((mmc kaons minicomic. working as an investigative reporter (and a killer one at that), kaon is freed from a "black site" he was being held in after discovering it by tarn. tarn offers him an unusual datapad (similar to the one we see in tarns comic, janus) which kaon uses to discover the secrets of his captors. digging too deep, hes pinned, but not before he reveals himself to be a triple changer with a fucking scorpion altmode and a cute little spider drone. satisfied with his work, he accepts tarns offer.

name clarifications because this is 3rd party: anarchus is kaon. im unsure of who the other characters besides tarn are, if they exist at all and arent just 3rd party filler, but lmk if they do.))

Ohh, I also recently got this acryllic stand featuring this Fairy Tale (Red Riding Hood and the Wolf) version of Undead Unluck's Andy and Izumo Fuuko!

This is actually from a Weekly Shonen Jump blindbag acryllic stands collection that featured the cover illustrations from Weekly Shonen Jump 21-22 (2021), which was released... last year, I think? This collection is based on, you guessed it, fairy tales. You had, for example, Luffy dressed as Aladdin, Roboco as Snow White, etc, etc. These were also released in "mini" variants, but I suppose those were lottery or subscriptions related...? And are much smaller than these.

ANYWAY, I basically fell in love with this one. Especially since these are the same outfits or versions of Andy and Fuuko that were featured in Ch 39's color cover (which, instead, happens to be one of my fave color covers of the series so far...) and MAN, do I love a nice werewolf design (and it fits Andy SO WELL, I CAN'T-) And Fuuko as Red Riding Hood is nice.

That being said, GOSH, I WISH there were WSJ-related stuff like these AGES ago! There's neat older thematic cover illustrations variants from WSJ featuring their older series and I feel they would have looked SO cool in physical merch like this? Especially when I am more familiar with some of their older series that have finished in the past few years :').

Here it is with my other couple of acryllic stands of Mage (I wish he had more meat on his bones, but this was from those CG profiles from the Dandevi PSVita game) and MeiRitsu (this one actually featuring art by @/kuroztonbi)

My jackey!!!!!

I haven’t taken photos of the back but I adore how it is coming on so far. The patches are all mostly crooked but I don’t care. So happy to finally have a battle jack that works for me! It’s mostly covered but I have a few more patches to add and I might embroider it or use fabric marker on it in places, we’ll see. Adding beads was sooooooo so fun, definitely made me want to bead more clothing in the future!

Most patches were made by me/taken from old clothing/bought online, but the one with the dog biting the hand is from @ uppercutt on insta!!

I made a lot of the pins as well but the other ones are mostly vintage

Today I whipped out another Motown compilation record, this time 1984's Farewell My Summer Love, which was self-admittedly another one of their attempts to cash in on the peak of Michaelmania, but this time with a twist - with overdubbed, previously - unreleased tracks that were originally recorded in 1973! My copy has the full-size poster that was included still inside which has clearly never been hung up and i obviously won't be doing that either. ❤️

I always liked how painfully 80s the designs (and the overdubs of the music) are and the blurb in the back is a great time capsule piece. Crazy that this'll be 40 this year.
