To be honest I've done both! I prefer to have them learn naturally, but I had Beans learn hypnosis in my teen years. I was suffering from horrible insomnia and I needed like, immediate relief. I've finally gotten to a point where I can fall asleep without him, but he helps me on particularly rough nights.
