A gijinka Lurien design I finished recently. I think being the city watcher, he would have clothes more sophisticated than just a cloak - especially if he was going out. Fully equipped with waterproof layers and an umbrella of course, for the worst of rains. 

Wasn’t sure which version to include so left is w/ linerart, the right is w/o lineart.
