Tbh, I don't get what does it mean by warm up but i always draw a simple pose before i draw i guess. Starting with the stickman and roughly finish it? Does it make sense TvT

dcmk 7. Shinichi Yuujinchou! So basically it's Natsume Yuujinchou but with Shinichi and Clover. This is like an au of the Conyan & Kidty series haha

Originally I hesitated between Natsume Yuujinchou and The Cat's Return, but I like the idea of Shinichi in a yukata and giant Clover better.

This magic cat doesn't want alcohol, it just wants the juiciest chicken thigh.

dcmk 3. Fic appreciation #2! Which is a fanart of AngelicSentinel's "silent sleeping indigo". I love all kinds of fics but dark fics have to be my favorite. Especially when one character gets corrupted by the other.

Since Dragonsorceress asked, here's Fic appreciation #1! It's Wiz Kid by Phantom_Echos. Probably the funniest kaishin fic I've read. Kaito obsessing over IQ numbers is just so true, so true.

dcmk 8. Kaito's Delivery Service! Another extra from the Conyan & Kidty series, actually. Featuring Kiki!Kaito & Jiji!Conan (if this wasn't loosely related to the Conyan series, i would've made Jii-chan wear cat ears instead)

Shinichi chases after him and is like, hey quit it with the pranks, also show me your magic broom. Kaito's like, nuh uh. But they'll become friends.

dbh 4. Grow a Connor! It's a silly au that's been sitting in my wip folder for way too long honestly. Something about Kamski creating these mystery potted plants that could grow into a friend. And Hank was strong armed into buying one (Kamski's a terrific salesman)

After a week of diligently watering the pot (thanks to Sumo reminding him sometimes) with the mysterious blue liquid, he got a Connor RK800. And then they were friends.

dcmk 4. Fic appreciation #3! A fanart of another dark kaishin fic. It's shatter by BlackSclera. It's probably my personal favorite bc it has both: character going bonkers & unreliable narrator.

Answer to the ask “2 for the wip challenge” by @/hiromiikunn!

I made this just now just to answer xD;; Think of it as a proof of concept? This is kind of the vibe I want to go for whenever I make this animatic! Fair warning, it is 99% a GinSherry animatic and you’d really have to squint for the shinshi... it also does not end happily I’m sorry :’) More under the cut!

To summarize, the animatic takes place towards the tail-end of DCMK where the final showdown against the BO is happening, and Shiho relives the memories she had while she was in it, both good and bad. Its sort of inspired by this one fic I read super long ago that delves into the past of Shiho and Gin, before shit hit the fan (the name escapes me). The song is Gentle Comet by YOASOBI (yes the beastars ending)! I think it fits both Shiho and Gin very well (depending on how you view their past together)
