Pretty annoying how my family is more worried for my sister losing weight because she had anorexia in the past but no one notices me. I mean it's good that I can use her as a shield to hide but it makes me question if I even look any different...

FOOD RULES. (o^ ^o)
1. Do not eat, unless you are physically hungry (dizzy, shaky, faint) and you feel like you have to. Try not to honour cravings too much, this will teach your body to crave harder.
2. Instead of eating, for the sake of it, think about all the other things you could be doing. (Walking, gaming, shopping, reading, drawing.. ect.)
3. Make healthier food choices, this is good because you can eat more- for less. Cut out on addictive junk food and switch to better alternatives.
4. 700 under restriction (aim for 500), unless it’s a metabolism day, then aim for 1200.
5. Understand that food will only make you more unhappy in life, nothing you eat will compare to the way you’ll look and feel when you don’t. Food is not a good thing, it is something you need to survive. Like sleep. It should not be seen as a treat.
6. NONO foods: bread, oreos, butter, oil, any sauce that isn’t lo fat, fast food, any drinks that aren’t 0 cal, most meats, crisps, ect.
7. Stop feeling anxious.
8. Try your best to get 10k steps a day in.
9. Remember why you’re doing it. (To be light, to be loved.)
