really good at communicating with you on days when you’re nonverbal, whether through texts or little notes(which he always adds little doodles on to make your smile😊)

Makes sure you never feel guilty or like a burden to him for letting him in on those tougher days. If anything, they make him love you even more because of the trust you have in him.

It really makes him feel so proud and happy inside that you find so much comfort in his presence and that he gets to take care of you.💜

Taehyung:

Another that I think would be particularly good with a neurodivergent S/O. Like, everyone jokes about how he’s weird, so I think he’d love that you’re both your kind of own unique kinds of ‘weird’.

Happily rewatches your favorite comfort shows/films with you, and speaks in fluent film quotes with you.

Loves when you fidget and stim with his hands or fingers.

If you like pressure stims, he’s a dream come true. Like, the man’s a living weighted blanket, so when you basically give him a doctor's note for cuddles? He’s never gonna let you go.

As relaxed as he might come across sometimes tho, he’s super observant of your stims and triggers and takes it so seriously whenever you start feeling overwhelmed or stressed.

It doesn’t matter where you are or what you’re doing, if you need a break, he’s getting you to a quiet place where you can sit and just recalibrate.

Rivals Jin and Yoongi for top spot in the acts of service department on your bad days, making sure you eat properly, doing any household chores that need done. He even learned how to wash your weighted blanket so you don’t have to.

Jungkook:

Was definitely a little lost and overwhelmed when you first explained everything to him, but he really takes it in stride and tries to learn as much as possible to help make things easier for you where he can.

The King of comfort squeezes. Like you’ve seen his arms, he gives the best hugs, I just know it(especially on those “the weighted blanket isn't enough, I need a hydraulic press” days)

Loves learning about your special interests. Like, It’s no longer just your special interest, it’s our special interest. He’s even studying and finding things for it on his own to surprise you with.

Honestly plays with some of your fidget toys more than you do, lol! You might even end up giving him a few of his favorites😊

Gets super happy and smiley whenever you get echolalia of his songs.

Another member of the protective squad, ain’t no bad stimuli getting to his baby if he can help it!

The gentlest with you when you're overstimulated or having a tough day. Anything you need, he’ll do without question. All he cares about is making sure that you feel safe and comfortable🥺

Ough so my friends in a discord server and I had a silly little idea and that's modern day scott pilgrim :DDD I made a few character designs most of yall seen by now but I sorta wanna share the story that I tried my best to write out qwq wjjxjwkxkakdk so ugh yeah- anyways so far I just drew the boys/ my faves (joseph, mobile and neil as well as hollie-)

I did have a design for wallace and stephen (the discord elder/j pine designed Kim's modern day fit and yeyeyyey)

So far here are my designs:DDD (ignore the fact neil is drawn with a blue pencil crayon. My reds all died out on me :( )

Anyways (modern day story below-)

Basically sex bob-omb is a pretty successful band. Since neil is a twitch streamer and is roommates with stephen (who makes some appearances in Neil's streams here and there) sex bob-omb got a large audience to the point where they signed a contract with gman studios

Everything was great until they found out Scott's been dating a highschooler and dosnt even know it. They confront scott about this and scott was like "LOOK I DIDNT EVEN KNOW SHE WAS 17- I JUST ASSUMED SHE LOOKED YOUNGER THEN SHE ACTUALLY WAS-" while Kim scold scott stephen realizes neil was streaming the whole thing by accident so now word got out that one of the band members was dating a highschooler

Gman studios dropped sex bob-omb as a whole and stephen is considering to kick scott out of the band. Meanwhile scott had to break up with knives. She told her the harsh truth that she was just a rebound and that she's too young to date him. Like before he left her hanging at a record store and went back home

In this au, instead of just having 1 gay roommate, he has 2. >:DDD That other gay roommate is other scott. Since housing sucks, they moved in with other scott (and Jimmy, but Jimmy just doesn't live there he's just... there ...most of the time-

Like in the main story Ramona meets scott via his dreams and stuff and she works as a tattoo artist (idea by the same person who designed modern day ramona)

I don't have the full story down but i do have some bullet points which is

Stephen is stressed tf out and is debating on whether or not to kick scott out of the band

Gideon and Julie are still dating

Gideon is a discord mod AND a reddit mod JEJXJKWKZKAKZJWK

Again since stephen shows up on neils strems every now and then alot of Neil's fans simp over him-

Kim works at a sorta record store while hollie also works in a record store just in a dif location

Joe is still in college. He's 24 sure but his parents are strict af and made him go to school again (university of waterloo since that's in toronto right?????)

Envy is way more popular then before. Being big on social media platforms like tiktok and insta

Mobile is a huge Germaphobe especially after the whole covid virus

Neil is a pretty big twitch streamer :DD

Mobile is still a pyshic but is basically like saiki (saiki k)/ mob (mob pycho) and just want a normal life

Wallace works as a bartender (and that's where he meets mobile)

Hollie, Lisa, and envy are pretty big on tiktok (hollie for dances ig? Idk. Lisa for actin and envy for...yk being envy. She hot either way)

Other then that the au is just a mix of the anime and comics together with gman studios signing in sex bob-omb as one of thier clients. Scott needing to fix his personal life amd fight ramonas 7 evil exs and stuff

I also wanna try and focus on the other 4 characters (Kim, stephen, neil and knives) and thier own POV. I am trying to write a fanfic. Sad thing is I suck ass at writing qwq

the main reason i dislike this episode and need for speed is because zack doesnt ever get to learn. he was impulsive and it was bad in duke of vermeer, he was impulsive and it was bad in boston tea (okay fine, it shows us his younger self! fine with that) BUT THEN HE IS IMPULSIVE AND ITS BAD AGAIN NEXT TIME. FOR THE SAME REASONS whyyy wouldn't they take duke of vermeer as an opportunity to show his growth instead of making him out to be some angry no control childish idiot who sacrifices untold amounts for a little payback. and drags ivy down with him EVERY TIME

there's something so cool and sinister about ivy smiling, reassuring him, and then slowly pulling down the ski mask to hide any emotion. ivy and zack seem like they could have been prime targets for VILE recruitment- they could have gone down a much darker path

Chapter 1 | A Call With Your Past

Pairing: Eddie Munson x fem!reader

Summary | You and Eddie were childhood friends, best friend even. When your life changes drastically you runaway from Hawkins, leaving Eddie and Wayne without a goodbye. But when things go wrong she has no choice but to go back, a second chance for the two to finally admit their feelings.

Warnings | (18+) Adult Themes that some may find upsetting, mentions of abuse, alcohol/drug abuse, slurs directed at reader(f), swearing, angst, sexual references and eventual smut. Pls let me know if I missed anything x

Hawkins Indiana - Hawkins High School - 1984

The halls of Hawkins High echoed with the sound of shoes hitting the linoleum floor, you were late, again.

Your pants filled the small classroom where everyone's eyes looked up at you, Mrs Brown glared at you. Your science teacher was not clearly impressed–and not surprised with your tardiness. “Miss Y/N, how kind of you to join us. I'm assuming you didn’t use your time to retrieve your science textbook from your locker?” She stared unamused daggers at you. “You would be correct ma’am.” She sighed at your response, sitting down to indicate for you to go find your seat. Which was being used as a footrest for a particular brunette, your best friend and pain in the ass, Eddie Munson. “Hey you.” His grin reached his ears which made his dimples show, you returned his smile willingly. You kicked his feet off of your chair which was to his right, he reached his hands to his ankles, pretending to be in agonising pain. “Serves you right, who knows where your feet have been.”

“Hey I was just keeping it warm for you sweetheart.” You ignored the way the pet name he called you made your cheeks heat up, at least this morning you could blame it on having to run twenty minutes to get to school. “If you two are done, I’d like to continue my lesson.” Mrs Brown looked at the two of you with a stiff arm on her hip. Making the two of you share a tight lipped smile as Eddie handed over the science textbook and held it so the both of you could keep up.

“Hey, if you didn’t have a ride you could’ve called me.” Eddie nudged you playfully as the two of you pushed past other students in the hallway. “You want to be my knight in shining armour? Arriving at my castle on your noble steed.” You sang, pressing the back of your hand to your head, pretending to pass out, making Eddie shake his head at your joking nature.

I’ll always take care of you sweetheart. Those were the words he told you when you both started high school, and he kept his word. “I would’ve but my father ‘assured’ me that he would be conscious this morning. Serves me right for believing him I guess, but it’s fine. I could use the exercise.” You shrugged, catching his concerned eyes gazing into the side of your head.

Eddie cared about you so much that it scared him sometimes. Especially times like today when you were late to class, even though they happened frequently, he still found himself nervously playing with his ring clad fingers. He knew you didn’t like to talk about your parents much, the same way he didn’t like talking about his, a mutual understanding.

But you were an optimist, you always believed that one day you would wake up and you didn’t live in a trailer park and your parents had office jobs that would go out together on the weekends.

A normal life.

He didn’t pester you anymore, deciding against pissing you off. The two of you found your spots at the table that was declared to the ‘freaks’ where Jeff and Gareth had been waiting. “Hey Eddie, anymore on our shirt designs?” Jeff spoke as he shovelled the cafeteria ‘lasagna’ into his mouth, making you wince in disgust.

Maybe if these boys weren’t complete animals, they wouldn’t be such outcasts. Especially Eddie, you had told him off numerous times, telling him it wouldn’t kill him to stop carrying his lunchbox with drugs in it.

You rolled your eyes, remembering the torture Eddie had put you through over the weekend going on about their new club. “Oh god please do not get him started! I swear this boy has never used an iron before in his life. Now all of a sudden I’m working my ass off getting all of these shirts pressed.”

“Oh please, the most you had to do was walk to old lady Drewett’s trailer and ask her to iron them for you.” Eddie exasperated at your dramatics, besides she wouldn’t iron them if he showed up at her doorstep. “It’s not my fault I’m so down with the grandparents.” You shrugged as you reached down to your backpack that you carried with you to the cafeteria, reaching in and handing the boys their personal ‘Hellfire Club’ shirts. “Here we go gentlemen.” You bowed your head, always being one for mock dramatics, you held the shirts out for the boys.

All their mouths fell open as they gushed over them, Eddie clearly admiring his work. “Now we just need to recruit a few others, and then we can start our first campaign as Hellfire!” Eddie exclaimed happily, making you smile.

You felt some sort of pride, seeing him light about the DnD club that he was creating, he was gleaming with pride. Eddie hated school, if it weren’t for you being so adamant on the two of you graduating together he probably would drop out.

You loved how excited it made him, when Eddie was in his element, he glowed, his beautiful aura that made him different from all the other boys. It made him Eddie.The two of you had been friends since you were kids, you honestly don’t remember a part of your life without him.

It all started with you finding him at the lake behind the trailer park where the two of you lived. Your parents told you to go outside and play while they had a visit from some ‘unsavoury’ guests, so you wandered to the lake just behind the trailer park, it was the only quiet place around. His hair was shorter then, his shoulders shook as you approached him. You walked up to him and sat down beside him, you dipped your bare feet into the water, looking at the boy with understanding eyes. You were only a kid but you knew what the shouting coming from his trailer meant, you knew all too well. Without a word you split the muffin you held in your hand that you were going to eat on your own, but sweets always made you feel better so maybe it would make him stop crying. He took it gingerly from your small hand, not used to someone so close in age treating him with such kindness.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - 1988

You stood inside the dingy ‘Highway 70 Hotel’, pacing in circles as your fingers anxiously fiddled with the coiled phone cord. Your eyes were glued on your son Christopher who was on the ground in front of the TV, watching the morning cartoons with his bowl of cereal, totally oblivious to the nervous breakdown you were about to have.

You dialled the familiar number that you had memorised since you were fourteen, your fingers shook as you held the receiver to your ear. The few seconds that it rang felt like hours were ticking away. “Wayne speaking.” His voice was gruff, making your breath hitch as you heard the familiar voice. “Wayne? It’s uh, it’s Y/N.”

His side of the line was silent for a moment, you could only imagine him running his hand through his buzz cut hair. “Geez kiddo, it’s been a long time. How ya been?” You tried not to scoff at the irony of his question.

Fucken great Wayne, my ex-husband that you didn’t even know I had, kicked me out and I’ve been in and out of hotels. Oh! And I also had a kid.

But you could never lie to Wayne. You let out a pained sob, you haven’t had anyone to talk to for over a week except the local weirdos that sat around the hotel room you were staying in. “Not good Wayne, I uh- god everything is just shit. I know I don't deserve your help, but I don’t have anyone else to ask for help and I–”

“Slow down would ya? Look, I told you that you would always be family, that hasn’t changed. You know I’ll always be here if you need me, now what do you need?”

That conversation with Wayne was just over three weeks ago, a week after your husband Michael had basically kicked you out, along with your son Christopher. Now you were in your car that was packed to the brim of all your belongings, well at least the most important ones. Your eyes watered at the sight, trying to fit you and Christopher's life into the backseat of your car, going back to the only place you could. Hawkins.

You sigh into the steering wheel, mixture of anxiety and a night without sleep pouring out of you, the hotel bed you slept on last night felt like cardboard. Your fingers clutched the steering wheel tightly, as your knuckles turned white, your wedding band glistened as the sun shone onto it, your brain reminding you of the last time you spoke with Michael.

“Why are you getting mad at me Y/N? You wanted this, not me!” Your eyes glared at the back of his head as he turned to walk away to the kitchen. He had been out with his friends after work, a ritual that he had been doing frequently as of late. Leaving you and Christopher alone in your home. He was an awful drunk, he spat venom where he would usually say the most loving words to you. It put up with this from your own parents growing up, you had no intention of doing it now. “Are you fucking kidding me?” You whisper yelled at him, making sure to not wake up your son, you thought of how sweet and kind he was when you told him you were pregnant, how he was always going to take care of you. Back when he was kinder. Even though you were at least a head shorter than him you stomped towards him your lack of height was made up by your anger. “You should’ve thought about that before you decided ‘last minute’ to not bother wearing a condom!”

“Oh, here we go! So it’s my fault!”

“It’s no one's fault! This was both of us, it takes two people to make a baby Michael! But you are deciding now, about three years too late, that you don’t want to do this anymore!”

“You're right, I don't want to do this! What do you want me to do, pretend we are in love. Raise a kid who probably isn't even mine.” His last comment made you stop in your tracks, he actually had the nerve to say that Christopher wasn’t his. “How. Dare. You.” You hissed, raising your finger accusingly. Every time he drank like this he would accuse you of infidelity, even though he knew very well you hadn’t been with anyone but him. “What? You know that’s what everyone said in highschool, that you're a whore that couldn’t keep her legs closed. Especially for that freak Munson–” His slurred accusations were cut short as your palm struck his cheek, you flinched at the sight of his eyes glaring down at you with his drunken stupor. “You know I haven’t slept with anyone else, so don’t. You. Dare! Accuse me of cheating when you are in no position to talk!” You poked his chest as you spoke, only angering him more. You were expecting him to put his hands on you, to scream at you even.

Instead he stood up straight and glared at you taking large steps towards you, all fury in you dissipated as you backed into the wall behind you. His breath reeked of alcohol as he leaned forward, his mouth just centimetres from your ear. “I want you gone tomorrow. You do not want to be here when I get back.” He spoke slowly, dark– it sent shivers down your spine. It was rare that you were truly scared of him. He grabbed his keys from beside you and slammed the door shut behind him.

You didn’t have anywhere else to go, both of your parents were deadbeats, you hadn’t seen them since you were a teenager. Hell, you didn’t even know if they were alive, being told that one day your parents just up and left, and no one had seen them since.

The only person you had that was close to a parental figure was dear old Wayne Munson. Basically taking you in when your parents neglected you, would he be disappointed in you when you saw him? You were a cocaine addiction away to turning out just like her, already ticking teenage pregnancy off the list.

What would it be like going back home? You knew there would be the nosy, judgemental stares from everyone that resided in that god forsaken town. Hawkins was no exception to the small town traditions, you knew people talk. Maybe Michaels mother has already been spewing her son's bullshit around town, that you were a whore, and that Christopher wasn’t even his.

You wondered if Wayne told Eddie. God, what were you going to say to him? Did he hate you for leaving all those years ago? It’s not like you would blame him if you did.

‘Hey sorry I got knocked up and left town without telling you. Sorry we didn’t leave for California together like we planned, I lost my virginity to an asshole– want to meet my son?’

A loud groan emitted from deep in your chest, you let your head hit the top of the steering wheel in your hands. Just wishing you didn’t have to confront everyone from your past. A soft giddy giggle made you raise your head, tucking your chin into your shoulder, smiling at Christopher who sat in his car seat behind you His wide smile grew even bigger as he noticed you turning your attention to him, the few teeth that had grown in stook out. Making you return the giggle as you pinched his chubby cheeks. “You ready buddy?”

I don't know what else to say, I explained over and over why I fell in love with his character, his story and his character development, how you can see a story of a groomed child who realized that he deserves better and so he went and reclaimed his own freedom and identity, no matter the pain he went through. He's flawed, he's a war criminal, he is easily manipulated through his emotions, but he's also noble and kind and full of love to give and with impressive mental fortitude. And it's all canon! It's just a matter of reading it! :D

Yes I am aware he's basically a smoothie of Alucard and Guts with a sprinkle of Shadow on top, but I don't care, I love him and he's so cool and it helps that his swag is part of the reason I find CoD so fun despite its flaws :P

Joachim:

I will never be over how Joachim got such a lovely design, a slapping theme, and a tragic elaborated backstory that ties him with Walter, only for him to be a random boss on the same level as a damn parasite.

Joachim is cool. He's super fun to play as: his powers turn LoI into a joke, which would make him a force to be reckoned with in-universe. He's a believable anti-villain, and a potential anti-hero were he allowed to live. He should have been allowed to live :( I'm currently going insane with AUs where he became the Lord of Walter's castle while Leon still did his thing. I have fun imagining his personality after he stops being an angry teen tortured to the point of insanity. I'd love to see his chemistry with Leon, Walter and Mathias (and, in a self-indulging way, Hector and Isaac - he'd relate to them :3). But alas, it was not meant to be...

Julius:

tfw i'd have more to say about christopher and soleil than him

Julius for me was the victim of hype. He's pretty much the Chuck Norris of Castlevania, but his reputation hinges on something we never got to see. His boss fight is certainly awesome, but when I think of a Belmont that thoroughly kicked my ass, I think of Trevor :P and playing as him... I don't know, it didn't give me the feeling that I was playing as the strongest Belmont in history.

I don't know, I'm sure one can get lost into the potential of the Belmont who finally broke the cycle of Dracula, but I don't think much about the Sorrow games, sorry.

Beach Day: AOT Version

Okay so I have a few ideas lined up for my next posts (including requests and a part 2 for this) so I'll try to pump those out! I'm still working on my Eren series but I'll post those after these few.

Also everyone is in one big friend group in those bc I said so

Eren Jaeger

he's one of those white guys that tans really easily, but he still gets a little burnt

wears those fitted 5" inseam swim trunks with no shirt, not the loose shorts that go to the knees

people will stare at him for sure, but he has on thing on his mind: the best spot to set up

once he helps you (and the group) set up, he's heading for the water

regardless of what kind of bathing suit you decide to wear, or just outfit in general, he'll be all over you

connie ropes him into being buried under the sand and he falls asleep there

gets into silly competitions with Jean and Reiner like making sandcastles

wants to nap a few hours in and will tap out asap

honestly really fun to be around at the beach

Jean Kirstein

I already said this for Eren but it applies for everyone, everyone will be staring as soon as they all show up

Jean has the same style shorts as Eren with a white button down, but unbuttoned and has nice sunnies

brings everything that you may need, including ten pairs of underwear even if it's a day trip

he and Eren will scope out the best spot to set up

brings his sketchbook and various mediums so he can unwind and illustrate the scene in front of him

since I see him as being a sap and romantic at heart, he for sure paints you candidly and all of his friends

goes on yelp to find the best restaurants beforehand, especially hole in the wall places

wants to match with you but lowkey, like matching colors or complementary colors

he doesn't get too tan, but he doesn't burn easily, but that's probably bc he slathers on that spf every two hours

Armin Arlet

Armin and Eren went together to get their trunks and they both liked the design so much that they decided to math <3

I can also see him wearing a t-shirt, whether it's a cotton one or a swim shirt

Jean and Annie make sure he puts on sunscreen bc he burns, and it's so bad that someone brings aloe gel for him in case he forgets he does

brings a stack of books to read when he's not in the water and he finishes all of them

wants to go collect seashells either with or for you, Sasha went with him for a bit but stepped on one and quit

begs everyone to stay long enough for the sunset and they all end up thanking him

brings lots of popsicles and water bottles for everyone and devours every popsicle he has

I think he overheats pretty easily so he lays down on your towel every now and then

wants to try to do those fun lil designs that people do with sunscreen, it works 1 out of 10 times :(

Connie Springer

wears the longer trunks with a goofy ass design like something from sponge bob or if he's bold enough, a speedo

he tans the most but it's unintentional like Eren actually may lay out in the sun sometimes but Connie never does

ropes everyone into some kind of game, usually volleyball or chicken

brings all the alcohol with Porco and the weed is brought between him and Eren, but it's mostly Connie's

will be all over you the second you settle down, but doesn't want anyone else to make heart eyes towards you

grabs you and runs towards the water, if you're not comfy with that then he'll bother you in another way like how little kids always bother their moms LOL

wants you to put his sunscreen on for him so bad and will moan obnoxiously loud for no reason at all like pls kick his ass but he'll put yours on for you so he's fine ig

falls asleep on the sand like maybe he was on the towel at first but he rolled off and Jean and Sasha buried him in sand, they also drew a dick with sunscreen on him LMAOOO but he flaunts it

when he's coming back from the water or from wherever he ventured off too, he'll approach you like it's the first time you've met and flirt with you just to see you all flustered

AHHGHF SORRY THIS TOOK SO LONG, THE YOI AU IS A BIG INCOHERENT MESS SO I STRUGGLED TO PUT IT INTO WORDS <//3

THIS IS ALSO SUCH A LONG REPLY BC I JUST. RAMBLE. I AM SO SORRY IF THIS MAKES NO SENSE, IT IS ABSOLUTELY ALL OVER THE PLACE-

Okay! So I really really love the AU, but sadly there's no cohesive plot to follow if we're gonna be honest- I have a few points, like the banquet I changed up, and Akutagawa's appearance as Atsushi's coach is also changed, but other than that I really just have this to draw connections and put sskk in silly little YoI scenarios </3

I tried real hard to match BSD characters to YoI but it was just not working for me [I've been messing with this AU for like, a year after all] Even deciding between Akutagawa and Atsushi as who would be Viktor and Yuuri was a bit complicated, bc I personally think it has potential either way. The obvious, and generally more fitting choice is the one I went with ofc, but I think a version where Atsushi is Akutagawa's coach would be just as interesting!

Anyway, despite being mostly just for kicks, I still tried to put thought into it!

With how Yuuri was constantly surprising and surpassing Viktor's expectations, I figured Akutagawa's ability to surprise Atsushi with his actions would work well. [Also because I think the scene in the parking lot where Viktor tells Yuuri he'll resign as his coach if he doesn't make it to the podium is very reminiscent of the scene in s3 with the imagery of Akutagawa shattering from Atsushi's reckless words-] But again, Akutagawa as Viktor works just as well since Yuuri says in the very first episode that Viktor never ceased to surprise him, if we're going that route. As well as the fact that both sskk and Viktuuri learn from each other throughout their respective journeys together.

Like Atsushi's 2 costumes being based around his ADA design/The Tiger, and Beast, or Akutagawa having a lighter coat/his overall main design being a lot brighter to symbolize the change from yk, the Mafia in canon. I also threw in the Ch88 themed look for Akutagawa's younger version because I wanted to draw Akutagawa with longer hair, but the design itself is supposed to symbolize a sort of 'end' to his skating. Since Viktor begins to lose inspiration further down the line until meeting Yuuri, that's what I'm trying to implement with the design. If that makes any sense-

Since Akutagawa in canon had been searching for worthy opponents as a way to gain Dazai's approval, when he finally met his match against Atsushi he was practically thrilled [for lack of better words/to put it simply--] So I'm taking that idea and throwing it into this AU as Akutagawa gaining back his passion for skating when he sees the potential in Atsushi even despite his loss at the GPF. Speaking of, the banquet also goes a bit differently-

I figured stripping and pole dancing wasn't really Atsushi's style, I don't know how to explain it so I might doodle it sometime, but I have this old ass screenshot of me talking about this AU to mildly sum it up

And going back to Atsushi's 1st costume being ADA themed, I wanted that to tie into Yuuri's first program being about his career and life, and the love he has for the people who stuck by him through everything. The ADA is kind of a perfect example for that, I mean, Atsushi's entire uniform was given to him by each member so I figured it was a perfect parallel. Although there really isn't a tie between the Beast costume and Yuuri's Eros program though- That was just for fun, in a way.

I also definitely want the ADA itself to act as the hot springs that Yuuri's family runs, but I can't figure out which characters would be which person- I'm ALL ears for any suggestions for that btw, I literally only have sskk decided, everyone else is a toss up-

Ahg, there's so much more I'm forgetting, I'm sure, but I wanted to answer this somehow bc I've been dying to get out my thoughts for this AU
