I, Ocean, am answering this. Hope that's okay.

I feel horrible. I feel so, so bad for everything I did and what I said and how I treated people. In a way, I'm almost a little glad that we're here together despite everything, because I can fix it, or at least try to.

As for relationships, I think it's generally better. Especially with Constance. We've talked a lot, actually. I apologized for so much and actually am getting the chance to know her. It sucks that I didn't early, honestly, 'cause she absolutely rocks. Did you know she took art classes and is frigging great at drawing? Because I sure didn't.

Noel and I still fight, but it's a lot more playful now. Same with Mischa. Ricky... I apologized to him, too. We talked about how I made him feel during life and how...challenged by perception of him was during his song. We're on better terms, and we're working on being on even better terms! ❤️

personal commentary: amidst all the “hair color does not matter” takes, i have to admit that at this point i’m personally not yet ready to let go of my attachment to the characters’ original hair and eye colors. i’m sure i’ll get over it in time cos (1) i’m old lmao (2) the image i have in my head of the book characters can coexist with the series’ interpretation and adaptation (3) the kids seem to exude the right energy and the author has been very adamant about this (4) i understand if they decide not to do any bleaching/dying procedures on the kids’ hair because, well, they’re kids! and the concern that bleach might damage leah’s hair is definitely valid (trust me i know cos i bleach my hair a lot), but it’ll be way easier and less damaging to dye walker’s hair black so i hope they still consider that option at least... (also re: the eyes, i’m still hoping they find a way to translate the original eye colors from book,to screen as long as it’s safe for the kids, so that’s assuming they don’t have any adverse reactions to contact lenses like daniel radcliffe did while playing harry potter or it’ll be done through editing or something idk)

Isn't it interesting how my dad has continued to make unnecessary comments about what I choose to do with my appearance. How he wants to see my natural hair color and says I would look better "without all this extra stuff." But my mom compliments a fresh hair dye job or a new avant-garde makeup look and encourages how I choose to express myself. This isn't to say that a woman has to wear makeup or present in a certain way, but that men still feel some need to control what a woman chooses to do with her own body.
