percy wears rings ; specifically silver rings. i feel like he also wears bracelets, specifically silver chain bracelets or anything matching with you. also always has a hair tie or scrunchie on his wrist for u. his hands aren't super veiny - they're kinda smooth ?? idk how to describe them but theyre just veiny enough that 😵‍💫. his nails r pretty short i feel - his mom made sure he regularly cut them and never bit them. he does wear nail polish sometimes but half the time it gets chipped.

JASON GRACE

zoo wee mama this bitch has veiny hands <3 they go well w his BEEFY ASS forearms n biceps !! jason is so yummy ugh but anyways. he rarely ever wears jewlery i feel. only ever one ring on his middle finger and its just a plain band, silver with no engravings. his nails r kinda long-ish, bc he grew up with wolves and like he used to scratch people as a child i just know it. he can't stand if his nails are super long but he doesn't keep them as short as frank. his nails are actually really well kept ??? he only ever wears clear nail polish on them. also i feel like he uses hand lotion n shit ?? fancy ass

LEO VALDEZ

aughhhhhh he also doesn't have super veiny hands ?? theyre like just veiny enough tee hee. his hands + fingers r very calloused from all the work he does ( yk he's good w his hands 🤭 ) so they're kinda rough. his nails are short bitch. like short short. he grew up biting them so like. theyre short. i feel like he would only ever wear rings on super special occasions because he doesn't want them to get messed up while he's working. he definitely has a couple of scars on his hands from accidents he's had while working or just when he's being clumsy asf. he paints his nails a lot but it always chips after like twenty minutes.

FRANK ZHANG

this. mf. has big hands. theyre real veiny and they're BIG. they're really soft n always warm <3 he won't wear any other ring except for one his mother left him, its gold and it has his last name engraved on it. his nails r pretty short, thats just how he likes to keep them. i personally can't see frank ever painting his nails but maybe he'll let you do it just once, because it makes you happy. he'll take it off like an hour after but only because he doesn't like the way it feels on his nails.

wakasa has such a grip on you and he fucking knows it. ugh.

he won't even be phased by you when you get all up in his face shouting and calling him names. he'll just stand there smirking at you because the only thing he can focus on is how god damn pretty you look when you're angry

"Mhm," he would say, but he would never want you to feel like he didn't care about what you have to say, so he would add, "I'm listening, mama, keep going."

you hope he doesn't catch the way you stammer as you continue your ramble. he does -- and his smirk only widens at it.

he knows you could never stay mad at him.

when he decides he's had his fun, he'll slide his arm around you, lips dripping with those sweet nothings he knows you love to hear.

"I'm sorry, mama," He croons softly, pressing a kiss to your cheek. "I won't do it again."

he knows you're not really that angry at him. Rather, that you're angry at a situation and you want to be heard by him.

"Promise?" you would ask him.

"'Course, mama," he adds. "don't want my future wife crying' over something I did. y'er too damn pretty. ain't that right, mrs. imaushi?"

then your gaze would soften, your anger would weaken, and he would know he had won. he knew he had your pretty ass wrapped around his finger. no one else could handle his princess the way he could.

leo valdez hated the way (name) was always swaying her hips like that as she walked. how she was beautiful, and managed to be so, sweet even when the other person happened to be a bitch. he hated the way her hair was always perfect after swimming, but can’t manage to atleast make eye contact with him.

ANNABETH WATCHED (name) argue with leo for the fifth time in the past week. she sighed, “what are they arguing about now??” percy strode his way beside his daughter of athena girlfriend.

“your sister looked at leo the wrong way and leo started burning her shoelaces.” percy glanced down at the black and burnt ends of (name)’s shoelaces, a chuckle escaping his lips.

“for the last time— i didn’t give you a stank eye!” (name) grumbled, crossing his arms over his chest, upset. leo looked right through her, his brown eyes narrowing at her upset expression. “so stop burning my shoelaces!! i still need them. god.” (name) had made her final point before walking away from the son of hepheastus.

percy walked beside leo, pinching the side of his stomach, “the hell do you think your doing?” percy asked. leo yelped at the pinch, and as well as percy’s appearance. percy had that shit-eating grin that he gave his sister’s pursuers. “don’t give me that look perce, she was totally looking at me weird.”

“awww!” annabeth coo’d, “they remind me of us seaweed brain.” she kissed percy’s cheek. leo’s cheeks flared up a tint of pink, “okay first— where’d you come from?” he pointed to percy. “and second of all, we do not remind you of.. — you, i don’t know whatever, it’s too early for this.” leo rambled, feeling the heat in his ears escalate.

annabeth raised both her brows, “you’re mad at her for looking at you?” she asked him, “isn’t that what you want?” percy continued her sentance.

leo grumbled again, running his fingers through his hair, “ay.. mierda.” he mumbled. “ahhh..” percy sang. “you have a crush on my sister valdez.”

“NO I DONT.”

“… but if i said yes, are you going to kill me?”

“probably.”

annabeth nudged percy hard on the stomach. percy winced in pain, “god she’s got an arm.” the son of poseidon hugged his stomach in pain. “what he means is you should atleast try and show that you’re interested in her. all you’ve ever done is burn her shoelaces, her jacket, and the drawing she was working on the other day!”

annabeth exclaimed, percy in the background groaning in pain. “oh stop being a baby, percy.”

leo sighed, “actually i almost burnt her hair the other day— which.. will be a story.. for another time..” percy’s eyes widened. “is that why she smelt like burnt popcorn the other day?! leo—“ he snarled, annabeth stopping him before he could kill the poor guy.

“be. nice.” annabeth shot at leo before walking away with percy to go engross in something else. “but he was— i’m gonna—“ leo could hear from the short ditsance of the couple.

IT WAS UNEXPECTED. (name) walked back to cabin three with a light in her chest. “PERCY!” she barged inside. percy jumped, “(nickname), i’m taking a nap here.” she threw a pillow in his face, “hey!”

“leo got me shoelaces to replace the burnt ones and apologized for the other things he’s burnt. THAT’S SO WEIRD?” she whisper-yelled in her brother’s face as she sat on the edge of his bunk. percy rubbed his eyes, the bed head very visible the strands of his jet black hair out and about. “how’s that weird? the guy’s just trying to be nicer. about time.”

(name) agreed, it shouldn’t be weird. but it was just so sudden. then she thought about him, his smile, maybe it wasn’t always a mischievous one. and his tank? no lie, he did look really attractive in it. his smile.. wait didn’t she just think of it?

“(name) you’re as red as frank when he found out about sex.”

she threw another pillow at percy’s face.

THE SEVEN, (and some added guests) made their way to camp’s lake to go canoing. “alright! so,” annabeth made her way to the front of the group. “me and perce, obviously. frank and hazel. jason and pipes. nico and will. reyna and rachel. (name) and leo. any questions?”

“I DO!”

leo and (name) turned to each other with their hands both raised. “i don’t wanna go canoing with him!” she shot. leo scrunched his brows. “i’m not that bad! i already apologized for all the stuff i’ve burnt!”

“oh yeah, WITH A FROWNED FACE!”

“okay, enough! we can’t have you guys switch, just, manage and don’t try to drown each other?”

leo and (name) hopped in their canoe last, while the others rushed to go look around. “hey, i’m suppose to be in the back. the leader’s in the back.” (name) shot again, “oh yeah? and who made you leader?” leo put his foot in the back seat. (name) snarled, putting her own foot in the back.

“me. daughter of poseidon.” leo chuckled with a smug smile, “that was cringe.” (name) hit him on the head with her oar.

leo let her be leader.

AFTER A BIT, (name) had grown tired and leo offered to paddle on his own. weird. instead, she played with the water with her fingers and listened to the birds in the forest. leo watched her, his lips curving into a small smile.

“you’ve been canoing yeah?” leo asked. “sure. percy’s usually always the one paddling though, since he’s faster.” the curly-head latino nodded, listening to her words slip out like honey. wait what?

he flushed at the thought, shaking it away as he paddled and looked away from her in attempts to help him calm down.

their canoe was nudged, slightly moving. “what was that?” leo breathed, hugging his oar. (name) furrowed her brows at him, “what was what?” the canoe was nudged by something underneath again. “that!” in a panicked voice, leo sat by (name) and gripped her arm. “leo the canoe! it’s gonna lose—“

the canoe tipped over to the back flipping them underwater. the two held their breath, while (name) held leo’s waist as she brought them up to the surface. leo couldn’t swim, it was obvious by the way he was coughing and struggling to catch his breath.

“it’s just an otter!” (name) sang with a smile, the baby brown creature swimming away. “it’s adorable!” she coo’d. leo had his arm around (name)’s neck as he clutched his chest, continuing to pant. (name) kept her arms around his waist, “god you look terrible.”

his hair and ‘chb’ shitt damp, leo shot her a glare. “this is unfair.” he looked at her very dry hair and very dry shirt. she kicked underwater to keep them afloat, a giggle escaping her lips.

their laughs harmonized as they stayed in the water.

the two became inseperable since then. they were an unstoppable duo, fireboy and watergirl. they called them. they landed a lot of pranks around camp, usually did duties together, and even after percy offered (name) to go together to sally’s place after the end of summer, she insisted she’d stay with leo.

ೃ࿔₊ end of summer.

“hey watergirl, canoing?” leo walked inside cabin three with an oar in his hand. “HELL YEAH!!” camp half-blood was pretty empty, with only about ten other campers around to stay all-year round because of non-existent homes they couldn’t go to.

and since it was almost fall, you could smell the crisp of autumn air and the breeze that constantly pinched your skin. leo and (name) hopped into their canoe and began their paddling, “(name)?” leo hummed as (name) played with the water, just like last time. “yeah?” she giggled.

leo melted into her smile, “i have something for you.” (name)’s eyes gleamed. leo always made her things, but for some reason, this felt extra special. leo clicked his tongue, almost sort of in animal call and an otter swam closer to them.

(name)’s lips parted as the cuddly otter held out a silver heart locket in it’s hands. “take it watergirl, come on.” leo motioned his head to the otter. (name) had her jaw dropped, taking the locket and opening it. — a picture of them inside.

“(name), i’ve liked you forever now, and .. sorry.” he trembled a smile. (name) lifted her head look at him in the eye, “oh my gods leo. i, i love it.” she beamed, (name) made her way towards him. “(name)! you’re gonna tip the canoe!” leo laughed. “i don’t care!” she laughed with him, kissing him as she kneeled in-between his legs.

closing their eyes and feeling the moment, it was too late to realize that their canoe was tipping, and they had been flipped once again.

(name) brought leo again, up to the surface, and since (name) had been giving him lessons, he wasn’t too winded from the previous canoe-flipping sitch. they laughed together again, and this time,

(name) had chosen to get her hair and shirt damp. “you can say you got me flipped, watergirl.”

“cringe.”

"babe, there's this trend on tiktok i really wanna do with you." when you heard those words come out of leo's mouth and looked up from where you were sitting to find him coming your way with a tube of lipstick in his hand, you tried hard to hide your smile

you see, the apocalypse trend was one you'd stumbled upon a week ago and have been desperate to do with leo ever since. however, you were too shy to ask - you knew he'd tease you about it relentlessly for many days to come. so, you simply reposted all the tiktoks under the sound and hoped one of them would end up on leo's for you page

you did your job too well. the audio seemed to follow leo wherever he went. every other video on his for you page was the apocalypse trend. the more he saw it, the more he had to fight the urge to beg you to do it with him. after getting three of them in a row first thing in the morning, leo decided it was a sign from the universe and headed to the living room to ask you - a tube of his favourite lipstick of yours in hand

"yeah, what is it?" you asked, already knowing what video he'd show you as he turned his phone towards you. giggling, you put a hand on leo's warm cheeks as he looked away, a sheepish expression on his face, before taking the lipstick from grasp and applying it. instantly, you could see the heart-eyes form on leo's face and his body got even hotter - just a couple more degrees in temperature and he'd fully light on fire

looking him in the eyes, noses brushing, you whispered, "okay, lee, let's do this." you kissed him then, everywhere. first on his lips, of course, he wouldn't accept anything else, then on his nose and his forehead and his cheeks and all over his face. eventually, you decided you'd covered enough of his face and made your way down to his neck

that's when little laughs began to erupt from his lips. a thing not too many people knew about your boyfriend was that he was incredibly ticklish almost everywhere. you let laughs of your own leave your mouth as you continued, despite his clawing at your face. when you were done, you leaned backwards and admired the results - a job well done, in your opinion

wiping a stray tear from his eyes, leo said, "okay, amor, do you wanna do it on my account or yours? or both, i don't mind," you heard his question but didn't reply as you randomly got up to get something from your room: a polaroid camera jason had gifted the two of you

leo smiled when he saw what you held in your hand, already knowing the two of you were going to take an obscene amount of pictures before even thinking about filming the trend you'd done this for

by the end of your impromptu photography session, you each had about 10 polaroids, keeping them in your wallets, phone cases, memory boxes, walls of your bedroom and other odd places

first of all. this boy can DANCE. if he's not glued to your side the whole night, he's on the dance floor. he'll drag anyone and everyone he can get his hands on to dance with him. if you have younger cousins/siblings/relatives, he'll teach them how to dance! def spends half the night with his arms around your waist, whispering the cutest things in your ear — calling you a princess, telling you how much he loves you, how he thinks you're the most beautiful girl he's every seen, literally just being the sweetest. he also probably makes really stupid, dirty jokes at the most random times. type of bf to give you his shoes if your feet hurt from your heels. despite literally owning the dance floor you could say "i'm kinda thirsty" and he's sprinting to get you a drink.

i firmly believe he knows how to dance. his mom taught him, he definitely danced with a bunch of people at her and paul's wedding, he could probably go on dancing with the stars and win. he'd try to downplay it though, he'd be standing on the edge of the dance floor, sipping his drink and bopping along to the music until you pull him on the dance floor and then?? boom he's turned into a professional dancer. he vaguely knows things about the traditions but not enough to like knowwwwww about them yk? he'll definetly cry just because he's so happy you wanted to include him in this moment (and also because he thinks you're the prettiest, which you are)

go white boy go!! he's completely clueless about all the traditions and stuff but is he having the time of his life? absolutely! he def just kinda stood there at first watching you dance but then you pull him onto the dance floor and who is he to say no? it's your birthday and you're wearing the most stunning dress. i'm just imagining him halfway through the party, tie tucked into his suit jacket pocket which is neatly folded over his chair, shirt unbuttoned, sleeves rolled up, hair messy. he'd be so happy if you asked him to waltz with you, or just dance at all.
