Egalt and his teaching methods really struck be because they directly contrast Lloyd’s teaching method

Egalt is strict, blunt, and demeaning, he isn’t going to tell you he believes in you the way Lloyd does. Lloyd is the first to pat you on the shoulder and tell you that He believes in you and you should believe in yourself.

Particularly with Arin- Egalt was actually teaching how to do the Rising Dragon technique, while Lloyd let Arin do his own thing because Arin has a Gift/Talent

Egalt would tell Arin he didn’t have enough of the foundational skills and in the next shot Lloyd is there telling Arin he can do it

You realize Lloyd hasn’t bothered to teach Arin spinjiztu and it’s probably because he thinks he doesn’t need to- Arin will just get it

Arin not getting better because he isn’t receiving the right teaching / advice fuels Lloyds fears of not being a good master and fuels Arins fears of not being fit to be a Ninja. It’s a quaking cycle

​Egalt and Lloyds methods are on opposite ends of the spectrum but both ultimately failed at helping him,, they are both out of balance you could say

Makes you wonder where Arin would be if Lloyd had taught him before. Can’t help but wonder if Lloyd being the original “gifted ninja” and the chosen one tampers with how he teaches

Tried to categorise every known element to each Soruce! I think that the new elements could have been made when Riyu was born and those could be "his" elements but I could be wrong hmm

Went with "Flow" and "Stillness" for the Water and Ice Sources just for the sake of them having a name, 7th one is still an enigma tho, Balance is kinda just a place holder name lol

My reasonings for Tech being under Energy and Heat under Motion is because I think that when the Tourney starts, the current Ninja team will have a representant of each Source, so with Jay and Kai out of the picture, Sora and Wyldfyre can fill those slots

Also ngl was so hard to do anything for the Ice Source lmao

Jay from Ninjago has an eyebrow notch. He doesn't not have an eyebrow notch and has always had an eyebrow notch. Nothing against normal eyebrows, but he has had an eyebrow notch for 6+ years. We all grew up with Jay with an eyebrow notch and why would we let them change his character for absolutely zero reason? The new writer should just create a new character without an eyebrow notch, not rewrite one of the best Lego characters in history. Sign this petition if you agree Jay should keep his eyebrow notch. Lloyd is not the Green Ninja. He has never been the Green Ninja, and should never become the Green Ninja. Nothing against Green Ninjas, but the team has been without a Green Ninja for 10+ years. We grew up with Lloyd and why would we let them change him for no reason? The writers should just create a new character to be the Green Ninja, not ruin one of the best Lego characters in history.
