Rainbow Week 2022

With Rainbow Week coming tomorrow, I felt the need to share the uh, “schedule.”

Hey! I’m doing well, thanks for asking. How about you? I’ve actually been working on a few things and I was planning on finishing writing some 2jin fluff today but then my computer had to go and shut down so I’m just waiting for it to start working again so I can finish it.

Your cat must be really happy 😂. Honestly, Gfriend was one of my top groups and Sowon was my bias so I was extremely disappointed when I heard. Honestly, I don’t understand buddies blindly defending her and saying she didn’t know cause, come on. There’s no way she doesn’t know what a Nazi is. It just feels really weird and it kinda turned me off of Gfriend tbh. Hby?

The night is clear no stars can be seen not even a single light and there she was, under that sky is Eunha the girl who keeps waiting for her true love, she admits she is truly a hopeless romantic but most of the people in this planet are too

She always dream about a person who will love her it doesn't matter whether it's a prince or princess as long as she can be the queen of their lives

for eunha gender doesn't matter as long as they love her with all their heart and their last breath

Eunha just keeps staring at the night sky and she saw something a ball like thing it's falling from the sky and it's glowing extremely bright

The ball like thing reaches the land and Eunha being a curious cat went to the place where the unknown thing went

Eunha saw that even if it reached the ground its still glowing but not as bright as before,out of her curiosity she touched the ball

She felt the ball shaking and the ball glowed brightly as eunha protected her eyes from the blinding light a very beautiful girl appeared

The unknown girl saw eunha with her hands in her eyes the girl tilted her head and slowly held eunha's hand to get a clearer view of the small girl in front of her

The girl took eunha's hand and smiled warmly as she saw eunha's face

"I never thought that my soulmate would be very pretty" the unknown girl said

"Ummm SOULMATE?!" Eunha ask very confused and freaked out

"Yes, and Im Sowon by the way" the once unknown girl said

Eunha must be dreaming because this random girl tgat she found inside a ball and whose by the way very beautiful is saying that SHE is Eunha's SOULMATE

The 'sowon' girl hold eunha's hand "I've been looking for you my love for years now and Im here now looking at you for the first time and Im very glad to finally meet you" Sowon stated with teary eyes

"I-Im very glad to meet you too Im Eunha by the way" Eunha said and put up a very welcoming smile

"If you could feel my heartbeat now it would hit you like a sledge hammer" Sowon said as she hugged Eunha like theres no tomorrow under the sky

Isn't it funny that in just a matter of minutes Eunha found her soulmate and it not just in her dreams where her soulmate is found but also in real life

As she's smiling between sowon's arms she heard a phone ringing and it's actually her ringtone and that time she's like hit by a sledgehammer that's it's all a dream and she's still in the plain,dull and full of sadness that is called reality.

it’s been a strangely difficult past few days for minhee. seeing and meeting everyone from the shared home’s family and friends has been nice, but it stings a little that she didn’t have anyone coming.

her parents aren’t even coming to this concert tonight. they do love her, minhee is almost positive that they do. her father does, anyways. they’ve become closer ever since she adopted mouse. her mother never allowed pets in the house, so he takes full advantage of any opportunity to cat-sit for her. that’s where he is tonight, propping his feet up in minhee’s living room, mouse curled up in a little ginger croissant shape on the arm of the chair next to him. her mother? she has no excuse to not come.

she just plain doesn’t want to.

even after all these years, it still breaks minhee’s heart a little. she’d called her mother as soon as the familial element was brought up to the cast, extending her the invitation excitedly down the phone, only to be met with a stern humming noise before her dreams were swiftly crushed yet again. she sits back on the dressing room couch and pinches the bridge of her nose as she squeezes her eyes tight shut. better not to think about that stuff. it’s never going to change. minhee just has to focus on the good - her improving relationship with her dad, her flourishing solo career.

there’s a knock at her door. minhee gets to her feet and quickly checks herself in the mirror, plastering on a big fat smile. she guesses it’s probably staff and housemates from the shared home. sure, they’re all getting paid to be there, but nevertheless, she’s glad to see their faces when she opens the door.

“come in, come in!”

it makes for a cute moment. minhee hugs everyone, thanking them gratefully for coming to support her. she asks what songs they’re most excited for, and assures them that she’ll do her best on the stage. then, as fast as they arrived, they’re being ushered away again. with her heart feeling a little bit lighter, minhee uses her last few minutes of downtime to track down hyeju or sowon or yoonah, or any of her fellow lipstick members. the visit from her castmates reminded her that she doesn’t have to be by herself.

later on, during the closing mentions of the show, minhee waves out to the crowd. “hello everyone! thank you so much for coming to our encore show.” she pauses, giving the crowd time to cheer. “tomorrow’s my birthday, but you knew that, right?” minhee leans towards the audience, cupping her ear to hear their response. she smiles at their cries, clapping her hands together. “right! thank you to all our vanity, we’ll see you again soon! and to my castmates from shared home, thank you for coming! this is the best birthday ever!”

So many things happening right now I almost forgot today is our fifth anniversary with Sowon 🥺 On this day in 2017 we went inside just to check out the cats by curiosity and left with the most precious little girl in the whole world. She may drive me crazy most of the time (especially this week tbh fkdbdj) but I would never trade her for anything, I love her so much and I’ll be forever glad that this little random visit changed my life for the better 💜

The Inner Circle

↳ Character Sheet/ Background Info on the Characters of the stories Solanacea & Colorblind written by @cassiavioletblue & @softjeon

This is a Character Sheet with Background Information that Cat and I have gathered together, while writing the stories. It gives you a more detailed look into the lifes of the members of the ‘inner circle’. Both stories are finished and you can read them here, on my masterlist or on AO3.

Overall:

‘Solanacea’ is set a few years before ‘Colorblind’

Location: a fictitious Seoul (South Korea)

Gang! AU

in ‘Solanacea’ the main characters are in their mid-twenties

Taehyung is younger than most of the members (17 yrs old when he joins the gang; 25 yrs old when he meets Jungkook, who’s 23 yrs old ↳ Colorblind)

Namjoon:

is the leader of the ‘inner circle’

his dad was a drug lord

his dad murdered Namjoon’s mom and is currently in prison; Namjoon refuses any contact with him and denies his relation; only Jin knows about this

his mom betrayed his dad, that's the reason why his dad taught Namjoon that ‘love only weakens you’, but Namjoon never really believed it - he always had a softer heart (though he likes to think and say otherwise)

first Namjoon submerged for a while after his dad got imprisoned, until he started to take over all of Seoul

ruthless, a good shooter, cold hearted but soft at the center, especially for Jimin

he likes order and doesnt like it when someone talks against him

the only one who is able to calm Namjoon down is Jimin; the other members just let him be when he is furious or send Jimin

he is a responsible leader, that always makes sure that the members talk to each other if they fight or have disagreements

is responsible/ in charge of everyone and makes sure that everyone is trained well

has a lot of money and owns a big mansion in the middle of nowhere, where everyone of his inner circle lives and only a few of the other members know where it is. The mansion has a pool, a dance studio (but its only Jimin's) a lot of training rooms, a basement full of cocaine and guns, meeting rooms, private rooms as well as apartment size - rooms for all the members (and an extra closet room for Jin (↳ scene in Colorblind)).

could be cold-hearted to one member but turns around and is all soft for Jimin again

would do anything for Jimin's safety

Jin

knows Namjoon the longest; their parents were close friends when they were younger

his parents have been smugglers for Namjoon’s dad and now live somewhere in Mexico, making sure that Namjoon gets his drugs delivered

his best friend, closest partner; they take care of each other, always stick to each other's side

a player, loves going out in clubs and partying but is a nice guy at home (he secretly hates it that he can’t take home girls, since the mansion supposed to be hidden, so he bought himself a little apartment in the city for one night stands)

loves cooking and preparing different kind of meals each day when he got nothing else to do and hates it if he gets interrupted to do some gang stuff again

he was the one who brought Namjoon into the club/ brothel scene

Hoseok

always was curious for the more “darker life”, had a way of getting himself into trouble

started out as a small drug dealer

met Sowon in a bar, where she was a waitress - it was love at first sight, though she ignored him at first, thinking he only wanted to play with her

when she first got pregnant, Hoseok asked for Namjoon’s help

Namjoon offered safety for Sowon (got her a house by the beach far out of town ↳ Colorblind), so in return Hoseok would do the dirty work for him

he’s a cold hearted killer at night and a fluffy, soft sunshine at day who loves his wife and kids dearly; he always visits them as much as he can but lives mostly in the mansion

every member (but Jungkook) were at the wedding

likes to torture people a lot

is in charge of training the new members

Sowon

Hoseok’s wife (they married in between the timelines of Solanacea and Colorblind)

got two children with him and lives in a big house near the sea

Namjoon sometimes uses her house as a hide out (↳ Jungkook staying at Sowon’s)

Every member cherishes her; in a way she is like a mother figure to all of them

the only one who really is brave enough to speak up against Namjoon (which he hates but respects at the same time)

sees Jungkook as a third child of hers and makes sure that Namjoon would give Tae and him a new room, where they both could live together in the mansion (↳ Beginning Scene of Solanacea)

Yoongi

bisexual

he was held captive by some other gang (unknown reasons that only he and Namjoon knows about) ↳ has a brand mark on his hip from where they had tortured him badly

Namjoon found him one night and took him upon him, nurturing him back to life

very quiet and reserved, but cares a lot for the people close to him

he would do anything to make sure Namjoon is safe, because he literally owes him his life

likes do to a lot of tech stuff, or repair their guns and everything else being on his own in his room

a very good sniper

Jimin

he was in a worker/employer relationship since he can remember

his parents didn’t particularly cared for him; told him “love needs to be earned”

he left his family home with only being thirteen years old, taking on every job he could (considering he was way too young to do normal jobs)

at first he was in a few shelter homes, but he loved lingering around dance studios, watching the people dance inside

he started dancing for a few cents to get food on the streets

one day the owner of the club, saw him outside dancing and gave him the job offer, which finally would allow him to have his own little apartement and care for himself

was a stripper (started at sixteen) before he met Namjoon

Namjoon took him in as he got somehow wrapped in all the gang stuff ↳ Solanacea

whiny when he doesn't get attention, especially with/from Namjoon

is in an “unofficial official” relationship with Namjoon

is a good hand on hand combat fighter, because of his agility from being a dancer

owns a personalized gun from Namjoon, that has little beads hanging from the end, with one being a calico cat (↳Initiation rite scene in Solanacea)

likes to interrupt important meetings/ or Namjoon’s office time, just because he's whiny and needs attention

if he isn’t with Namjoon, he’s most likely to be found in the dance room

hates it when people underestimate him, especially because of his relation to Namjoon, but uses it against them (“I’m cute but I will cut you” - face). He gets feared by a lot of outside-members because of his relation to the leader as well, they know he’s close to him (though they don’t know to what extend)

on missions he’s often in charge of the deflection (↳ Hotel hallway scene; Colorblind)

Taehyung

bisexual

Jimin takes Taehyung in one night, after he helped them out and shot someone who tried to attack Namjoon

he was only seventeen when he joined the gang

Family: unknown

he basically lived all by himself on the streets, until Namjoon took him in and trained him

is one of Namjoon’s best fighter and is responsible for a lot of hitman missions

was “responsible” for his ex girlfriends death, who died in a fire on a mission, and it almost had cost Namjoon everything (he gets haunted by it, in a scene in colorblind)

stumbled upon Jungkook on one of his missions and somehow fell in love with him along the way (↳ Colorblind)

almost died because of a stab wound (↳ Hotel Room Scene) but Namjoon nurtured him as well, making sure he had every medical resource and getting him back on his feet

did go against Namjoon’s order and still went to look for Jungkook, even after Namjoon told him to let him live his normal life and not drag him into this dangerous lifestyle

Jungkook

came to the gang because of unfortunate events through Taehyung (↳ Colorblind)

he decides to stay and work for the gang, because of Taehyung

is Taehyung’s boyfriend and will become the last member of the inner circle

is quiet, shy but confident and would do anything as long as it's for Taehyung

his loyalty stands and falls with Tae ↳ which annoys Namjoon (also because Jungkook and Taehyung remind him a lot of himself and Jimin and he doesn't want to admit that)

though Jungkook would never say it out loud, he's very thankful towards Namjoon for making sure that Taehyung is healthy and fully healed, which is why he stays loyal to the leader as well

turns out he’s a great fighter and good shooter right away like Taehyung once was (which annoys Namjoon even more because he is perfect for his gang)

always stays by Taehyung's side; killer duo

(1/?) hii, 🐧 anon here, back on track with very long ask to send you cause i miss you 🥺💓. i also danced to twice’s signal with my class but thinking about it, i must also look like a fish flopping around kekskswk. i sometimes felt insecure bc of being tall for a young age (am i young? idk) and only some of my friends, not always tho, it is iust like a joke but my family does. my family is also very tall, my dad is 190cm and my brother is like 2 meters (?), my mom isn’t tall, she is short - 🐧

(2/?) she is only 159cm and my baby sister is also tall, she is 2 years old but she is taller than most kids at her age and taller some of the kids older than her 😅. i never went to a concert before but if i do, being tall is definitely a benefit for me loll! i literally try to learn dances, i just watch the mv many times and copy it (only the chorus) i’m trying to learn blackpink’s how you like that, hope i can 😚. i usually visit my cousins when i was small, during summer mostly - 🐧

(3/?) hà nội is beautiful, i also love visiting it, and hội an too! my mon loves hội an, because there are many types of snacks there and it is like a paradise for me and my mom 🥰❤️. your trip to vietnam sounds amazing 🤩, it seems you have alot of fun there! to me, there isn’t much to see in sài gòn (since in sài gòn, mostly are malls) idk if you knew are not Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh and Sài Gòn are one! just the name changed, Sài Gòn is the old name of Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh - 🐧

(4/?) i never went to Ngọc Châu Garden i think, this is actually my first time hearing this sksksk, i am embarrassed for living in Vietnam for my whole life and not knowing the restaurant 😅. I also thought my city is gorgeous too! This is my personal opinion but i think that, Hồ Chí Minh is like a modern city while Hà Nội is more ancient. omg same! my mom would get upset if we didn’t suggest anything to eat but then she cooked it and we didn’t like it, she would get upset - 🐧

(5/6and tbh, idk if i am responsible or not? cause i do sometimes but mostly not, i just do it cause i want to help out a bit, even though i helped a lot, i still get shout for being lazy 😞 but i do agree tho, like between lazy and responsible? i am not sure if i am close to my brother or not, even if he come back home, he doesn’t help me out that much, it is just like without him 😔, but i am used to that so i couldn’t complain abt anything, he helped with the dishes, but not much 😢 - 🐧

i love hà nội and hội an so much! i want to revisit them both 💕 omg yeah they had yummy food there!! i also bought one of my favorite bags there, it’s like a circular rattan bag? i love it so much. do you go to hội an with your mom a lot? it was soooo much fun!!! i absolutely loved all the different places we were able to visit and all the things i got to experience! 💛 oh yes, i heard people use both names interchangeably for the city! Sài Gòn is such a pretty name, and i want to call my cat that if i ever adopt one :’)

and omg no, you shouldn’t be embarrassed! i don’t even know all the restaurants in the city i live in LOL also, since we were tourists, we had chosen places to eat that were recommended by other tourists on yelp and such, and we didn’t really know the good food places that locals would go to 😅 but the food was amazing, and i loved it! 🌸 ooo yes, that’s what i thought when i visited both cities! i really like the more ancient style since the US is all modern, so i especially loved hà nội and yeah, like you said, Hồ Chí Minh has a lot of malls, and i’m not super interested in shopping akjhdfds and LOL yes exactly!!! i see that all moms are the same :’)
