Belly check
I am now on day 7 of constipation.
My lower belly is so tight and heavy but now I'm starting to feel the urge to go. I'm holding it as long as possible so when I do go, it'll be easier
My tummy is bubbly and super active/vocal right now
Here's what my belly looks like rn:

I succ—*gurgle* —eeded….oh god….
I didn’t puke but my lower tummy is now a toxic sludge zone. The cramps are almost nonstop…gentle but constant. After every belly gush I can feel my insides start filling again almost immediately. It’s so awful but so so good 😫

For a couple of weeks now I've been eating too badly, eating a lot of unhealthy food and I think it's stuck in my stomach. I can feel how my belly is getting a little more stiff, and I'm sure there's a lot of food that hasn't quite left my system.
Now I need to clean my belly, and what better way to do it than to take a lot of laxatives and feel like my belly gurgles🤭. But I don't want to do it in vain, I want to take laxatives or drink a full liter of Prune juice to combine the stomach gurgling and try to hold back the diarrhea in the bathroom to record my stomach noises.
Has anyone combined laxatives and prune juice? I'm interested in knowing how to be prepared for any effect. And tell me about your experience. I appreciate every comment 🥰.

just thought i’d do a little update for anyone interested. finally indulged in one of my fantasies and took 3 laxatives (dulcolax) to see how my tummy would react.
the regular dose is 2 however i took 3 as obviously i wanted a more intense reaction however i was not expecting it to be so painful and this pain actually ruined the whole experience.
i took 3 quite late at night (my first mistake) and fell asleep, it took around 3-5 hours to kick in. i woke up with quite bad belly cramps but just hoped it would pass. i managed to fall back asleep and about an hour later the pain was so severe i went to the bathroom where i spent about half an hour. i will not share the nasty parts of the story however it took several days for my system to go back to normal.
now onto the ‘good bits’
my tummy produced some insane noises that i wish i had recorded but i was more focused on trying to not throw up. i could feel my entire lower belly bubbling and the rumbles were amazing. as i said it took a few days for my system to go back to normal so for around 3 days after my stomach was still grumbling and making a lot of noise which was nice, but as i’ve had the flu and not been feeling great anyway i didn’t record anything :(
overall i think for my first time it could have been better however i know what mistakes i made and how i would do it differently next time. i do think i’ll probably do this again but take a lower dose.
i know the recommended is 2 however i feel like even just 1 would probably affect me because i am quite small.

Anyone who has abused l4xi1tves in the past or stil does it knows what this means, I have been having the WORST stomach pains since 2 days. Like upper stomach and just the worst pains. I'm nassueas I can't stand and all that shit. I can't eat as well.
I've been using l4x for every day since the past idk week and since yesterday this has been happening.
I quite litt made breakfast this morning and when I got upstairs it just got so bad I started gagging by just looking at my breakfast🤩 and now it's cold so I can't eat it. Can't remake it. So than I feel even worse. Idk what this is and I'm scared, anyone who knows?

Imagine A and B at a dinner party but A has been constipated for a week so while A eats another meal to their already stuffed guts, B is handing them laxative after laxative in an attempt to force their belly to empty.
Imagine A sitting there squirming as they try to hide their horribly upset tummy and the effects the constipation is having on their digestive system.
Imagine B making it worse by teasing A quietly. Not enough that anyone else hears but loud enough that A can't ignore it and that they turn bright red.
Imagine A squirming in place as they try in vain to hold in their churning and bubbling guts.
Imagine B telling A that they aren't allowed to use the bathroom until after they leave the party. And A obeying because they want to be good.
Imagine A squirming in place as they try in vain to hold in their churning and bubbling guts and their gas.
Imagine B slowly rubbing A's upset tummy. B's words challenging A to hold it all in while B's slow and gentle rubs challenge A to let it all out.
Imagine A loosing control and letting out 6 days of backed up meals in their seat.
Imagine B telling A that they did so good and taking them to the car, showing off their bloated tummy and their failed attempt at holding it all in.
Imagine A pretending that they hate it but not-so-secretely loving it
Fuck, I think that's as far as I'm getting. Anyone wanna add on?

Ok settle something for me spoonies - my friends say it’s weird that I mix my laxatives into a cocktail if I’ve forgotten to take them during the day. I say the sachets taste like ass and my cocktails don’t so it’s fair game

Are you disgusted by Miralax because you had a colonoscopy?
Boy have I got the trick for you!
I have to take Miralax sometimes due to my GI disorders, but it disgusts me because it reminds me of colonoscopy prep when I was shitting and throwing up everywhere!
Now I put my Miralax into baked goods! I've only tried brownies so far, but I think eventually I will branch out into more treats.
Here's how I do it:
1. Get your laxative powder
2. Gather ingredients (box mix is fine) to make brownies. I like to add pudding into the mix as well to offset the texture of the powder. It bakes pretty well, kind of hard to mess up.
3. Decide what size dose you want your brownies to be, and how many brownies are going to fit in your pan. Pour out the amount of powder you need to make that many doses. After this you can always choose to cut them in different sizes, or you can double the amount of powder if you know you need a bigger dose but don't want to eat several brownies.
4. Mix your batter and powder together thoroughly. Make sure you don't have chunks of powder that aren't integrated. They will crunch and taste very bad.
5. Bake like normal and cut them into shapes to fit your dosage. Feel free to add frosting, and if you screw it up and they still taste icky, you can crush up the brownies and mix them with frosting before rolling them into balls like a cake pop!
I bag mine and keep them in the freezer to last a while because I have never needed an entire pan in the amount of time that they can reasonably sit out on a counter.
Happy baking!

I feel really alone and embarrassed dealing with chronic constipation (and diarrhoea from laxatives that I need to take). I also have a chronic fissure and hemmeroids. It is so painful and I don't know what to do.
that is a rlly difficult thing to live w
i dont wanna sound like im punching down or anything bc its not like any disability or chronic illness is any kind of “well off” in society but there definitely is an added stigma of having a digestive disorder
within reason bc anyone who has a chronic illness/es has ppl in there life who dont understand the ‘chronic’ in chronic illness ppl w chronic migraines or ear aches or pain or fatigue can talk abt what they r going thru even if ppl dont always understand but beyond saying “tummy hurtyy :(“ or saying ur n* or feel s* to ur stomach or vaguely indicating u r experiencing vague intestinal discomfort ppl w chronic digestive disorders rlly cant be fully open abt all the pain n suffering n even the celebrations like being constipated n finally being able to take a shit bc there is so much stigma n taboo abt “bathroom stuff”
like constipation for example is more then just cant shit it causes a whole list of physical symptoms from bloating cramps n* thats persistent n its just a miserable time n all that lain effects ur mood n mental health too
n when ppl who have other chronic disorders say things like my migraine is gone or my ear ache is gone or my flare up is over or today is a low fatigue/pain day then ppl celebrate w them yk they share in that victory but if u go around as a person who deals w constipation n say hey i finally got to poop :D ppl r like ew thats tmi i dont wanna know what u did in the bathroom
n that shame is compounded for people w chronic gastro disorders bc not only r u dealing w the inherent shame n ableism of having a chronic illness n ppl getting frustrated w u bc ur sick all the time again bc they dont understand the ‘chronic’ in chronic illness or think ur faking or exaggerating etc but then theres the extra layer of shame of having a digestive disorder n the very nature of ur chronic illness being viewed as inherently disgusting n taboo n unsanitary
n i made this blog bc sometimes u rlly do gotta be the change u wanna see in the world hahaha
anyways i cant do much for ur physical pain but ive added “#constipation” as a tag n queued up some specific constipation related posts so u can see others deal w it too n ur not alone
