Jolly good! 🇬🇧
Ukraine will receive twice as many Challenger 2 tanks from the UK than London originally promised.
Source: Vadym Prystaiko, Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom, in an interview with Radio Liberty
According to Prystaiko, the UK promised Ukraine 14 Challenger 2 tanks, but following the results of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit to Britain in February, it was agreed that this number would double.
President Zelenskyy obviously made a good impression during his visit to the UK.
These advanced tanks will be put to good use as Russia has inferior tanks and doesn’t know how to use them properly anyway.
Putin's army can't figure out how to use tanks, and the battlefield in Ukraine is littered with burnt wrecks
Russia's tanks were once seen as fearsome, formidable threats, but the war in Ukraine shows it doesn't know how to use them.
The Russian tank force has taken a beating. US officials have said on more than one occasion that Russia has likely lost as many as half its main battle tanks while fighting in Ukraine, if not more.
[ ... ]
Russia's staggering tank losses — which include the T-72, T-64, T-80, and T-90 tanks — can be attributed to its failure to provide adequate fire support in combat, military experts told Insider. The Russian tank force has also shown extremely little adaptability and common sense.
Some parts of Ukraine are cluttered with destroyed Russian tanks.
While much media attention lately has been devoted to fighting in the area around Bakhmut, Ukraine has been winning a major tank battle at Vuhledar.
This is footage from Vuhledar which features a Russian describing his unit’s rout in less than polite terms.

P.S. Now the main attention of the mass media is on the Middle East, but we must not forget that the Russian imperialists continue to commit war crimes in Ukraine

it occurs to me ive never finished a real playthrough of awakening that wasn’t like. for the support log or constructing a main file where i cap everyone’s stats and break the game. i’ll admit all the grinding was kinda fun for me but i’m very excited to experience this game without doing all that

Development of Leopard 2 Tank
Development of Leopard 2 tank began in 1960s, when United States and Germany were intensively working on their project of new tank under label MBT/KPz-70. At that time, MBT-70 had the highest priority in both countries, so much so that one article forbade both countries from developing any other tanks in parallel with it. MBT/KPz-70 project was very ambitious, with goal of creating a new concept…

Leopards are not a panacea but they may keep Ukraine from getting bogged down in a prolonged World War I type of trench warfare.
Of course Putin and his propagandists are not happy about the Leopards and other advanced tanks heading to Ukraine.
The most bizarre and demented Putin propagandist on Russian state TV is Vladimir Solovyov. He dresses like a James Bond villain and rants like a Nazi – while he ironically tries to link the West with Nazis. His occasional fake German accent is unintentionally hilarious. Of course Solovyov and his pals, in true fascist fashion, portray Russia as the actual victim. They want viewers to forget that it was Russia which invaded Ukraine – not the other way around. It never occurs to them that the war would end the moment the Russian invaders leave Ukraine.
A commenter reminded us at YouTube: “Remember this isn't a parody.“

Destroyed Russian T-72 main battle tank, Bakhmut, Ukraine, March, 22, 2024. Source: ukr.warspotting.net
P.S. Food for thought! The Russians diligently continue to hide their huge losses in Ukraine and the corrupt Western media diligently help spread Russian propaganda lies. If this was a tank produced in the West, all objective Western media would be full of its pictures and the following cries: "Horror, horror! What huge losses? How expensive is it to help Ukraine!?" However, nothing is actually written about the burnt Russian tanks in the Western media today! The Russian invasion continues, the Russians continue to commit massive war crimes and the Ukrainians continue to successfully repel hordes of Russian war criminals! Look what the Russians have done to Bakhmut...
