Barbara is facepalming about all the nonsense that's about to pop off that inevitably she's gonna have to clean up. Bruce just starts sweating profusely and desperately trying to talk Dick down because he suddenly remembers that time Dick kicked a criminal so hard they ended up in a coma for a week and smiled so brightly while doing it that the other goons there at the time just chose to jump off a three story building into the suspect sludge that filled Gotham harbor rather than face the unhinged ten year old on bright colors and pixie boots.

I know a lot of people see Cliff Gordon as “a womanizer” but I’d think to think Libber was an exception. A woman who saw through his tricks and immediately put her foot down, refusing to back down and be caught, just like the lightning she had weld. Cliff, intrigued, apologizing and them making up as friends. Him admiring her resilience and ramblings. Her loving his quips and excitement.

I imagine them falling in love and having a baby boy, who has his eyes and her freckles and a laugh that makes lights flicker.

(Grief hits him hard and fast like lightning when she goes missing. Not to mention his leave is almost up, and what is he going to do? Just leave a baby alone in the house? So he does the next best thing: he drives to a junkyard just at the edge of town. He hears a couple lives here; not too old, no criminal records. He places the swaddle on the front porch and rings the bell, just staying long enough to hear the door open.)
