My personal Electro headcanon is that at the beginning of the sinister six he’s only slightly older than Peter. Like if Peter’s 16 he’s only 4 or 5 years older and this is why I feel like they have the most childish banter. 

It’s a barely adult and a not really kid but not adult who are both in this weird limbo of not having all their legal rights and they are gonna fight about it. goopy... in this AU luffy has access to g5 pre-Sabaody due to full moon/moon pool shenanigans which is why Law doesn't recognize him at this point (but then he can only access it on full moons and doesn't have full control until he properly awakens it in Wano which is why Chopper was trying a new rumble ball recipe for him)
