Part of my Judge NPC's backstory for Resurrection OCT is that he was the last person in the EndGrove to be resurrected. However, despite this resurrection, it was decided that Caesarion had to stay in the grove. We're leaving a lot of interpretation up to my players, but my guess? He probably managed to annoy Alice immediately after his resurrection.

If Mario Was in…Street Fighter

Once again, Mario’s dumbassery has gotten him into a Situation. This time he’s traveling the globe, fighting powerful and skilled martial artists who keep trying to beat the shit out of him for some reason. And what the hell is a “Shadaloo” anyway?

FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!

After Mario “won” the World Warriors Tournament and took down M. Bison, the Mushroom Kingdom’s been struck by Martial Arts Fever, leading to a rise in property damage and hospitalizations. While most of the crew tries to either reign in or join the chaos, SMG4, SMG3 and Emulator have an idea…

Super Meme Fighterzzz

To get the Martial Arts Fever out of everyone’s systems(and profit from the current trends), the SMGs and Emulator have opened the Super Meme Fighterzzz Tournament! 128 competitors from across the SMG4 multiverse go head to head in hopes of getting the grand prize…which I have not come up with yet. Also Emmy wanted it to be 64 contestants, but 4 pointed out that they needed enough episodes for the arc tobe a decent length. Most of the major characters from throughout the series will be participating, with the notable exceptions of the SMGs(due to them hosting the event), the non-combative characters(like Tari, Boopkins and Whimpu), and Mario(who already “won” a fighting tournament this month and can’t be bothered). The episode is mainly about preparations, storyline starters, and the opening ceremony.

Luigi Nation

Luigi is tearing through the early rounds like nobody’s business, but this is the longest he’s stayed in his Buff form, and Mario’s worried that he’ll either burn out or let the victories go to his head, especially when his next opponent turns out to be Saiko. Meanwhile, Shroomy somehow loses against a Noddy, and Meggy finds out that-victories permitting-she’ll be facing Desmond soon. Desmond, who doesn’t remotely like her and has the power of the Greatest Warrior in the Galaxy at his disposal. Uh oh.

Sports Wars

It’s the grudge match you’ve been waiting for; Professional Sports Coach and Sort-Of Lawyer Meggy Spletzer vs Teenage Demigod Desmond the Basketball, and it ain’t gonna be pretty. Meanwhile, Kaizo, Steve and Penta Knight are defeated in quick succession by a mysterious cloaked figure who 3 and 4 find strangely familiar.

The Way of the Garo

Marcy and Bob weren’t expecting to have their rematch so soon, but here we are. Meanwhile, Luigi goes up against Sans, Tari and Lil Coding investigate some strange happenings around the arena, and Mario causes trouble for Karen and the Guards at the concessions stand.

Mario Reacts to Tournament Highlights

Exactly what it sounds like. It gives a chance to give some attention to the non-main character fighters.

[Notes/Rules About Asks:]

-I'm iffy on back-and-forth style dialogue-based RP, due to the complex interplay of pseudo-linearity in an amorphous situation plus my autistic-self often being unable to figure out what my RP partner is actually trying to say tone-wise or what they are thinking and then-I-answer-them-wrong-and-embarrass-myself...!!

NVMD SEND WHATEVER YOU WOULD LIKE XD

That and long post-chains make me a little nervous. ^^; Asks in the form of questions Noir can answer in-character are preferred.

(You may also ask me generic "What does your OC think/do when...?" style questions, such as those from THIS detailed OC ask meme!)

-You can also send an ask for Noir from your OC, if you'd like to find out how the troubled teenage boy would react to meeting them! (These may or may NOT(!!) come with art, depending on mood, time, and a variety of circumstances. Tourney OCs will generally get preference. If I AM inspired to draw said meeting, I may request additional information/clarification before going through with it.)

Again, I'm pretty autistic, so if you are going to go this route, it'll help if I have something more than "Hiya, Noir!" to work off of - else he'll just react to you the same way he does to Marx.

-You can also prod Noir about his traumas if you like! XD Note that asking for details about certain things (the "murders" on Shiver Star or his hatred of physical contact) may result in responses with TRIGGER WARNINGS, if I decide to answer them.

-Tournament!Noir is currently in his own similar but separate timeline from Mainline Apologies Noir. However, events during this contest MAY influence his fate and the fates of those he holds dearest!

-Noir's latent cross-dimension sight means that you can ask him about his various other timelines or Kirby games he was not alive for and probably get some pretty unique/funny/strange answers.

-I almost assuredly won't be able to get to every ask/comment. Some I may avoid answering due to complexity, uncomfortableness, them not fitting tournament!Noir's narrative, or me just not having any good ideas. Please don't take this personally.

-Lastly, please leave space between sending multiple asks. ^^

omg I'm so nervous about this. I want to draw lots, for me and for others (!) too if I can but I want to follow the flow of the tournament and not JUST go off on my own crazy thing, except that I'm not even completely familiar with what the rounds will be like?!

[Non-Ask Notes:]

-The flowers in the BG are the forget-me-nots that Adeleine drew for him on his birthday and that he received in this post. That post was also the inspiration for Tournament!Noir. (Although he retains the corruption + the collar here.)

PS: In addition the song that post is, you know, named for, Noir + the forget-me-nots also makes me think of the lyrics: "Since the day I met you, there's never ceased to be music in this hell of mine" from the opening to Sousei no Aquarion.

-This, and the tag name, was inspired by @Graycoin's comment "Noir gets to go on a field trip. I hope he has a good time : D " (then I saw Starflung had the same idea to send her OC off with a backpack! Haha! XD)
