I got my commission of Pop Music Club Wear Joker from the incredible and kind @cozymochi!! My scribbly pose and outfit references (below the cut) were transformed into something beautiful, and I am ELATED. She looks great! Ready to conquer anything, especially the stage.

Doing some nrc card art doodles of my SoulBeam boys so 1st up is Kurai Seirei in his Pop Music Club attire.

He actually a DJ getting ready to make his debut soon on his own while managing the SoulBeam group aswell. He always checking/cleaning the instruments and making sure all the electronics are plugged,fresh batteries,volume checked and ready to spin some beats. Fem!MC X platonic Twst - missing the "girly" things.

General warnings: Fem reader, very Self-indulgent. If you don't relate, please keep scrolling along <3 not very proofread. No pronouns are used, but the concept of "girliness" and "girlhood" is very strong.

The boys have noticed their prefect act a bit different lately...a cloud of loneliness hovered over your head. As the only girl of Night Raven College, it was incredibly easy to feel left out and miss the things you were once interested in back in your world. You held a strong façade of prestige and uncaringness, but what happens when that mask begins to crack? How will the boys of NRC put your woes at rest? ...with a wonderful slumber party, of course!

First coming to Twisted Wonderland, not many could tell you were well-versed (Or at the very least, incredibly interested) in clothing, face Care, and jewelry. Although your personality screamed more or less "Gremlin" at times, and were a "well-known and respected honor student" all the same- you had a rather "girly" side to yourself.

However, you had limited options on having a non-existent budget, but a few of the students took notice of the longing in your eyes whenever you passed by something you desired to have back in your life. The cute earrings, the pretty dresses and skirts, the headbands...a mix of classy and modern, things of that nature.

The first time you were able to get your hands on a half way decent outfit that suited your tastes and you wore it out, others stared in shock. You were still the cheery and "weird" gremlin prefect that had crude humor and silly dance moves, yet something about seeing you in such...frills and 'flamboyance' was not what they were expecting. It suited you, though.

You soon found yourself being handed such outfits. Vil had taken it upon himself to gift you expensive brand outfits that he saw your eye when walking around town, Malleus gifting you a few outfits from Briar Valley that he felt would suit your tastes, Kalim gifting you the cutest earrings he had ever seen (little fruit charms, bows, all sorts of colors and unique charms). Even Riddle introduced you to tea cups that fit your aesthetic to decorate your kitchen with!

Though, the more they saw this side of you, an influx of confessions also came in toe. You were revered as the only female in school (who also managed to stay at the top of the score board, despite your magicless disposition). This came with the struggle of being pursued, more so after they could see just how cute you could dress yourself up.

Despite all these new changes, you felt a tinge of... sadness. You were happy that they were all willing to accept you with open arms and indulge in your desires such as gifting you the cutest of plushies, clothes, jewelry, decor... that didn't stop you from missing fun slumber parties, girl talk with friends, giggling about your love lives, sharing clothes and doing each others makeup and painting nails. You confided all of this to the number one group you could have possibly spoke to about these issues of yours.

the pop music club.

A knock came upon the door at odd hours of the night, upon opening it in your nightgown, you revealed quite a sight. Cater, Kalim, and Lilia along with a few other choice students were all in gorgeous nightgowns, their hair done up, holding blankets and pillows with hands full of bags of what you could tell were snacks, makeup, nail polish, and other slumber party commodities. With a bright smile on your face and a giddy giggle, you let them in gushing about their cute appearances. You all lay out the blankets and pillows in front of the TV in the lounge (kindly gifted to you by Idia) and pulled out the snacks and lay them out for everyone to grab at in their leisure.

"We aren't girls," Lilia pointed out, "But at the very least we can enjoy the things you mentioned before! Oh how I love a good love story, shall we share our love lives?"

"We can do that while we put on these face masks! Look, this one is a panda!" Kalim exclaimed, holding up a large bag of face masks and other types of...random things he thought would suit the party. (He pulled out one of those toe dividers for nail polish, he had no clue what it was but Jamil told him he would need it for later.)

"Oh, I brought you this super cute and frilly nightgown (y/n), Trey said one of his sisters didn't wear it anymore and he thought it would look good on you. Go! Try it on, Then we can take a BUNCH of magicam photos. Don't we look like pretty dolls?!" Cater gushed, handing you the night gown. You took it with grace and skipped away to your room, giddy and unable to hold back your excitement.

It wasn't long for more guests to arrive in frilly pajamas and cutesy hair accessories. A string of familiar faces entered, and you soon found yourself braiding the hair of Leona, Vil, Idia, Malleus, Silver...You were shocked to see even Epel made an appearance simply to make you happy.

"I learned how to braid a little bit," Silver smiled gently at you, "And a few other hairstyles. I would be happy to try them on you," He said. You looked at Silvers' perfectly French braided hair and makeup that made him look nothing less than an angel, you nodding in immediate trust. You soon had hair that was done so elegantly, adorned with flowers and gems.

"Let's be clear, I ain't a girl!...but.." Epel blushed, "I-if it'll make you happy...i'll let ya braid my hair. Just this once!"

Floyd and Jade even came along with their faces caked with makeup and the most flamboyant nightgowns you have ever seen, laughing away at their silliness.

"Look Floyd," Jade pointed at your makeup which was lightly placed on by his hand, "I told you these colors perfectly suits (y/n)'s skin." Floyd boo'd and insisted to take off the colors Jade had chosen, holding out the most...vibrant and interesting color palate to exist. You only laughed and backed away, shaking your head and begging floyd to leave your precious face alone.

They truly indulged in everything you had missed out on, even if they weren't your "girlfriends," they were so adamantly ready to try, simply to see you smile once more.

It was a night of snacks, makeup, nail painting, chick flicks, karaoke, gossiping, and frilly fun. You truly underestimated just how much the boys took a liking to you and wished to ease your worries and make you feel a little more at home, and you couldn't have asked for better friends than them.

after the vdc many companies contacted them and after graduating at nrc they became a really popular artist

basically the boys reaction to their s/o singing at the vdc and then becoming famous, how would they react and how would they support them

Vil probably knew you were a decent singer considering you were in the pop music club

But you’ve never really sang in front of him, so your performance at the VDC definitely takes him by surprise (in a good way)

He’s super happy for you when you start getting offers from recording labels and such

Although he would’ve helped you out with his own contacts in the industry if you’d wanted

He loves that you can relate to each other even more than before

Now you understand what it’s like to be a celebrity as well, both the good and bad, bringing you two closer together

He’s super proud of you and not afraid to show it, hyping you up on all his socials and surprising you with flowers after your concert performances

He’s also very protective of you, knowing how mean and judgemental people can be, and he’s not afraid to stand up for you whenever he can

You two are definitely the celebrity power couple that all the fans love and find super cute

Idia

As much as he didn’t want to go to a social event, Idia was willing to attend just to see you perform

He starts malfunctioning as soon as he hears you sing; he can’t believe he’s with someone so talented and amazing

He’s happy for your success and knows how much you deserve it, even though it can be hard for him considering his antisocial inclinations

He absolutely becomes your biggest fan, no exaggeration

He’s the first to buy all of your merch, wears it proudly and puts up posters of you in his bedroom

Idia is a bit insecure about dating someone so famous and talented and beautiful and kind and every other amazing things that you are

So you’ll need to reassure him sometimes that you still love him and that he’s good enough for you

He’s super shy when you talk about him in interviews, but secretly it makes him so happy for you to acknowledge him as your boyfriend

If you want it, he’ll even offer to help you out with things like editing for music videos or building a website for your brand

He’s also just very proud of you for how far you’ve made it just by yourself (you refused his resources, much to his dismay)

He does love how hard you work and truly feels you’re one of the only people who match his drive

At the same time

You’re his partner, and it’s hard for him to watch all these people thirst after you, once you become famous lmao

He loves you and it’s a bit difficult to feel like he has to share you with the rest of the world

Lowkey a bit scared that one day you’ll meet another cool celebrity and decide they’re a better match for you than an octopus

He’ll be okay once you reassure him that you’re not going anywhere

Azul supports you every step of the way, still taking time out of his busy schedule to come see you at your shows or making dinner reservations at his own restaurants

Malleus

Lilia would always speak of you being a great singer but Malleus had never actually heard you sing until the VDC

Immediately fell more in love (if that was even possible)

Your voice and demeanour were so captivating, you were truly lovely in that moment (not that you weren’t always in his mind)

He knows you’ll get offers from companies, he’s so sure of your talent and absolutely wants you to get all the recognition you deserve

He’s happy when your music starts to become more and more famous because people are finally seeing you as wonderfully he does

You deserve to be admired, as long as no one gets too close

No matter how famous you are, you’re still his after all - though few rarely test their luck with you, your boyfriend is Malleus Draconia after all

You’re quick to tell them off, anyway

Being busy with Briar Valley, Malleus doesn’t always have time to come see you in concert

But he does when he can, and he’s sure to make his visit extra special

Hello, hi, heya! I noticed something and wanted to share it. So the Pop Music Club only has three members and was in danger of disbanding according to Lilia's ceremonial robes story. Malleus and Jade are the only members of their clubs though so how are they not disbanded yet? Vil was also the only one before Ortho but I think he's in a different category since he clearly has mobs in his club. Your thoughts?

Oh, that’s a good point 🤔 Cater says in Lilia’s Ceremonial Robes vignettes: “We've only got three members and we never do anything. If we don't get more people this year, we're getting disbanded!” He also states that “[…] the headmage has his eye on [the Pop Music Club]” because of their low membership, which implies Crowley is the one that handles club disbandment at NRC.

Unlike Vil’s Film Research Club, there are no mob students with membership to the Gargoyle Appreciation Society or the Mountain Lovers Club. Malleus and Jade are stated to be the sole members of their respective extracurricular organizations… so why doesn’t Crowley bring down the hammer of disbandment on them?

… My guess is that Crowley’s too afraid to piss off Malleus and/or Jade 😂 Malleus is the more obvious threat of the two, being someone of royal status as well as a powerful mage. Being told his club is going bye-bye could upset him and result in… uh, Kentucky Fried Crowley, let’s say.

Jade, while the less obvious threat, is capable of coercion through other means. Remember how Octavinelle collects dirt on people (Jade’s Ceremonial Robes vignettes + book 4) to use it against them? Remember how they put Crowley in a tight bind in book 3 by seizing control of a quarter of NRC’s student population so he would cave to their demands? It’s very possible that Jade could retaliate or figure out something similar to make Crowley’s job more difficult than it has to be. I can see why the headmaster wouldn’t want to get in those two’s time with their hyperfixations.

Back to the Pop Music Club for a second! It’s true that they have an influential figure of their own in the ranks: Kalim! Wouldn’t Crowley be afraid of upsetting him? Possibly! The thing about Kalim though is that he’s not spiteful or retaliatory. He’d be sad if his club disbanded, but I don’t see him trying to get back at the headmaster for it. Kalim would be sad for a while and then eventually look for another club to join or try to do something to cheer himself up. After all, Kalim seems to have joined the Pop Music Club moreso to socialize than to play instruments. Maybe he can talk to his friends or arrange another social activity to fill in the space of time after classes.

Funfacts about PTM Characters!

Still chilling out from finishing my thesis, but I had a few fun facts about the side characters for PTM that I'd thought you'd all enjoy in the meantime! It's gonna include some of the canon characters as well as the ocs!

This includes some very minor, but not story defining, spoilers for PTM so proceed with caution! As a reminder, PTM takes place a school year after the current timeline!

Canon Characters:

Jade and Floyd made bets on who would get together with their crush first during their 3rd year. The loser has to let the winner(s) plan and execute the most humiliating way to confess. Neither twin is winning. Azul is currently winning with his bet of “neither of you will, you cowards.”

Ortho went to most of Idia's classes during his time at NRC, so he was allowed to “skip” repeating those years when becoming an official student by taking a competency exam. However, he is still staying for a year since the test only allows for core classes and not his electives. He's happy to do so, though.

Idia stayed at NRC to complete his internship with the school, much to his disappointment. He works as a Technomage Intern with the college's technology department.

The overblot cast got closer with each other and Yuu than expected over the summer due to Crowley and S.T.Y.X. requiring them to take part in a “summer camp” to monitor them and their health. Leona still hates Malleus though. Malleus is still mostly unaware of this.

Malleus still does not know how to use technology. Sebek and Yuu have a weekly call with him via a looking glass mirror that acts like a video call. Malleus enjoys it very much.

Kalim switched places with Jamil and is now vice housewarden, while Jamil is now housewarden. Neither's families were happy about this, but were shut down by Kalim being surprisingly firm about his decision. To everyone's surprise, Kalim does very well as a vice over a housewarden, though Scarabia has had significantly fewer parties since the switch.

Nearly all the clubs that had the 3rd years as captains/heads had one of the 2nd years take over into their 3rd year. Ruggie is now Spelldrive Captain, Azul is head of the Board Game Club, and the Gargoyle Studies Club is headed by Yuu. The Pop Music Club is also more formalized now, with Kalim as the head. The Science Club and Film Studies have an NPC 3rd year as heads.

Yuu isn't actually that bad at singing as everyone has (and will continue to do so) suggested. Most of the student body had classical training growing up as part of their privileged upbringing, and Yuu has to compete with that.

At least two pairs of canon characters will get together at the end! Guess who tehe.

OC:

Silas likes to eat bugs and regularly digs in the dirt behind Ramshackle to find something crunchy to munch. They did it once in front of Jamil and the poor guy screamed in horror.

Yev became the new Pomefiore housewarden due to being able to produce the best posion, as per tradition. However, he's actually quite bad at being a housewarden and his vice is the one that everyone tends to listen to.

The Salson triplets are from the TWST equivalent of Salem, and have a North easterner accent, similar to Boston I think. Wynfred and Marion mimic English, or Rosarian, accents, but Silas does not.

There are two more mermen in the school, minus the canon cast and two ocs. They aren't important to the story, but their names are Mariano De La Reyes and Benji (last name still pending). They're based off of Marina and Benjamin from the third Little Mermaid movie.

Speaking of mermen, Aspen is a squidmer and is based on the colossal squid. He's about 18 ft long and still growing. Tony is based on a tiger shark, but is the runt of his litter, hence why he's so small.

Tommy, the white rabbit beastmen that was introduced as Riddle's new vice, is notorious for always running late. He never has actually been late to anything due to parkouring everywhere and climbing the castle walls to enter the classrooms through the windows. Floyd learned how to parkour from him. Riddle hates everything about this.

Briefly mentioned in the last chapter was the botany professor, Kallpa. Kallpa is based on Kronk and the uncle of Yev.

Nurse Goethel has a wife and two daughters that she brings with her to family days on campus. The daughters are roughly age 11 and 13 and each time they've come have designated a student as the new person they want to marry. Two years ago it was Leona and Trey, last year it was Azul and Jamil, this year it's Jack and Ortho. There is no reasoning behind their decision, it's all based on vibes.

James has met Jade and Floyd when they were all very young. James was on his Great Aunt's ship, who was meeting with Papa Leech for unknown reasons. James only remembers them due to their heterochromia eyes, but the twins don't remember anything.

Marion has a really strong sense of smell that is on par with the beastmen. He hates Pomefiore because the dorm and students are heavily perfumed and it gives him a migraine.

Yaqub actually has a twin brother that goes to RSA. He thinks it's funny that it turned out that way and they like to shittalk their schools together on the weekends. RSA is much more chaotic and full of troublemakers than NRC realizes.

At least two pairs of the freshmen will get together at the end of PTM, but it will be a surprise as to who!

And that's all! I have more but I think I'll save them for another time!

No one thought it would last this long, when it all started. Kalim al-Asim, the head of Scarabia dormitory, was notorious for his flights of fancy, and for taking on interests and leaving them behind on a whim. The dorm's storage rooms were evidence of his shifting attentions, holding remnants of his martial arts phase, juggling phase, and many other short-lived hobbies. So when the dorm reverberated with the pounding rhythm of him practicing the drums, the students under his care took comfort in the thought that their headaches and sleepless nights were only going to be temporary. That his interests would switch out again in another week or two, and he'd shift to jewelry-making or badminton or backyard wrestling.

No one counted on him loving the drums so much, least of all his long-suffering companion, vice dorm leader, and reluctant friend, Jamil Viper.

It was three months since Kalim had joined the pop music club, and Jamil was on edge. He was in his dorm room, trying to settle in with a book, but he couldn't allow himself to focus. He knew, sure as he knew that the sun would rise the next morning, that the minute he allowed himself to be immersed in his reading, the drums would start. He tensed his jaw, and looked at the clock hanging on his wall. Nine forty-five at night. Nearly time for bed; surely Kalim wouldn't start playing this late at night, would he?

As if to tell him how silly he was to expect sensible behavior - from Kalim, of all people - the beat began to kick in. Jamil groaned, and he could feel the whole of Scarabia's student population groan along with him. It was cute, at first! Everyone joked about how the dorm felt like a concert, and some students even danced along to the beat. But now... this had to stop. Jamil put a bookmark into his book, and went over to Kalim's quarters.

Jamil stood outside Kalim's room. The walls practically rattled from all the noise coming from inside. He raised a fist to pound on the door, his face set in a firm, no-nonsense expression. He swung his arm.

And the door creaked open when his fist grazed it. The drumming continued. He walked through the antechamber that lead to Kalim's bedroom, taking note of the decorations that vibrated from all the noise. Jamil crossed his arms over his chest and entered the room.

An expansive drum kit, decked out with cymbals, chimes, and pedals, dominated one corner of the room. Clearly, the Asim patriarch had been sending his dear son some additional percussive equipment that surpassed the dinky set that lived in the pop music club's meeting room. Sitting at the kit, eyes burning with excitement, was Kalim. His sticks danced across the surfaces of the drums, coaxing out a wild rhythm that, under any other set of circumstances, would have set Jamil's feet ablaze with the urge to dance. Jamil called out to him. "Kalim. HEY! KALIM!!"

The beat faltered. Kalim lowered his sticks, raised his head, and beamed a gleaming smile at Jamil. He shouted towards him. "Haha! Hello, Jamil! I was just getting into this new song, isn't it— oop, wait!" He held up a finger, then took off the large over-ear headphones he had been wearing. "That's right, you can't hear anything when I have my headphones on. What brings you here?"

"Oh, I can absolutely hear things," Jamil said levelly. He raised an eyebrow. "In fact, I could argue that your song was all I could hear."

"Huh? Did I forget to activate the bluetooth?" Kalim looked puzzled.

Jamil sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. "No. It's your drumming."

"You can hear that?" Kalim looked at him with wide eyes, a slight frown flickering across his merry features. "But I shut my door!"

"That.... it's.... WHAT???" Jamil spluttered. "Kalim, do you not realize how much the sound of those drums CARRIES? No one in this dorm has had a solid night's sleep in three months, since you play all night! And you thought it was fine because you closed the door??"

".... yeah?" Kalim's lower lip started to wobble. Jamil had to look away quickly.

"Right. Come with me. We're going to do something we should have done a long time ago." Jamil turned back towards the door and started to walk. He could hear Kalim scrambling to follow him.

"Where are we going? We don't have to get rid of my kit, do we? I'm really sorry, I really thought that—"

"Stop. No, you don't have to get rid of anything. I'm just mortified that you know nothing about acoustics."

".... those are the big guitars with holes in them, right?"

Jamil huffed. "Just... come with me. We're going to the storage room."

A door creaked open, and a light flickered on. Like other Asim storage areas, this room was filled with what most people would consider to be priceless treasures. But Jamil wasn't after just anything. He found what he needed heaped up in a corner, between long rolls of colorful embroidered silk and carefully hung decorative carpets. He grabbed an armful of what he needed, and gestured to Kalim to do the same.

"Blankets?? Are we having a sleepover now, Jamil?" Kalim took up several of the blankets, woven from heavy wool into bright, beautiful patterns. They itched slightly against his bare arms.

"Absolutely not. No. We're soundproofing your kit."

"We're what?"

"You know what? Just... follow my lead."

They brought their heavy bundles back to Kalim's room, and Jamil began to busy himself. He unrolled a heavy, deep red blanket to tuck beneath the kit, and began to hang the other blankets on the walls around it. Within the hour, the kit had been roughly surrounded by panels of warm, thick woolen fabric.

"There." He dusted off his hands. "That should muffle you, somewhat."

"It's pretty, but what does it do?" Kalim tilted his head.

"It should make it so that the rest of the dormitory won't be able to hear your practices, Kalim. And finally? I'll be able to get a decent night's sleep." Jamil stretched out his back, yawning wide. His jaws snapped shut. "Test it tomorrow. I'm going to bed." He waved half-heartedly at the other boy, and walked out.

"But... I still want to play tonight." Kalim pressed his lips together. Surely, one more song wouldn't hurt. He got back onto his drumstool, picked up his sticks, and started beating out a rhythm.

In his own room, Jamil heard the muffled beat, and he smiled. He could sleep to THAT, at least. And he turned off the light.

if there was one thing the pop music club of nrc could do, it was be (remotely, occasionally, if you will) reliable. comprised of night raven college's three most interesting individuals, the band usually did little in terms of musical accomplishment, preferring to lounge about and gossip, creating closer bonds via conversation rather than music.

and in the moonlight, as the crowd roared the lyrics of their favourite songs, you cheered until your throat began to ache for your best friend strumming his guitar rapidly- lilia vanrouge. "thank you for the love, nrc! we're really grateful for the crowd!" cater announces from behind him as you crane your neck to take a better look at the ginger, but to no avail.

"this is the final song for tonight," lilia starts in his fatherly sort of tone as kalim cheers towards the other end of the stage. "you'll have to forgive me for any errors- i wrote it myself." the crowd surrounding you roars to life once again as the housewardens collected in one area stare at the united force of over 4000 mages and as the song flows beneath the stars, you hum the ever-familiar tune, eyes widening as lilia closes with a tribute.

to the ramshackle prefect, the glue of nrc. thank you for everything you've done in this one year.

I was wondering, is there anything in the novels where Yuuya going into a club is brought up? I remember reading that NRC requires its students to join a club, so I wanted to know if the novel covered anything about them with Yuuya.

Thank you so much for this question! You are absolutely correct, Yuuya joined a club and it is explained in the second novel!

"Yuuya and Grim were told by the headmage that they would both have to choose the same club. As they were only able to enroll at all on the condition that they form two halves of a single student, it seemed like a reasonable request to Yuuya, particularly as he has also been charged with corralling Grim, as his prefect. Yuuya had no objection.

Their issue had been not being able to decide on what club to join until right up until the deadline.

Grim had not shown much interest in most of the clubs they visited. He had seemed intrigued by the Science Club, as their activities sometimes involved cooking, and the Pop Music Club, where the members share snacks during breaks, but his stubborn personality led to rejections from club advisors and members alike.

Grim can simply not resist food. While debating what they should do, Crewel had shared with them that, while it involves numerous, complicated procedures, there are students who form new clubs on their own. And that is what they decided to do.

Together they founded the ‘Gourmet Research Club.' Of course, it was Grim’s idea.

‘An’ what’s wrong with it? It’s the best club there is. All the delicious food we can eat.’

‘If there's a relatively easy way to get that delicious food, that is.’ 

Due to financial restraints it was already difficult enough to acquire gourmet food at all.

With some persuasion Grim had finally been convinced to focus on comparing edible wild plants, and their current mission is to find the apple tree with the most delicious apples on campus.

While the first two arcs of the manga seem emphasize the club activities of their two protagonists (kendo for Yuuken in the first arc, judo for Yuuka in the second) and we have Yuuta working at his family restaurant in episode of Octavinelle, we learn in the first novel that Yuuya did not have an after school club activity back in his home world (and may have suffered some peer pressure because of it).

"6th period classical literature class had ended, with Yuuya’s classmates and senpai alike giving him the side-eye as they dispersed to their club activities and he, as usual, hurried to leave for home. He had passed through the school gate, and then—“

So you know how you mentioned that Yuu could've joined in on the fun during the House of Mouse Girls' Night episode?

Imagine the reverse but for the guys.

Like Yuu is probably hanging out with Minnie, Daisy and the princesses at the bowling alley or karaoke bar or something whilst the men get the club all to themselves so they spend the entire day teaching the NRC students the Disney way of courting a lady

(RIP Queen of Hearts, Ursula and Queen Grimhilde for not being able to get some one-on-one with their counterparts - Maleficent gets to see her grandson whenever she wants)

Riddle is having tea with the King of Hearts and White Rabbit whilst Trey, Cater, Ace and Deuce are playing cards with their fellow card soldiers

Scar and Leona are just sleeping somewhere or gossiping about their older brothers

Azul is making notes on everything human/landfolk that Eric is telling him

Kalim and his carpet is having a party with Aladdin, Abu and OG carpet

Vil is probably having a diva-off with Kuzco

Hades and Hercules are butting heads on how to get Idia to woo Yuu and Idia just wants to leave

Malleus probably wasn't even invited

Diablo is at boys night playing poker with Iago and Grimhildes crow and realizes Malleus isn't there . "Ah shi-"

Vargas and Gaston are talking about protein and their work out routines while Crewel and The Beast are stuck with them, bored out of their skulls.

Ruggie, Aladdin, and Flynn are taking this time to discuss their heist.

Grim is a boy and got dragged along with the first years. He started off the night going "Yeah! Yuu isn't to tell what to do! Boys night, lets GGOOO!" Only to end the night going "I miss Yuu! I can't believe she left me with you animals!"

Some ideas for Twisted Wonderland events

(*Mild spoilers for some JP server events and Chapter 6)

-A Mulan-themed event: In one of the Halloween events, Silver mentioned knowing the story of Mulan, and Lilia has mentioned having been to "the East" before (not to mention Diasomnia's Halloween costumes are longs). It would be lovely to see Lilia return to the TWST-equivalent of China with some of his friends and meeting new characters--bonus points if someone is twisted from Mushu. A story about a girl who makes a sacrifice for her aging father by enlisting in the military on his behalf fits well with Silver and Lilia, so now would be the perfect opportunity to give them duo magic! Also, Chinese xianxia/martial arts fantasy novels are very popular in Japan and abroad nowadays (if you know, you know :) ), and I would love to see the boys wearing hanfu--they'd look so majestic and cool!

-Sam's hometown event: A Princess and the Frog event where the boys go to the TWST version of New Orleans, chaperoned by Sam. It would be a great opportunity to explore the jazz and culinary scene, and, of course, wear 1920s-inspired clothing. Someone in Octavinelle gets an SSR.

-A pajama-party event: Night Raven College hosts an all-night pillow fight tournament, and everyone gets extremely competitive, kind of like Beanfest. Everyone wears pajamas--I'm not sure if they'd have their own outfits, or if the dorms would match and have PJ sets with their logo on it (kind of like the pajamas they sell at the JP Disney Store). In battle, the chibis throw pillows at each other.

-Octavinelle hometown event: We are introduced to the Tweels' parents and/or Azul's mother. Given how Jamil and Kalim's hometown event carried out, it is likely that only one of the three will actually get an event card, but we'll see. In the Halloween event, Riddle mentioned that he's never seen the sea before. Even though he's had a chance in the Lost in the Book with Stitch event (and the developers probably want to give the spotlight to different characters), I'm afraid he doesn't remember it. Anyway, he deserves to go again. Alternatively, there's an event where the boys go to the Sunshine Lands and meet Prince Rielle. In this case, Riddle and Azul must go together--it would be nice to see after the events of Chapter 6.

-Riddle and Trey hometown event/Black Butler crossover: We've already had a Heartslabyul-themed hometown event with Deuce, but this time, we get to meet Trey's family and Riddle's mother. The likelihood that we get a canon Black Butler crossover as well is very close to zero, but it would be really fun to make a few jokes/hints about Riddle having a younger cousin who wears an eyepatch and solves mysteries with his enigmatic butler. Bonus points if Riddle and Jade have duo magic and dress up in Victorian/ouji clothing.

-J-fashion event: Speaking of ouji clothing, it would be amazing if there was an event inspired by Japanese fashions and subcultures. I think there was a part in one of the anthology mangas where Vil gave the Pop Music Club a visual kei makeover. I know the Pop Music Club has their own SSRs already, but I wouldn't mind seeing more outfits in this style.

-An orchestra-themed event: Some of the NRC students form a classical orchestra. Malleus is there, of course--I imagine him playing the cello this time. The Octavinelle trio is there as well with their respective instruments, as is Idia and Riddle both playing violins. I can see Jamil playing a woodwind instrument--maybe a flute, a clarinet, or an oboe?
