Do you have a favourite passage/sentence/paragraph in one of your own fics? If yes, which one and why?

hi nea!! i went back and re-read how forever feels again and while i honestly love pretty much all of it, this little bit stood out to me most:

Once Chris finishes his cake, he looks over at Eddie, who wordlessly slides over his own piece. But Chris doesn’t take it, his fork hovering in midair above the plate.  It’s instinct, to want to immediately ask what’s wrong, and it takes every fiber in Eddie’s being not to overwhelm him when he looks like he’s working up to something.  

this isn't a fic about eddie & parenthood, nor is it a fic really exploring his dynamic with chris, but i think eddie's complete love and devotion towards his son is an inextricable part of who he is as a person and i love that this line so succinctly conveys how easily eddie would drop everything to make his son happy :)

I'm really curious about the pandalily stone statue fic and drarry mcd fic

hiii nea!! sorry it took me so long to answer ive been quite busy BUT IM HERE NOW. so the pandalily fic is basically pandora and lily living together during the war and one day pandora disappears. lily ends up finding her in the woods where she has turned into a stone statue and lily visits her everyday and talks to her and tries to find a cure. will it be a happy ending?? we'll see. i have written a little bit for it but im still outlining most of the plot. (the idea is based on a tweet i once saw)

the drarry mcd fic was a little idea when my friend pointed out how little drarry mcd fics there are and like...they are the perfect ship for that plot. dont hate me but mcd is some kinf of comfort trope like..its so good and hits different. imagine draco and harry finally being together after the war and they find eachother during 8th year only for draco to turn sick not long after. basically that is the drarry mcd fic. not much plot but just. sadness. IM EXCITED FOR IT.

18. Choose a passage from your writing. Tell me about the backstory of this moment. How you came up with it, how it changed from start to end.

i'm going to go with the very last section from quédate un segundo más, specifically from 'it's nearing midnight' to 'his breathing's changed'. as anyone who read this story knows, it's based on my own experiences. i wasn't actually there when my gran died, i was at my aunt's house with my mum and my sister. but i heard second-hand what happened, and of course i've imagined it. this section was actually one of the very first parts i thought up for this story as a whole. the entire way through, i knew how tk's death would go, and it changed very little from my original thoughts.

33. Do you practice any other art besides writing? Does that art ever tie into your writing, or is it entirely separate?

i am generally rubbish at art, so not really. i occasionally do leatherwork which does not tie into my writing in the slightest, but i only really do that when i'm at uni.

OKOK so remember when I mentioned I made a Sparklecare self-insert awhile back?

Well, this is their new design now! <33 The other one was just too pink I suppose, so I changed their design a bit, which I'm now quite more happy w/! :3 (I may tweak this one a bit later on, but this is just the closest to what they look like now ₍ᐢ. ̫.ᐢ₎) (They also still don't have a concrete name yet tho pfhdvshvq- but I'm considering the name Sofi Hart Ette !)

I won't go too much into their character/story just yet since I wanna ramble abt them mostly under their ref sheet post (which I'm still workin' on), but I will tell you that they're a ⅓ cake anthry, ⅓ dog, and ⅓ cat!♡ (Hence why they have 1 cat ear & 1 dog ear, and only 2 whiskers <3)

They also did previously work at Sparklecare as a nurse before eventually becoming a patient due to getting diagnosed w/ glows-a-lot, and (maybe) thinks-a-lot! :3 (Their part as a former nurse also may or may not be a relatively big part of their story later on,, , (said mysteriously))
