𝗨𝗻𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲!!⁣ Swipe Left! ⁣ __________________________⁣⁣⁣ Ingredients ||2 Servings⁣ ⁣ ➜ 2 Baguette ⁣ ➜ 4oz Arugula ⁣ ➜ 2 10oz Chicken Cutlets ⁣ ➜ 4 Strawberries, Slice ⁣ ➜ 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced ⁣ ➜ 1 tablespoon Olive Oil⁣ ➜ Kosher Salt⁣ ➜ Pepper⁣ ➜ 1 garlic clove⁣ ➜ 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter⁣ __________________________⁣⁣⁣ __________________________⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ Directions⁣ ⁣ 1. Peel and mince garlic. Sliced Strawberries and dice the tomatoes …set aside. Halve the Baguette, making 4 slices. ⁣ 2. Place 2 TBSP butter in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave until just softened, 10-15 seconds. Stir in half the garlic. Season with salt and pepper.⁣ 3. Pat chicken dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. ⁣ 4. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook until browned and cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a cutting board⁣ 5. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss mixed arugula, tomatoes and strawberries. Add any dressing you desire in the mix and season with salt and pepper.⁣ 6. Spread cut sides of baguette with garlic butter; place cut sides up on a baking sheet. Broil or torch until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.⁣ 7. Thinly slice chicken crosswise. Then divide chicken, salad, and garlic bread between plates. I very seldom make curry and when I do I make it traditional style. Today I opted for the #imana Mild Natal Curry and added Dhania Powder, Garam Masala, Breyani Powder and crushed Ginger Garlic. A delicious homemade salad, using lettuce grown on my own allotment. Dressed with a simple blue cheese dressing and garnished with some delicious crunchy croutons. Quick and easy to do. For the croutons, take three slices of bread and cut into bite sized squares. Coat with a generous helping of olive oil and then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Mix well together then place on a baking tray and cook in the oven until golden brown and crunchy. You can if you wish, add a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese for extra flavour and luxury. For the dressing, take about half a cup of mayonnaise. Add to it half teaspoon measures whole of whole grain mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Add a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of cider vinegar. Give a good mix and taste. Adjust the seasonings as required. If the dressing is still too thick add a dash of water to thin it down. Although these are heated in the microwave they do not have anything ‘microwave meal’ about them at all. You’d be fooled if you were served one and didn’t know. The quality of these meals are very good, and portion size is generous, too. Meals start from £6 but you can get 20% off your order by using my code BL20. All meals are healthy and range from 400-500 calories, and 600-700 for large. There’s no additives, preservatives, or refined sugar, and all meals come with veg.
