Cécile is learning how you can't win against the bro club :

She's also the only character using 'bien' meaning very/really (as in 'je suis bien fâchée'=I'm really angry), and doing so often.

I thought it was simply an old timey expression (it has a nice old granny connotation today), but then other characters might have used it as well. Maybe it's always been a very goody two shoes way of speaking.
