Ugh I started sleeping on my back recently to try to help my back pain and it made my LOWER back pain a little worse but my shoulders dont hurt anymore soooo i guess i just need a leg pillow or something. Blegh

#minor vent post #small vent #i ache like an old man #i’ve been doing daily stretches and some yoga exercises too when i remember #a big issue in general for routine changes like this are reminders #i forget often #thanks to adhd i go blind to stickynotes and other reminders #they stop existing if they exist long enough #which is like about a week #pain helps me remember though #which is why the back issue is even getting worked on #also cause being sick with bronchitis kinda forced me into it #body said: nope! we’re gonna make you change positions every 4 hours #and dehydrate you #i’ve easily drinken 4 gallons or somethin these past 3 days #ugh i feel like shit #but my nose is congested now so #means its getting better #i just gotta let it run its course
