I had a hard time finding some song for today until I realized I can just choose the thing that I like and find a song (or all 5 songs) to go along with it. And it just so happens that apart from the people I share my life with, there is one more thing that has never failed to make me happy: a fantasy genre. Be it the books like the Witcher, the Hobbit, The Wheel of Time, or anything from the Diskworld; or games like Oblivion, Skyrim, Divinity 2, Hogwarts Legacy, Genshin Impact; or countless shows and movies... And, of course, dnd! For an escapist like me there is nothing else that keeps me sane quite like everything that is fantasy.

I am putting the songs in order of when in my life I encountered this or that world that shall forever live on in me, an endless stream of inspiration.

Thank you for taking me on this journey with you. Your enthusiasm for the community is so infectious, and I hope that you know what a cornerstone you are here. I like to think your wonderful stories have some realness to them too. I can really see Tae and JK being like that couple you always write so well. I want to keep believing in their love but I just don't know 😥

Hey anon, I'm doing well! I hope you are too. Honestly, I'm unbothered by the Tae and Ms. Jen news, but mostly because I am of the belief that this is a classic case of using publicity for many reasons that are necessary to benefit both Tae and Ms. Jen.

If you think you were being played, then the PR is working just as it is meant to.

After talking with a friend yesterday, she made me see things in a way that made so much sense. Basically she said that Taehyung has made who he is so clear to us. He's been so open about his taste in music, art, and fashion, and all of that coincides with showing us that he is very much involved in the queer community. Those are his people and he has not been subtle about presenting that to the world. So do I think all of that was for naught? No way. I think it's like a lot of the other Taekook Tumblr bloggers have said: that Taehyung is engaging in this "relationship" as a way to protect himself and the person he loves, Jungkook, so they can be seen out and about together without the general population questioning what their relationship consists of. It's protection, and there's nothing wrong with Tae seeking that protection even if the rest of us are confused by it.

Anti's can come to us and say we're crazy, delusional, sick, twisted, dumb, idiotic, blah, blah, blah; but it doesn't change what we've seen over the past few years, and especially over the past year.

When in doubt, remember things like the Instagram posts (I was just talking about this on @kookiecrush's recent blog post). Taehyung shared that photo of him and JK from James Corden, and a day later, Jungkook shared the photo from Atomix. They both posted a photo of a selfie first, and then a photo of them together. Remember how we were losing it over that? To me, that was the gateway into this new era of Taekook. That was the beginning of it all. Those two are destined, and there's not a doubt in my mind about it.

So yes, I try to convey that love in my stories, and I will continue to do so in my writing. So keep believing, anon! 🥰 Thank you!
