a hopefully final update to the pirates smp mental/emotional stability tier list correct to the finale, because for the most part, even most of those who are gonna be supplying extracanonical material (and thus more angst material) have already long hit rock-bottom

i separated the living tiers from the dead tiers and ranked them both, with the dead category having merged the "BRO YOU GOOD" and "NO WORDS" tiers. it has unfortunately been confirmed post-canon that everyone who didn't show up to the finale is canonically dead, so there's that. see the pre-finale tier list here.

Akito was extremely alerted on any contact you had with others in general. That's why it didn't took him look to star eyeing your new friend. He usually does it secretly and whenever you looked at him to see wht your friend was so scared about, you saw your boyfriend looking away or looking through his phone like he's bored.

But when you're finally done talking to your friend, he'll definitely approach that topic sooner or later. Maybe it'll be on your way if it happened before or if he just has bad day, or he'll be willing to wait for more hoping that it was just this once and won't happen ever again.

"Ey, what were you thinking when you were talking to them? They clearly can't bring anything nice into your life."

"They are actually pretty funny and-"

"I said, they can't bring anything nice into your life. But I can so you should focus on me and no one else, got it?"

"Well I need to have other friends as well! I get it that we're together and you're the jealous type but I can have my freedom!"

"Stop being so stubborn. I already told you to not even try! And if you do then I'll make sure you regret it. Do I make myself clear?"

He was extremely seriosu right now and you could tell by his face and voice, so you decided to give in. For now at least... you can't just abandon your friends like that after all!

But whenever you talked with your friends, they were usually avoiding you or telling you that they don't care about you and your friendship anymore, or if someone did spent time with you then you couldn't manage to contact them on the next day and longer... you knew very well who was doing all of this and it was just crazy for you! But even if you tried, you can't be against his will.

"I told you, don't look at anyone other then me or you will regret it. It's called punishments, don't misunderstand it as threats... unless it'll make you more obedient. Then look at it hovewer you want."

You can't say Tsukasa was extremely jealous or possesive, he was just a bit... clingy somtimes... sometimes too clingy even but besides keeping you in bed because he's not ready to let go yet, he never did anything against your will.

But recently you've been avoiding him and you knew it well... but you were motivated on keeping it as you were setting up a surprise gift for him and needed help of your other friends for that. It ended in you pulling away to text back and make sure your boyfriend won't see or even leaving early! He tried to be understanding but he slowly loosed his sanity while thinking that someone could've stolen you from him, so he finally decided to discuss it with you.

Today you needed to go early once again with same excuse but he wasn't about to let you go this time. This time, he made it his mission to hold you close and not let go. No matter what.

"It's important, Kasa!"

"Nothing's more important than the great future star! So just stay like that for longer!"

"You said same thing 2 hours ago... how long am I supposed to sit here with you?! Look, it'll only take 10 minutes if not less!"

"We can cuddle through these 10 minutes. So you'll stay here forever for ignoring me!"

You really wanted to go there as you wanted to give him something nice and it was your chance to get it but then again... you did ignored him for past few days and it's only natural for him to want some more attentio. So surely you can sacrifice some time to give him cuddles, right?

Mizuki had you on their eye for a really long time now and they noticed that you didn't wanted to spend as much time with them as you used to... did you got bored of them? Should they make their personality a bit more entertaining for you? They're willing to do so! But for now... they have to know the reason behind your weird behavior.

You were now hanging out in Mizuki's room, they were montaging videos for their group and you were on your phone. They noticed that you were smiling and texting someone, and it was easy to say that they couldn't take this anymore. First you don't spend time with them and now you text with someone when you can talk to them instead?!!

"Hey there! Earth to YN! Are you even paying attention to me?!"

"Ah, sorry I was kinda doing something else now..."

"Yeah, I can see that. There's definitely something more important huh? Almost like it's someone you truly love..."

"What are you talking about?! I was just-"

"Don't try to persuade me with your lies!"

They took a deep breath so they can calm down after raising their voice. They really didn't meant to do that but thought of loosing you is just too much for them.

"Sorry... I didn't meant to yell... how about we cuddle? No electronics at all!"

You didn't even had time to respond and they throwed your phone across the room not looking where. You were lucky that it landed on their chair... you were about to say something but you noticed the grip they had around your waist and also remembered how they raised their voice at you. So maybe it'll be better if you stay silent for now...

have I ever told you that second chances had multiple test concepts?

before I decided on empires, I considered Stardew Valley because the original idea for this was an ask game where you put the last character you drew in the last game you played and I thought he would vibe :D

Then, when I decided on empires, I considered making him a ghost in a cursed pendant that llama Owen picked up! The story would have been about him trying to get brought back so he could continue his massacres but being worn down by llama Owen’s stupid antics lol

I neeeeeeeeeeeed more outsiders x other servers fixing them fics. There was this one fic where they took outsiders and fused it with the maze runner and it was amazing. and like i ADORE ADORE ADORE LOVE ABSOLUTELY FAWN OVER YOUR FIC OF COURSE!!

Cause i love taking messed up characters and sending them on the most painfully complicated fix it arcs. Its literately the plot of both These walls scream your name and Played my game now you're in it. OH! and my new secret wtdw fic only Danger knows about that i wont share for a while. (im going to wait till i have a few chapters before hand ready to post so i don't get behind on it like all my other fics lol.)

ANYWAY

I've also been tossing around more combinations for this kind of au. taking outsiders and putting them in places they shouldn't be. and here are some of the ones i've nearly written but just don't have the time for.

O!Krow in Newlife. just, it's reaction to sparrow would be so funny and also the angst potential in death and hybridizing Krow even further. Also there is one opening to one of the NL episodes where Krow does a Japanese voice over intro that catches me off guard every time i hear it.

O!Bek in SOS smp. Look. Scott, Eloise, and Owen are there but my girl is missing and that makes me just a little bit sad that they can't reach their full chaos potential. its more so to fix them than her at this point. but i also think it would to see O!Bek specifically try to adjust to it all cause shes isn't a big......team player..... to say the least. Which is something that smp relay on big time.

O!Magic on Pirates. i think she deserves a gun. and to kill people. and also think she would be a great apprentice for P!Gracie and would be besties with cruppy. this is less of a lore heavy one and more i just want her safe and happy and also to kill whomever she so desires because she deserves it after everything.

On a similar note on sending people place for the sole sake of letting them kill people, i think sending O!Oeca to the traffic series would just. just think about it. they were made for each other. and you know what. Put O!Mowhee there with him. Just the two of them running around on red just. i don't know man. i think its very fun and that they would thrive.

O!Squidney and O!Spidey i firmly believe should have the pleasure of being in Rats. Just as a treat. just so they can be silly and forget the horrors.

Anyway those were plans i had for another super big grand fic where every outsider got put somewhere new and each chapter centered around them healing. but i quickly realized that's way too big of a project to take on right now and also i don't know enough about servers or enough about every outsider for that.

This is is a blog for all things about Krow.

Does Krow have a VN? When is he getting one? I’ve gotten a number of asks and questions about this from numerous people since I first started this blog and the answer is still the same: I don’t know.  I created Krow mainly as just a way to entertain myself and because games like 14DWY and RH inspired me to. Krow happened to strike a chord with the community, I was asked by a few friends to make a blog so they could send in goofy asks. Now Krow has a decent following (which I am grateful for!) and so I’ve been getting asked this more and more. If I were to seriously consider a VN though, I would have to do a LOT of work. When I made Krow, I created him “in a vacuum” as I like to put it, by which I mean... he doesn’t HAVE a story. There aren’t other defined characters, a setting or such besides him and Dove. So if I were to make a VN, I would need to think of other characters, the setting and so on. While I am not settled on the idea of a VN yet, I HAVE been muddling on expanding the “Krow Verse” as it were. I hope to introduce some other characters to you all soon!

How old is Krow? So *I* personally headcanon Krow at 25, HOWEVER, generally speaking, he can be whatever you headcanon him at as long as he’s 18+. My other headcanon is that he is always a year older than you/Dove. How tall is Krow? Similar to his age, you can headcanon him at various heights. However, his MAX height (and what I headcanon him as) is 5′1″, but he is always at least one inch shorter than you.  Krow is absolutely fine with Dove being much taller than him. 

What ethnicity is Krow? Krow is Indian + Bengali, though he was born in America! And this will ALWAYS be canon.

What’s Krow’s job? He works as a crime scene/forensics cleaner! He works for a very small (as in about five people including him) licensed company to go around and clean up the scenes of murders, not so wellness checks and the like.  He also does some black market organ selling as a side hustle, which come from his own murders. He is also sometimes commissioned to do art! (In particular his other yandere friends go to him for art pieces.)

So Krow’s an artist, what kind of art does he do? The answer is... a bit of everything lmao. Mostly draws and paints, since that’s the easiest and most portable. But he also sculpts (as in using clay but he also buys blocks of marble or such to literally carve into when he can afford it), wood carving and widdling, has done metal working, sometimes writes poetry, customizes and even builds dolls. Pretty much any (traditional) visual art medium there is, Krow has done/does. 

Does Krow have a speech impediment? He does! He’s had his stutter for many years, but has never gotten any kind of correctional therapy for... spoilery reasons.

How did Dove meet Krow? There isn’t really a “canon” way (as of now) that Dove meets Krow, just that it was purely coincidental. So you can headcanon pretty much almost anything of how Dove and Krow meet. Examples I’ve listed before have been at the park, out just walking in public, the grocery store, maybe even your work. To Dove, it may have just been some run of the mill encounter. For Krow however, it was life changing.

Going Back to Starr

This Au’s Season 2, it’s got angst, drama, and cliff hangers!

(This is the long post about the next season of The Starr Series and our Outsiders trying to take it all down.)

When they decide to go back into the show again it’s an impulse decision, but they all devote time to the planning. It’s second nature to start training with Owen again, regain muscle and stamina, and start to gather info. They wring Magic for every ounce  of info she has on her father, the inner workings of the company, and everyone she might remember. Hours are spent on potion making and ingredients gathering. They plan and plan and plan, and unfortunately there’s no way to do what needs to be done without splitting up. They all agree to split up for a coordinated attack. 

Owen, Oeca, Spidey, and Kyle will sneak back into the game under false identities and take on the role of guards. Once in place, they'll let Soup, Mohwee, Apo, Squidney, and Krow in through back door channels where they'll have to sneak through and live on the set without being seen. Gracie and Ayngel will work on keeping the farm going and passing supplies to their fake guards. 

On the other half of the assault is the political fight. On the one hand is Reddons, Rasbi, and Bekyamon are leading the pro maze movement. Using the new season as a chance to make a name for themselves in the public eye. Publicly going against them is Magic, Acho, and Guts, who are also making public appearances but vocally disparaging the show. Their job is to make a spectacle of themselves so no one will notice any odd goings on in the show. 

That's the premise so below the cuts is more!

Starr watch parties are common, and both sides of team Public Appearances get lots of invites from people hoping to brag about having previous contestants at their party. 

Attending those parties is Reddons favorite part, free booze, and plenty of chances to swindle jerks who enjoy cheering while people are dying, what's not to enjoy? (Plus with so many people it's easy to get away with not staring at the screen. Easy to distract from the way his heart beats to fast at the familiar calls of monsters)

Acho hates being a public figure. Everyone is watching again and always asking him questions, and he can’t even look Kyle for support since he’s alone. Well not alone and he leans heavily on Magic and Guts to talk for him. He keeps his part of questioning short and he tells everyone he's fervently against the show since it ruined him and Kyle's relationship and he doesn’t want to talk about it.

Publicly the Outsiders have had a massive falling out and the tabloids eat up whatever scraps of information they can get about said fight since the last the world saw of them they were all close as family.

Bekyamon doesn’t tell the others but she relishes in the attention she receives for her new found status. She can’t help but take center stage talking enough to cover for when the others fumble. She's the loudest when it comes to arguing with the other Outsiders about their different opinions. She becomes the media’s favorite and a selfish part of her really likes that.

They get asked to sign merch all the time. Some of the favorites include: mugs that say All Hail Moosus, Off Brand Sussies, a Hoodie saying Should've listened to Gracie, and a plush of Krow that Bekyamon tried really hard to take with her.

Least Favorites are a hyper attentive recreation of Owen's Bow from his time in the maze, posters that map out the whole Maze area and mark notable things that happened, and their missing person posters. It's takes everything in Guts not to rip up the poster the first time someone shows it too them.

Magic knows she’ll have to deal with her father when she takes on her role. She also knows it won’t be in the shadows anymore and he won’t be able to just push her around. She takes this chance to rip people apart over every little detail of the show. She takes special joy in lamenting how the people running this show clearly don't know what they're doing and that they're clearly idiots, knowing he can’t strike her.

It takes a lot of self control for Reddons to shake hands with Magic's father and not break his wrist. It doesn't help that he laments how his daughter couldn't see things the way he did.

Rasbi couldn’t go back into the maze. She wishes she could have because it would probably be less painful than smiling for the cameras and chatting with the elite but she just couldn’t. Hoping to avoid dealing with the crowd she focuses her time, less on shmoozing and more on watching the people. She notes who's friends with who and what everyone knows about the new contestants. She starts to keep an intensive list on people personal relationships for future use.

The groups gets invited to the official Starr premiere party. Magic suspects it’s her fathers way of trying to put her on the spot but it’s a good opportunity to make a scene nonetheless on a very important night. They dress up in there best and make grand appearances to be plastered on every tabloid. They make a point to glare at each other for the photos and loudly trash talk each other. Even as their hearts pound and their hands shake when the show starts to play.

Inside the system, Owen's military training helps him blend in with the other guards, and he begins to keep a log on all the others habits and the routine of the guards. He's not well liked as he's known as a hard ass and a no nonsense guy. A reputation he keeps up so no one will bother him and he can focus instead on preparing for the worst case scenarios. It’s a little lonely and reminds him a little too much of his days as a General but he pushes the feeling down, this isn’t about him. It’s about protecting other people from suffering the way they have.

Due to scheduling it's pretty rare for the four outsiders to end up on the same shift without any of the guards so they don't actually get a lot of time to talk without guarding their words. As such they develop a secret language entirely made up of body movements and words slipped into normal conversations.

Oeca agreed to work as a guard because he knew he couldn’t be trusted hiding in the walls or having to deal with haughty taught jerks all day. Even though he hasn't had an episode for a long time, but being stuck surrounded by people he hates in a high stress environment, he finds himself struggling to hold himself together. It gets so bad that the others sometimes have to drag him out if view of everyone just to keep him calm.

When they start getting ready for this plan Alina and Aldoro insist on helping. Ayngel was very firm in her no, not wanting either of her siblings to suffer. They wouldn’t back down though.

Spidey finds the system exhausting. She initially wanted to sneak into set with the others, but they didn't want to risk any more than five people constantly being on the inside. Being separated from the others and having always struggled to make friends she finds herself extremely lonely. To try and fight that feeling off she'll sometimes leave notes for the others in hidden corners and less traveled passages, and every time she finds any messages left for her she keeps them in a box to reread till she can see the others again.

They each get their own rooms while working as guards, but they rarely use them as it feels too much like being in the Maze. Using the halls isn't much better, too tight spaces that are dark with winding twists and turns.

Kyle does a great job and making friends with the other guards. He keeps up on all the gossip and is the most personable of the group. He laughs along with the jokes that leave a bad taste in his mouth and participates in the bets. Because of that when he asks to be in the viewing room during episode releases, he gets his wish. He watches the screens hoping to catch any glimpse of Acho and it takes a lot not to wince when they play the clip of Acho talking about their friendship falling apart.

Even though they’re unable to make a public appearance they each choice a side to take in the public fight should the need arise. Owen, Soup, Apo, Kyle and Oeca being pro Starr and Squidney, Spidey, Mohwee, and Krow being anti Starr.

Soup was initially very against going into the walls. She thought she'd be for more useful on the outside, but when Mohwee points out she's the closest thing they have to a doctor she agrees. Making potions on the go is frustrating but she at least gets the occasion 'gift bag' from the others with ingredients so she doesn't have to grow her own. She will admit she appreciates being able to feel useful, it feels like she’s making amends.

Care packages dropped off by Gracie and Ayngel contain potion ingredients, medical supplies they can spare, and tabloids with relevant info. They also contain some of their favorite snacks, heartfelt notes form the people on the outside, and pictures of the outside world.

Apo feels like a runner again once he's in the walls. He falls back into mapping the area, hunting for secret passages, and making hidey holes in case of emergencies. He listens through the walls sometimes to try and hear his friends talking while on guard shifts. Sometimes he hides in those hidden areas to try and see Owen passing by, with his only slightly noticeable limp.

They rarely, if ever, remove their helmets in the presence of the others. Even with dyed hair and makeup to cover the scars, they don't want to risk being recognized.

Squidney is not thrilled to be back. She misses the freedom of the outside world but at she has Mohwee, and at some distance Spidey. She focuses her attention on the mechanisms running in the house. She sees just what the show runners are in charge off and how much control they have. What she can sabotage and control from the inside. Where they might be able to get out if need be. She needs to be ready to help her friends if things so south.

Ayngel’s siblings insist on learning to fight and defend themselves like all the other Outsiders. It scares Ayngel more than she wants to admit that they take the training very seriously and show a lot of skill.

Mohwee won’t lie he’s excited by the prospect of being back in the action. The time he’s spent on the outside world has been great but a part of him has missed the excitement, the joy of running where he doesn’t belong and insulting people in power who have it coming. His excitement is only tempered by the fact that everyone isn’t together in this, instead they’re separated and weakened because of it.

When going through initiation the new guards are Hazed by being walked through the monster holding cells and it almost sends Owen into a panic attack. Spidey pretends to be more scared than she is she she can hold his hand and calm him down.

Krow knew the moment they decided to go into the maze that it was going to be as close to the action as possible. It knows it can’t hold its temper as guard or public figure but sitting on the sidelines like Gracie or Ayngel would drive it crazy. It wonders if that makes it too much like it was before, that some part of him craves to return to the violence and adrenaline of his past. It chooses to focus instead on watching the new contestants and the new set built to torment them.

Gracie argued endlessly that she should be allowed to help more. She didn’t want to stay in their little hide away and just prepare things. She wants to actively help. Instead she spends her time gathering supplies and information as best she can and supports Ayngel as best she can. They’re stressed out and not having their friends around makes it agonizingly worse. They spend more time then ever watching tv screens and hoping for any signs from the others that they’re ok.

Ayngel is a mess every second leading up to the premier. She drowns herself in work, farming for hours and working on tools. She cleans the clearing and works till she collapses in exhaustion. She spends her time, building and preparing everything she can for the worst case scenario. The day the show premieres she sits next to Gracie and holds her hand hard enough to bruise her.

When Alina and Aldoro walk out into The Haunted Mansion all the Outsiders watch them with bated breath. It’s not going to be the same, they assure themselves, they aren’t alone. They’re watching them, they won’t let the kids be hurt and they’ll get them out as fast as possible. It’s not the same and as much as many of them hate it they were the only people they could really trust who were willing to go into show. It’s going to be ok. They’re tough kids, they can handle it.

happy wednesday outsidersblr! how are we doing after the Angst Hell that was the Finale Part 2? i haven’t coped from that! but whatever! im making a fic of post-finale shit!

i made this hell of a group art piece and posted it on monday but i was too lazy to post it on my other socials so im doin it now. also my friends and i are still wondering why a) they are inspirations to the outsiders and b) how im not included in the artist section despite doing art for like 4 lore streams and an animatic when we all saw the end credits

hi ! can I request mafuyu with a reader who's her younger sibling? reader usually checks up on mafuyu's well-being and is pretty clingy towards her sometimes! mafuyu, in response, doesn't mind the company but feels oddly warm around them.

Your mother left for some kind of business meeting and you were left alone with your older sister. Except she was working on something in her room yet again... Who knows what she's doing? She could be studying or creating music... but what matters is that she haven't been eating since 8 hours already!

You carefully knocked on her door with some food in hand and soon you head Mafuyu's voice.

"Come in!"

You opened the door and noticed your sister with small smile looking at you. You came to her slowly with food in hand.

"You haven't eaten since breakfast so... I thought I can bring you some.."

"That's so sweet of you.. Thank you, I'll make sure to eat what you brought me and take care of myself next time!"

You placed the plate next to her laptop with small smile, in return she kept having smile of her own... the smile that somehow didn't made you feel right... you know that you're probably worrying about nothing but you just can't brush off the thought of something being hidden behind that smile...

"Alright just... take care of yourself and don't stay up too late again, okey? I don't want you to be sick..."

"I will. I'm really sorry about making you worry... I promise to take care of myself from now on!"

And with that you left her alone and took care of your own things.

Meanwhile Mafuyu was left there thinking of how your gesture reminded her of when her mother took care of her as a child... she doesn't even know why but she just felt the warmth of being taken care of but it still seemed a bit more pleasant...

And the look in your eyes... you were so worried about her when all she did was faking another personality to make you leave so she can take care of her music.

She knew your relationship was somehow toxic but she just didn't know what to do... she can't just show her real self to you now like that. She trusts you but... what if you decide to tell her mother because you'll think it's the best for her? Or what if you hate her for that? But then there's also one more concern... Why does she care about you so much when she's supposed to not feel anything?

You're making her so confused she just stares at the food you brought her, being lost in thoughts for long before she starts to eat. And once she does eat, the food already went cold... but the least she can do is eat it all to stop your worries.
