As much as I love being a delicate damsel in distress, sometimes I just get so angry and upset and I know Greed would be there for me in the old abandoned warehouse, we’d get into clothes that ease mobility and he just lets me spar with him, like completely wail on him to get all my emotion out until I collapse on the floor and start crying. He always goes easy on me, his shield making it so he doesnt have to worry about getting hurt, and he sits with me while I cry and scream because I am hurting so much. He also gets me ice cream or something sweet afterwards, and if not something sweet then something savory like a good baked potato or ribs.

I always feel so out of place even in system communities. Does anyone else relate at all??

Like, idk some system memes are cool and relatable bc obviously not everything is gonna line up, but so much of it doesn't click with us.

We've almost never been put off by the voices, we all wanna communicate, we don't think less of each other or think 1 deserves more front time than anyone else, etc. Idk, there's so many memes about denial and eating each other's food and all this distress. Which is i know, a major part of many system's lives. Part of what makes a meme is the repeatability and a lot of systemhood IS struggles in that area.

But what about systems who do everything right (in the sense that we have healthy coping and such)? What about systems who unconditionally love each other and dissociative barriers are something we work around instead of fighting? What about the systems who love the voices?

I will admit my next words do come from a place of anger. But I do want to preface this by saying : I know people do care about I/P, care about palestinian rights, care about hearing israeli women. I know you try to make this space safe. This isn't about you.

This is about the people who use this conflict to be hateful. To fully show their hatred for Jews hiding behind "I am doing this in the name of justice" so many of you claim you do this because 'being quiet about oppression is what lead to the Holocaust' inverting our history and trauma against us.

But I want to tell you, you were right: you proved you would not have been quiet back then. You would have been the damn Nazi killing us.

Ugh I started sleeping on my back recently to try to help my back pain and it made my LOWER back pain a little worse but my shoulders dont hurt anymore soooo i guess i just need a leg pillow or something. Blegh

There is something really weird about people who bailed on RWBY because they felt it wasn't queer enough for them. Only to go and stan a series with like, literally one canonized gay character and very limited story but act like its the gayest thing in the world.

But I think in this case its pretty clear they were more interested in having something akin to a toy box or sandpit to play with; rather than an actual story.

But they don't want to admit that and so have to pretend there's something wrong with RWBY's queer rep to justify their interest in the new thing because media engagement is a contest I guess?
