Hi, I'm loopylou.... im posting to ask for any ideas on how to lose weight quicker... I'm 38yrs my daily calorie intake excluding drinks is between 120/200 cals... i mainly live off a salad a day... I'm currently taking appetite suppressant daily... I used to be addicted to laxatives but I weaned myself off them as they were making me unwell. I dont do no exercises as my blood pressure is low sometimes and I'm also lazy. At present I'm 10st 5lb (65.7kg) but I want to lose a other 2sb (12.7kg) what can I do to achieve this. I currently lose on average 3lb (1.3kg) per week if I dont have any sort of a binge...
