I kindly request soft headcanons for a relationship with modern uni student Dottore/Zandik and reader. Like what do they specialize in? Their habits? In classes where they are together do they sit and cuddle? (maybe you not so discreetly fall asleep and he covers you), who cooks and who forgets to eat? Is he a coffee addict? (Trick question, we all know he is)

Soft headcanons with modern uni Zandik!

You and Zandik first met at the start of school when you both bumped to each other in class.

Both of you are biology students.

Zandik fell in love with you the time you were able to grab his cut up frog. Said frog had its organs coming out of its body as it hops around the classroom. Zandik had a hard time catching it but luckily you were there and caught it for him.

Zandik immediately asked you out after he got a perfect grade for the frog project. He was nervous that you would laugh and reject him but he still took the risk and asked you out. He was so ecstatic when he found out you liked him as well and said yes.

Zandik specializes in the major subjects like chemistry, botany, systematics and zoology.

Meanwhile you specialize more in the minor subjects like history, mathematics, physical education, and english.

Both of you are always seen sitting together except history class. Zandik despised the history teacher for making him sit behind you.

Good news! You both are roommates too!

You both have a habit of staying up late in the night. You once scared each other when you bumped into him in the middle of the night to go get some water.

Another one of Zandik's habits is him holding your hand wherever you both are. You would feel him gently rubbing circles on your palm whenever he would feel nervous.

In some classes where the teacher isn't present, you would drag Zandik to the back of the class and cuddle up to him. He would hold you close while he reads some of your notes for the next minor class.

One time when the history teacher was discussing nonchalantly, you were lulled to sleep. Luckily you were in the corner where the teacher won't even call your name. The classroom was very cold and you didn't even bother bringing a jacket. Zandik muttered at how forgetful you are at times and took off his jacket before placing it over you.

You two would always be in the library during your vacant time to study and review each other's notes.

You're the one who cooks your meals everyday, Zandik would come help whenever there's an occasion but he would always let you cook. He likes your cooking the most.

On the topic of forgetfulness, you would sometimes forget to bring simple things like your pen or jacket or even your I.D.

Meanwhile Zandik forgets what time it is when he's been studying overnight, he would even forget to eat.

As an understanding partner, you would let it slide because it's his habit. But if Zandik forgets to eat your cooking, the food you made for him, that's where you drag him out of his study towards the kitchen.

You even held a ruler in hand as you watched him eat. Making sure he recovers the nutrition he lost from all the late night studying he did. Zandik wouldn't tell it to your face but he really liked it when you would stand up against him and show him his place.

This man would steal your coffee. He would pin you against the kitchen counter, press kisses all over your face, even nip and bite at your neck before leaving you flustered with a smirk. Once you turned back to drink your coffee, you immediately found your mug missing.

You both would always have coffee dates either at a cafe or at Starbucks. Just him being able to hold you close while you two enjoy a warm drink makes him happy.

Just like how addicted he is to coffee, he is also addicted to your lips. He would always come asking for a kiss whenever he's in a sour mood.

You both also have a matching bracelet with a shark design.

Professor Layton and the Spectre’s Call!! I actually discovered ordering the game from the UK with shipping was actually cheaper than ordering the American version of the game, there were no major differences that I could tell as they still had the original English voice actors.

I enjoyed this game!! Not my top favorite installment but I still had a great time and loved the new characters. The puzzles were well designed and had nice scaled difficulty and the mini games were really neat too. The Eternal Diva references were so blatant lmfao but I’m excited for Miracle Mask! I was also super exhausted when writing the summary so sorry there’s so many errors and I use the word fun a million times ToT

Summary

This was such a fun origin story for Luke and Layton. Very much a classic Layton game with world ending machinery and gorgeous environment design. I really liked both Emmy and Descole, there’s a more serious undertone than with Don Paolo as the main villain (even though I do love Don Paolo). Emmy is amazing!! I was afraid she would be sidelined like Flora was but I’m glad to she stands her ground and does what she wants to do. I alos like how we got to go on our own adventure as her to London, she’s a character that doesn’t need to rely on Hershel to solve everything. Meeting Luke was great, loved his blank stare. It was fun seeing his origins and how Clark and Hershel knew each other. I’m curious how the prequels will play into the New World of Steam, especially now that Luke’s family have stories and sprites (unlike in the original trilogy). Loved the ACAB story, v nice to play while I’m still so mad at what’s happening to university students currently. Descole was so fun, I am obsessed with his outfit and personality. Unfortunately I was spoiled on who he is but I’m very excited to learn more. I think similar to Ace Attorney, the fourth installment is that last game in the classic 2D style, which is sad but PLvsPW makes me very hopeful about 3D Layton. The overall story was fun, I really liked the sub plot about the Ravens - that was really fun (i was so tired writing this omfg). I wish we got a little more backstory on the rich guy who died, I feel like there’s more to the story. OO I loved the little episodes, especially the one about Chelmey. They added a lot of fun context and gave more life to the NPCs. Such a fun and classic Layton game, I can’t wait to play Miracle Mask! (And read the light novels). This wasn’t my favorite Layton game but I still really loved it and had a great time and loved the puzzles — that’s all I want from PL!

Kaiju Sailor Moon (American edition)

Hello hello hello

One of my earliest memories is of this doll; my dad took me to a bookstore that sold SM merchandise (one of the only retailers where we could find SM dolls in the 90′s; none of my local big box retailers stocked the Bandai or Irwin dolls until 2000) and the 17′’ dolls were the only ones they had in stock that day. I remember loving their faces but being utterly confused by the TEENY TINY tiaras lol I mostly got her to compare with the Giochi Preziosi 17′’ doll that uses the same sculpt, but I love her!!!

Her box liner is IDENTICAL to the Giochi version, even the placement of the holes is the same lol In fact, the entire box itself is essentially a shoddily recolored version of the original Giochi box with different labels plastered on haphazardly lol

My Irwin 17′’ doll is from a later batch, but the first few had the exact same box photo as the Giochi version (a photo of the Bandai Japan Sailor Moon R dolls with boots shoddily pasted on the other characters lol) while the later batches are of the actual 17′’ dolls.

Earlier batches of the Irwin 17′’ doll were MUCH more similar to the Giochi version, with paler lips, a crescent moon tiara and the same heart brooch (albeit with no sticker); I’d LOVE to get my hands on that variant, but she’s pretty hard to find NIB lol I find these dolls so funny because Irwin LITERALLY had the tools to make a perfect set of SM dolls from the jump, to the point of using almost an entire doll from the (at the time) only non-Asian company to create a good toy lineup for the brand, and instead they made a hideous set of dolls with frog faces...only to course correct in 2000 and create one of the best, most accurate SM doll lines ever (with the original Bandai JP head sculpt no less lol) What took you so long!!!!!! So many amazing dolls wasted on ugly frogfaced head sculpts when we could have had it all from the jump

Hellooo!! Just wanted to drop by to say I really love your OCS!! Specially Charlie, I love his design sm, aand since we're talking about him may I ask "What's one way your OC has changed since you first came up with them?" :^)

I'm so upset I was looking for my first traditional drawing of him, but I couldn't find it😭

I think Charlie has changed the MOST out of anyone. In my first design for him, he wasn't even a robot. He was part human part dog and wore a frog hat. As for personality, he used to be super shy and awkward and had super low self-esteem. Now he's the complete opposite, super confident, loves the spotlight, kind of full of himself. One may say he's even a bit narcissistic. Despite that he's still caring, he just has more sympathy for animals than he does humans that doesn't make him a bad person though

hello! um a full thought process sure

bdubs is really easy its all about the shweep he likes so much and. plants :). i feel bad that his description was shorter than the others because hes my special little guy and if you dont clap for him ill blow this whole building up. but also it was deliberate the description just, doesn't elaborate on his mental state at all. unlike the others his doppel doesn't reflect some inner darkness or flaw.

...well get back to that later.

mos ene is a pretty easy name for it thats the sandman he puts people to sleep and also steals peoples eyes. as you do.

etho, id say you basically got it for why hes a microscope. also you need to know exactly where to hit to deliver the death stroke. in last life what he did to bdubs wasn't exactly a mercy kill, but i think there was a thought in his mind that kind of knew that he can't just keep coming back to him alive somethings gonna give eventually. in magical girl au though what he's done to doc and all other witches would be a mercy kill.

his doppel is named koga is because he's a freaking weeb. hiroyasu koga is the last recorded kaishakunin

skizz is not my special boy he is @reverendsus special boy and his doppel is literally because of this post. i think their skizzposting is underrated but also if the cactus ever was a common analysis in regards to skizz i think like. the apocalypse would start or something

polonius as the name of his doppel is pretty easy too everybody had to read hamlet at school right? hes a little guy that was stabbed a bunch and drove a few people to insanity because of his death, as you do.

tango is based on the fact he plays too many death games in death games, and also his affinity for giant creatures chasing after his friends. they don't directly lead to his death but it does feel like time better used to prepare and also while nobody got on his bad side over his games you bet your life literally was just him giving away like, 2? 3? lives from his team to another. cmon man. in this au he went to zedaph literally not because he had a problem to solve but because zedaph sounded cool.

the doppel is named boyang because wei boyang was the first person to come up with gunpowder. which were later used for war weaponry (cannons) and fun things! (fireworks)

beef’s is about witchification, yeah. beef kind of knows becoming a witch is inevitable for him. one of the only descriptors i gave for him so far is that he’s weak for a magical girl. if he’s witnessed pause and doc die, what chance does he have of living? it has nothing to do with the cult because he doppeled before finding out about it, but it definitely hasn’t helped with the gravitas of his situation. and he’s has a chef theme... boiling frog syndrome... ect ect

SUPER-FROG actually is where a lot of the design choices of the doppel is from. the frog, the worm, the darkness, a heavy emphasis on obligation, is all from super frog saves tokyo

have i ever seen a moose - god i wish. i dont even think moose live in my part of canada? (just googled it and they dont. very sad day for me)

temperature over here - rn its 6 degrees, in the summer it gets up to like 30 degrees, & winter usually gets down to around -10 at most.

favourite fic of all time - oooh this is a hard one. now i dont really read fics for any other fandom, its kinda for marauders for me so. my wip favourites are disintegration by moonymoment, crimson rivers by zar, edge by pinkpalaceapartments (another agent-james assassin-reg fic, based on killing eve), kill your darlings by messermoon, and ofc dead or alive (i guess i have a thing for assassin reg and agent james LOL) now for finished fics... the winner is gonna have to go to just lovers (like we were supposed to be) by zar. (and intermission by zar too since it fits in there) its just perfect and i feel like ive reread it a billion times.

fav golden trio era ship - probably luna and neville (do they have a ship name? i cant think of it if they do) they were my favourite characters as a kid so they have a special place in my heart. OH i also love romione because theyre just a classic and i love them sm.

do i write fics - sadly no. ive tried and failed. im not a creative writer at all, in fact im literally the opposite, call me the grammar police. im essentially the designated paper editor among my friends because im fantastic at technical writing and stuff like that, but i cant write for shit. i truly envy people who can create such beautiful stories.

tea or coffee - coffee always. i do love tea and have it probably just as much as coffee but i will always be a coffee girly.

go to outfit - hmm. well i basically live in my doc martens and leather jacket (very sirius of me i must say) and i do love a good baggy jean and band tee look. but on my off days you cannot find me out of my sweatpants or pajamas. its simply not happening.

how many piercings - 4, two on each earlobe. (2 i did myself with a sewing needle, dont recommend) i really wanna get my septum or just the nostril, but i havent decided yet. although id probably never get it, i do love the look of the medusa piercing too its just cool.

area of study - im studying classics and anthroplogy in uni rn! ive always been a history/humanities girly and i love ancient history and languages so much so thats what i decided to do. (plus i was a greek mythology kid so) i think my ideal career path would be archaeologist but that could change at any given moment, so im just seeing where uni takes me.

fun fact about me - hmmm. im left handed! kinda not a fun fact but for some reason i dont know very many left handed people (i swear have we gotten rarer or something??)

(took english lit for a level , I gotta have had loved reading in some way!) my favourite books when i was a kid was hp , but now they’re the ‘a good girls guide to murder series’ i highly recommend them , ravi singh is my personal fave. for a singular book ? you must never ask a bookworm this, it’s a cardinal sin. i’ll give you my top four

i do have more , (some aren’t even english) but my mind is blank rn. watching the apprentice atm & the boys just won the first ep. the girls are all sad & i’m very sorry for them.m (one of them will have to go home, but one of them also keeps calling herself the ‘kim k of business women’ as if kim wasn’t already a business women.)

place i wanted to visit?? new york - i always wanted to go there. friends takes place there , it’s the big apple , yk???? I love it so much on tv & i do want to see all the ways americans are different. want a big gulp cup , i want to experience a lil british privilege. want to go to the concrete jungle , for sure.

my earrings, and this pandora bracelet which has a snitch clasp & the ‘i open at the close inscription’ it’s very dear to me. also also a gold necklace with a double dolpin. i wear these three all the time , but sometimes i also like wearing lots of rings , but i’m in a lab for a lot of the time so it’s very inconvenient for me.

fave food- pop tarts and also this Chinese takeaway from near my place??? i’m in heaven whenever i eat it. i go out often , and nothing has ever beat that. i also love the cookies & brownies from this bakery near my bus stop & i honestly love them so much. (me and my best friend went there every day after our gcses honestly.)

cats or dogs - cats. (sorry sirius) but i would never say no to a pupper! always pet one if the owner lets me!!

stars !! always stars!! (technically the sun is also a star , but i digress) stars make pretty constellations and as an ex-astronomy student, i love them so much.

fave holiday - CHRISTMAS !!!!! a london christmas is IMMACULATE. honestly the vibes are unreal. the lights on oxford street and everything ✨

& the halloween thing ?? i’m sorry , oh my god , your birthday is now the deathday of the greatest parents ever 💔.

WHY DOES EVERYONE KEEP SAYING JAMES OPENED THE DOOR ??? HE DID NOT DO THIS ??? voldy broke down the door , my friend , i promise even james isn’t that trusting.

but i agree he was so dressed in a dumb costume anyways .
