"Can we ever have a quiet weekend?" Katai groans, curled up in his futon and trying to avoid the very loud gunfire outside. "If you wanted a quiet weekend, you wouldn't have agreed to have me as a roommate now, would you?" Kajii says, laughing as he flops onto the futon, throwing yet another lemon grenade out the window. The loud BOOM shakes the entire space they're in, and Katai pokes his head out to glare at Kajii. "Please tell me you have some hobbies that don't involve explosions, or terrorism." Kajii lets out a contemplative hum, tossing a lemon up and down in his hand. "Well, I wouldn't say no to a night at the opera!"

Agency Chuuya coming right up!

"Told you it'd work out!" Kunikida just... stares. He's sitting on the ground, covered in dust, glasses askew. Chuuya, on the other hand, has a massive grin on his face, despite also being covered in dirt, despite being surrounded by fallen concrete and very injured Port Mafia grunts, and that grin is directed right towards Kunikida. He finally re-adjusts his glasses. "I... I guess by my own definitions, it did." And Chuuya, vibrant, fireball of a man Chuuya, laughs at him.

Louisa and Nathaniel is not a combo I thought of

"Why did we even bother?" Louisa sits staring at the ground, trying not to gag on the smell of smoke, the sound of the flames crackling, the wreckage just in the corner of her eyes. Hawthorne, standing just in front of her, does the opposite, staring directly into the flame. It shines orange on his glasses, ash starting to stain his hair, and his expression... She expected it to be bitter, really. Or sad. Or angry. But it's just tired. And quietly, she finds just enough of her own voice to say, "I don't know."

Naomi + Haruno except I've never written Haruno before

"I got this!" "I'm sure you do, it's just-" Haruno winces, watching as Naomi slides down another rock. "You should be careful!" "It's just some rocks." "Rocks covered in algae and moss-" "But nothing I can't handle!" Naomi says confidently, outright hopping down onto another rock, and Haruno swears she sees her foot slip just a little bit. "Oh," she says, clutching her chest and leaning against the railing. "Your brother is going to kill me."

Ah Teruko and Mushitaro, the two asked to kill the person they cared about most... I think this is the first I've written of them interacting before.

"Do you ever stop talking?" Mushitaro blinks, staring at the young girl sitting cross-legged on the seat opposite of him. "Excuse me?" She rolls her eyes, of course. "All you do is blab blab blab, and frankly? It's annoying. At least gimme some info about the crimes you committed or something!" "I'll have you know the history of the occult is very fascinating, and-" and then her last sentence registers and he stops, staring at her with wide eyes. "Wait- crimes? What- what crimes could you possibly mean?" The girl grins. And he gets the deep, cold sense that he is in very, very deep trouble.

she feels really ashamed since this is your first date and something went wrong

she covers her mouth with her hand to sort of “hide” out of embarrassment

she even took off her mask and dressed up all cute for you!! :(

luckily! She brought you a gift !

you ended up really liking it and you hugged her for it, which made her feel a bit better

you ask to return the favor by buying her something too

she insists you don’t have to but you end up doing it anyway

you wrap your arm around each other’s waist while you walk which was pretty romantic :)

you kiss her atop her forehead before separating to head home

(if your not in the PM or can’t physically hand yourself—she probably follows you home from a distance, BUT NOT IN A CREEPY WAY. In a ‘she wants to know your home safe’ loving way)

she squeals when she gets home and tells ryuunosuke about the highs and lows of your date 💗

yes as I said pretty short but these were mostly a trial run for fun :)

naomi gets bitchy in the best way, like the one time they do leave your side, they leave you with jo and kelli because you’re already tipsy, and some rando dude comes up to you, trying to offer you a drink and naomi is squeezing in behind him, giving him the fakest smile just like “she’s got a drink bud, back off,” like killing him with kindness and then turns to you, kissing your cheek and ear before their arm snakes around your waist, hand rubbing your lower abdomen

before you’re drunk, you’re pushing naomi up against a wall, their hands on your ass pulling you to them, licking their way into your mouth. you def pull back embarrassed being like “wait we’re in public,” and naomi is laughing, wrapping their hand softly around your throat bringing you back in “no one is paying attention angel, kiss me,” before leaving kisses all down your neck.

when you start to get drunker, naomi is definitely swapping your shots for water and telling you to chug playfully but it’s literally a clear cup with lemon water in it, trying to pull one over on you

when you start to trip is when naomi makes the executive decision to take you home, your rubbing all over them while they’re basically half carrying you to the car

*Now this is if naomi is picking you up from a party, they are definitely staying on the phone with you until they get there, i imagine they aren’t dressed up so they are walking through the house, just looking for you and your friends

*when they finally found you, you turn around and are immediately jumping into their arms, one of naomi’s hands settles under your ass and the other on the back of your thigh

*being like “hi nomi,” your voice super soft and naomi just melts, kissing your cheeks

*while you’re in their arms, you’re trying to make out with them, your friends laughing because naomi is lowkey dodging your kisses being like “just wait babydoll,” giggling when you whine and plop your head down on their shoulder

*they fully carry you out to the car like that, your head on the shoulder almost like a little kid, and naomi is just nodding when they pass your friends who are waving or cooing because y’all are like “the parents” couple

(now back to what happens regardless)

1000% kisses you after buckling you into the passenger seat

you’re passed out by the time you get home, naomi’s gently lifting you bridal style and carrying you inside

i imagine soft!gf is just a really sleepy and whiny drunk so naomi is like “babe, you gotta work with me here,” while struggling to get your tights off

naomi is giving you soft cheek kisses, just being very gentle with you while undressing you, you basically don’t allow them to put you in clothes other than one of their oversized tshirts

there’s a LOT of kissing needed to convince you to slide a pair of their boxers up your legs

once you’re changed, naomi gets you comfy in bed, brushing your hair and trying to wipe the glitter off of your body

definitely washes your face and uses some cotton pads to do your skin care routine, they’re probably feeding you cheezits as a bribe to stay still

soft!gf is emetophobic so… she doesn’t get sick but naomi props her up just in case, leaving a small bin by her side of the bed

youre whining for naomi to come to bed, eyes half shut and they crawl right in, laying on their side, the back of your head resting on their bicep as they play with your hair, their opposite hand rubbing your leg

naomi is just nodding and humming, eyes wide and a small smile on their face being like “no way,” and “really baby?”, or “tell me about it pumpkin” when you’re honestly just babbling nonsense

but you fall asleep watching halloweentown (this is canon) and naomi is just stuck in this loop of staring at you and scratching your scalp and rubbing your skin softly

and you fall asleep HARD, like they’re def taking pics of you with your mouth open and sending them in the munagenius chat being like “the angel had fun, gn!”

lemon spaghetti recipe

good morning, citizens. this is my very first post on the website tumblr dot com from my computer. a little about me: i don't know where my husband is and the police are no longer looking at me as a person of interest. if you have any further questions please send them via USPS or ask my daughter naomi.

one thing i used to love to eat before my sense of taste was surgically removed (aliens, 1997) is my great aunt's famous recipe of Lemon Spaghetti. unfortunately i receive my nutrients through a tube now as everything i put in my mouth tastes like sulfur (because of the aliens - or was that just my husband's cooking? ha ha ha), but if you're still able to eat the traditional way, i highly recommend trying her recipe:

great aunt lenora milking an eel into her famous lemon spaghetti

INGREDIENTS:

96 lemons

spaghetti noodles (the long ones at the grocery store)

DIRECTIONS:

-squeeze 96 lemons into a large industrial vat

-pour spaghetti into vat and cook on medium high until congealed

-serve hot

*optional: if you happen to have a live eel on hand, you can milk it over the pot while cooking for some extra umami flavor. note: store-bought eel WILL NOT DO!!

okay, so first and foremost, kenji and higuchi have tourette's syndrome (and i could go on about that but that's a whole other list lol)

jun'ichirou has a stutter and when he feels strong emotions, his eyes glitch like a neon green

kajii and ranpo hooked up once just cause

kajii is aroallo, so he was down for a one night stand and the two hold it over everyone's heads all the time like "remember that time i slept with the lemon explosions guy?"

dazai. kyouka, and akutagawa are all canonically afraid of dogs, but also like it's not like a silly hehe let's laugh fear it's like feel anxious around dogs, flinches when they hear them bark, hates their hair and has to shower every time they come in contact with one (okay the projection may be a lil strong with this one)

whenever kunikida and dazai are walking together and see a dog, kunikida makes sure he's the one closest to the dog and will wordlessly switch sides with dazai. atsushi does the same for kyouka and akutagawa, and gin + black lizard does the same for akutagawa, too

kenji struggles to process that he's experienced traumatic things, so when the adults around him try to shelter him (and kyouka, but it feels personal for awhile) from worse things, he feels like they're babying him and doesn't understand that they're trying to protect him. and then, eventually, it all blows up (prolly after the cannibalism incident) (okay... yes this is the plot of my kenji & tecchou fic but i stand by this lol)

i like to think that, no matter what universe, kenji has some kind of role in inadvertently getting kunichuu together

kenji has an eating disorder due to his ability, but he still hasn't Really processed that yet (like with his trauma) but the agency is really good about making sure he eats (but sometimes it gets hard during Tough arcs like with the hunting dogs and stuff... when kenji took food but only enough for everyone else and not himself... ough...)

kenji also (last one iuygcfghuji) has trouble sleeping at night due to his ability and bc he's so used to getting up early back at itahov. sometimes he doesn't get any sleep in a night, sometimes he can't sleep unless he eats.

when dazai and kunikida find out, dazai steals kunikida's credit card (and kunikida) and they go to the store and buy kenji a cow plushie so he has something to keep him company at night and is perfect for holding and cuddling

dazai suggests he names it kuni-san and kenji LOVES the name

dazai and kunikida get kyouka a cuddly bunny plushie after she joins, too

MARGARET MITCHELL IS A CONSPIRACY THEORIST AND HAS ADHD

lovecraft loves reality tv

the guild has mandatory weekly movie nights

nonbinary mark & lovecraft <333 and mark is Somewhere on the arospec... idk where, and neither do they, but they Are

one time mark pranked everyone by stealing their toilet paper holders and hiding them in a locker (... a student did that once. stole a toilet paper holder from the boy's bathroom, hid it in his locker, claimed he found it on the floor and put it in his locker for safe keeping)

this one is stolen from this AMAZING fic called "i can keep a secret if you hush" everyone should read it anyways kenji once walked in on tanihara making out (... heatedly... choking was involved) and they told him that it was a "fight between men" and "please don't tell anyone"

jun'ichirou is canonically afraid of earthquakes. the irl jun'ichirou's childhood home was destroyed by one. the real naomi died in an earthquake and so did the rest of his family and jun couldn't cope (he was A CHILD!!!) so light snow manifested naomi and it took him a couple years to realize she wasn't real and in this essay-

ranpo knew naomi was an illusion the Second he saw her and had a breakdown and hated her for a bit and avoided her and then told her she wasn't real once (and that lowkey traumatized him bc she broke Down) (anyways yes this is also the plot of a fic i wrote i just love this hc)

ranpo and naomi are gossip buddies and share Everything with each other. ranpo knows all and naomi was trained under dazai, so she's real close to knowing all. no silly secrets are safe.

anyways dazai taught naomi stuff, yes, but ranpo is the one who took her under his wing <333 (once he got over the illusion stuff)

yosano really likes reading, especially good mysteries, so when ranpo is busy or when poe wants a reader who won't figure it out right away, yosano is his test/beta reader <333

kenji lives with kunikida bc in wHAT WORLD would kunikida allow a fourteen year old who has never been to the city before to live on his own??? and clearly everyone else is too childish to host a child, other than jun but he already has naomi so there's two of them there, so ofc kunikida takes him in!!!

nathaniel isn't in love with maragret: she's like a younger sister to him and reminds him of his younger sisters

stealing this hc from "Poe's Baking Business: A Horror Story" but poe LOVES baking and is really good at it!!!

hirotsu owns a tractor and loves gardening <333 it's how he destresses

when people refer to "the black lizard", yes they mainly mean hirotsu, gin, and tachi, but over time, it started to include higuchi, akutagawa, and kajii <333

after the whole thing with fukuchi is over, kenji and tecchou have weekly lunches together

jouno comes along one day bc they don't "trust kenji" and now they accidentally adopted a son

kenji is willing to try tecchou's strange food combinations

bUT YOU KNOW WHO ELSE IS??? THE MAN WHO EATS LEMONS LIKE APPLES!!! PEELS AND ALL!!! KAJII!!!

anyways kajii and tecchou friendship supremacy

they also have weekly dinners where they just try the most obscure things (kajii is actually a really good cook)

jouno gets really jealous and thinks they're dating at one point lol

tachi is the resident forced babysitter at the pm, so when kyouka was there, sometimes he'd take elise to her cell and they would pass her paper and coloring utensils so they could color together

names mean a lot to tachi. he doesn't quite understand why and has lots of identity issues, but he suddenly feels more like a real person when jun'ichirou calls him "michi" for the first time

after the vampire incident, higuchi and akutagawa sit down and have a MUCH needed conversation about their relationship (not romantic lol) and it's awkward and a lil messy but oh SO worth it

ofc dazai, kunikida, tachi, and akutagawa never fully healed from their injuries from the whole... everything going on right now and all have chronic pain

elise's favorite game is tea party but with Roles. tachihara is always the sparkle solider and chuuya always ends up being the worm. never upgrades. sometimes, very rarely, akutagawa gets to be a sparkle princess

no but jun'ichirou is an AMAZING actor, so more often than not, he's the one who gets sent on undercover missions

dazai has to frequently remind kunikida that yes, he's older than atsushi, jun, kenji, kyouka, and naomi, he's just barely an adult, too. he's still super young. cue a a kunikida breakdown. like genuinely.

What I think of every bsd character (some of them I don't know so I'll be making wild guesses about them) also I got all these names off a wiki and sometimes there not exactly spelt right.

Fukuzawa: nice cat loving man who I respect

Yasano: best doctor in the world, would not recommend though

Atsushi: my cute little tiger boy🥺💕

Tanizaki:I kinda like to pretend he doesn't have a sister

Kunikida: dazais number one target

Kenji: adorable, would protect with my life

Kyouka: don't dislike I just don't really feel her

Dazai: suicidal maniac, best singer ever

Ranpo: I love him, smart but dumb, I would give him all of my food.

Katai: I have no idea who he is but he looks like he never leaves his bed

Naomi: I like to pretend she doesn't have a brother

Kirako: she looks nice

Mori: I fucking hate him, no pedophiles allowed near anyone

Poe: love Karl, fellow introvert, probably gets billions of dollars from writing x reader fanfics, I'd pay him any amount

Lovecraft: the only author I actually knew about before reading this book

John steinback: kinda looks like he could be kenjis distant cousin

Lucy: like her just not really attracted to her character

Margaret: I know nothing about this character but I despite the way her name is written, I prefer margrett it sounds more like it

Mark Twain: twains out of bad situations

Nathaniel: is more likeable because his name is closest to my fav boy name Nathan.

Fyodor: somehow I have a completely neutral opinion of him, I don't like or dislike him.

Nikolai: this may be bias but I absolutely adore white haired characters that have braids, there my type of people and I automatically like them, bonus points if there unhinged

Sigma: bro is the official Y/N I feel bad for him, the absolute shit he went through, also he has the best and most realistic facial expressions in all of bsd

Bram: I like him, I seriously hope him and that small red head gets a brother/sister relationship.

Oguri: studio bones got to him

Agatha: her name is like one step away from being majestic

Fukichi: bro is the reason why Kenji and Atsushi got hurt alot, not to mention he's planning world wide terrorism, and it was all because he got rejected by his childhood crush(this is totally what happened)

Teruko:my fav bsd character, love her absolute girlboss, pls I beg of you let me be your bestie, I will sell my soul

Jouno: pretty good, I love that he put others above his own self pleasures, also kinda terrifying in some manga panels and In others hes so cute

Tecchou: cute little boy, love him, also I ship him with jouno, it's mandatory if you enter this fandom, will probably end up being bestie with kenji

Aya: biggest girlboss in this entire series, hate her dad, she is best girl, if you dis her I will track you down and find you.

Date Night | Hyuga

Pairing | Hyuga x genderneutral!reader

Warnings | A wee little snippet of lemon (grinding on each other, making out, and handsy), cursing, and mentions of violence

Author's note | I am way too obsessed with the idea of making Date Night series with all of the characters, so do comment who you wanna see next. As of currently, we have Rocky and now we have Hyuga.

Snippet | Hyuga comes home injured, hesitating to ask you for help, and when he does you feel somewhat appreciated. After all, you've been feeling underappreciated for over a week. One thing leads to another as you help him, and well.. this is date night apparently.

You had been feeling underappreciated ever since your boyfriend had shifted all of his focus on taking over SWORD. This usually wouldn't annoy you this much but he ditched a few of your date nights. Your date nights consisted of eating at a restaurant with the other Daruma members, or if you were lucky enough with your own significant other in privacy.

You couldn't lie and say that it didn't bother you when it did. It had made you so upset to the point that you spent the day with nobody but yourself. You could have spent it with the girl of Daruma Ikka but that usually consisted of them just sitting right beside your ever so lovely boyfriend and looking pretty. Not something you really wanted to spend your day doing. To be quite honest, the only other friends you had made were Lala and Naomi, who weren't bothered at all to hang out with you.

Honestly, you could have been hanging out with them but you were sitting in your shared little home, missing him. Granted he didn't know how to really show that he loved you, he was still great to you in some way.

The door suddenly opens, catching your attention as you whip your head back. In walks the infamous Hyuga himself, his face injured from fighting, you feel a bit of pity before reminding yourself that he hasn't been there for you all week. You cross your arms and turn back towards the table, looking ahead of you.

He doesn't realize you are upset with him and instead hesitates when he comes to the conclusion that he has to ask you for help to clean his wounds.

"Could.." He pauses, swallowing. "Could you help me?"

You look at him, scanning his face for any sign of not being serious, but he is. He is asking you, his significant other, for help. Genuine help. You seem shocked before standing up.

"Of course, just sit down please." You walk to grab medical supplies, his wounds weren't exactly that bad but he obviously doesn't know how to not block with his face. This thought makes you giggle a little as you enter the bathroom and get your supplies. The sudden creak of the doorway makes you alert.

There he is, standing in the doorway. Avoiding any case of eye contact as he thinks it makes him weak. You grab his arm, leading him towards the bed and forcing him to sit down. He grumbles something underneath his breath but abides.

He tells you about what happened, occasionally closing his eyes as you clean his injuries. Your touch making him feel hot. He knew how you'd been feeling, even if he wasn't the greatest boyfriend, he still tried.

You wipe a bit of blood off his lip as his hands slide up your thighs and land on your waist. His eyes are closed but you can tell he enjoys your touch, the feeling of your fingertips ever so lightly grazing his skin. It drives him insane.

You move slightly, causing a reaction, a breathy moan from Hyuga to escape his lips. He leans backwards, laying down on the bed, his hands still softly wrapped around your waist. It caught you off guard at first before you realized. A mischievous thought comes into your head as you move again, causing the same breathy moan to fall from him. This time his head tips slightly back, revealing his neck to you. One of his hands slides a bit down, touching your lower back.

He sits back up, looking up at you. The dim light of the room illuminated you, making you seem like a deity. You were his deity.

"Mine." He whispers before kissing you, it's deep, romantic, something he's never truly done with you before. Your fingers graze his neck as he pulls you closer. You move how you were moving before, a groan coming from him, and a breathy mumbled moan coming from you. His hands travel across your body, feeling every little flaw and every perfect thing you had about yourself. To him, you were unflawed. To him, you were all he needed at the current moment.

His fingers trace every piece of skin around your waist and lower back. His hands, unlike yours, were rough from years of fighting. Yours were a bit rough but you always tried to make them softer. But his touch was making you feel a different type of way, he wasn't trying to be rough, he was trying to be soft.

The make out had gotten rougher, sloppier, and hungrier. Hyuga grinds in sync with you, causing even more friction. His hands stop roaming and instead grip you hard. It's not hard enough to bruise but it is hard enough to feel pain which causes you to groan.

When you part, you are both breathing heavily. He leans back, his elbows propping him up as he looks at you. Your skin had turned a bit of a pink.

"Do you wanna go out to dinner?" He asks, slurring a little on his words. "Just the two of us."

"Just us?" You question, looking at him as if he wasn't serious. "Nobody else?"

"Yes, just us." He leans forward, wrapping his arms around you and placing his head on your chest.

"Yes." You smile, looking down at him.

AN | Holy balls, I wrote this at 9 AM.. and I haven't slept since yesterday (11 am to 6 pm) :p So yah. Hope you guys enjoyed this!
