RWBY Ship Headcannons #70: Nordic Winter

Weiss likes physical contact as a love language but does not know how to ask for it. Thankfully Nora is the most no-personal-space person around, so she never HAS to ask!

At Nora's insistence, they have a pet raccoon.

Okay, well, pet is a loose term, he lives in the alley outside their apartment. They make up little stories to go along with what he does. Weiss calls him Dominic, Nora calls him Dec, they agree he has D-name energy no matter what.

Nora can bench five of Weiss and it is very flustering.

They both weave little threads and ribbons into each other's hair. Nora will show up to JNPR missions with blue bands, and Weiss ties off her braids with pink pieces of gold.

They share food, mostly casually and in passing. Despite the disparagement between their tastes, they agree on fruit-heavy breakfasts with pancakes, waffles, or crepes. Pomegranate pancakes are a common share.

So, this evening I felt like taking a walk for the first time in months, and since the cold has begun to let up (a mere -28°C) I felt certain that it wouldn't be too painful.

Happily, I remained toasty warm for the entire hour that I was out trudging about, all alone except for a couple of very cold-looking dog walkers.

And let me tell you, when it's this fucking cold, the clarity of the air is something else. These pics are taken in what was practically complete darkness to my eyes, but the brightness of the stars was amazing.
