Ghosties part 2
part 1
Technically, Oakleaf Books employees were not allowed to sit in the armchairs on the job. Today, Dipper simply did not care. The only other person on shift was Cami, and she was at the register and also not a narc. Dipper had caught her three too many times in the maintenance closet hooking up with her boyfriend and was secure enough in their general distrust and understanding of each other that each of their secrets were safe. It’s not as though they were really doing anything worth losing their jobs over. (Well, Dipper wasn’t). Business was slow. Sometimes you just can’t bring yourself to pick up another book. Dipper had read an entire shelf’s worth of books in the science fiction section already, and he had only been working for a week so far.
The tinkling of the bell that hung above the door broke Dipper’s attention from his book. He set it down and stood up, stretching his shoulders as he did so.
“Hi,” he said as the new customer faced him. “Can I help you find anything?”
“Eh, naw, I’m good, I think,” the man said. Dipper tried inconspicuously to watch him as he wandered over to the historical non-fiction aisle. What was a guy with spiked frosted tips, a lip ring, and surfer shorts doing in historical non-fiction?
“You lookin’ for a reference book or something?” Dipper heard Cami ask. She had evidently left her post at the register, something she had already been warned about by their boss multiple times. Dipper momentarily wondered if he should take it over for her, but he decided it wasn’t worth not getting to listen to their conversation.
“Naw, but you got any books in here about–”
Cami put up her hand and the man went silent. “I’m gonna stop you right there. I have no idea. Maybe Dipper can help you?”
Dipper popped his head around the bookshelf that separated them.
“Sure. What are you looking for?” he asked.
“Mm, I’m lookin’ for somethin’ about this area, yanno? Like the history of here and stuff.”
“Oh. Um, yeah, we have some books on the local history…” Dipper began browsing the aisle with the man. After a few minutes, he discovered a leatherbound journal, seemingly written by an early settler of Oregon. He walked over to the man and presented it to him. “How about this?”
“Nice!” the man said after just a second’s lookover. He flipped it over and his spirits visibly died upon looking at the price. “Damn… Mind if I stay here and read it?”
“Not at all,” Dipper said, the corner of his mouth curling slightly. Who was this guy and what did he want with an early Oregon settler’s diary? If Dipper had had to guess on the man’s preference, he’d suggest surfers’ memoirs or maybe young adult science fiction or something. “There’s plenty of places to sit. We close at eight.”
“Thanks man.” He took the journal over to a worn armchair at the end of the aisle and plopped down into it, opening up the book to the first page.
Dipper bit back the urge to question the man about his choice of reading materials and slunk back over to his own armchair. He picked up his book, and only looked back up again when he felt a shadow fall over him. Startled, Dipper nearly dropped the book into his lap as he snapped his head up to look at the imposing figure above him.
“Oh, did I scare ya?” the man from earlier asked, an amused smile on his face. Dipper shook his head very unconvincingly. “Well, it’s almost eight so I gotta get goin’, but is there any way you could save this book for me? Like put it in the back or somethin’?”
“Oh, sure,” Dipper nodded. He stood up and took the book from the man, the same leatherbound journal from earlier. “Are you coming back tomorrow?”
“Yep. I’m doin’ research. My friend keeps talkin’ about historical stuff about the town, stuff even our history professor doesn’t know, and I’m tryna fact-check him, ‘cause ya know people can make stuff up to seem smart sometimes. He said he’d give me 100 dollars if I found anything that didn’t match up with what he said. But so far I’ve only found things that prove him right. He won’t tell me where he gets any of his information, though. Say, this is a little random, but do you happen to be lookin’ for a cheap place to stay? He needs a new roomie.”
“Um…” Dipper had to take a moment to process all of that information. “I mean, the place I’m staying right now is definitely not ideal, but it’s the best I could find, price-wise. I don’t… have a lot of money.”
Sure, the hotel was cheap, which was fine if this was going to be a short trip. But the days were drawing on and all Dipper had managed to do so far was scout certain areas where people had reported seeing ghosts… or something of the like. Dipper couldn’t be exactly sure what was going on. He had spent days trying to figure out if this was a haunting, the work of demons or magic, just a case of mass hysteria, or perhaps a Charlie No-Face situation. But Dipper knew it was ghosts. A visit to a reportedly haunted playground had provided him with five human teeth, sitting neatly on the stained seat of a rusty swing. But a few teeth on an old swing set did not pay the daily $40 Dipper needed in order to stay in his dingy, dirty hotel room. At the pace his investigation was going, rooming with some college student would actually be cheaper.
“Hey, that’s chill,” the man said. “My buddy Wirt charges practically nothing for rent, it’s crazy. He’s got his own house, paid off mortgage an’ all, so he doesn’t really need people to pay rent all that much. I’m sure you two could work somethin’ out, if you wanted t’ move. What’s your number? I can send you his information.”
“Oh, thanks.” Dipper spluttered out his number, and within a minute he felt a vibration in his back pocket. He cleared his throat. “Um, I’ll definitely check it out. Uh, what’s your name? For the hold?”
“Mikey Bluff,” the man replied. Dipper wrote down the name on a piece of scrap paper and set it and the book behind the front desk. No, he had not been trained on holdings. Or anything, really.
“Cool. Thanks for coming in, Mikey. Um, see you tomorrow?”
“Yeah, see ya!” Mikey waved on his way out the door. Dipper watched him and waited until he was out of sight from the shop windows before he took out his phone and looked at the text Mikey had sent him.
It was a link. Dipper tapped it dubiously, reasoning that Mikey seemed nice enough and would definitely be coming back for his book, so there was no chance he was pulling one of those funny pranks where you give someone’s phone a virus or steal their data. A web browser popped up, loaded for a moment, and then opened. The site seemed to be a specific forum for local students to post ads for roommates. Wirt’s was front and center, the background a deep shade of red and all the neatly arranged boxes of texts and photos outlined in dull gold. Wirt’s picture and name were in the top left corner.
Not bad, Dipper thought to himself before he had time to fully process. He blinked, then smiled incredulously. Here he was, on a ghost hunt in a new town, living in a shitty hotel, working a boring job, barely making enough to eat, and he was drooling over the first guy who was even remotely his type? Shaggy dark hair, hazel-green eyes, sharp features… a total stranger. Dipper supposed he was lonely. Besides, the thought of prematurely developing a crush on a guy who he may or may not be living with soon was an awful idea. Dipper pushed all unnecessary thoughts and feelings away, including the loneliness which threatened to pull him under a tidal wave of emotions anytime he dwelled on it for too long.
...Everything was fine.
Wirt’s ad gave a general description of the house– a four bedroom, four and a half bath, three-story mansion compared to what Dipper had been cramped into for the past week. Rent was, just as Mikey had said, ‘negotiable’. The ad didn’t have quite enough information for Dipper’s liking, but it gave Wirt’s phone number and address, which meant in order to find out if this was a good fit for him, Dipper would need to actually talk to Wirt. Which, again, the thought shouldn’t have been as harrowing as it was, considering Dipper might be living with him soon.
I wonder if there’s information on this guy, Dipper thought, tapping on anything around the page that might be a link. Sure enough, Wirt’s profile popped up. Once again, there were only the absolute basics. Twenty, renting a room in a house on campus. Nothing else. Scrolling down, Dipper began to think his phone was glitching. Wirt had posted this same ad multiple times already. It took a few scrolls before Dipper was finally at the bottom and was faced with the first-ever ad Wirt had ever put out. It was from last summer. Every one of the ads was posted on a different date, spanning almost a year, so it couldn’t have just been a glitch. Dipper examined the dates, noting that usually there was a month or two between each posting, a few for longer, and even some just a few weeks apart. That was… odd. Sure, this was a college town, people come and go, but it just seemed like a lot. Why were so many people so hot to get in, and then out of there? Dipper decided he would ask about it the next time Mikey came around. Maybe this was all some detailed human trafficking scheme, and Wirt was going to hold him hostage and then sell him away to god knows where. Or maybe Dipper was just being paranoid again.
Whatever the case, he needed to get out of that damn hotel room.

This is actually a rather nice find! This was the very first artwork I made for the fic back in early 2019. Back then the fic was called stars

Pinescone hc idea:
Ok so like it’s sorta like beast!Wirt except his soul isn’t in the lantern *yet* he still has to light it.
His step dad gets a job in gravity falls and so they all move there.
Wirt obviously hates it bc spooky woods are a huge Nono thx trauma.
Meets Dipper and they work together to reveal the mysteries of the unknown and junk. Oh btw Wirt lot the candle and now is starving bc he doesn’t wanna hurt anyone
Possibly more story but I haven’t thought that far ahead

One of the best things about being an ot3 shipper, in my opinion, is reading fanfics/oneshots that are only about two of the three and then writing a oneshot with the third one it.
And then just absolutely doing nothing with it! No one will know absolutely how many fanfics I have done this with. How many times I’ve imagined my ot3. It’s just for my own sick entertainment. I am a zoo animal, the fanfics are the zookeepers and writing oneshots are the toys the zookeepers give me for my enrichment.

ask thing: dibper, pinescone, wirt/sara, and uhhhhhhh crackship time: what do you think mabel/sara would be like
Bestie I am now in love (platonically) with you for this I am kissing you on the mouth
Dibper
Tumblr media
I like your interpretation of it, but I wonder if those two together is a combination of high strung anxiety + high strung anxiety that will feed into itself and create toxicity/be bad for the characters LMAO. But ur art of it makes me 👀👀
Pinescone
Tumblr media
LITERALLY MY FAVORITE EVER, I love them so much. It’s mostly because of the Mystery Best Friends fics, I think, but I am OBSESSED!! I love them. Literally the only fanfic I’ve ever written was for them. Little babies.
Poeticbee
Tumblr media
I LOVE THEMM SO MUCH I love their dynamic, Wirt is whipped for her and her grounding energy seems to give him confidence and make him a little more relaxed/let him be himself, which is what he needs. I wish we had seen more of their dynamic, but I love it! They’re precious
Mabel/Sara
Tumblr media
I CACKLED this is so good omg - I think it could work, maybe! Sara’s grounding energy that works so well on Wirt might make her too calm for Mabel’s… adventurous spirit. But she also seems really easy going, so I could still see it working. This would definitely be a ship that’s relaxed vs unhinged vibes, and those are always fun as hell.

So I have a question about some of your old fanfics of pinescone angst. Do you ever think about taking one of them and making a series dedicated to them moving past eachother and finding a second love interest that’s healthy. For example continuing the story for ‘the lights flickered out’ And letting Wirt move past dipper and finding someone who makes him happy
Hey hey, whoever you are, thank you so much for sending these messages. I love answering asks, especially about Pinescone and my writing. To be honest, I kind of like them as oneshots. Every once in awhile I get hit with the angst bug. Usually I prefer hurt/comfort, or angst with a happy end-- but sometimes, sometimes I just want really painful, no one wins in the end fics. I love both The Lights Flicker Out & Stay With Me, because it pushes me to focus on the genre and plan more. I almost gay Stay with Me a happier ending, but in the end, I committed to the angst, because some people do enjoy a good heartbreaking narrative. And for all my sad fics, I have plenty of comforting ones. Also I ship them so much, I can't really imagine who I'd pair them with-- and not yearn to bring them back together. I'd want them to stay together, but the story dictates that they can't. I actually do have a new angst in the works, though that's a surprise.

Let Your Heart Be Light
Summary:
Dipper and Wirt have waited until a week before Christmas to put up all their decorations.
How will they survive the cold weather, the endless anticipation of waiting for the kettle to boil, and the dozens of mistletoe hung around the house?
Time will only tell.
”Remind me why we waited until the week before Christmas to start decorating?” Dipper grumbled. He was stood on top of a ladder, stringing Christmas lights on the house while Wirt assisted him from below. They had both agreed that Dipper was less of a fall risk then Wirt.
“Because we have no concept of time.” Wirt chuckled, amused. He was rather fond of the view he had of his husband from the ground. Dipper just looked all strong and tough hanging their cutesy Christmas lights. He was all for making this last as long as possible.
“At this point, I don’t know why we even bother. It’s just the two of us for Christmas day anyway.”
“Hush,” Wirt said. “Don’t ruin our Christmas spirit. Besides, Mabel and Greg would be upset if we didn’t have at least a few lights. Sure, they won’t be here for Christmas day but you know they’ll still complain if we don’t even have a tree up.”
“I suppose,” Dipper said, hanging the last of the lights on the roof of their porch. He climbed down the ladder and stood back to admire his work.
“Looks wonderful, love,” Wirt remarked. “I have to admit that I did have ulterior motives for putting up Christmas decorations though.”
“Oh really?” Dipper wrapped his arm around Wirt’s waist. “Enlighten me. Did you just want to see your husband suffer while he lugged a giant tree into the house?”
“That may be a part of it,” Wirt smirked and wrapped his arms around Dipper’s shoulders. “Honestly? I love this time of year. I get to snuggle up with my husband under blankets on the couch. And maybe, just maybe, I can convince him to dance with me to our old records.”
“Hm, quite the romantic aren’t you?” Dipper kissed his rosy cheek. “Dancing with the Christmas tree in the background and the fireplace on sounds absolutely perfect.”
“Doesn’t it? Also, I’m not the only romantic in this relationship. I’m sure you had some ulterior motives too; Or is the excessive amount of mistletoe around the house just a coincidence?”
“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” Dipper replied. “Now let’s go inside, I can’t feel my fingers.”
Wirt chuckled and helped Dipper put the ladder back in the garage. As they entered their house, Dipper stopped and nonchalantly gestured to the mistletoe above the entrance. Wirt sighed exasperatedly but smiled and leaned in for a kiss. He would endure this at least twenty more times before they even made it to the living room but such was Wirt’s life. Sometimes, he would doge the mistletoe every time he spotted them but the pouting and whining were too much for his heart. It was all teasing though, Wirt could never get enough of Dipper’s kisses.
Once they made it to the living room, both thoroughly warmed up, Dipper went to turn on Christmas tree lights. Wirt went into the kitchen to make them both some tea.  He pondered over what mugs to choose. He decided on the two with sweater-print pine trees on the front, a combined gift from Greg and Mabel. They would be visiting for just three days, but Wirt was excited to see them nonetheless.
Humming to himself, he waited for the kettle to boil, when he felt a pair of arms wrap around his waist. “Hey, stranger.”
“Hey, you.” Dipper squeezed him. “I missed you.”
“I didn’t go far.” Wirt laughed.
“You deprived me of cuddles. Sounds like abuse to me.”
“How could I be so cruel?” Wirt turned in his arms to face him. “Guess I’ll have to make up for it. Just let me finish the tea and I’m all yours.”
“Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think you became all mine about a year ago.” Dipper lifted Wirt’s left hand and kissed his wedding ring. “I suppose I can wait until the tea is done. I may die of loneliness before that happens though.”
“Don’t be overdramatic,” Wirt giggled and kissed his nose. “I’ll be here forever. You know ‘in sickness and in health’ and all that jazz? I’m pretty sure I meant all that. You’re welcome to help me if you feel so deprived of my attention.”
“I think I can manage that.” Dipper kissed his hand again before going to their tea cabinet. He decided on the peppermint tea and placed a tea bag in both their mugs. The electric tea kettle clicked off once it finished boiling the water. Wirt poured a generous amount into each mug and set the kettle aside. The two made their way to the living room with mugs in hand and settled onto the couch. Dipper sat next to him then decided against it in favor of sitting with his legs on Wirt’s lap. He took a sip and sighed contently.
“Happy now?” Wirt chuckled and rubbed his feet with his free hand.
“Definitely.” He wiggled his toes. He was wearing slipper socks clad with kittens that Mabel had made him for Christmas last year. It felt a little ridiculous to wear them but it was too damn cold to worry about fashion.
He closed his eyes and rested his head on the couch. They sat in peaceful silence until Wirt started humming. Dipper recognized the tune immediately and smiled. He sat his mug on the coffee table and with a wiggle of his eyebrows at his husband, he went to their record player in the corner. With a little rummaging, he found the one he wanted and put it on.
Wirt watched Dipper curiously, he blushed at the music playing from the record player. So he really is going to dance with me. Dipper turned to him and smiled. He offered his hand and said, “May I have this dance?”
“You may.” Wirt smiled and set his mug next to Dipper’s and took his hand. Dipper wrapped his arms around Wirt’s waist as Wirt wrapped his around Dipper’s shoulders. They swayed slowly with the Christmas lights twinkling in the background. Wirt hummed along and eventually began to sing softly.
Have yourself a merry little Christmas
Let your heart be light
From now on our troubles will be miles away
Dipper hummed with him and softly spun him, making Wirt giggle. He pulled him closer and if it was even possible, he fell even more in love with him. Wirt’s blushing face and carefree giggles made his heart flutter. He wanted to keep him close forever. He rubbed their noses together then sang softly into his ear.
Through the years we will all be together
If the fates allow
Hang a shining star upon the highest bough
And have yourself a merry little Christmas, now
Wirt’s eyes began to tear up at the words. He knew every day that Dipper loved him. Sometimes, though, he could feel the way his heart beat heavily. It was almost as if Dipper couldn’t control his love for him and it made Wirt want to cry. Dipper’s love was staggering and Wirt felt that same love for him in return. He was incredibly blessed, lucky, gifted. There were not enough words to describe his feelings so he merely held Dipper closer.
Have yourself a merry little Christmas
So, have yourself a merry little Christmas, now
“Merry Christmas, my love.”
“Merry Christmas, love.” Wirt kissed Dipper soundly underneath, yet another, conveniently placed mistletoe.
Authors Note: Happy Christmas! Happy holidays! Happy day off! Happy just normal day of the year!
I hope you find a bit of peace this holiday season and look forward to the new year. I know I do, I need a fresh start (*´∀`*). Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this little Christmas fic. This carol is my favorite and always makes me feel calm and happy.
Pinescone makes me feel calm and happy too but you probably gathered that. Until next time ヾ(^∇^). (You can read my other Pinescone fics on AO3 under EmpatheticFox.)

Ghosties part 1
(the title is a placeholder pls bear w me)
“Mabel, I… I’m scared,” Dipper whispered into his phone. He stood on a busy street corner. Bikes and cars rushed ahead of him, pedestrians squeezed past behind him. Dipper wasn’t quite sure that “busy” was really the right word– this was nothing compared to some cities in California, where he’d grown up– but at this point he was so used to small-town life in Gravity Falls that just a few cars on the road was traffic. The sun beat down on him, hard. Dipper was worried he might sweat through his shirt, or get a sunburn, even. He needed his sister to tell him everything was gonna be alright.
“Aw,” Mabel replied, in very much a not-whisper. “Baby brother, what am I going to do with you?”
“You could come–”
“No,” Mabel sang, and Dipper could practically hear the grin in her voice. “This is your adventure, Dipper. A Mystery Twin spinoff. It’s you against the world now. I’m busy. But call me if anything happens. Or if you meet any cute guys. The cute guys in Gravity Falls do not exist and I am yearning for somebody to love.”
“...Okay. Will do.” The faintest of smiles graced his lips. Even in trying to irritate him, she still managed to cheer him up. Dipper had been all on his own for almost a week now. In that time, he had put himself up in a cheap hotel, gotten himself a job so he could eat and keep a roof over his head (albeit a leaky, somewhat moldy one), and learned exactly enough of the city layout as he needed to get from his current living quarters to said job.
“I gotta go, Dip Dop, but good luck. And please try to talk to people. Please. A bookstore is the perfect place for nerds to bond.”
“Yeah, yeah, okay,” Dipper said, rolling his eyes. “Bye Mabes.”
“Bye Dippy!” A sharp beep came quickly after. Jeez, what was Mabel doing in Gravity Falls that was so important? How was it that Dipper had up and moved to an actual city (small as it was) to solve a supernatural mystery, and Mabel was still living it up better than him in Gravity Falls? He supposed it really came down to sociability afterall.
Dipper sighed, pocketing his phone. It was too hot for getting lost. Today’s adventure was decidedly over. Dipper turned to retrace his steps, hoping his brain wasn’t so fried he couldn’t remember his way back. A boiling 20 minutes later, he was back at his hotel room, sweating, starving, and so tired. He flopped down onto the bed and huffed into the sheets. This was rough. Dipper had definitely not expected this mystery to be so difficult to solve. In Gravity Falls, he and Mabel were always able to figure it out.
...He and Mabel. Well, now it was just him. It was a good decision to make. He needed to get out in the world. Do his own thing. He’d found a problem that needed solving, and he knew he had the expertise to solve it. He just hadn’t expected it to be so… hard. And time-consuming. Usually this kind of thing was one and done. Maybe the Mystery Twins would get an email, asking for help with a paranormal problem, and they could solve it in a day or two. Sometimes Dipper even went solo! Out in the woods, helping to sort out territorial disputes between impossible creatures, hunting down nuisances, generally just keeping the peace while getting into the occasional life-threatening scuffle.
This was not like that. First of all, Mabel. She wasn’t there. Second, Dipper kept getting reports of strange paranormal activity in different areas around town, and though he had spent every waking hour trying to solve the problem, he was coming up with absolutely nothing. Nada. Null. Zilch. Fuck.
Dipper rolled over onto his back and began to wiggle out of his clothes. This was nothing a nice cold shower couldn’t fix. Dipper loved cold showers. Well, no, he hated them, but they were important to him. Sometimes he needed a good jolt to the system. Sometimes he needed to get clean without getting lost in his thoughts. Sometimes he needed to prove to himself that he could do hard things. Today he was just sweaty and sad. Definitely fixable. Dipper dragged himself off the bed and turned on the shower, the temperature dial turned all the way to the left. He left his clothes in a pile on the floor, stepped into the mildew-infested shower, and tried not to scream.

It’s on wattpad which is bad ik but I didn’t want to put it up on ao3 until I was done but still want to post my progress somewhere so here’s the link to the very rough draft of the book. Some of it is already drastically different from what I am editing but ik if you’re anything like me it will be almost enough to feed the insatiable hunger for content

i feel a pinescone hyperfix coming on which sucks balls bc it’s a cute silly little crossover ship that makes me and my autism very happy but all of the media from it is from fucking 2012 and it’s musiclys to nightcore wolf in sheep’s clothing and it’s cutesy fanfic drabbles like NO. WHERE is my pinescone university au. WHERE is the angst and trauma discussion. WHERE is the modern touch to an older media interpretation. SEND ME THERE. CRINGE IS DEAD. BRING BACK BAD END FRIENDS

Don’t you just ever get so engrossed and focused on the plot of your fic that you never describe what the characters actually look like?
To this very day I don’t what Dipper, Bill and Wirt have been wearing for the past ten chapters of my fic You’re Here Again and honestly I think I never will. I know capes and general shapes of clothing and that it.

otgw (pinescone) fic recs
hi !! so i’ve seen some ppl have had some trouble finding otgw fanfics, so i wanted to post some of my favs!! unfortunately these are all pinescone so if that isn’t want ur looking for im sorry </3 i know that my fav authors listed below have some strictly otgw fics, and if you go looking in the tag yourself i suggest u use the “exclude tags” very liberally!! (trust me. i exclude all bill/dipper fics in the tag and my life is infinitely better for it)
My favorite authors are SylWritesStuff , skimmingthesurface, and colorfullyminded! If you wanna just peruse around there and not have to read my nonsensical ramblings, their profiles are linked here! I totally encourage you to check them all out theyre super talented!
anyways, without further ado, here are my stupid lil fic recs!! i’ve provided a quick (bad) summary beside them and put a 🔞 emoji beside the ones that have explicit content
Will “Cook” for Food
THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAV FIC. teacher wirt, author dipper, mabel and greg are amazing siblings! agh! also wirts students make fun of him. there is explicit content but any smut from SylWritesStuff and skimmingthesurface is the sweetest, most loving, trusting shit ive ever read. the fact that the authors got this 11 chapter masterpiece from a silly little tumblr writing prompt is amazing. anyways the prompt was “sorry i set the fire alarm in our building off again for the forty-eighth time i was trying to cook” 🔞
Schooltown Follies
the boys r sleepy. it’s super cute!! i won’t give anything else away :3
Not a Writer
dipper is hiding something from wirt…but the entire story is just so sweet </3 it broke my heart and then fixed it  (smut at end) 🔞
Sinking Feelings
even tho the boys are a little ooc it’s still a fun fic, ford is a dick and wirt tries to prove himself he’s worthy of being dipper’s boyfriend, whatever it takes
Felis Domesticus
wirt is allergic to cats, unfortunately hes also allergic to telling dipper no <3
Christmas in the Mountains
christmas road trip! i don’t know why it’s marked as having adult content, as far as i’m concerned it doesn’t unless you count smooches?
Swear Jar
this one is ADORABLEEEE, a cute little college au!
Proxy
my only exception to not having bill/dipper filtered out...even tho it isnt really billdip? how do i explain this...well the tags use “really strange threesome” and i dont know any better advertisement for a fic than that!  🔞
Smitten
dipper is the star of the baseball team and wirt may not know jack shit about baseball, he DOES know that dipper is very hot  🔞
Broken Arms and Baseball
okay so this is basically smitten’s sfw cousin, and wirt’s stubbornness is ADORABLE! greg is such a good sibling too, so is mabel, AGH I JUST LOVE THEM
This is definitely NOT an exhaustive list, these are just the ones I had on hand/had bookmarked/changed my life (looking at you, Will Cook For Food). there are TONS more in the tag that i just simply havent had time to read (i’m really interested in reading the DemonicBae universe fics over the holidays), and so I hope you guys will find one that you like too!! and hell, if you have your OWN recommendations, feel free to reblog this post with them! or send me an ask! hell, if you want me to read YOUR fic just send it to me and i TOTALLY will! i promise you i can never have too much pinescone!!
