I’ve never told anyone (irl) about my ed or anything really, I’ve been in the psych ward recently and was diagnosed with ARFID which I do think that I have (comorbid w/anorexia)
Anyways, point is I’ve been to the doctors and stuff and gained almost 30 pounds (I’m 118 now) over the past few months and I’ve never been or felt fatter. I don’t fit into half of my prettist xxs clothes anymore and I look flabby in everything else.
So I’m going to try things a little different this time and try to be a little healthier since I have all these doctors kinda on my back and I have to be gradual and kinda normal so not to raise any red flags
This is my promise to:
Go for a run every day
Do Pilates/ballet class 3-4 times a week
Eat between 10 and 7
Eat ~ 1200 calories a day
Eat >100g protein a day
Eat <100g carbs a day
Eat ~50g of healthy fats only
I’m looking for friends with similar situations or with similar goal weights (105) or similar interests in film and poetry and music and nature and such. People to hold me accountable and bc lowkey I’m super lonely these days lol

starting a week long fast til my birthday. i turn 18 a week from today!!! i might just liquid fast just bc it’s hot and i have to walk a lot at my university so it’ll be okay if i get like a little smoothie to keep me awake but wish me luck so i don’t pass out in front of a bunch of people who don’t know me. i don’t wanna be known as “the girl with the ed” again
