I have successfully avoided eating dinner!!
My wife was pushing for me to eat and I managed to pretend to eat a couple bites then when she wasn’t looking put the rest with the left overs and made myself some green tea.
I am super proud of myself,since relapsing I have successfully kept myself below 100 Calories a day

total cals approximately: 700
breakfast:
1 pack of instant grits with a tablespoon of buttet and everything bagel seasoning
lunch/dinner:
pumpkin spice mocha latte x2
boiled nappa cabbage w/ seaweed and rice and sparkling lemon water
I was craving something sweet but I was able to control myself
ended up not eating all so total is around 550-600
dinner:
approximately: 150 calories
I ordered sesame chicken from this thai restaurant by my house, had like an 1/8 of it and 1/4 cup of white rice
so total is now 600-750 calories

had a bag of chips, a salad, and some black coffee / monster zero. i feel light and a bit faint, but at least i know its working. might have some fruit to help with the low blood sugar
