Hi, how are you? Please don't judge or kill me! Please, I don't condone this kind of behaviour. So, I have a request about Mads Mikkelsen's character Le Chiffre from Casino Royale.
So Female!Reader's father won against Le Chiffre his money at the casino.
To take revenge, Le Chiffre kidnaps Reader to get revenge on her father. Warning:Kidnapping, Non-con.
Please don't kill me, I don't condone this behaviour.!!! <3<3<3
A/N; Thank you for this request I sure had fun writing it ;) It got longer than i expected but hey, who cares. love you all.
Warnings; Kidnapping, smut, minors get the fuck out or else!
The only reason why you followed your father to Montenegro was to unwind from stressful year at the university. He said he had some business to attend to and he offered you a most generous holiday which you didn’t hesitate to indulge in. First few days were relaxing, you joined a yoga class, got several massages, swam in the sea and also at the pool, however, tonight would be the night to switch things up.
Your father said he was going to gamble at a casino, the hotel you stayed in was infamous for its illegal businesses such as gambling. Your father said it could be fun to have you there with him, he liked to show off his intelligent and siren looking daughter and to distract the gamblers.
Your dress was long and red, the fabric was satin, so smooth on your skin, the dress had a slash on your left side, up to your thigh. Hair let loose, red nails and red lips.. you were the walking femme fatal that night.
You entered the room with your dad, a soft 20s music was playing at the casino, yellow lights and dark green chairs, couches made the place look vintage, there were bodyguards at each door.
As you walked together you saw him
He was among his ‘’friends’’ or people he did business with. He was covered in black, which made him look manly and dangerous. His silver watch was shining under the yellow lights, you noticed that he had no ring, could be single. He was laughing at one of their jokes when he lifted his gaze and he saw you entering. His expression changed in a second, the way he looked at you up and down didn’t go unnoticed. His left eye twitched and he looked away, from afar you could see there was something in his left eye, looked like a nasty scar. It made you curious about him, because the way he dressed and held himself showed you that he had men to do the dirty work but maybe, time to time he liked to get his hands dirty… why were you so interested in a man who seemed older than you all of a sudden? You were here to enjoy your holiday and do a trick with our dad. Ever since you hit the age 18 your dad started to take you to casinos when he wanted to gamble, and you came up with this thing where you flirt with other gamblers to distract them, it worked usually because of weak nature of men.
Your father guided you to the bar to get drinks, there was still 20 minutes till the game started so he ordered you something and you gracefully took your place to observe the environment. ‘’Excuse me love, I have to use the restroom.’’ Your father announced and left, you were enjoying your drink and listening to the soft tunes when you felt a presence next to you. You looked up to see your father but you were surprised. That man with the scar was sitting next to you, ‘’Hello.’’ He said looking at you, he wasn’t shy showing his scar, it was infact nasty but you didn’t shy away, you directly looked into his eyes, you innocently smiled, for some strange reason you liked the scar, it suited him perfectly. His plump lips formed into a dangerous smile, ‘’Allow me to accompany you while you wait for your partner.’’ His tone was questioning, he ordered two drinks, ‘’He is my father. Not so smooth are you Mister?’’ he chuckled at your boldness, he extended his hand, ‘’Le Chiffre. And you are?’’
You accepted his hand, he had a strong grip, ‘’Ms. Y/N Y/L/N.’’ he gave a small peck on your hand, predator disguised as a gentleman. ‘’I assume you are here to accompany your father?’’ you took a sip from your cocktail, ‘’Correct. I didn’t want to leave him alone, plus, I’m his lucky charm.’’
‘’Good girl.’’ His eyes never left yours, you wondered if he could see from his scarred eye, of course you didn’t ask. With his comment you could feel heat rising up to your cheeks, thankfully your father came.
‘’Le Chiffre?’’ your father asked in a not so kind matter, ‘’Mr. Y/L/N,’’ he greeted your father with the same icy cold courtesy. ‘’Long time no see.’’ Your father said, ‘’Looking forward to see you at the game with your,’’ he looked at you, ‘’lucky charm.’’ His hand went to his pocket to get his silver inhaler and bid you goodbye. You didn’t understand the tension that they had, maybe it was because of the competitive business life.
Soon the game started, your father’s instructions were simple, wait for Le Chiffre to make a bold move and distract him, it was an old game of yours.
You were like a hawk watching the table from afar, your fingertips circling around the cocktail glass, you saw that it was his turn to make a move and you bolted to your feet. Your heels were making powerful sounds on the marble floor and you saw him looking up as he was shaking the dice in his big palm, your eyes never left his dangerous ones, he wasn’t ready the dice unintentionally fell from his palm, you saw the pure anger written on his perfectly shaped face as you got on the elevator you could hear your father’s victorious laugh.
You didn’t join your father, who was celebrating the big cash he just won. You were in your hotel room, just out of the shower and moisturized. You couldn’t help but think of Le Chiffre, was that money important to him? Did your father and he had a history? You needed a spa night. Since it was late you didn’t mind leaving your hotel room only in a long robe and nothing else, the halls were quiet, no workers around which was strange. You didn’t mind, the spa was at the top floor so you pressed the button and waited, after few floors two men who were dressed in black joined. When you reached the top floor something felt fishy with the situation but you couldn’t turn back to your room now so you decided to stick with the plan. Your steps were quick on the marble floors, you finally saw someone who was attending the spa area and you informed them, they smiled and showed you to one of the cabins. You were alone, thankfully. You just sat and closed your eyes to relax, the steam helped you calm your mind, well, it was too calming and soon you were asleep.
You slowly started to feel your body again, your eyelids felt so heavy but a sudden panic made you open your eyes, you weren’t at the spa, you were at a bedroom.. that wasn’t yours.
As you lifted your body with the help of your shaky hands you heard a voice which was familiar, ‘’Slow down, you are still recovering.’’ Someone, a man, sat on the edge of the bed and you could feel his hand on your small back. You looked up to see him and it was Le Chiffre, but why was he here?
‘’Wh-‘’ your throat was dry, ‘’Here.’’ He offered you a glass of water, you were hesitant but thirst clenched your being so you drank with his help. ‘’Good girl.’’ He said when you drank the whole glass.
You were coming to your senses so you pushed yourself away from him, your back resting on the headboard of the bed, ‘’You might be wondering why you’re here-‘’
‘’Might?!’’ you replied. Cleary not amused, ‘’As you can remember your father won a significant amount of money, thanks to your help, I want that money back.’’
‘’So you kidnapped me?!’’ you could feel anger boiling, ‘’Smart one aren’t you. Until that money is returned you are my-‘’
‘’Hostage.’’ You sarcastically said, ‘’guest.’’ He answered, ‘’It had been 5 hours since you were taken You must be hungry. Come.’’ He extended his hand but you refused, as you quickly stood up you got dizzy so he grabbed your waist, his scent filled your nostrils. He smelled good.
You couldn’t protest because it was hard for you to walk so with his help you left the room. You weren’t at the hotel anymore, it was a mansion. Was this his house? You walked down the stairs, all you could see was an astonishing house with large paintings and furniture. He took you to the dining room where breakfast waiting for you both. Your stomach growled, he chuckled and helped you to your chair. ‘’Why can’t you just win the money back? There is another game tonight.’’ You asked, looking at the breakfast. You had to keep your calm in order to survive because you didn’t know what was he capable of. ‘’I don’t have for another game and I don’t like taking chances.’’
You laughed sarcastically, ‘’Says the man who was gambling last night.’’ You drank the orange juice, it was tasty. ‘’I was going to win. Until I got distracted by a certain beauty.’’ His comment made you blush so you didn’t look at him, ‘’Is it scary to look at me love?’’ he sounded hurt, ‘’I understand if it is the case.’’ You didn’t care about the scar so you looked straight at him, ‘’There we go.’’ He smiled, ‘’Now, finish your breakfast, I have plans for us.’’
You didn’t know his plan but you had to play along, you finished your breakfast as he commanded so, it was delicious anyways and you were almost sure there was no poison. He looked at your finished plate, you could see a small smile forming on his plump lips, they distracted you, ‘’Well done.’’ You noticed that he kept giving you praises, which was your weak spot but he didn’t know.. or did he?
He stood up, extended his big hand, ‘’Shall we?’’
You thought he was going to torture you, lock in his basement, feed you to his dogs but instead he took you on a stream in the mountains, he said he liked to come here, swim and make plans for his business, he said the water calms his nerves and keeps him connected to mother nature. Before you left his mansion a maid came to give you a bag with everything you need, a bathing suit, towels, sunglasses, sunscreen, you name it. Le Chiffre didn’t need changing, he just took off his shirt and jumped into the stream, you thought he wanted to give you privacy so you quickly changed into your bathing suit, it was red, a color he choose but you had no idea. Once you changed you placed one of the towels on the grass and sat, started to put sunscreen on your legs, arms, ‘’Need a hand?’’ you heard his serpent voice, tempting and you looked up to see him, on the edge, his broad arms supporting his body by leaning into the ground, ‘’Yes, thank you.’’ Two can play the games, you thought. The way he jumped up to the shore, his arms and legs flexing did something to your core. You had to exhale the breath you were holding, without a word he sat behind you, put some sunscreen in his palm and started to rub your back. You literally held onto grass under your hands, his calloused hands trying to be gentle but you could sense the certain urge to go deep, and rough.
‘’When I first saw you at the casino,’’ he began, ‘’I thought to myself, I must have this girl somehow.’’ He wasn’t shy at all, ‘’I guess Universe finally decided to give me a break and let me have one good thing.’’ It was obvious that his life was difficult, and seeing you as something good  made you blush.
You turned to face him, his eyes were hoping for something, something tangible and you decided.
You leaned in to give him a kiss which he gladly took, his lips were so full and soft, his big hands went to caress your face, as the kiss got heated you followed his movements, he made you lay on your back, your legs invited him by opening. When he bit your neck you moaned, he pulled away, ‘’Did I hurt you?’’ he was out of breath, the genuine curiosity could be seen in his eyes and you almost cried.  ‘’No, keep going.’’
He kissed you again, you could feel his hard member between your legs, there was no going back.
His hand went to dip into your wetness and he moaned into your mouth, he pulled away to give kisses to your face and neck, ‘’just how I imagined.’’ He said as he started to rub your clit, your arched your back, his sweet torture was driving you mad. ‘’Do you want this?’’ he looked to see any sort of discomfort on your face but all he found was flushed cheeks, lust written in your eyes, mouth slightly parted. ‘’Yes,’’ you said, ‘’please’’ he grinned.
His fingers pushed the fabric away, he quickly got rid of his short and gave himself few pumps, you couldn’t help but notice how big he was.
He rubbed his tip into your folds, making you whimper, ‘’pleasee’’ you said whining, ‘’Please what, lucky charm?’’ you couldn’t help but moan deeply, ‘’Please fuck me, ever since I saw you last night I wanted you to bend me over and fuck me raw.’’ Well, it wasn’t a lie, he had a strange aura to him.
Your confession startled him at first, Le Chiffre, even though he didn’t want to admit, he had insecurities thanks to the scar on his face, ladies usually went for his colleges, not him. Hearing you openly admit to want him turned him on, he was planning on to be gentle with you but after what you said, that wasn’t an option anymore, he had to have you and keep you all to himself.
Your legs wrapped around him and he inserted himself with one thrust, you screamed in pain at first because it had been a while, ‘’Look at me.’’ He was deep inside you, you could feel his pubic hair tickling your skin. You meet his eyes and he started to move, you knew after this session you would have sore thighs, but you didn’t want him to stop. He stretched you out perfectly, ‘’Open your mouth.’’ And you did, he spit in your mouth, bit your lower lip, gave you multiple hickies.
Your fingers locking in his hair, you’ve never heard a man moan like him before, it made you clench around him again and again. You wetness and the sounds you make was heaven for him, of course he had multiple partners before but they all seemed fake, artificial, on the other hand you were screaming, tears in the corner of your eyes, you looked perfect. He sucked on your clothed nipples, gave them slaps, you were close and each sucking and slapping made you see stars, you liked his roughness. ‘’Come on my cock princess, let me feel it, come on.’’ He knew you were close and his praises pushed you over the edge, he followed behind.
His head fell to the crook of your neck, both of you were breathing heavily, ‘’I can’t let you go, not after this.’’

Kinktober Day 3 - Blood Play/Gloves/Leather
@jimothybarnes and yours truly are back with another addition to the beautiful prompt list by @kroas-adtam
someone please tell me to stop trying to add plot to my porn
Pairing: Aether/Copia
Words: 1,540
Copia lets his hand travel to the ground, dipping the tips of his fingers into the pool of blood surrounding them. He raises it to his face, twisting his hand around as he watches it shine, barely noticeable among the black leather of his gloves.
He moves his hand again, tracing it down the curve of Aether’s cheek watching the crimson paint his skin seemingly out of nowhere. Aether’s nostrils flare as his eyes darken, his forked tongue slipping out to lick at the trail of blood, catching some with the muscle.
“Oh”
Read the rest under the cut or here on AO3
Aether makes eye contact with the sibling of sin he’s had his eyes on for a week now. Watching their daily movements, when and where they can be found in the abbey at any given moment.
He’s made himself a familiar, friendly face.
Being the de facto leader of the ghouls comes with a level of responsibility that Aether thrives on. He's good at assigning tasks, making sure things are done in a timely manner, and wrangling the less serious ghouls. He prides himself on how many different things he can juggle without cracking under pressure.
He wouldn’t say he’s cracking, exactly.
It’s just that he’s getting older.
Tours take more of a toll on his human vessel. Finds himself enjoying off days just to stay in, watch TV and relax, instead of going gallivanting with the group to explore every corner topside. Mountain will look at him sympathetically after a rough show. Watch the way Aether takes his steps with a little more caution, trying not to aggravate the already worn-down muscles. He doesn’t completely understand. Mountain and Dew were summoned at the same time as him? Mountain is aging gracefully, probably due to the amount of time he spends doing yoga, mediating, spending time in nature and crafting herbal concoctions that he swears by. And Dew, the water-turned-fire ghoul can still act like a kit some days. He’s slowed down, but only microscopically. Just watching the way Dew, Rain and Swiss fuck around makes Aether want to curl up under a blanket with a good book.
But Aether’s been managing… until he wasn’t.
The summoning of two new ghouls, with Sunny being sent to their sister location to work on her ‘behavioural issues’ and Aether being asked to step down from his role as a band ghoul, to be taken under Zephyr’s wing with the library and balancing the books for the Ministry. It’s the beginning of the end, he feels. Like they’re slowly phasing him out of any real jobs, so that if one day they decide to send him back to the pit no one will even notice.
He feels unwanted, not needed.
But he won’t go down easy. If they’re going to send him back to the hell from which he came, he’s going to make it well worth it.
He’s still making eye contact with the sibling, when he motions with his head to the hallway at the end of the hall. He can almost taste the blush that graces their cheeks as they nod, making their way to the dark end of the hall, stupidly letting the quintessence ghoul stay a few paces behind them.
It’s almost too easy.
-
As the high of fear-spiked blood slowly ebbs away, Aether’s faced with the consequences of his own actions.
His eyes travel the floor of the sibling’s room, blood splattered from the messy, nonfatal wound he had opened their chest with. Regrets it now, causing pain when he knew from the start that he was going to take their life. But the bloodlust and his already turbulent emotions didn’t mix well together.
With a sigh, Aether starts to climb to his feet, pushing up so that he’s sitting on his knees, and that’s when the door opens.
“Oh, my ghoul,” Copia’s tone is laced with the same disappointment that fills his eyes as he takes in the scene before him. He’s dressed like he just got back from an outing, in a clean-pressed suit and sunglasses tucked into the collar of his shirt. Aether tries to protest, holding up his hands in an attempt to stop him, but Copia shushes him and rests comfortably on his knees.
They both watch as the knees of his white pants start to absorb the puddle of blood that’s semi-concealed on the dark flooring. The patch of red grows with every second, the liquid rapidly chilling the longer it’s outside of the body that used to house it.
“I’m sorry,” Aether mumbles, unshed tears glistening in his eyes as shame washes over him. Leather-covered fingers grasp his chin, tugging it up from where it had fallen to his chest. He anchors himself to Copia’s eyes, seeing kindness he doesn’t deserve.
“It’s okay my pretty ghoul,” he whispers, leaning forward to press a kiss on the ghoul’s forehead. Aether has always been Copia’s favourite. It’s a well-known fact and that’s probably why he isn’t being stern or reprimanding him. Where he should be the punisher as head of the Ministry, he finds himself consoling the clearly struggling ghoul. He’s had his eye on him for the last little while, seeing Aether close himself off slowly but surely from his friends and family.
“I don’t want to be sent back,” Aether whines, collapsing against the binded chest Copia pulls him into. He shushes him as Aether lets out a few tears, giving him the time he needs to pull himself back together.
“I would never send you back Aeth. I couldn’t picture myself being in this existence without you. I thought you’d enjoy the break from touring, getting to spend more time with Zephyr and learning the more monotonous but nonetheless important tasks of keeping this ship afloat.”
Aether feels stupid, can’t believe he let him work himself up to thinking he was being taken behind the barn to be handled. Copia was just trying to help him, give his life a purpose outside of performing, which his body was clearly starting to rebel against.
Aether lets out a long breath, feeling the weight of the world disappear from his shoulders. He even starts purring; it feels foreign since it’s been so long since he’s been content enough to vibrate from deep in his chest.
They sit in silence for a second, Aether finally leaning back to look up at Copia like he’s hung the stars and the moon.
“Oh,” Copia squeaks, surprised at the way his cunt clenches at the act. Aether growls, a flurry of movement ensuing that ends with Copia’s pussy sliding down Aether’s hard cock.
They both groan as Copia sinks fully onto him.
“Take me so well,” Aether praises, clawed fingers digging into Copia’s hips to help him. He pushes and pulls, guiding their movement as Copia tries to grasp his bearings.
“Off,” Copia gasps, hands clutching Aether’s clothed chest. The ghoul doesn’t need any further instructions, leaning off the ground to rip the shirt over his head. Copia’s hands find their place back on his chest, sliding down a little as Aether resumes fucking into him. He gushes onto the cock splitting him open when he catches sight of the bloody handprint marking the skin above Aether’s heart. The sight unleashes a hunger Copia’s never felt before, lifting and bouncing himself with more urgency while his hands dip into the puddle of blood once again.
He tries to make clean lines, but there’s bumps and hitches along the trail he’s carving with the punishing pace Aether has set for them. But he gets the job done, and there’s a crimson painting covering the ghoul’s hairy chest. Copia moans wantonly as he takes in the scene.
The way he clenches around Aether has the ghoul doubling his actions, leaving bruising marks on Copia’s hips as he fucks into him, the resounding sound of their skin slapping filling the otherwise empty room.
Copia’s thrown, his balance off with the force of the thrusts beneath him. He falls forward, his hands flying up with barely enough time to catch him from knocking his head off the ghoul growling below him.
He stares into Aether’s eyes for a minute but gets distracted by something off to the side. He glances over and notices his one hand has landed beside the sibling’s corpse; their blonde hair trapped under the hand while he gets thoroughly fucked by their killer.
It’s extremely disrespectful to have insanely hot sex beside a freshly dead body, and it shouldn’t make it hot. But Lucifer below it is. He’s clenching down on Aether, both of them moaning as Aether’s hips stutter. Copia starts to feel sad that their time is so close to an end, but Aether doesn’t let him ruminate on it for long as one of his hands leaves his hip, finding his clit and teasing hard circles around the engorged bud.
It's all he needs. Copia’s riding the waves of his orgasm, the contractions of his pussy pulling Aether right along with him over the edge. They stay there, exchanging oxygen as they gasp for breath, foreheads pressed together. Copia's chuckle breaks the silence that's settled over them.
“You’ve still gotta clean up this mess my pretty little ghoul.”

“I got it!”
And Bea leaps to hit the ball, watching as it bounced heavily against the ground. She was proud of it, but her lower back immediately pulsated in pain, “Ow.” she whispers, rubbing the sore spot just in time for Shells to look over.
“You good?”
Beatrice winced, her hand still massaging the aching spot on her lower back. "Yeah, just a little twinge. I might have pushed myself a bit too hard there."
Carmen raised an eyebrow, a teasing smirk playing on her lips. "Getting old, Bea? Need a break already?"
Beatrice shot her a playful glare, trying to mask the discomfort with a defiant grin. "Getting old, my foot. It's called not warming up properly." and regretting it immediately.
Evelyn, catching wind of the banter, joined in with a chuckle. "Well, you two can argue about age later. Right now, let's focus on the game. We're not here for a spa day."
The gymnasium echoed with the sounds of bouncing balls, sneakers squeaking on the polished floor, and the occasional cheers from other teams practicing on adjacent courts. It was the first time they trained with other people there.
Carmen tossed the volleyball to Evelyn, who skillfully set it up for Beatrice. Despite the twinge in her back, Beatrice was determined to show that she still had the moves that had made their college team legendary.
As the ball sailed towards her, she adjusted her stance and launched into a powerful spike. The volleyball arced gracefully over the net, landing on the opposing side with a satisfying thud.
Nice.
Beatrice's successful spike had brought a sense of satisfaction, momentarily easing the discomfort in her lower back. However, she knew she had to be cautious to avoid aggravating the twinge further.
Evelyn retrieved the ball and tossed it back to Carmen, who set it for Shells then to Eliza. The team continued their practice, and as they played, Beatrice couldn't help but reflect on how different this experience was compared to their college days.
Back then, it was all about good fun, it was never serious after all Northride didn’t have a volleyball team. Now, it was a celebration of sorts? She had to admit that being called to play another game after four years was…interesting, and fun.
And a bit hurtful since she’s used on doing her yoga and taking care of the kids.
After a series of well-executed plays, Beatrice delivered a powerful serve that ricocheted off the opposing team's hands, scoring another point for their side. Shells whistled loudly, fist pumping to her best friend, “That’s my girl!”
Evelyn clapped her hands, a wide grin on her face. "Great job, Bea! We've still got it, don't we?"
Bea nodded, chuckling, wiping sweat from her forehead. "Hell yeah, we do.” she heaves out a breath, “I’m sweating more than a sinner in church.”
Evelyn, eventually called for a timeout. The group gathered near the sidelines, catching their breath and drink some water. Beatrice took the opportunity to stretch her back, hoping to alleviate the lingering twinge that had made itself known earlier.
Shells nudged her playfully. "Feeling the burn, Bea? Maybe you should consider joining me for some yoga sessions."
Beatrice chuckled, rolling her eyes. "I'd consider it if you did yoga.” she groans again, leaning her body backward and huffing, “Fuck.”
"You know," she said, a sly grin on her face, leaning back on her seat  "I heard about this new trendy thing—hot yoga. Maybe that's what we need, Bea. A good sweat in a heated room, and you'll feel rejuvenated."
Beatrice shot her a playful glare. "Hot yoga? Are you trying to torture me? I already feel like I'm melting in here. Besides, I'm more of a cool breeze kind of person."
Evelyn chimed in, handing Bea a bottle of water. "Hot yoga or not, you're doing great out there. A little twinge won't keep you down."
Beatrice took a grateful sip from the water bottle, appreciating the encouragement. "Thanks, Ev. Now." she looks at Shells who still looked so pleased, “Whenever you mention anything that sounds remotely sexual I get worried.”
“It’s not sexual.” the blonde replies, ‘...it’s just…fancy.”
“Uh-huh. And I assume Bob loves it.”
Shells’ smile widened, “Oh he does. A lot, you should show Rooster some moves.”
Beatrice arched an eyebrow, a smirk playing on her lips. "You are assuming I didn’t already.” she says, “Besides, I don’t think Roos will like the idea, this week is about making him feel good…but tossing him in a sauna? No.”
Shells chuckled, giving Beatrice a playful shove. "You never know until you try, right? I swear, it’s, great.”
Evelyn, overhearing the conversation, joined in with her eyes latched on her phone, “Shells, you are being too horny, go call Bob or something, it’s grossing me out. " but she was smiling, “No, but really,I agree with Bea. I doubt I’d join something like that.”
Shells laughed,  "Alright, alright, no more hot yoga talk. We've got a game to focus on, and I don't want to distract Bea with thoughts of sweaty Rooster in a sauna." She wiggled her eyebrows teasingly.
Beatrice chuckled, shaking her head because it was too late. "You're impossible, Shells. Let's get back in the game before we lose our momentum."
As they returned to the court, she rolled her shoulders and then her neck. The opposing team seemed determined to turn the tide, and the rallies became more intense. Evelyn's strategic serves kept the opposing team on their toes, thank God because the other team wasn’t being nice.
During a particularly challenging rally, Beatrice dove for a low spike, successfully returning the ball with equal strength. And then she feels it, her ankle the same she twisted years ago, twinged with pain, “Wait, wait, wait!” she holds up her hand “Pause! I gotta sit down!”
The gym fell into a momentary hush as Beatrice signaled for a break, wincing slightly from the twinge in her ankle. She made her way to the sideline, carefully lowering herself onto the bench.
"Bea, you okay?" Shells asked, her eyes scanning Beatrice's face for signs of distress. “What happened babes?”
She nodded, breathing through the discomfort. "Just a minor ankle twinge. Nothing I haven't dealt with before. Give me a moment."
“Is it the same foot?” she nods, “Damn,Ev-”
Evelyn handed her another bottle of water, her brow furrowed with worry as she crouches down to her foot. "You sure you should continue, Bea? We can sub you out for a bit."
Beatrice waved off the concern with a nervous smile. "No no no, I'm good. A little rest, and I'll be back in action!”
Ev’s brow went up, “You sure?”
Beatrice winced slightly as she flexed her ankle, testing its range of motion. "Yeah, I'm sure. I've dealt with worse. Just need a moment to let it settle, and I'll be back in the game. I can't let a little twinge ruin our momentum."
Shells sighed, crossing her arms. "You're stubborn, Bea, you know that?" then she turned to Eliza, “Liz, you are our nurse, can you check our little miss hardhead?”
Eliza nodded, then  approached with a concerned expression, crouching down next to Evelyn. "Bea, let me take a look at that ankle. We don't want to risk anything."
Beatrice nodded, extending her leg for Eliza's examination. She winces a bit when Eliza moves it, clenching the bench with her lip between her teeth, “A-At least it happened during training and not in the game, right?”
“Hmmm…” Eliza frowns, “Yeah but this is the same one from before, it’s fragile. More prone to hurt, can you stand?”
Beatrice took a deep breath, steadying herself. With Eliza's support, she managed to stand up, putting a bit of weight on the injured ankle. The discomfort was still there, but she gritted her teeth, determined not to let it hinder her.
"Yeah, I can stand. It's sore, but I'll manage," Bea assured, giving Eliza a small smile. "I can't let the team down."
Shells, hands on her hips, gave Beatrice a stern look. "What?! Girl, shut up with all that, Evelyn tell her to stop!"
Evelyn chimed in, concern etched on her face. "She's right, Bea. We want you healthy. Let's not risk further injury." she says, “We’ll stop today and then you can go home, take care and return once you are better. If it’s too bad we can always cancel it.”
“But–”
“They’ll understand Bea.”
Beatrice sighed, glancing at the court where the game was on pause. She knew they were a team, and her well-being was crucial, but…"I appreciate the concern, really, but I can't just sit on the sidelines. Let me play a bit more, and if it gets worse, I promise I'll sub out," Bea pleaded, her eyes pleading for understanding. “Please Ev.”
Evelyn sighed, then turned to Eliza, “You think it’s good enough for her to go on?”
Eliza assessed Beatrice's ankle with a thoughtful expression. pursing her lips. "Well, it's not a severe injury, but it's definitely strained. If Bea feels up to it, she can continue, but she should be cautious and not push too hard. Ice it when you get home, Bea, and keep an eye on any swelling."
Beatrice nodded, standing up. "Thanks, Liz. I'll be careful, I promise."
Evelyn sighed, relenting a bit. "Fine, but I better not catch you pushing yourself too hard out there. We need you in top shape for the games ahead and Rooster would never forgive any of us if you got more hurt."
She grinned, relieved that she got the green light. "Deal. I'll be mindful of it. Promise.”
She adjusted her movements, testing the waters to gauge the strain on her ankle  as they got back in the court. The game resumed, and she focused on playing strategically, avoiding unnecessary risks.
The rallies intensified, and the opposing team seemed eager to capitalize on any potential weakness. Beatrice, however, held her own, to the best of her ability. Despite the initial setback,  teamwork remained formidable.
As the final set approached, Beatrice felt a mixture of exhaustion and satisfaction. The twinge in her ankle persisted, but she pushed through, unwilling to let it overshadow the game. But she noticed, as soon as they finished training, it was a bit harder to walk. “...well.” Shells mutters, “Ain’t that a pickle, need help?”
"Evelyn," she called out, gesturing towards Beatrice, "I think we need to take a closer look at that ankle. It seems worse than before."
Evelyn furrowed her brows, concern deepening. "Bea, time to go home.” she says, “Call Rooster and let him know you are coming. I’m sure he isn’t expecting it,but…”
Beatrice almost felt guilty.
No, this was his leave. He couldn’t worry…but she had to call him.
She dialed his number, and as the phone rang, her mind raced with thoughts of how to break the news without causing undue worry. Which,in reality, there were no other ways to do it.
"Hey, gorgeous!" Rooster's voice came through the line, warm and familiar. "How's training going?"
Beatrice hesitated for a moment, taking a deep breath before responding. "Hey, Roos. Training...well, it's been a bit eventful. Listen, I, uh, twisted my ankle again. Nothing too serious, but Eliza thinks it's best if I head home and rest."
There was a brief pause on the other end before Rooster's concerned tone filled the line. "Twisted your ankle? Are you okay? Do you need me to come pick you up?"  she can hear him grabbing his keys already “Let me ready the kids–”
Beatrice couldn't help but smile at Rooster's immediate concern. "No, no, it's not that bad. Evelyn is here, and we'll manage. I just wanted to let you know since I’ll be home in a few minutes…”
Rooster sighed on the other end. "Bea, you don't have to tough it out. If you need me, I'll be there. I don't want you pushing yourself too hard, especially not now."
Oh her poor heart "I know, Roos. But I promise, it's not as bad as it sounds. Just a little twist. I'll take it easy and be home soon," Beatrice reassured him, glancing over at Evelyn, who was giving her an nod “Ev is taking me home.”
Rooster sighed audibly on the other end. "Alright, Bea.I’ll set everything here for you, okay?” he sighs again, “Baby I don’t like seeing you hurt.”
"I know, Roos. I don't like it either, but it's just a minor twist. I'll be fine, promise."
Rooster hesitated, his worry palpable even through the phone. "Alright, Bea. Just take it easy, and let me know if you need anything. I'll be counting the minutes until you're home."
"I will. Love you," she said, her voice softening.
"Love you too. Evelyn, take good care of her, okay?"
Evelyn, who had been listening to the conversation, nodded. "Don't worry, Rooster. I've got her. We'll be home soon."
With a final exchange of reassurances, Beatrice ended the call, feeling a mix of gratitude and guilt. Rooster had been looking forward to spending his leave without any worries, and here she was, disrupting the plans with a twisted ankle.
The gremlin voice giggled inside of her.
Evelyn looked back at her  "You sure you're okay, Bea?"
"Yeah, just a bit sore," she replied, rubbing her ankle gently. "I appreciate you being here, Ev. I didn't want to ruin the day for Roos."
Evelyn smiled,. "Rooster cares about you. He'd rather know the truth and be there for you than have you push through the pain alone. You know that’s how he is, don’t you worry, alright?”
Beatrice sighed, hugging her arms as she limps close to Evelyn. "You're right. I just hope this doesn't mess up his plans for his leave." she frowns, “I hope.”

3 Ways to Stay Healthy in Your 40s
This week, FoundHealth is excited to publish a guest blog by Oneika Mays, co-founder and writer for A&O ‘Discover Inspiration’. ‘Tips for Staying Healthy in Your 50′s’ is coming soon! Stay tuned and enjoy!
“I want to feel my life while I’m in it.” - Meryl Streep
By the time that I turned 40 I was comfortable in my own skin. It wasn’t a parting of the Red Sea moment and angels didn’t sing. No huge party. The birthday itself was okay, but the sense of peace I’ve gained is constantly evolving and endlessly gratifying. I no longer obsess about what people think. I define my life by who I am and not by what I do for a living. And while I think the best years are ahead, I need to pay close attention to my health. My life journey now means incorporating changes to my mind, body and spirit.
1. Keep Your Mind Young
I can’t speak for all women (and at 40, I know not to), but I make sure to do the things that truly fulfill me. It’s important that I connect with my inner political animal and stay in touch with the world around me. Things weren’t always this way. In my 30′s I was informed but more centered around my own career. I didn’t have time for much else. While that definitely had its downsides I wouldn’t have changed anything. The life I have now is one that I love and without the path I created with my actions I might not be where I am. And while I’m not religious I have an appreciation and respect for the planet and my part in it. ‘An attitude of gratitude’ is my mind mantra.
2. Age Gracefully but Be Smart
I know that 40 is the new 30. Heck, I believe it! I’m lucky enough to have a mother who looks 20 years younger than she is, so I don’t look or ‘feel‘ 40. However, you can’t ignore some truths about getting older no matter how young you look. I keep a youthful glow by using  an anti-aging moisturizer and drinking lots of water. Eating less is also a fact of life when you get older. The metabolism slows down. If you think the shift that happens in your 30′s is big, wait until 40. It was really big for me. Diet. Diet. Diet. I’ve cut down dramatically on white sugar and white foods. I’ve also embraced working out. My yoga practice and runs sustain me physically. Oh I’m not the size 4 that I was in my twenties, but I do love how I look and feel. When I was younger I lifted quite a bit, and when I hit 40, I realized that I needed to bring weights back into my life. Weight lifting can help women stave off osteoporosis. Speaking of my aging bones, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B and Omega 3 are a part of my daily regimen. My 40 year old body mantra is ‘you are your own best investment’.
3. Keep Your Spirit Young
Yoga is more than something I do, it’s a way to live my life. By learning to move my body in different ways, I’ve also learned how to move my heart. Stress, anger and negativity does more to make me unhealthy than all the fat in the world. When I stay connected to my mat literally and metaphorically, I move through my day with a greater sense of self and responsibility to the world.

From Young Athletes to Healthy Adults: The Journey of Holistic Fitness
As the adage goes, "healthy body, healthy mind." This timeless wisdom encapsulates the essence of holistic fitness, a concept that has gained increasing recognition and importance in recent years. From young athletes just starting their journey to adults seeking to maintain their health and well-being, the principles of holistic fitness offer a roadmap for achieving optimal physical, mental, and emotional wellness. In this article, we'll explore the journey of holistic fitness from youth to adulthood and its transformative impact on individuals at every stage of life.
Foundation in Youth: Building Blocks for a Lifetime
The journey of holistic fitness often begins in youth, where habits formed during this formative period can set the stage for a lifetime of health and wellness. For young athletes, in particular, holistic fitness goes beyond simply honing their athletic skills—it encompasses a comprehensive approach to physical, mental, and emotional development.
Physical fitness takes center stage at this stage as young athletes engage in regular training and conditioning to build strength, endurance, and agility. Through organized sports, recreational activities, or active play, young athletes can lay a solid foundation for their physical health and well-being.
In addition to physical fitness, mental and emotional resilience are equally important for young athletes. Learning to cope with the pressures of competition, manage stress, and maintain a positive mindset are essential skills that can benefit them both on and off the field.
Transition to Adulthood: Challenges and Opportunities
As young athletes transition into adulthood, they often face new challenges and opportunities on their holistic fitness journey. The demands of work, family, and other responsibilities can sometimes take precedence, making it easy to neglect one's physical and mental well-being.
However, this transition also presents opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Many adults find that incorporating holistic fitness practices into their daily routine helps them better manage stress, boost energy levels, and improve overall quality of life.
Physical fitness remains an important pillar of holistic wellness in adulthood, but it may take different forms than youth. While some adults may continue participating in organized sports or fitness classes, others may prefer activities like hiking, cycling, or yoga that promote physical and mental well-being.
Mental and emotional fitness also take on added significance in adulthood as individuals navigate the complexities of relationships, careers, and personal growth. Mindfulness meditation, journaling, and therapy can help adults cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
The Role of Holistic Fitness in Aging Gracefully
As individuals age, the importance of holistic fitness becomes even more pronounced. While the body may undergo natural changes and declines in physical function, holistic fitness maintains health, vitality, and independence well into old age.
Physical activity remains crucial for older adults. It helps preserve muscle mass, bone density, and mobility while reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis. Even moderate exercise, such as walking or swimming, can significantly benefit older adults' physical and mental well-being.
In addition to physical fitness, older adults can benefit from practices that promote cognitive function and emotional well-being. Activities such as brain games, socializing with friends and family, and volunteering can help keep the mind sharp and stave off mental decline.
Spiritual fitness is also important for many older adults, providing a sense of meaning, purpose, and connection to something greater than oneself. Nurturing one's spiritual well-being can contribute to a sense of peace and fulfillment in later life, whether through religious practices, meditation, or time in nature.
Embracing Holistic Fitness at Every Stage
Holistic fitness is a lifelong endeavor that begins in youth and continues through adulthood and old age. By embracing a comprehensive approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being, individuals can cultivate health, resilience, and vitality at every stage of life.
From young athletes laying the foundation for a lifetime of health to adults seeking balance and fulfillment in their busy lives, the principles of holistic fitness offer a roadmap for achieving optimal wellness. By prioritizing physical activity, mental and emotional resilience, and spiritual well-being, individuals can embark on a journey of holistic fitness that enriches their lives and enhances their overall quality of life.

Aging and Health: An Ayurvedic Perspective
As we gradually age, our bodies undergo many significant changes that can lead to a decline in health. Ayurveda is an ancient science of medicine that has been long perceived in India, offering a unique perspective on aging and health.
Tumblr media
According to Private Ayurvedic College in Uttar Pradesh, three principal bodily energies, or doshas, must stay balanced for optimum health: kapha, vata, and pitta. Our doshas can become imbalanced as we age, leading to physical and mental health problems.
Ayurveda offers several strategies for keeping the doshas balanced and maintaining good health as we age. These include dietary changes, lifestyle changes, and the use of herbal remedies.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a holistic healing system that originated in India 5,000 years ago. This ancient science bases its beliefs on the connection between overall health and wellness and a balance between three doshas, or bodily energies: vata, pitta, and kapha. Vata is associated with movement and communication; pitta is associated with heat and metabolism; and kapha is associated with cohesion and stability.
For GS Ayurveda Medical College, Ayurveda is viewed as a healthy combination of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Health is not about the absence of symptoms, but rather a state of balance and harmony with oneself and the environment. It views the body, mind, and spirit as interconnected. It addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual health through natural therapies such as diet, herbal remedies, yoga, massage, and meditation.
Ayurveda views aging as a natural process and offers many recommendations for aging gracefully and maintaining good health. This ancient art states that each dosha will be more or less prominent in different life stages and must be balanced through diet, lifestyle, and other therapies. Ayurveda also emphasizes the importance of regular self-care, a holistic approach to health, and preventive measures to maintain good health.
Ayurveda and aging
Ayurveda provides numerous recommendations for elder care to maintain good health as one age. The Ayurvedic practitioners ofAyurvedic Medical Colleges in UPemphasize that the three doshas need to be balanced throughout all stages of life. As individuals age, vata dosha increases, putting them at risk for immune system decline, emotional disturbances, anxiety, and other age-related issues such as insomnia, memory loss, and susceptibility to colds.
Ayurveda recommends pacifying vata dosha through nourishing foods, gentle exercise, and daily self-care practices. Nourishing warm soups and stews and warm milk with ojas-increasing foods, such as nuts and dates, are recommended to soothe vata dosha. Herbal medicine and spices, such as saffron, fennel, cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg, and ginger, can balance the body. Ayurvedic self-care practices such as oil massage, steam baths, and meditations are also recommended for calming vata dosha and providing balance to the aging body.
The three doshas
Ayurveda emphasizes maintaining balance amongst the three doshas— Vata (air), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (water) - throughout the life cycle. During old age, Pitta and Kapha remain relatively stable while vata increases due to reduced strength and increased dryness, coldness, and emotions. Therefore, Vata needs to be alleviated to maintain harmony in the body.
Vata has an air and space quality, and it usually becomes aggravated in autumn and winter when there is more dryness, coldness, and windy weather. Ayurvedic College in Uttar Pradesh regards that the pacification of Vata requires foods such as warm soups and stews, warm milk, and ojas-increasing foods like dates, nuts, honey, raisins, and almonds. Vata can also be balanced with herbal medicines and spices like saffron, cardamom, fennel, nutmeg, ginger, and black pepper.
Aside from nourishment, Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of self-care to enhance mental and physical health, such as oil massages, steam baths, meditation, and yoga. These activities help in calming vata and providing balance to the body.
Digestion and aging
In Ayurveda, digestion is a vital part of overall health. Eating in rhythmic times, practicing mindfulness, and consuming food according to your unique dosha all play an essential role in good digestion.
As the body ages, weakened digestion and metabolism can lead to toxins accumulation and chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and cancer. Thus, taking steps to improve digestion and ward off toxins is essential.
Ayurvedic methods to enhance digestion include:
Eating in regular time intervals.
Chewing food thoroughly and slowly.
Drinking warm water throughout the day.
Avoiding overeating.
Herbal supplements such as Triphala, Ashwagandha, Amalaki, Guduchi, and Guggulu can also improve digestion in older age. These supplements are natural laxatives and help in the digestion of food.
In addition, yoga and meditation also play an essential role in maintaining balance among the three doshas. The practice of asanas, pranayama, and mudras helps improve digestion and nourish the body.
Sleep and aging
According to an Ayurvedic perspective, sleep quality and quantity are integral for maintaining health, especially for aging people. Poor sleep is linked to depression, decreased immune function, and impaired mental performance.
At the same time, sleeping too much or in the wrong position can also lead to improper digestion and the formation of toxins.
To promote healthy sleep, Ayurveda prescribes certain practices, including taking long walks to exercise before bed, sleeping alone, and sleeping in the same position each night. It also recommends avoiding smartphones and other digital devices before bedtime.
Ayurveda suggests various herbs to help support regular sleep cycles, including Brahmi and ashwagandha. Practicing yoga and meditation can also be beneficial in promoting good sleep, and these two practices help center the body and promote mental health.
Sexuality and aging
Sexual health is an essential aspect of holistic health that many people neglect, especially as they age.
According to Ayurveda, embracing our sexuality and actively participating in physical and emotionally intimate relationships can help improve overall well-being. This is especially true for aging people, as this can help promote healthy hormone balance and increase satisfaction and happiness.
Ayurveda recommends various practices to help promote healthy sexuality. These include planning particular times with a loved one when desired and engaging in mindful practices such as meditation and yoga before any sexual activity. Additionally, using aphrodisiac herbs such as ashwagandha and Shatavari can be an excellent boost for sexual health.
Emotional health and aging
The physical body isn’t the only aspect of health that can benefit from Ayurvedic practices for aging, and it is also essential to attend to emotional health.
Ayurveda suggests that we can deal with emotions in ways that make it easier to move through them. Such practices include:
Journaling.
Spending time in nature with family members or friends.
Participating in creative activities, such as dancing, painting, or singing.
These activities can promote a sense of well-being while also helping identify the source of any emotional blockages. With practice, unresolved emotions can eventually be released, providing a more secure and harmonious inner landscape.

Anti Aging Tips: Proven Tips for Achieving Younger-Looking Skin
As we journey through life, the desire to maintain youthful, radiant skin remains a universal aspiration. While the aging process is inevitable, there are numerous strategies we can employ to help preserve the vitality and luminosity of our complexion. In this blog post, we'll explore a curated selection of proven Anti Aging tips designed to help you achieve younger-looking skin and embrace the beauty of aging gracefully.

Protect Your Skin from the Sun
Sun exposure is one of the major causes of premature aging, wrinkles, age spots, and loss of elasticity. To safeguard your skin, always wear an SPF 50 broad-spectrum sunscreen, even on cloudy days. Additionally, wear protective clothing and don a wide-brimmed hat for added defense against harmful UV rays.
Prioritize Proper Skincare
A consistent skincare routine is essential for healthy, younger-looking skin. Start by cleansing your skin daily. Dirt, oil, and impurities can accelerate the aging process. Therefore, it's a good idea to wash your face twice daily. Incorporate anti-aging products containing potent ingredients like retinol, red wine, and hyaluronic acid to target fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of firmness. Finally, moisturize regularly to hydrate the skin and keep it supple and nourished.
Stay Hydrated
Hydration is the key to plump, younger-looking skin. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily to keep your skin hydrated. Additionally, use a humidifier in your home to combat dry indoor air, which can sap moisture from your skin. Hydrated skin appears smoother and more radiant, helping reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Get Plenty of Sleep
7-9 hours of sleep each night is essential for skin rejuvenation and repair. It allows your skin cells to regenerate. During sleep, your body produces collagen, a protein that keeps your skin firm and elastic. Lack of sleep leads to dull, tired-looking skin and further exacerbates the signs of aging, so prioritize restful sleep for a youthful complexion.
Maintain a Healthy Diet
Your dietary choices can significantly influence the health and outward appearance of your skin. Incorporate antioxidant-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and fatty fish into your diet to help combat free radical damage and inflammation. Avoid excessive consumption of sugary, processed foods, which can contribute to skin aging and inflammation. Additionally, consider incorporating skin-boosting supplements like collagen peptides or omega-3 fatty acids to aid in nurturing skin health from the inside out.
Manage Stress
Continued stress can inflict notable harm on your skin, leading to increased inflammation, breakouts, and premature signs of aging. Incorporate stress-relieving practices like meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or immersing yourself in nature to foster relaxation and equilibrium. Participating in activities that bring you joy and embracing mindfulness can also mitigate stress and enhance overall well-being, leading to a healthier, more youthful complexion.
Exercise Regularly
Regular physical activity benefits your health and contributes to healthier, younger-looking skin. Exercise increases blood flow, delivering oxygen and nutrients to your skin. It also promotes collagen production, which helps maintain skin elasticity. Do moderate-intensity exercise for at least 30 minutes most days of the week to reap the skin-enhancing benefits of an active lifestyle.
Practice Good Posture
Your posture affects your skin appearance, particularly your face and neck. Slouching may lead to sagging skin and the formation of wrinkles over time. Maintain good posture by sitting and standing tall, with your shoulders back and your head held high. Not only does good posture improve the alignment of your spine, but it also helps to maintain the firmness and contours of your face and neck.
Limit Alcohol and Avoid Smoking
Excessive alcohol consumption and smoking take a toll on your skin, accelerating aging process and causing premature wrinkles, dullness, and loss of elasticity. Alcohol dehydrates your skin, leading to dryness and inflammation, while smoking decreases blood flow, depriving your skin of essential nutrients and oxygen. Cut down on alcohol and avoid smoking to preserve your skin health and youthfulness.
Practice Gentle Skincare Habits
Treat your skin with care to avoid exacerbating signs of aging. Use gentle, non-abrasive cleansers and avoid harsh scrubbing, which may irritate your skin, causing inflammation. Pat dry your skin after cleansing instead of rubbing, and apply skincare products with light, upward motions to avoid tugging on delicate skin. Be mindful of skincare ingredients and avoid harsh chemicals like sulphates that may strip your skin of its natural oils.
Invest in Professional Treatments
Consider incorporating professional skincare treatments into your anti aging regimen to enhance results. Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapy, and microneedling may help improve your skin texture, fade wrinkles, and accelerate collagen production for a more youthful complexion. You can also use the Best Anti Aging Cream or retinol products. However, consult a dermatologist or skincare professional to determine which treatments best suit your skin type and concerns.
Prioritize Eye Care
The delicate skin around the eyes is prone to wrinkles, puffiness, and dark circles, making it a focal point for anti aging efforts. Use a specialized eye cream or serum formulated with ingredients like peptides, caffeine, and hyaluronic acid to target common concerns such as fine lines, crow's feet, and under-eye bags. Be gentle when applying eye products, using your ring finger to dab the product onto the skin to avoid pulling or stretching the delicate eye area.
Conclusion
By incorporating these additional anti aging tips into your lifestyle, you can enhance your skin health and appearance to achieve a more youthful, radiant complexion. Remember that consistency and patience are key when it comes to anti aging efforts, so commit to a comprehensive approach to skincare and wellness for long-lasting results. With dedication and diligence, you can age gracefully and embrace the beauty of your skin at every stage of life. If you want to buy any anti aging products, then visit Muggu Skincare.
