#found out this week that vacation or requesting time off is first come first serve for managers #which i would get if you had a small management team #and where overlapping vacations would be a problem #but there are six of us #SIX #you absolutely could and probably should have overlapping vacations so everyone can take appropriate time off and rest #but no #no no #and you didn't TELL US so now you three main ones got to choose your summer dates and now us keys can't #unbelievable #un #be #liev #able
