Honestly, I'm a bit in tears, thinking about Jonathan going on to be a famous photographer, bringing out a book of his early work (late 80s/early 90s) in, like, the 2010s or something and it's just full of queer joy and the queerplatonic family they all made together with the Upside Down gang.

Like it starts with Steve giving Robin a piggy back ride, both laughing their asses off. It's 1989, they had just moved to the big city bc most of the kids had graduated. It's late at night and they went to a Rocky Horror screening. Robin is dressed as Brad, Steve as Janet.

There's a full spread of Eddie on stage, he's shirtless save for a leather harness, sweaty and alive, hankerchief hanging out of his pocket. The next page is him with Steve is his normal clothes in his lap, the rest of the band and Robin around them, all stuffed in a booth in a diner. Nancy and Argyle hadn't been able to make it, but that's okay. It was Coroded Coffin's first big gig.

Argyle has a page dedicaded to him, most of them in the early mornings, sharing the bed with Nancy, the place where Jonathan is supposed to be obvious.

One is Jonathan's favorite, Eddie and Argyle are sharing a joint. They're on the roof, Eddie is gesturing with one hand, holding the joint Argyle is taking a hit from in his other hand. They often had these late nights on the roof, before their lives took off, when insomnia got too band and company was needed.

Nancy and Robin are pictured, they're kissing. They had a short fling in 1987, before Nancy got back with Jonathan and Argyle, and Robin found her current wife.

The wife, back then a girlfriend, is more femme than Robin and there are pictures of their 'wedding'. It wasn't legal, but they didn't care. Robin wore a suit, her wife a dress. There is one page dedicated to the most traditional wedding pictures they took as a joke.

Then the following pictures are more like them, posing with their collection of garden gnomes and taking goofy pictures with everyone, as well as more serious ones.

Jonathan's favorites are the one where Steve is dancing with Robin, her second dance, both having been disowned by their parents. It's obvious they're both crying. The other one is Robin covered in lipstickstains, both her and her wife grinning like madmen, clearly a little tipsy.

There are also pictures from that first summer after Hawkins split open. Nancy on Argyle's shoulders, Steve's on Eddie's, the four of them fighting in the quarry. Robin floating nearby on a floaty along with Max. In the background the boys are jumping down, only held in posed in the air like that by El, who had taken an interest in photography after she realized how easy it was to forget.

There is also thanksgiving at the Hopper-Byers, 1986. Murray is there as well and they're all pushed together on the table, far more people than they thought would survive. Everyone is laughing, because Jonathan is sprawled over Agryle, having tripped in his haste to get seated for the timer.

It's the intimate domesticity that Jonathan has gotten good at capturing that makes the book pop.

Steve, dead asleep, head resting on Eddie's chest, legs thrown over Robin's lap. Eddie is pressing a kiss onto his forehead, Robin is holding his hand. The photo is called: Nightmares

A picture taken by El is in there as well, properly credited. It was taken when visiting Nancy, Argyle and Jonathan in 1991, the three of them are all half asleep, sitting at the table, all wrapped up together, but doing their own thing. Nancy is making notes on a notepad, Jonathan is rolling film and Argyle is doing the crossword in the paper.

There is also one of Coroded Coffin sitting around, crammed into the tiny apartment Eddie, Robin and Steve shared when they first moved out to the big city. They're writing lyrics, obviously mid argument about something. What is noteble is Steve in the background, leaning against the doorframe, looking very fond, dishtowel slung over his shoulders.

Naturally there is also one with all the kids around the table, dice scattered about, Eddie in the midst of a dramatic narration, seemingly oblivious to Steve, smiling dopily and nearly sleep, from where he is draped over Eddie's lap.

There are also pictures of Robin painting Steve's nails, because while Steve knew he'd had to take it off before work, he likes the way it looks.

As well as Steve doing Eddie's eyeliner, because Eddie used to be baby about it, before he got used to doing it before shows.

Will is also in there, alseep in the backseat with Mike, draped over the other guy. They're both in the remnants of cosplay, on the way back from a convention.

All the kids are, though they feature less, having been younger and in different phases of life.

There is a picture of Max and El asleep in Max's dorm when she went to college. Her skateboard is leaning against the wall along with her crutches. Max's hands are in El's hair, it's half braided like they fell asleep before finishing it.

Lucas is pictured with Steve, sweating on a basketball court, what is more obvious is Eddie and Max in the foreground. They're both leaning on their knees, oggling the two players. Max's eyes peer out through thick lenses, but that doesn't hide the moon eyed expression that matches Eddie's.

Another intimate moment that Jonathan captured was Steve, Eddie and Dustin, the three of them in front of a mirror, shaving. Eddie is just dry shaving, but Steve and Dustin both have foam beards, by the looks of it, Steve is teaching Dustin how to shave.

There are also just a few pages dedicated to cheek kisses, both platonic and romatic. They have big grins, soft looks, tears and blood in them. All of them look meant.

One double page is Argyle, Eddie, Nancy, Robin and Steve painting protest signs. There is laughter, but a somber atmosphere too. A heartbreaking point in history to be alive.

The next page is Eddie, Steve and Nancy, the three of them black eyes, Steve even missing a tooth. They're on the steps of a police station, Eddie is giving it the finger, his other arm slung around Steve. Nancy is getting checked over by Agryle, looking determined. Robin is running towards Steve.

Furthermore, it's filled to the brim with pictures of them doing dishes, playing games, backstage with Eddie, Nancy interviewing leather daddies at pride, hands twined together on the dashboard.

Nancy has provided the writing, telling their stories of those times. They might not be able to say it all, but they can say more than back then and their stories deserve a space too. Their interlinked dynamics, their ups, their downs. The family they built together.

i'd love to! hope you like them.

growing up, grayson used to wish he was more like nash (in the sense that nash doesn't really care what people think and does what he wants).

the first time nash tried to teach gray how to ride a horse, he fell off off the horse and landed in a pile of mud.

gray will buy nash cowboy hats whenever he comes across one that he thinks he might like.

whenever gray is sick, nash is literally always checking up on him, giving him food, and making sure he isn't working.

sometimes, when grayson has nightmares, he goes to nash's room and nash strokes his hair, this mostly happened when he was younger but, even now, sometimes he just needs his brother (it calmed gray down, he found it soothing)

gray dresses nash up for events and stuff bc nash has no idea what he's doing when it comes to fancy clothes.

nash knows gray overworks himself and sometimes forgets to eat breakfast, so he makes him some food in the morning and brings it to him.

when gray was younger, he loved it when nash would give him piggy back rides

when grayson took his first steps, nash literallly got so excited he started jumping around.

gray used to follow nash around like a lost puppy.

nash is always getting him little gifts to cheer him up. like a gift card to get some coffee (obviously gray has the money, but he loves it when nash does this cause it shows he cares)

nash once got gray a cowboy hat with his face on it.

it's canon that nash works as a bartender sometimes. i think gray would head over there (when he's of age, so in the usa 21) and just chat with him. sometimes he'd get smth to drink.

nash used to complain to tobias that he was being way too hard on grayson. gray finds out about this and starts to tear up bc of how much nash cares.

gray was the officiator and the photographer at libbynash's wedding.

nash isn't a great cook, but wanted to learn how to so he could make libby some meals. gray taught him how to.

gray feels most at ease with nash (and avery). sometimes he lets himself smile around them (they're calmer then jamie and xander)

nash loves just sitting down and listening to gray play the piano. sometimes he falls asleep to him playing.

when gray was younger and couldn't fall asleep, nash would talk about funny things that happened to him that day. he'd always make him laugh

when gray was younger and first started talking, he had a very subtle southern accent (he took after nash). tobias got mad bc he thought it wasn't proper, and that, as the heir apparent, he should be more sophisticated.

nash always sits next to him in planes bc sometimes gray falls asleep and leans his head on his shoulder.

sometimes, when gray gets really mad, nash brings him to the shooting range (we know that nash is good with a gun so why would gray not be (and they own many so..))

gray used to be a hopeless romantic cause nash used to read him little love stories to help him fall asleep.

nash and him (and the other brothers) dressed up as the minions on halloween one year.

nash loves to tag along when gray goes on this nature walks.

nash was actually going to propose to libby with the ring nan gave him, but he wanted grayson to have it more (to give him some hope)

nash will bring grayson coffee in the morning (he likes it black, sometimes with a tiny bit of milk)

nash used to have longer hair (like to his shoulders) when he was like 7, and gray hated it sm, he cut it in his sleep.

gray loves to hear nash talk about taylor swift

during the eras tour, nash grabbed grayson and tried to get him to dance during shake it off (nash would wave gray's hand and tried to get him to move his hips and stuff)

they like working out together (doesn't really happen often but when it does they blast taylor swift)

gray was nash's biggest support after the break up with alisa. nash didn't get out of bed for three days, and gray stayed by his side the entire time. the only times he left was to get him food, shower etc.

⭐️ Except your a bit too big to help make sandwiches, so instead you can eat a cookie while Raiden makes lunch

🌟 If your too little for solid foods, Raiden will make you some yummy oatmeal or something similar

🌩 Kenshi comes over and scoops you up, mostly because Raiden called for him because he might be super awesome (as you’ve declared him) but he can’t unfortuanlly carry you and bring out a tray of food (for some reason 🙄)

🍖 Johnny and Kung Lao look kinda defeated as they apologize to you, but their apology is very sincere because they never truly meant to make you cry

❤️ The rest of the day, after some yummy food and cartoons, is spent sharing playtime

⭐️ Johnny convinces everyone that they need a small dance break after lunch, and now everyone needs a dance break

🌟 Whether it’s dancing with some nice tunes, or those silly little fun exercises online

🌩 Y’all ever done Koo Koo Kangaroo? One of my favorite child exercise things, and they’re mostly simple (Double Scoops my favorite)

🍖 Kung Lao convinces you to come to play outside, mostly in Liu Kang’s personal spot in the Wushi gardens (a lot of regressors like spending time there, it’s really nice and secretive)

❤️ And you two chase Johnny and Kenshi around (with him giving you a piggyback ride), you won, both Kenshi and Johnny surrendered

⭐️ Since your outside, you sit on Kenshi’s lap and pop bubbles that the others are making (Johnny got them from his room)

🌟 Or you guys walk by the nice smelling flowers, you on Kenshi’s hip (much to the other’s protest, and Kenshi’s joy)

🌩 When they get inside, Raiden gets some paper and decides its color time (something calming before bedtime)

🍖 You to color, and the fie of you end up making Liu Kang a pretty picture because you notice he doesn't have many portraits of himself (a terrible thing, Johnny declared)

❤️ You are passed OUT by nap time

⭐️ They made a plan too!! Just in case!!

🌟 Kung Lao got the couch all comfy with all of Liu Kang’s pillows and blankets (absolutely destroyed his bed, he’ll get scolded at later)

🌩 Johnny found your favortie show or movie, and closed all the curtains so it’d be darker

🍖 Kenshi and Raiden helped you get ready for bedtime and honestly, you were so sleepy from your long day running around

❤️ ^ If you need diapers or any sort of protection, Raiden will gently change you (best out of the four of them, he’s an older brother and uses them himself)

⭐️ Liu Kang comes back after what feels like (and is) hours of being gone

🌟 He can’t even be mad that Kung Lao stole all his blankets and pillows, you five are passed out in a major cuddle pile, and he has to keep himself from laughing

🌩 ^ Mostly because it seems you covered Johnny’s face (lightly) with a pillow to shush his snoring in your sleep

🍖 Went much better than expected, he expected he wouldn’t have a house anymore with the chaos, ngl

❤️ He might snap a quick photo with Johnny’s phone, but is a bit cautious of waking you five up

⭐️ He’ll kiss all of your foreheads, and remove the pillow off Johnny’s cage, and goes to continue his pouring God work in his office

🌟 He really liked his new portrait though, almost cried when he saw it, he’ll make sure to hang it up soon <3

HEADCANNONS

James

-This man definitely gives piggy back rides, he doesn’t care if you think your heavy or anything. He would sprint through the halls carrying you in his back if you said you were tired.

-He’s a really good cook. He isn’t Gordon Ramsey but he can make home cooked meals almost as good as his momma. Man would totally make Alfredo or some kind of pasta for your first date.

-If you play quidditch on the Gryffindor team he would make sure you didn’t have practice while you were on your period (if you have one!) or if your sick

-If you wear his clothes he will pull you onto his lap, and show it off. Loves when people know your his <3

Remus

-Always makes sure he has a book with him that you might like, especially on the train or during classes. Will definitely annotate books and gift them to you so you can read the book and all his silly thoughts with it

-Would be so scared to tell you about his lycanthropy but will be super happy and grateful that you weren’t mad. He loves you and wants to be able to be honest but didn’t know how to break the news.

-Would always help you with your homework. Even if you don’t ask, he’s gonna proofread you essays and double check your astronomy charts.

-GIVES THE BEST MASSAGES! If your stuff after a long day, he will legit sit you down, massage your shoulders, and kiss your neck while asking about your day.

Sirius

-Cuddle bug right here, he always wants to be cuddled up next to you, on the common room couch, train compartment, three broomsticks booth, bench in the great hall, or by the black lake.

-Kisses are a must, if you haven’t had at least five kisses by breakfast he’s afraid you might die. James, Remus, and Peter tried to get him to do a prank and miss breakfast and he whined the whole time because he "didn’t get a second good morning kiss."

-At parties (especially his annual famous birthday party) he makes you dance with him so much. Every song, all night, every kind of dance. He somehow knows all the lyrics to every song they play and will sing the night away. Don’t let him get started on karaoke, though.

Peter (no I won’t exclude him, he’s a marauder too)

-Peter is the kind of guy that would take care of you when your sick. He goes full mum mode and brings you soup, checks your temp, and makes sure you get rest.

-He makes sure that the boys don’t prank you too bad, but if they do and you prank them back he would team up with you so he didn’t get on your bad side.

-I personally headcannon Peter to be neurodivergent and I think he would have trouble focusing in classes and things. He would lace your fingers together and play with your jewelry in class.

-Peter is really sweet and would never forget a date, special day, or anniversary. He brings you sunflowers to all of the dates, and charms them to not wilt

"I told you not to wear those shoes, mi vida," Jake gripes at you, muttering something in Spanish under his breath immediately after.

You roll your eyes at him, holding onto his arm where you're paused on the sidewalk. "You love these shoes. Which is exactly why I have them on!"

Jake doesn't answer you, turning his hand to clutch your elbow, steadying you as you bend to fiddle with the straps of your shoes. You can feel his eyes on your legs. "Yeah, well," he grumbles, "that was before I knew about the fuckin' blisters they'd give ya."

"Gonna beat up my shoes for me, Jake?"

"Thinkin' about it," he snarks.

You straighten and wriggle your feet a bit, trying to decide if you'd readjusted the shoes enough to be able to continue to walk and not have the fabric rub against the forming blisters quite so much.

Despite Jake's waspish comment, his eyes are concerned when you turn to look at him.

"What?"

"Just wondering if you're gonna make it home like that," he says, looping his arm with yours as you start to walk.

Your feet immediately begin to smart again, nerves alight with pain, but you try to walk as normally as possible. Jake would only rib you for being sensitive.

But fuck do your feet hurt.

It was worth it though, to get to go dancing with Jake, to let him take you to some club he apparently loves, to watch him show you off with pride.

If your shoes had not betrayed you, the night would have been perfect.

You're determined now not to say anything more about it. The flat is only a few blocks away and you can handle it.

Jake is asking you something but you've missed the question, so focused on blocking out the sharp pinch at your toes and heels. He pulls you to a stop and huffs out a sigh. "You hurtin'?"

"No," you lie.

"You're so bad at lyin' to me, princess."

"And you're so bad at listening when I tell you I'm fine, Jakey."

"Don't call me Jakey."

"Don't call me princess."

Jake shucks off his jacket, pulls off the flat cap on his head, and hands both to you. He's muttering in Spanish again, something that sounds suspiciously like stubborn to you.

"If I'm stubborn, then what are you Jake Lockley?"

"I'm right," he says only a little bit smug but mostly worried. It's cute, how protective he is of you, even against something as benign as shoes. "C'mere, cariño. 'm gonna carry you back."

"What?" You ask, horrified. "No."

He turns his back to you and bends his knees. "Piggy back." You don't move. "I know your feet hurt. C'mon. We're wasting time here. Wanna get back and order some pizza. That place that does New York style closes fuckin' early, so move your ass."

You only hesitate a second longer, the pain arching up your legs now too, even as you just stand there. "Sure?"

"Just do it, will ya?"

You tuck his hat onto your own head before carefully clambering onto his back, Jake's broad, warm hands, hooking beneath your thighs as you wind your arms around his neck, his jacket clutched in your hands.

"Not so hard to listen is it?"

"Shut up," you huff into his neck, enjoying the way his hands feel on your thighs.

You lean your head into his, press a kiss to the space behind his ear softly. "Thank you, stubborn man."

Jake laughs, a sort barking huff. "Want me to drop ya here?"

"No, thank you, my feet feel so much better, heart of hearts."

"Layin' it on thick now," he says, squeezing your thighs. "Keep going."

You laugh, "Oh honey, baby, Jake, I love you so very much. Thank you so much for saving me from these horrible shoes. I owe you my life."

He hitches you higher, turns his head so you can give him a little kiss. "They make your ass look good though."

You bury your face in his neck, enjoying the scent of him, the warmth of his back along your front, against the insides of your thighs. It's nice, and you almost feel like you could fall asleep.

You don't notice you're home until the elevator dings at your floor. "Home sweet home, sweetheart. Steven said to tuck ya in if you fall asleep."

"'m awake," you say groggily, like maybe you did fall asleep, as Jake unlocks the front door and deposits you gently back to your feet.

He catches you when you stumble. "Knew you wouldn't want to miss out on pizza," he says, pressing a kiss to your forehead before sauntering away.

"Nice ass!" you call after him.

You catch the middle finger he sends you before the bathroom door closes, and you bend to take off the offending shoes with a smile.

please do one where lucy and/or the kids take care of tim specifically giving him massage when his back aches because there's no way that man has no chronic pain from a freaking spinal surgery and his other gsw's

Tim sits back in his office chair and leans his head back and groans a little when the twinge in his back worsens. It’s not like his back hurt every single day. Only when he really strained it doing different activities or training.

Like when gave Levi and June a piggy back ride yesterday. Together. It didn’t even hurt at first and then when he got up this morning he had an ache in his back and it only grew worse.

There’s a knock at his door and calls out come in. Lucy walks in with a small smile on her face, she already has her bag on her shoulder.

“Are you ready?” She asks. He nods and gets up but winces when he does. Lucy notices because of course she does.

“Are you okay?” She asks as she makes her toward him. Tim shrugs and shuffles towards her trying not to wince as the pain gets worse.

“Yeah I’m fine.” He mumbles but she shakes her head at him almost rolling her eyes at his stubbornness.

“No, you aren’t.” She says now frowning. “What happened? Did you hurt your back?” Her eyes go to where his hand his holding his lower back.

“I think I just strained it a little too hard.” He says not looking at her. “I’m fine.”

“Strained it doing what?” Lucy asks her eyes narrowed.

Tim blows out a breath and then turns his eyes on her. “I gave the twins a piggy back ride.” He starts. Lucy tilts her head at him in confusion. He did that all the time. “Together. At the same time.”

Lucy frowns. “Tim..” She begins and he knows what she’s about to say. He has spinal surgery and gunshot wounds and he’s fallen on his back. He knows he needs to be careful. But she should try saying no to two pouty faces that look a lot like her when she pours. He had no willpower to say no to her, how did she expect her to say no to their kids

“I know. It wasn’t the smartest thing but you try saying no to them.” He says and Lucy rolls her eyes coming up behind him and rubbing his back a little.

“I do.” She says. “All the time.” Now Tim rolls his eyes and looks behind him to look at her.

“That’s a lie Luce. Just the other day you let all four kids sleep in our bed. One who kept kicking you and you fell out.” He pauses briefly and then coughs out “Ava.”

Lucy works her fingers into his back and then gives it a gentle hit. “Oh please. You let them climb all over you like a jungle gym.” She says.

Tim huffs out a breath. “Why are we arguing about who our kids hurt the most?” He asks. Lucy hums in reply and keeps digging her hands into his back.

“Come on.” She says and she stops massaging him and he groans.

“That was magical.” He says softly. She comes around so he can see her.

“Don’t worry I have more of where that stuff coming but we have to pick our kids up.” She says reaching up to kiss him.

Tim tries not to groan too loudly.

Tim sits on the couch ready to relax and not move but of course his kids have other plans.

“Daddy!” June says excitedly watch me twirl. “I learned it in dance class.” She twirls around just as Levi comes crashing through knocking her on the ground.

“Sorry Junie!” He says immediately as June’s brown eyes fill with tears. He helps his sister up and Tim watches with amusement as she twirls around again wishing he could get up that fast.

“Dad!” Ava runs into the room and bounces on the couch causing another twinge in his back. “Can I practice on you?”

“Practice what on me?” He asks nervously as Ava’s blue eyes search his face. She grins and karate chops him on the neck.

“Ava!” He scolds but his daughter doesn’t look regretful. In fact she looks proud, just like Lucy when did that Lucy lesson on him when they were figuring everything out.

She just shrugs. “You have to be ready dad!” She says.

Tim huffs out a laugh but before he can reply, Lucy comes into room with Daisy behind her. “Ava, you need to be nice to your dad. His back hurts.” Lucy says and she sits down on the couch and coaxes Tim to sit so his back is facing her. He does wincing a little as he does.

“What are you going to do to him?” Levi asks curiously watching as Lucy starts massaging him. “Does that hurt dad?”

“It feels good.” Tim tells him. Levi sits down on the floor and watches them.

“Can we help?” Ava asks her eyes lighting up. Lucy taps him on the shoulder and he nods.

“Be gentle Aves.” Lucy warns her. Ava licks her lips before switching positions with Lucy. Tim doesn’t really know what to expect from Ava, she could be really rough and sometimes she didn’t know her own strength.

But when she starts, he can barely feel it. “You can go harder than that sweetie.” Lucy tells Ava. And so she does digging her little hands into his back. And honestly Tim would do anything for some relief.

Soon the other kids want to help so they take turns. And soon Tim is feeling more relaxed than he has all day.

“All right.” Says Lucy. “Everyone go wash their hands for dinner.” The kids all scramble off and Lucy takes over again putting her chin on his shoulder first.

“I have one more thing we are going to do but its for later.” She whispers. Tim sighs anticipation running down his spine.

“I can’t wait.” He whispers back and he knows whatever she has planned is going to be better than good. It’s going to be great.

Once all the kids are put to bed, Tim shuffles into the master bedroom only to hear the bath running in the bathroom. He pauses and peeks in to see Lucy in her robe sitting on the edge of the bathtub. She looks up and smiles when she sees him.

“It’s all ready.” She tells him. He looks at her wearily, he wasn’t the biggest fan of baths unless of course Lucy was involved in them.

“I know you aren’t the biggest fan of baths.” Says Lucy reading his mind. “But..” she unties her robe and lets it fall to the ground. Tim nearly swallows his tongue and is already stripping off his shirt moving faster than he has all day.

Lucy grins and steps in the bathtub and waits for him to get undressed and then he slips in falling under the warm water. Lucy sits down in front of him and pulls her close and closes his eyes the warmth of her and the water lulling him to sleep.

“God I love you.” He mutters into her hair. She turns to look at him and kisses him on the lips softly.

“Do you feel better?” She asks. “I know you were in pain.”

Tim tugs her closer to him. “You always make things better. You take away the pain.” He whispers. “I am so thankful for you.”

Lucy turns further in his arms, and reaches to stroke his cheek. “You take away my pain too. And the kids. You do so much for us. It was time we did something for you.”

Tim kisses the top of her head and he does feel better. The ache is still there but it’s subsiding. And having Lucy taking care of him is everything he could ever need.

There is a long silence before there’s a noise outside the bathroom.

“Tim you did lock the door behind you right?”

“Damn this is crowded,” Steve said. Ari glanced up from where she was crouched down in front of the twins’ stroller.

“The whole town comes out for this,” she told him.

“I think it’s wonderful!” Connie enthused.

“We used to bring Javier when he was a little guy,” Chucho said. “He loved it so much. Would talk about it for days.”

“Aww, little baby Javi, I bet you were so cute!” Steve teased.

“Hell yeah I was cute,” Javi said confidently.

“You’re still cute, babe,” Ari added.

“Uh, I’m sexy, not cute,” Javi grumbled.

“You’re sexy and cute, Javier,” Ari corrected. “Girls, why don’t you stand in front of us so you can see better.” Olivia and Isabel rushed forward and danced excitedly. Ari scooped Horacio out of the stroller and Javi took Miguel. They were just as excited and active as the girls.

“How much longer, mama?” Isabel asked.

“It should be making its way to us soon.” The girls played together while Ari and Javi kept the boys entertained. Finally the first float made its way down the street.

“It’s starting!” Chucho told the girls. The girls cheered and turned to watch the parade. It took over twenty minutes for the whole procession to go through. The girls did great, but the babies were starting to fuss.

“We may need to take a snack break soon,” Ari told Javi. The boys were definitely getting hungry.

“We can go to the diner to grab lunch,” Javi suggested. “I packed them a small buffet in the diaper bag.” Ari laughed. Horacio and Miguel had huge appetites, and since they’d been introducing baby food, they had been insatiable.

“Good, let’s go get some food before they stage a coup,” Ari laughed.

“Uncle Steve,” Isabel said I’m a sweet voice, “can I have a piggyback ride please?” Javi groaned. Steve and Javi had spent yesterday morning running around the yard with the girls giving them piggy back rides. Javi’s back was still sore.

“You got it, Izzy,” Steve said with a smile. The Murphys were the only ones who called her Izzy, and she loved it. Steve knelt down, and Isabel climbed up onto his back. “Liv, I’ll give you a ride on the way from the diner to the car.”

“Ok, Daddy,” Olivia said happily. Ari and Javi strapped the boys back into the stroller and the group headed off to the diner.

•Weird subject change I know.

•Holding your hands while he slowly pulls you along on the board.

•He’ll feel so bad if you actually fall though. 😭

•Kisses your scraped knee to make it better.

•He doesn’t really like you around the others members because 1. He gets a little insecure about himself, and is worried you’ll fall for one of them instead, and 2. Because he wants to protect you from all the teasing as much as he can.

•He probably doesn’t even tell them about you for a while.

•They can tell something is up though.

•He’s not very subtle.

•Our INFPs Yorch, Jihoon, and Sangwon notice first.

•Sangwon notices how much he keeps smiling at his phone.

•Jihoon notices him quickly leaving the dorm before anyone could ask where he’s going.

•Yorch notices he smells like a perfume/cologne that isn’t any of theirs.

•Jihoon eventually goes up to JJ with the whole:

•”I may be young, but I’m not stupid. You’re obviously hiding something.”

•JJ threatens the poor boy that he better keep it secret or he’ll never see the light of day again.

•Before long all the boys know, and are begging to meet you.

•JJ practically strangles Jihoon.

•JJ finally caves, (after a lot of whining) and brings you over to the dorm for a movie night.

•They’re all like:

•At this point JJ is just that meme of that baby chicken with the knife.

•JJ slowly starts bringing you over to the dorm more as he gets to used to you being around the boys.

•But it takes a while.

•And if you even so much and sit next to JJ they’re all like: 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

•Yorch and Leo make him keep the door open when you two are alone in a room though. 💀

•Anyway I spent a lot of time on that subject.

•He does like to play video games with you without the other members.

•It’s his private time that he gets to spend with his S/O.

•If you don’t know how to play, he’ll place his hands over yours on the keyboard/controller and help you.

•If you do know how, he’ll want to play against you.

•Let’s you win all the time.

•He seems like someone that would swear a lot while playing games.

•But when he’s playing with you he tries his best to keep that under control.

•Also wants to play calm games with you.

•Your minecraft farm is probably amazing.

•He also let’s you pick his animal crossing character’s clothes for him.

•His favorite thing to do is just snuggle up on the couch with you, his switch, and some snacks, with you laying back on his chest while you watch him/he watches you play games.

•If you’re playing he might fall asleep.💀

•Wakes up to you still playing, all snuggled in his arms.

•”Baby our farm is twice the size now, how long was I asleep for?”

•Loves taking you for cafe dates.

•Buys you each a coffee and a pastry to share and talks with you for hours.

•The cafe worker is just like: 🧍

•PUPPY CAFES.

•He takes so many pictures of you playing with the puppies.

||Jeff The Killer (Trying To) Being Gentle With His S/O||

Jeff is very passionate with just about everything and can bet a bit intense at times, even if he doesn't mean to be

His usual ways of showing affection of grabbing you from surprise by behind, literally sweeping you off your feet and play fighting

That and lot's of teasing, sarcastic but sweet comments and poking fun at you

Thankfully his words make you laugh a lot but not so much his actions

Though he loved you, it was clear rough housing with you wasn't the way to go, he wasn't scared of hurting you but it seemed to be more awkward than enjoyable

Him sneaking up on you scared you rather than surprised you so, he had to come up with something else

He's a bit hesitant to touch you sometimes because he doesn't want to unsettle you but it's a bit awkward because he shows his love through physical affection

He'll start small by wrapping his arms around you instead and resting his head on your shoulder when you don't expect it

It's nice, he enjoys the smell of your hair, the shampoo reminds him of you

He just likes your hair in general, its so much softer and better taken care of than his, he'd run his fingers through it so carefully not wanting to catch on any knots

One thing I imagine he'd really like with you is dancing

He can still hold you close and swing you around but this way you both can enjoy it

Jeff will keep you close, one hand on your waist at all times unless he's giving you a twirl

As the two of you get more comfortable with it he'll dip you back and kiss the top of your nose softly before pulling you back up

Seeing you laugh and smile while expressing his adoration for you makes his heart swell

He'd just want to be around you a lot, he'd offer lots of piggy back rides and insist you just lean on his back and let him do all the work

Jeff prefers giving the touch rather than receiving it

But the exception to this is falling asleep with you

He finds it hard to fall asleep without wrapping his arms around you now

Its just so comforting, seeing his partner asleep is like a soft spot for him

It shows how much you love but not only trust him
