God I need a Steddie gilmore girls au.

Steve as lorelai and Eddie as luke.

Its my first watch so i’m at the start of their on again off again. But even just a one shot of their first fight.

They have only been together a few months after being friends for years and having so much tension and love built up between them. Steve’s parents are renewing their vows they are on good terms because of Dustin or maybe Eleven? She would fit better but I know their relationship isn’t explored often (could do sibling steve got custody of) I’d love max but she is so not at all like rory.

Anyway. They go Eddie comes everything goes to shit. Tommy shows up because Steve’s father went to him. He wants Steve with someone ‘propper’. Both of them have been sort of awful to him. But Eddie loves Steve so he goes. Tommy realizes he cant get Steve from Eddie he gets drunk and sloppy with a last ditch effort.

Eddie’s had enough because Steve felt bad for Tommy because his father died and they had a bad relationship but he’s inherited the company. (Another reason why Steve’s father pushed Tommy). They drank and talked about old times. Nothing happens! It’s innocent! But Steve feels guilty and ignores Robin’s advice and doesn’t tell Eddie until that night.

Eddie leaves, Steve chases him but Eddie says he needs time. Steve feels like he is dying, he cant wait. He could fix it all if he could explain it! He was stupid so stupid he knows. But he pushes too hard and Eddie draws the line. He had said months back he was in. All in for all of it. He wanted to do this seriously. But it had become too much. Steve was too much and always would be.

They are both heartbroken. Steve is devastated, Robin worries and tries to help but Steve just forces himself to focus on the salon. Meanwhile Eddie is snapping at people at the garage he inherited from Wayne who had to retire because of his hip.

Steve cuts his father off in the process. So does eleven or dustin. Neither of them will speak to him but they are polite and kind to Steve’s mother. Eventually it breaks his father who goes to Eddie and admits he is wrong. He gives not so much a blessing but a admittance of defeat, knowing he truly cannot do anything about Eddie.

Eddie doesn’t even close and clean up properly. He just flicks the lights off and rushes over to Steve’s. Steve who was previously watching sad 80’s breakup movies in his old high school gym shorts and a swim team t shirt a few sizes too small is shocked to see him. But Eddie doesn’t wait and surges forward connecting their lips in a kiss Steve instantly melts into.

The Twin Jades

dude sometimes I just come across such bad meta. it's even worse if it starts off good and turns bad.

Good Meta Points:

• The Lans really love younger child Wangji (no pets allowed, but wangji can have them. Wangji wants lotus pod seeds and gets them etc.)

• Instead of giving agency to his actions and thoughts, they think he's being influenced or corrupted by others to act in such ways (especially Lan Qiren.)

Bad Meta Points

• Lan Wangji is spoilt, similar to Nie Huaisang or Jin Zixuan.

• Gets the lowest punishment at all times (pfft.)

• "I get it you waited 13 years but you fucked off into the sunset with your husband leaving your emotionally unstable brother and duties"

• "Good to see people talking about Lan Wangji's flaws" - mentions him being spoilt and demanding instead of his actual flaws.

Like... you cannot seriously point out how he gets to have rabbits as a point of him being spoilt. Lan Wangji has made like one error in his life in his studies. He's assigned himself punishment for stuff that wasn't even done by will (coughs, wwx). He's made his decisions and lived with the consequences.

Despite what you say, Lan Xichen isn't a terrible brother to Wangji. Neither is Lan Wangji a selfish brother.

Sibling relationships are complex, and between two individuals with their own set of values. Lan Wangji is totally righteous, even more than Nie Mingjue. He can't stand exaggerated, political loopholes and unrighteous acts. He does what he can do, working on the ground level.

Lan Xichen isn't Lan Wangji. He knows the world is filled with corrupted people, and challenging each and every one of them would lead to your own devastation (read: Wei Wuxian's biography). Thus, he tries extending his sympathy to all, and draws conclusions that allow the least possible damage. He does think Lan Wangji made a dire mistake with Wei Wuxian, because if not, he will have to face the fact that the world punished his brother for his righteousness and it would shatter his whole foundation (like it does).

But despite that, both of them share similarities. They both want the better of the world. Lan Wangji is brave enough to challenge the whole foundation of the cultivation world. Lan Xichen is brave enough to lay down peace even when it's so painfully obvious there's no option of it.

Lan Wangji trusts his brother enough to bring Wei Wuxian back to Cloud Recesses after getting stabbed at Jin Tower. Lan Xichen lives up to this trust and helps them investigate the matter. Lan Wangji even assures Wei Wuxian that his brother would not stand for Jin Guangyao if his crimes were true.

See, you don't have to completely have the same sort of sets of beliefs to be siblings. Sibling relationships are complex. Both these brothers know each other, their strengths and their weaknesses well. They may be exasperated at each other's insistence, yet they are well aware that they both have to walk their own paths.

Lan Xichen could never take away Lan Wangji's pain or fix him. Neither can Lan Wangji fix Lan Xichen.

But both of them will always have each other's backs. They are each other's families. Each other's brothers for life.

But at the same time, they have each their own paths to walk. People need to understand that it's not about a lack of sense of responsibility on Lan Wangji's side, but the realization that if he went back home, he may lose Wei Wuxian again. His uncle wants to take him back, lecture him and lock him into seclusion. His uncle wouldn't accept his proposal to be married to Wei Wuxian.

He doesn't give his uncle the chance to "accept" or not.

And he literally returns three months later.

I can't help but feel that those who say he was selfish do not have siblings. Or have bad sibling relationships. I'd say Lan Wangji and Lan Xichen have a perfectly good relationship if despite their differences, their terrible parentage, their opposing personalities, the roles they both played in each other's life (with Lan Xichen being sworn brothers to Jin Guangyao who played a major role in Wei Wuxian's fall, and Lan Wangji being Wei Wuxian's husband, who in turn, set the case back onto Jin Guangyao, thus hurting Lan Xichen), the things they couldn't help each other out of, but yet, they do trust each other and love each other.

And I trust that Lan Xichen will one day figure stuff out. There's a lyric in this MDZS song called unfettered. It is like:

The past is akin to dew in the morning. Even if it can be comprehended, it lays under layers and layers of fog.

In the end, hatred, love, resentment, debts and regrets all come to pass.

Just like how Lan Wangji is not his father, Lan Xichen will also not be his father. I don't think both of them had hurtful intentions towards the other at any point.

It's not like "Yunmeng bros" where JC intentionally wishes to cause pain to Wei Wuxian. It's not like the Nie bros, where NMJ has to be super over-protective of Huaisang.

It's just two siblings with their own lives choosing to be with each other, in happiness and in grief (mostly in grief uhm) in a terrible world where the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Day 1 - Prompt: Fire @pandalilymicrofics

As soon as Pandora saw the preview of the notification pop up, she rushed to her contacts and Face-Timed him. “Pick up, pick up, pick up,” she muttered, flinging her long braid over her shoulder.

“Hi Panda,” Regulus said. “Bit early, yeah?”

“What's going on?” she demanded.

“Shhh!”

“Regulus, you can’t text me something cryptic like ‘I’m on fire’ without explanation! Now, spill. Is it about bi-boy?”

He pressed his lips together in a failed attempt to hide a grin. Before Pandora could chastise him for keeping secrets from her, he tipped the phone down toward his chest. A squeal left her lips the moment dark curls appeared at his collarbone.

“Panda! Hush! He’s still asleep.”

She shimmied excitedly and giggled into her hand. “How was it? You desperately need it, ami.”

Regulus’s face flushed bright pink as he lifted the mobile. “I don’t have the words to explain it. Like…Like drowning, but I want to become part-fish?”

She stifled a laugh and shook her head. Leave it to a poet to create an unhinged description for sex. “That good? Oh, I hate you!”

“You love me,” he replied, grinning wide.

Pandora hadn’t seen him this happy since…well, ever. Her chest clenched hard as she fought back the urge to cry. If she started crying, he would too.

Regulus huffed and pointed at the screen. “Stop it! I cannot go all weepy again.”

“I’m just so happy for you,” she whispered, cradling the phone in both hands. “You deserve a good one, Reg.”

“So do you.”

“Yes, well.” Pandora shrugged dismissively, then smiled. “Unless your new beau has a sibling…”

Regulus scrunched his nose in that incredibly adorable way of his. “No, sorry. Only child.”

“Zut alors.” Pandora sighed and sprawled on her bed. “When is it my turn?”

He levelled a thoroughly unimpressed frown at her. “You could have anyone you wanted, if you’d stop saying weird shite.”

“It’s not my fault people take me seriously! Speaking of Sirius, how is he handling this…development,” she asked, wriggling her fingers at the screen. “He better not interfere, or I swear-”

“No, no. He’s fine with it, better than fine, actually.” Regulus appeared mildly amused. “The prat even gave James his ‘blessing’ to kiss me.”

Pandora bit her bottom lip hard to keep her emotions in check. The relationship between Regulus and his brother had been strained for years. Seeing them reconnect and watching Regulus’s eyes soften when he mentioned Sirius melted her heart.

“By the way, he’s seeing someone here too.”

“Sirius? As in Sirius-Sirius?” she spluttered, blinking rapidly. “The one who vowed to-”

“-die single? The very same.”

“What’s in the water in Wales? Can you send me some, or do I need to drink it on location?”

“I don’t know about the water, but the locals are charming,” a deep voice mumbled. “Who’s that?”

Regulus rolled his eyes and tipped his phone down again. James turned his head and blinked at him in confusion, then squinted at the screen.

“Do I know you?”

“No. This is Pandora. She’s-”

“Delighted to meet you. James, right?” she interrupted, circling her hand in front of the screen. “I strongly approve of all of this and I’m a big fan of your work.”

He smirked, then laid his head on Regulus’s chest. “That’s good. How soon can you get here, Pandora?”

“Oh, I’m not-”

“She was just-”

James arched an eyebrow as his gaze flicked between them. “I’ll buy the ticket, if necessary.”

Regulus hummed thoughtfully. “Well, you did say that you wanted to get away from your brother.”

Pandora sat bolt upright, her heart in her throat. “Wait, really? You wouldn’t mind? I don’t want to intrude or anything.”

“I’ll set it up,” James mumbled, burying his face in Regulus’s chest. “Need to win you over too.”

“That’s true,” Regulus agreed. He stroked his fingers through James’s curls. “It’s not a bad idea, actually. You can meet James properly…and there’s a group of girls-”

“You like girls?” James said, his voice muffled. “Would she like Lily? She seems nice.”

Pandora slid off the bed and stumbled over the shoes splayed across her floor. “I’m packing right now! James, are you a decent wing-man? Regulus is shite at it.”

“Panda!”

“What? It’s true!”

James chuckled and nodded against Regulus. “He’s too pretty, right? Distracts the target.”

“Exactly.”

Regulus pouted, but his lips twitched to hold back a smile. Holding back was Regulus’s mantra. He rarely let himself slip, yet he was failing to hide how charmed he was by this man.

“What’s she like, Reg?” she said, setting her phone on the dresser to dig through her closet. “Lily?”

“Sirius knows her better than I do. He’s dating one of her friends.”

Pandora’s head snapped up. “Oh this I have to see! When’s the first train?”

“Every thirty minutes or so, isn’t it?” James said, turning his head to yawn.

“I can be ready in an hour.”

Regulus’s face lit up as he craned his neck to see James. “Are we really doing this?”

“Yep. Do you see my phone? Thank you.” James squinted at the screen, then smiled when Regulus pressed his glasses onto his nose. “I’ll have Reg email the tickets to you, Pandora.”

“Merde, I can’t believe it! Reg, thank him properly for me, will you?”

“My pleasure.”

James dropped his phone, then scrambled to pick it back up. “Fuck. Wait until I pay for it, mi amor, or I'll forget how to sign my name.”

Pandora ended the call before the couple got too involved. Only an hour to pack, arrange a ride to the train station, and come up with an excuse to skip the mind-numbing boring holiday party her parents planned every year.

A/n: This is the final release of my 13 Days of Halloween (masterlist here). Thank you all for the feedback, reblogs, likes, etc!! <3 You'd think the final Halloween post would be more Halloween focused, but it's not lol.

Minghao checked over his costume in the mirror once more as he let out a deep breath. While the others paced around, making sure enough drinks were prepared, and Mingyu yelled at Hoshi for not buying enough food, Minghao had something much different to worry about.

All week he had been planning. Planning how to act around you, planning what to say, planning what to wear. And it was all taking place tonight. He knew it could all go wrong. Things might not work the way he wanted, but he didn't care, as long as it ended the way he wanted.

With a confession. Hopefully a reciprocated one at that.

Minghao knew he liked you, hell, he might even be in love with you, but what he didn't know, was how to tell you. He tried flirting, but it never came across as genuine. Your friendship was based in part a friendly and teasing relationship. So of course you never really knew if what he was saying was genuine.

He thought he would be okay with it, trying to believe that it would all happen naturally. And it seemed that it was heading that way. Until he showed up.

Ji-Yoo. A sibling of a friend who moved to the city. Minghao had no problem with Ji-Yoo, up until he started to flirt with you, and you took notice. After that, to Minghao, he was an enemy.

This was the catalyst that finally encouraged Minghao to properly confess to you. So, he made the plan.

Step One, steal your costume idea.

You had told him all about what you were going to dress up as. Minghao chuckled as you told him of your Tim Burton inspired outfit and makeup, all the while he made sure to buy everything he needed to match with you. That way, you would appear as a couple at the party.

Step two, keep Ji-Yoo away from you.

Make sure Ji-Yoo had no opportunity to try and win you over or sway you. Be a nuisance around him, so he cannot stand being around the two of you.

Step three, flirt.

Flirt in ways you weren't used to. Flirt in front of people you know and don't know. Especially in front of Ji-Yoo.

Step four, confess.

He didn't know exactly when he was going to confess. He hoped to get you alone at some point in the night, but he realized that might prove difficult.

He had to admit, it wasn't the most detailed plan, but it was a start. His chest was tight as he let out a few deep breaths as a few people showed up for the party. Minghao kept watch at the door, intending to answer when you arrived.

When he caught sight of your fully skelefied costume through the window, he grinned as he walked to the door, waiting for you to knock.

As he pulled the door open, your familiar voice called out, making Minghao grin.

"Trick or Treat!?"

Minghao eyed you up and down as he smirked “…Depends on if you’re the treat or not.”

You rolled your eyes softly, "You wish."

'I do.' He thought to himself as he smirked, as he saw you look over his costume, realization crossing your features.

You stepped up to him, "Wha-"

He rose his brow, feigning innocence. "What?"

"Did you match my costume on purpose?" You accused.

Grabbing your wrist, he gently lead you inside as you gawked at him.

"Seriously Minghao! You knew this was my costume, now it's gonna look like we're wearing a couples costume!"

He smiled at you and you felt your stomach swirl. "What's so wrong with that?"

You were a bit stunned, and you thought you saw something beneath the teasing gaze, something more genuine. Before you could respond, you heard your voice called by an excited and already buzzed Hoshi.

He grabbed your wrist and started rambling about how Mingyu was angry at him, before he pulled you off towards the kitchen. Minghao tried to grab your hand to pull you away, but Hoshi won as you disappeared into the kitchen.

Minghao let out a frustrated groan. Apparently he should have added 'keep everyone away from you' to his plan.

You ended up mingling with the others in the kitchen for a while, but your thoughts continued to stray to Minghao. Something about the way he looked at you, and the way he was acting was different than normal.

When he came into the kitchen a few minutes after you did, he seemed to glare at the others who held your attention. A few times it seemed as though he was tying to get your attention, or steal you away from the others, but he failed, and he only seemed to grow more annoyed each time.

The thoughts of why he might be acting like this made you nervous.

You had realized quite a while ago, that your feelings for Minghao had changed. You didn't just look at him as a friend, or even your best-friend, he was Minghao, the man who made your heart flutter. The man who made you feel safe and loved. The man who unabashedly and unknowingly held your heart in his hands.

But you had no doubt in your mind that he did not feel the same. It hurt, but you accepted it. And you tried to move on from it. But now you weren't so sure if you should have moved on at all.

At some point, the kitchen became so crowded, you made your way out and into the living room. You hadn't gotten far when you were approached by someone in a werewolf mask. When removed, you were met with Ji-Yoo's beaming smile.

You smiled and greeted him, aware that you were now going to be bombarded with flirtatious comments that you would have to not so skillfully play-off.

Ji-Yoo was sweet and attractive, and would be what you would consider your type a few years ago. But now, no one was good enough. Because none of them were Minghao.

When Minghao noticed you had vanished from the kitchen, he quickly made his way to find you. He had lost more time than he wanted, he needed to make up for it.

When he did spot you in the living room, he smiled naturally at the sight of you, before he noticed who it was who had your attention.

He flared his nostrils with an annoyed sigh as he made his way towards the two of you. When he heard your giggle meet his ears, he felt jealousy rise in his chest.

Minghao not-so-subtly inserted himself into your conversation as he slid in beside you, his shoulder pressing against you as he grinned at you, announcing his presence.

Ji-Yoo's smile faltered as he appeared, and Minghao simply smiled at him, smacking his shoulder and giving him an disingenuous greeting.

He saw Ji-Yoo look down at your matching costumes and smirked proudly.

You did not fail to notice Minghao's sudden brazen behavior, or the fake smile plastered on his face. You knew it well enough to spot a mile away.

You were shocked to see him acting this way towards someone you thought he considered a friend. You couldn't help but wonder if maybe he was jealous. But you tried not to linger on the thought too long. You didn't want to over-think yourself into a false sense of confidence, only to be brokenhearted later.

It didn't take long before you were unable to take any more of Ji-Yoo and Minghao's weird behavior. They eyed each other as if enemies and seemed to try and one up each other in every conversation. They spoke as if they were friends, but the passive aggression and sarcasm made the air around you thick with tension.

To say it got annoying was an understatement. You didn't know what their problem with each other was, but you had figured Minghao didn't want you to be friends with him for whatever reason.

Spotting another friend of yours, you decided to exit the conversation, much to Minghao and Ji-Yoo's surprise and disappointment.

You managed to avoid both Minghao and Ji-Yoo for the rest of the party as you did not want to get caught in the middle of their problems again. Even though -unbeknownst to you at this moment- you were the problem.

Relief filled you when you saw Ji-Yoo leave the party. Now it was just you and the boys, lingering in the now-emptied, yet trashed house.

Minghao noticed you from across the room when you entered and you saw relief wash over his face.

As he approached you, he smiled, "I thought you had left."

You shook your head, "I was gonna help clean up."

Hoshi groaned from the couch, "I'm too hungry to clean."

"Well you wouldn't be hungry if you had brought food to the party like you were supposed to!" Seungcheol's voice called from the kitchen and you chucked.

Hoshi hissed under his breath before he responded. "I did bring food!"

"You brought three bags of chips and some beer!" Mingyu yelled back and Hoshi pouted.

You chuckled at them before you realized you were hungry yourself. "I'm up for a store run if you want Hoshi."

He looked over at you with bright happy eyes and you knew his answer.

"I'll come!" Minghao glared over at Jun and Joshua, who spoke at the same time as him.

Minghao had failed his mission to spend the party with you. He let his annoyance at Ji-Yoo chase you away, and he knew he messed up. He noticed you avoiding Ji-Yoo and felt ecstatic about it. Up until he realized you were avoiding him too.

He messed it all up and he knew it. He was hoping a walk with you would help, but now, as he walked beside you, the loud voices of Jun, Joshua, Jeonghan, Dino and Mingyu echoed down the street as you all made your way to the store.

The silence that had been lingering between you and Minghao was broken when a loud crash in the dark street nearby made you gasp and flinch.

Minghao laughed at your reaction, ignoring the fact that his own heart jolted in surprise.

You glared over at him playfully before chuckling.

As the others had gotten quite a ways ahead of you, Minghao thought that now might be his opportunity. He watched you as you eyed the dark streets around you, now on edge.

Minghao gasped in your ear and you yelped in surprise, making him laugh.

"Minghao!" You yelled as you smacked his shoulder, only making him laugh more. "Don't do that to me!" You tried to sound angry, but you couldn't help the laugh that escaped you.

A loud yell from someone nearby caught you by surprise, making you jump again. You ran to the other side of Minghao, who laughed at your expense.

You smacked his arm again. "Stop!" You whined.

"If you're scared you can hold onto me." He said with a smirk and you huffed.

"You'd like that wouldn't you?"

"Very much."

The way his eyes seemed to stare into you without his familiar teasing smirk, made your heart flutter.

He let out a soft laugh as he suddenly pulled you into his chest, hugging you and pressing a kiss to your head.

"You're cute when you're flustered."

You were left in stunned silence for a moment before you finally found your voice again. "Why are you acting so differently?"

Minghao pulled away from you, looking down at you with a soft gaze.

So you did notice.

"What do you mean?

You shrugged your head softly. "I don't know, you're just being..." You let out a soft sigh of frustration. "I don't know how to explain it."

He smiled widely at you and you pointed at him.

"See! That right there!"

He widened his eyes a bit as he let out a bewildered laugh. "What?!"

"The way you're looking at me it's- it's different. You're doing it on purpose I know it! Why?"

His smile softened as he moved his hands to take yours. He gently caressed your fingers as he stared at your hands. You felt your heartbeat racing as he took a step closer.

"I figured I needed to be more obvious for you to finally realize."

"Realize what?"

His eyes rose to your face and you saw him study your face for a moment. He took in your features, including your lips, which you did not fail to notice.

"How much I care about you. Not just as a friend."

"Wha-"

Your words were cut off as Minghao pulled you towards him suddenly. You froze as his lips met yours. His hands gently rose up your hands, to your arms and then shoulders as he kissed you softly. Just as you started to sink into the kiss, he pulled away.

You blinked a few times as he opened his own eyes, staring gently at you with a soft smile.

"You kissed me." You mumbled in surprise.

He smiled. "I kissed you."

He reached up and gently stroked your cheek.

"And I want to do it again, a thousand times. Honestly I've wanted to for ages. I think- no, I know that I've had feelings for you for a long time. And I couldn't hold back anymore, especially when I thought I might lose you."

Realization suddenly washed over you and your mind flashed back to earlier at the party.

"Is this why you and Ji-Yoo were so tense around each other earlier?" You suddenly asked and Minghao let out a soft laugh as he nodded his head.

"Yes. I'm sorry it got so tense, I just hated the idea of him stealing you away from me."

He looked down at his feet and you smiled softly.

"No one could do that Minghao."

His eyes shot up to meet yours, and you let out a soft laugh. "Why do you think I haven't even attempted to date anyone in the last few years?"

Minghao felt hope rising in his chest and he furrowed his brow in hopefully confusion.

You smiled bashfully. "Because I only ever wanted you."

Minghao stepped closer and pressed his forehead against yours as he grinned."Not Ji-Yoo?"

You chuckled and shook your head, "No, not Ji-Yoo, just you."

"Good."

He grinned as he kissed you again, his arms wrapping around your waist as he pulled you close to him. This time, instead of freezing, you returned the kiss, as your chest burned hot and butterflies turned into fireworks.

Neither of you were aware of the approaching group, who you had forgotten about, until you heard a familiar voices gasp out dramatically.

"They're kissing!!" Joshua yelled.

You broke apart as you looked over at the dramatically surprising, yet grinning faces of your friends who started to grab at each other and gasp.

You laughed as Minghao rolled his eyes, gesturing at them to go away.

"And here we thought one of you got hurt or something!" Jun yelled with a fake disgust on his face as he pulled at Jeonghan who had his eyes covered.

They started to head back towards the store, throwing various comments at the two of you as they disappeared.

The last voice you heard was Mingyu's, "Took you long enough Minghao!"

Minghao yelled out into the darkness after them, "Shut up!"

You laughed as he shook his head with annoyance before he pulled you to his chest, staring into your eyes as your noses bushed.

"It did take me way too long." He admitted softly.

You shook your head, "I thought I had convinced myself to move on, thinking you would never feel the same way for me, but honestly I think I could have waited forever."

He grinned before he pressed a soft kiss to your lips. "No more waiting."

You shook your head with a soft smile, as you repeated his words as joy filled both of you.

"No more waiting."

I got writers block like four times while trying to write this, so I'm sorry if it's not the best :/ I really wanted it to come out better.

But, that being said. This was the final part to my 13 Days of Halloween, and I hope you all enjoyed it!

tags: swiss x gn!reader, pure fluff and mild spice

You had heard a lot about the ghouls, but the other Siblings always advised you to stay clear of them. They told stories about how some ghoul had bitten a Siblings finger off for no reason.

But, you being a curious mind, you never took the warning seriously. I mean, how bad can they be? You most certainly didn't have any survival instincts so one day after work, you wandered down to the lower leves of the abbey, where the ghouls lived.

On that fateful day, you bumped right into Swiss, almost falling down but he caught you just in time.

"Whoa, careful there, hot stuff," he grinned mischieviously. "You might wanna head back upstairs so you don't get eaten." Swiss, of course, was just joking around but he was curious. None of the Siblings had wandered down to the ghouls den since the incident with one of Primo's ghouls.

"No thanks! I want to look around some more, I've never been down here before," you smiled angelically, patting his arm. He flashed you a grin, sharp teeth shining.

"Well then, I better show you around, huh?" He offered his arm, which you gladly took.

You hadn't known back then but that was the start of a beautiful, albeit sometimes frustrating relationship. You loved Swiss with your whole heart, you really did but sometimes.. sometimes he was just a pain in the ass. This was one of those times.

You walked into your room, and found all of your stuff taped to the ceiling. Swiss had somehow managed to tape even your ukulele to the ceiling. You sighed, and rubbed your eyes before opening the door to the hallway and yelling: "SWISS YOU BASTARD, GET IN HERE NOW!"

Soon enough, he appeared before you, with a smug grin on his face. You sighed, and handed him a dollar. "Fine, you got me this time. But don't get too cocky, I will get you back!"

Swiss laughed and pulled you in for a hug, which you gladly returned while lovingly mumbling insults at him.

"Just so you know, you're gonna have to help me un-tape all of my stuff."

"Aw man, can we do it later-" You lightly smacked him on the shoulder and he laughed.

"Okay okay fine, I'll help you." Swiss kissed your forehead before pulling you inside your room, closing the door behind him.

Swiss then spun around, pinned you against the door, kissing you passionately, making you groan. You deepened the kiss and slid your hands around his neck, pulling him close to you. The two of you made out for a couple of minutes, before you pulled away.

"You still have to help me get my stuff down."

Swiss grinned. "Okay yeah, get me a knife and a chair and your stuff will be back on the ground in no time." You happily obliged, your plan having worked perfectly.

Swiss was whistling cheerfully while cutting your stuff open, not noticing his bright blue lips. You had put on some waterproof colour changing lipstick and smeared it on his face during your make out session.

The lipstick looked clear on you, but with a little magic trick from Phantom, it would appear bright blue on Swiss. And the best part was, it was extra long lasting.

You smiled to yourself, before looking at Swiss who was almost done getting your stuff off the ceiling. He hopped off the chair, kissing you on the cheek.

"There you go babe," Swiss smiled, "Just remember, I cannot be beaten when it comes to pranks."

"Oh yes, but you can't blame me for trying," you smiled innocently.

Swiss shook his head, kissed you again on the forehead and headed out the door.

You waited. And waited a little more.. aaaannd...

"WHAT THE HELL-"

You grinned. Perfect timing.

Fluff Alphabet - Charles Leclerc

Affirmation- How affirming are they of you and their love for you?

A big goofy smile appears on his face whenever your name is mentioned, he likes to tell everyone how much you mean to him, how special you are and how he hasn’t felt like this about anyone before. You get multiple texts randomly with him telling you how he feels about you and how much he loves you.

Birthday- What do they do for you to celebrate the day you were born?

From the moment the two of you wake up, he is smothering you with love and kisses and making you feel like a princess, he makes you breakfast in bed. He makes sure that he has flown your family and close friends out and spend the day celebrating you. Charles getting the biggest cake and making sure that you make a birthday wish before you blow the candles out.

Cuddles/Courtship-How do they court you?

You meet through a mutual friend, you play it cool and leave without letting him have your number. He asks your friend for it, you then kept asking ‘who?’ and ‘i don’t remember you?’. He keeps trying to get you to agree to let him take you on a date. You often see each other, and he is bringing his A game but you are keeping him on his toes and letting him work for it.

Dating- What are some of the dates they would take you on?

The first date was on a boat having a three course meal in candle light, you both talking and getting to know each other. Quickly you realised that you were both competitive and he takes you to arcades, mini golf any place that you can be goofy and try to get the win.

Emergencies- How do they respond when either you or them have an emergency?

Charles is always so thoughtful if there is a family emergency for you, he always asking ‘is there anything I can do to help?’. He always there by your side, giving you hugs and telling you to calm down. Always making you feel like a team and you can get through anything together.

Family- What happens when they’re around your family? What about their own family?

Charles is a mummy’s boy, he is usually the quietest out of the three brothers. He listens to his brothers and would walk to the end of the world for them. Shaking his head as they try to make him look bad infront of you, sharing embarrassing stories. With your family, he has a good relationship with everyone around the dining table. He helps your mum in the kitchen, he runs around the garden with your siblings. Carrying the little ones to bed when the day has been a long eventful one for them.

Gifts- What kind of gifts do they give you?

Money is never an issue for him, but he enjoys getting gifts that he knows that you’ll cherish, use everyday or wear on a daily. He loves seeing you handle it with care as you say it’s extra special as it’s from him.

Hugs- How do they hug you?

He loves being the little spoon, the best hug is when you are laying down and he lays on top of you. Your legs and arms wrapping around him and you smother his face with kisses. But he loves capturing you against him, his arm wrapped around your middle and around your shoulders, and kissing your shoulder as you wince telling him that you can’t breath and having a little battle as you try to get freed.

I Love You- Who says I love you first?

It was you who tells him first, it was while you were in the Ferrari garage, he leans in and kisses you as you wish him luck before saying ‘I love you’. You hide your face on his shoulder as he whispers in your ear that he loves you too. Nowadays you say it daily and often say it in different languages.

Jokes- What’s their humor like?

Neither of you take yourselves seriously, you both have the same kind of humour which makes you both like hyenas while everyone else around you don’t understand. You are always looking on your phones at funny videos, you both often falling into each other as you laugh.

Kids- How do they feel about having children?

If he is being honest, he cannot wait till he gets you pregnant. He knows that you will beautiful pregnant, he often looks at you when you don’t know and hoping that your future looks like you and he can have a little bestie.

Listening- How’s their listening skills?

Charles is an incredible listener, he sits next to you and plays with your fingers and listens to whatever is on your mind. He remembers everything you tell him, whether it was something small, he remembers everything which makes you feel listened to.

Mornings- What do mornings spent with them look like?

No matter where you are in the world, he likes to wake up before his alarm. He often waking you up with array of kisses on your shoulder, you both pulling the covers over your heads. You enjoying a quiet moment just the two of you. He often asking ‘What do you want to achieve by the end of the day?’. You share a few kisses before he climbs out of bed and grabbing his boxers and going to make you both coffee. You often having a shower together with you both singing loudly before you have to get ready and leave for the day.

Needs- What do they need from a healthy relationship?

Trust, with him constantly travelling and fans constantly wanting to be around him. Charles just wants you to trust him while you can’t travel with him, for you to never listen to the outside world and to trust that you have his heart under lock and key. You just need communication, for him to tell you straight if he needs anything from you.

Others- How do they react when you’re around other people?

Fans always loving to see the two of you out in public, you are always so welcoming and stepping aside to let them meet him. Charles hardly ever letting go of your hand, fans can feel the love between the two of you, the smiles and eye contact you have between the two of you.

P.D.A./Protectiveness- What’s their opinion on public displays of affection? How protective are they?

You both have a protective side, you often having to tell people to leave him, Charles wrapping his arm around you to keep you safe as you walk out of places where fans are crowded. Neither of you are massively into PDA when you know you have million of eyes on you, but when you are with friends, they often gag as Charles is always having his hands on you or you lose yourself and kiss each other.

Quarrel- What do the two of you fight over and how do you make up?

Often when Charles is stressed or you haven’t had much sleep, anything can set you off. You argue and let your frustrations out before you leave each other to cool off. You usually make up when you come back to him, you both giving each other a sheepish smile and you hug and make up.

Romance- How romantic are they?

He wouldn’t say he was romantic but he definitely is. He buys you small gifts, flowers or cake just because, leaving notes around for you to find. He always wanting you to feel loved by him, and wanting to be the one for the smile on your face.

Stress- How do you help each other handle stress?

He is good at reading you, he often suggests going for a run, or a gym session. You often getting him lay down and you climb ontop of him and start massaging him. You talk it out and always try to handle it together.

Trust- How do you show each other your trust?

You always keeping your word to each other, always coming through when you need each other. Understand what your lives and jobs expect from you, and always spending time just for the two of you. Being open and transparent with each other.

Unique- What’s something unique about them that you love? His heart, you haven’t met anyone who is in check with his emotions and feelings. How he takes everyday like it’s his last and he never wants to regret anything he does in his life. It has helped you with you and how see life and the world.

Vacation- Where do you go and what do you do on vacation? He always takes you holiday spots that you have always wanted to go, he loves taking you to places as he watches you act all excited like a little kid. He also likes to rent out a boat and spend the day with you in your bikini and having fun in the sea.

Wedding- What would your wedding be like? Somewhere in Monaco overlooking the sea, neither of you see yourself as a traditional wedding but surrounded by your loved ones and celebrating your love for each other.

Xtra- An extra thing about your relationship

Neither of you are good at directions, you are constantly getting lost when you are in different countries. You are known for pulling pranks around the paddock, with Pierre and Carlos the main ones you take aim at.

Yearning- What’s something that they yearn for when you’re separated? Just your warmth, your presence, how you constantly his cheerleader and he finds himself looking around the room for you.

Zzz- How do they respond when you fall asleep in their presence? He smiles when he hears soft snoozes coming from you, he kisses you softly before covering your body with his jacket or a blanket. He lets you sleep for a bit before he can’t help but waking you up.

THE PLOT THICKENS.

Spoilers for episode 6 of The Sign ahead.

I love how this show is playing out. Things that stood out:

So Tharn HAS told Phaya about his visions? I would have liked to see that conversation.

Oh no, is Tharn now telling people about Phaya's dreams? Or are they common knowledge among the friend group after Yai found out?

Also, Tharn has a dead ex, ouch. Between that and his parents, no wonder he feels cursed.

The Khem/Thongthai back story killed me. Khem is such a dumbass, and the fact that Thongthai is apparently into that actually makes me like him more. Thongthai: angel in the streets, freak in the sheets ("freak" in this case meaning hot for a big sexy blockhead).

So probably Dao is not going to be a bad guy? Which yay because Dao & Nee would be SO CUTE together.

I love the sibling relationships in this show (Yai might not be Tharn's bio brother, but they're obviously brothers in all the ways that matter).

So are Phaya and Nee orphans too? They live with their grandmother, but their parents aren't mentioned at all. Dao too, actually - she only mentions an aunt.

Oh holy shit the past life vision that Phaya had!!! Aaaaaaagh I need MORE of that! MOAR. Seriously, I cannot wait to see more, it's so! Just! Gah! Want!

Wi the art dealer is clearly dealing with some shit, professionally, and I'm going to put my vote in right now that it will tie into a case coming soon.

OH WOW there's a picture of Chalothorn in the old mythology history book??? Will Phaya and Tharn be in it too?? Wansarat??

Ok, I do NOT blame Tharn for punching Phaya. Phaya is acting unhinged, and Tharn doesn't know why. Yikes.

I LOVE Chalothorn using magic to lock Tharn in the car. And! OMG this:

I'm SCREAMING! Dammit, I love me a creepy evil magical scene-chewing villain.

And now we're getting back to the Lt. Tam case, woo! Which ties into the previous murder-of-rapists case. And! POSSIBLY! Into Tharn's parents' case???

I'm starting to feel like Inspector Akk has an agenda, and he's brought these guys in to further it. I'm getting "good cop frustrated by a corrupt system" vibes here.

Oh boy Tharn having more visions of crime things!

The show is half over, and so far it hasn't wasted any of its episodes. I feel like the pacing is perfect. Obviously it could go off the rails at any point, but there are so many things going on with the crime element, the reincarnation/mythology element, and the romance, that we've needed all six episodes to give the stories time to develop and weave together.

Even if it does fall apart, I gotta admit that I'm having so much fun watching this show that it's possible I might not care if it imploded.

I love all of these characters. I love that this show isn't just a romance, that the characters are adults with serious jobs, that their jobs are not only exciting but also a big part of their stories and characters. I love the scraps of the past lives we've gotten so far.

SaL anon here bestie, currently cheering, laughing, and digging in for what looks like an amazing season. You know there are a lot of ways they could have told the story of Buck realizing he's bi, but by far they went for the most hilarious and ridiculous route and I a HERE for this kind of nonsense. ABC seriously said "Okay, Buck's gonna get really jealous of Eddie's new guy friend...who he spends more time with than his girlfriend who Buck isn't jealous of (and who hasn't spoken in 4 episodes and is known for being the babysitter when Eddie needs to spend time with his new guy friend). Buck will go to ridiculous lengths to get Eddie's attention, including loudly clanking around the gym while sweaty and playing a sport he hates, while sweaty. But then, get this, the new friend will confront Buck and Buck will conclude for some reason THAT'S the person whose attention he wanted, something even the new friend doesn't believe, but he kisses him anyway. How funny would that be." ABC, and Tim specifically, you are not fooling anyone about where this is going.

Seriously I'm so happy, even if Buck's first kiss wasn't Eddie. Tommy isn't going to be around long it seems (especially if he has any sense of self preservation) and maybe Marisol will be lucky to get a full sentence in before she's out the door the way they're going. But I think this is the best way to tell this particular self discovery story, not in an overly angsty, stressful way but in a fun way that's over the top. I'm happy about the way they did it, and am definitely curious about how they will develop Buck through the season. Let's buckle in my friend, we're finally getting some good soup 🎉🎉🥂🥂!!!

My friend, I am still giddy over how much fun I had all around with that episode! Maddie and Chim were in peak Sassy Sibling mood with Buck, we even got some Mom-Mode Activated Maddie, we got silly call shenanigans, we got a heartbreaking call, we got some Grant family drama bringing up stuff from the past, we got happy smiling Eddie, we got sass-master Ravi, AND we got kicked-puppy pouty faced Buck begging Eddie to pay attention to him all episode and still somehow coming up with the wrong answer to his jealousy question 🤣 Epitome of that "the risk I took was calculated but MAN am I bad at math" meme. I love him.

I was reserving my judgment to see how this was going to play out, but so far, I am not hating it! It really does feel like Tommy Knows What's Up, but he gets to kiss Buck out of it, so why not? and while I don't ship them, the kiss was REALLY soft and sweet and Buck is being pursued for once so like, I'm willing to see how Tommy moves Buck's story forward. It definitely gave me the vibes that this is going to be the thing that helps push Buck to his "oh" moment about Eddie (hopefully with an accompanying montage to shut up the "this came out of nowhere" people 🙄). I'm typically not on the "this character needs to date around and use other people to be "ready" for the relationship they ACTUALLY want" train, but so far this storyline was handled well. Like, it's SO clearly about Eddie but also it's SO clear Buck has not connected those dots yet but Tommy HAS. So it's not like Buck *knows* and is stringing Tommy along waiting for Eddie to be single. It has the potential to be a sweet, fun, joyous experience for Buck without ever undercutting his relationship with Eddie because again, Tommy sure seemed to know whose attention Buck was REALLY looking for. For now, I'm on board to see how the ride plays out! And with Tim being better at keeping the stories focused on the mains, I think we are going to get some REALLY good Buck moments with his family around all this, while Tommy does the job of a side character and moves the story along.

"maybe Marisol will be lucky to get a full sentence in before she's out the door" Please, the sound I just made! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Let's hope it's no more than that, I cannot take her smiling like her head is about to start spinning around (plus the actress needs to GO, we don't need that nastiness here!). I am cryyyying though at the way Eddie's girlfriends have never even registered for Buck because at no point did they interfere with his time with Eddie and Chris, but Eddie spends time with ONE (1) dude, and Buck is just BESIDE himself about it. Poetic. Baby boy you are sooooo close to a realization! Also, not the synopsis calling out Eddie reevaluating his relationship the second Buck gets into one 🤣🤣🤣 Boys you are NOT subtle.

We are being FED and I am strapped in for the ride! Lets goooooo! The joy and heart and soul of the show has been restored and it feels sooo good!

I just finished The Magic Misfits The Second Story AND YOU GUYS.......

I keep falling harder and harder in love with these books.

EVER SINCE I SAW THE ESMERALD RING'S PICTURE ON THE FIRST BOOK I ALREADY WENT LIKE "HMMM LEILA AND THE CRYSTAL BALL GIRL KINDA LOOK SIMILIAR"

POOR, INNOCENT ME....

Also I would like to have a talk with this Kalagan guy. For literally playing with an orphan child's feelings over a stupid notebook. LIKE SERIOUSLY WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK.

Protect Leila at all the costs. And Carter. And Theo. And Ridley. And Olly and Izzy. Protect them from those SICKOS.

Also I love Carter's and Leila's relationship so so so so so so so much. They're siblings and you cannot tell me otherwise.

I wanna see more of the Magic Misfits' friendship. Idk, but everytime they just interact the slightlest it makes my heart jump out of joy- I would adopt them all if Carter and Leila already didn't have such good parents. (Dunno about Theo, Ridley and the twins yet.....)

AND STAN MR. VERNON AND OTHER MR. VERNON FOREVER. THEY'RE SO SWEET AND CARING AND GIVE THE ORPHAN CHILDREN ALL THE LOVE THEY RIGHTFULLY DESERVE AND IM SO SO SO SO HAPPY THAT THEY JUST--- EXIST.

I can't wait to learn more about the Esmerald Ring. The kid with the puppet particularly freaks me out- And I can't help but feel like they're the ones responsible about Carter's parents' disappearance.

Also uuuuuuh- I have a small, slight feeling that Uncle Sly might be a bit of trouble in the future. Idk- A part of me feels like he might come back and the other part feels like he will never be mentioned again other when Carter jokes about all the trauma that man caused him. ("I'll ask my criminal uncle when I see him. Which I hope is *never*.")

I DONT KNOW YOU GUYS... I think its just because the phrase he said on the first chapter of the first book still freaks me out a bit. ( "I have eyes and ears in all cities from here to Tombucto! You'll never escape, hear me? Never!")

But eh, he honestly doesn't worry me as much as the rest of the grown ups in this book...

ANYWAYS.

I ALREADY ORDERED THE THIRD ONE AND IT'S PROBABLY GONNA ARRIVE NEXT WEEK

Moshang plot bunny

I have this plot bunny, which can become either a comic or a fic but I don't know yet. It just won't leave me alone but it's still vary vague so I cannot start working on it.

It's basically a hurt/comfort, angsty story, title 'Nobody Likes Shang Qinghua. And that's okay!' Except, obviously it's not.

People only interact with SQH when they want something but they tend to avoid him as a person. LBH, his 'son', simply cannot stand him, mainly due to SQH relationship with his husband. Airplane considers Cucumber-bro as his best friend though he knows perfectly well that it's not the same for Cucumber. He is just a servant to Mobei Jun, while Mobei Jun is his entire world. Etc. You get the idea.

Except that's not entirely true. This is all only SQH's point of view. For so long he had to deal with people who didn't care much about him - his parents and half-siblings, his new parents and new siblings, martial and otherwise. Himself - he is perfectly aware of all his flaws and shortcomings. He knows he is a coward, and a sell-out, he talks too much and is too clingy. He is just deeply unpleasant person to associate with, so obviously, nobody would actually like him.

But people do like him. Sure, LBH finds him annoying and is kinda jealous, but he also loves how his husband loosens up around Qinghua. Nobody understands Shen Yuan like he does. He is also Mobei Jun's entire world - he would not be alive without Shang Qinghua, much less become a king.

There are different instances that only confirm what SQH thinks he knows is the truth until he finally gets seriously hurt. In his own words "At least it was him who took the hit and none of the truly important characters of the story. Because, who is he, really? LBH is the protagonist, SQQ/SY is the love interest and the secondary protagonist at this point. MBJ is important best friend, confidant and advisor. And who is SQH in terms of the great plot? Still but a canon fodder. And that's okay!"

SQH has this talk with SQQ and SQQ could not be more horrified. How could he not notice that SQH puts so little value on his own life and well-being? That begs an intervention!

Generally, it's all about character's self-worth issues and other characters making sure that one feels appreciated by the end.

Problem is, I really can't iron out any details. I caught a cold during my holiday and I can't do much except lie in bed and complain. Also, I run out of tissues a while ago and I'm now using toilet paper, but that's beside the point. I am afraid I won't feel good enough to start working on it before I have to go back to work when my days off run out. After that, I tend to work 6 days [64 hours, to pay all the bills] with 2 days of break [when I'm tired] so any artistic endeavors turn out very slowly.

I understand SQH for writing PIDW the way he did. If it paid my bills, I would absolutely write shitty papapa in hopes of getting at least part of my stories out. Instead, I work a job I can barely stand. Which is almost the same. [I think a lot of us like SQH so much because we can really relate to him. I know I can.]

I will write that fic/draw that comic though. I want to get my feelings out. Just wait for me.

AHHHHHH HAPPY BIRTHDAY CASS APOCALYPTIC SERIES

This show has seriously been amazing. Rise of the TMNT has been one of my recent hyperfixations, but definitely my top one. In late 2022 I was in a really bad place mentally, plus my favorite show The Owl House was ending soon. Then comes May 2023.

And my life legit changed

I just love the cast and characters so much, Donnie being amazing autistic rep and Leo being Ben’s turtlesona and Mikey’s razzmatazz and Raph kicking ass LIKE A BOSS

The movie emotionally wrecked me and it’s literally what inspired me to pick up my book again and give a try at animating.

Now I have a major to study. I have a fandom that’s so amazing and supportive. And then I found Cass. Their story, telling the turtle’s tale in the future, the angst ride, the STORYTELLING

It blows my mind that one person created an entire world basically every Rise fan considers canon. I truly think that it’s the C.A.S. that made me love RotTMNT as much as I did. The family bond, the love and strength they share, the hope. The relationships between characters, the arcs, the ACTUAL FUCKING MUSIC I HEAR IN MY HEAD WHEN SOMETHING COOL AS SHIT HAPPENS

I cannot put into words how much I love this series. I had fanart ready but the perks of having two nosy younger siblings and a “delete” button ready to push… so I hope this can suffice for now.

@somerandomdudelmao, you are seriously amazing. Thank you for doing all you can do create this wonderful masterpiece for us, and I can’t wait to see what comes next. You’re so cool!

31: Most prized possession?

For Carolina, it would definitely be something of her father's, perhaps a watch or a ring that he always wore. And a card he gave her on her birthday. He wasn't big on cards, but he gave her a very sweet one and wrote a heartfelt inscription on the last birthday they shared together. I really want to come up with an HC for her mother - because she may be in here as well - but I'm so scared Book 3 will cover it and muck things all up. lol

For Trystan, I'm going to say some old drawings he has from childhood. They were pictures he drew with some of his siblings, during a simpler time, when the animosity between them hadn't developed yet. When he looks at them, he imagines a world where things could have gone differently, and in some weird way, it brings him peace.

I am sure he treasures a few letters he received from Julianna. He would keep them in a very special place and would take them out to read each year on her birthday.

Lastly, a photo of Carolina - I'm not going to say much more about it because I want to write a fic about it - but it signified a very big moment in their relationship, and he prints it out, frames it, it will remain one of his favorite things forever.

Trystan's answer would be absolutely nothing. He'd argue that if it brings you joy, it's never a waste of time. (I kind of agree, lol)

But Carolina is more, well, Carolina. She doesn't mind a good social media scroll or maybe going on YouTube after a long day. But she can fall down that rabbit hole, and before she knows it, she looks up, and 2 hours have passed. She will literally curse at herself because she thinks it is a total waste of time.

44: Superstitions or views on the occult?

Oh, this is a tough one! After dealing with The Hand of Mahra, these two will want to stay as far away from anything cult related as possible.

But superstitions... I'm part Greek, and I know my family was insane with the evil eye. Some still are. I can see Drakovia having its own version, and though he's embarrassed to admit it, Trystan kind of always has one on him. Now, the evil eye is only supposed to protect you if it is a gift; it cannot be something you buy yourself. So if his goes missing, he has to get someone to buy him a new one. Mags was his go-to for this, but now Carolina is dragged in, too. Now, there is a little shop in the Bryant Park Holiday Market that only sells evil eye jewelry and such (I go there frequently lol). I can see Carolina going there at Christmastime and buying like 30 to keep stashed in her room. This way, when Trystan is freaking out because he lost one, she just goes to her closet and is like, "Here!" lol (Now I want to write that fic! lol)

Carolina really doesn't believe in superstitions, at least not anymore. She's seen so many bad things she doesn't think anything can ward them off. That said, she does have two things she does every New Year's Eve. One, at midnight, she eats 12 grapes the moment the clock strikes twelve. She makes everyone with her do the same, and Trystan will just have to wait for that kiss! After the grapes (and kiss), they run to the front door and throw a bucket of water outside. Both of these are commonly done in certain Latine cultures. I don't think she feels they usher in good or bad luck, but it's part of her culture, and she's very attached to the tradition, so she takes it very seriously.
