I know Lila said this to cause conflict, but she’s oddly right. As class rep it’s Marinette’s job to talk to teachers if someone in class falls behind (even if she doesn’t like that person).

You’d think that with the power that comes with the role, the writers would’ve had her speak up sooner and call Chloé out on her laziness to the teachers in earlier seasons. And if Marinette has too much to do, they should’ve have her simply stepped down and pass the responsibility to someone else she trusts.

I know that Astruc meant this scene to be yet another condemnation of Chloé, but it also ends up highlighting Marinette’s shortcomings in her role as class representative and her blatant favouritism when it comes to reaching out to people. There was no reason to make Marinette (who’s supposed to be the “better role model”) sound so nasty and condescending. At this point in the story, Chloé shouldn’t even be a blip on her radar. Marinette has bigger issues to deal with, and a middle school mean girl is not one of them.

Astruc really needs to let this feud he has with a fictional teenage girl he created and wrote to be like that go and focus on the story.

Okay everyone describe your medical condition(s) as badly as possible, I'll go first: I have random bad noise turns me into a supervillain disorder, vampirism, agriculture was a mistake disease, a moderate case of "someone put slinkies where my joints were supposed to go", and if I'm not having fun 24/7 my brain will eat itself alive. What really sucks about gluten free stuff (apart from it never being as good as the original) is that it's often lumped in with dairy free/vegan and I'm just sitting here like whyyyyy where am I supposed to get protein from huh?? And my calcium for my thrice-at-risk-of-osteoporosis bones??? And have you ever tried vegan stuff/food made with dairy alternatives that aren't pure rice or coconut milk? They're gross! Macaroni cheese, but you're not allowed the fuckin cheese on top of not being able to have real pasta???? Hell. Nightmare. Gimme my DAIRY! I bet anyone with a dairy allergy isn't having fun with the gluten free side either. Yuck. And while I'm on a Rant, why the FUCK are you putting fuckin apple in the gluten free version of JAFFA CAKES?????? Just... why why why are they trying to cater to all these things at once. Terrible. The only overlap I'm thankful for is the nut free thing, bc if you're ever in a cafe or wherever their gluten free cake is 95% likely to contain nuts bc apparently anyone wanting gluten free is also a fuckin vegan and capable of eating nuts?? Bleh. Even the shit in shops is more often gluten & dairy free/vegan than it is gluten free & nut free. I'm dying here. I'm starving. I'm withering away and I'm full of spite and rage at the predatory pricing and the extorionate shit I have to face any time I want to eat food.

This homemade chicken bacon ranch pizza was 🔥🔥

The crust came from fresh thyme and it's easily the best store bought crust I've ever had.

Unfortunately, I've been having an adverse reaction to dairy lately and this upset my stomach.

I've tried using lactose free milk when needed, and I've also tried using my similase supplements to help digest casein after meals but so far none of that has helped.

I know the way to fix this is to just avoid dairy, but it's been difficult. It's in e v e r y t h i n g and I do love cheese and such! I also don't know why it's something I've developed this late in life. Literally two months ago I was not having any issues with dairy. So weird.
