Summary: He spent more and more time with her

!English isn't my first language!

He was gone again. You smelled that he must have come home after you've go to sleep but he left before you woke up. Your full body hurt you missed him so endlessly but you gave up more and more. Carefully you stretched your senses along the bond but met with a wall. The wall wasn't thick but she was existing and that hurt even more. You didn't try to go against that wall. Before everything started to go down hill there was a light wall of shadows you always could slip through without any afford. But that was before.

You crawled out of the bed and got ready for the work with Madja. "Good morning girl. You look a little bit tired, do I have to talk with our shadowsinger because he didn't allow you to get your rest in the night you need." You forced again that familiar false smile in your face. It was to easy already to do it. "I will talk to him myself. I will talk to him and get my sleep back." "Hopefully I need you with your whole concentration." or else you are worse than already and I didn't need your help anymore. I finished the sentence for her. "Let's get to work or our patients getting more whiny than they are from time to time." Madja smiled and we get into the treatment area.

The day was long it seems yoy wasn't the only one who was in the rain yesterday because we had al lot of patients with a cold. And you could feel yourself getting a little bit sore as well. Before you could leave to go in the bed to get some rest Madja came to you withe a small leather pouch. "Before my favourite helping hand get sick herself." "Thank you Madja" "and before I forget it I have a invitation for you." I frowned and waited for her to continue.

"You sure remember that I was in the summer Court last month." Sure I did she left me with the full responsibil. "I had talked so much about you that the healer wants to spent some time with you to learn something from you. And you it will be a learning experience for you as well." The frown on your face get deeper. "When he wants to learn something wouldn't it be better you go there?" "Oh darling you are so talented and I never saw someone handle patients with so much love and skill as you. Don't talk yourself down all the time." You could feel how your blood streamed into your face. "Think about it I will talk to our High Lord and Landy and see if it is okay with them. But you need to talk to your possessive illyrian warrior." He would be the smallest obstacle in this. She seem to notice that you hesitate. "You don't need to give me an answer now think about it. Talk to your family and then decide."

Completely in your thought you wandered around Velaris. Going to the Summer Court was a big opportunity for you. But what happens when you are actually gone and not even near him anymore. You knew that it will affect you you already crave for his presence and just the smell was left for you. When that was gone as well you didn't know if you could still go on with your life without collapsing. You couldn't keep on thinking because someone grabbed you at your hips and wind hit your body.

The scream that came out of you must have been heard in the hole city. The familiar laugh in you back made you relax. "Cas you Idiot are you more out of your mind than you are already." "Oh come on." He changed my position in his arms so that I was able to lock into his face with big fat grin in it. "Oh come on monkey you love to fly." "Sure but a little warning would have been nice." and it remembered me how long I wasn't in the air with him. "And don't her that funny scream? Never." "Someone really needs to teach you a lesson again." He giggled. "Maybe you should do that. When I think about you really need to learn a little bit about self defense." He wasn't wrong You were a part of the inner circle and was a absolute zero when it came to fighting even protect yourself.

"When we come back you will get some lessons from me and Nesta." "When you come back from what?" He stopt flying around and stood still in the air. "Rhys, Az, Feyre and I are leaving today into the mountains. There is a illyrian holiday week? Don't tell me that bastard didn't talk to you about it you will stay with Nesta at the house of winds, Mor will bring you down and pick you up for and from work." He didn't say a word but who is surprised. "He mentioned it I just suppressed it." "Did he at least said goodbye to you because he left this morning." Ouch. "I was already asleep when he came home last night he probably left a letter. Because he didn't want to wake me up" He didn't left a letter you knew without looking into your apartment. "What a gentleman. I would have wake Nesta for hundred percent and make sure she doesn't forget me." You weren't the one who forget your mate it was him forgetting you.

Cas let you down at the house of winds and sad goodbye to Nesta in a way you would have looked Nyx away. Rhys and Feyre also sad goodbye to you and talked with you about the invitation you got. They stand behind you and said you should take that opportunity. Nesta and you spend the rest of the evening together talking and reading your books.

But now you were in your bed and turned from one side to the other. You already tried to read another chapter in your bock but you couldn't concentrate on one single line. He left. He left without a single word. Not even over bond did he tried to contact you and this trip was planned weeks ago. When did he start hiding things from you had he even lied to you without you even noticing. You couldn't tell and the option of asking had he take from you a well. You gave up you couldn't sleep not with all the thought circling in your mind.

Sometime ago Nesta mentioned to you to that traing helped her to shut her mind down so why not try it. You switched the fairelights on to see wich equipment was left. You started simple doing some stretching and at some point you ended infront of a punching bag. Your hands were covered and withe each punch your thought were getting quieter and quieter. Finally everything in and around you wad quiet and that felt awesome.

For the following nights this procedure repeated itself. You waited till Nesta was a sleep and sneaked onto the training place. The week was now over and your mate would be back home today. You couldn't even concentrate on your work and you were so jittery that Madja send you home. "Go and catch your mate you little lovebird." It wasn't just the day he would come home it was also your anniversary day one year ago you completed the matingbond. Whatever happend in the past weeks he couldn't forget this day.

At the market you bought fresh ingredients and started cooking. The dinner was ready when he should be home and you started to wait when it was near midnight you gave up and get to bed. Again you were left with the situation that you couldn't sleep. You didn't know how long you waited but you could feel his familiar presence. You turned to the wall and waited till he come to the bed. You could her the sound of his clothes and the bed sinking beneath his weight. But he didn't brought you to his body like he always did and tuck you to his chest and his shadows flowing over you both he just covered you more in the blanket. A single tear streamed down you face there was nothing. It was hurting so much to have the love of your life next you and feeling how he doesn't feel the same as you anymore.

In the morning you were the one this time who was awake before the other. As quiet as you could you packed a small back with your stuff. Before you left you turned one last time to him and sangdown next. Your fingers glided trought his fluffy hair and his shadows creeped around you and danced over your skin. But your decision was fixed you gave him a light kiss on his head and left to the door his shadows stayed the way with you and were tugging and your clothes like they were pleading you to stay.

Nervous you knocked on Feyres and Rhys door. A sleepy Feyre opend the door for you and frowned. "Y/N is everything alright? Did something happend?" "No nothing happend I just wanted to ask you to bring me to the Summer Court." "No problem but are you sure nothing happend?" You just nodded trying hard not to breakdown. "Can you just bring me away from here?" She still tried to find your intentions but nodded and grapped your hand.

Warm air hit you and it was like a whole mountain left your shoulders. "Hello Feyre, Y/N. I didn't expected you today especially this early but it is nice to have your company." The high lord of the summer curt greeted you. "Take good care of her Tarquin she is our best healer and friend." "For sure High Lady." Before Feyre left to go back home she hugged you and brushed over your mental walls. I take my falls down to let her slip trough "whatever happend we will always be there for you. Don't hesitate to contact me when you need something or want home." "Thank you Freya. You are good friend. I love you for that" "You too Y/N whatever it is we will find a solution." And with one last smile she left and you were alone with Tarquin. "Than let me bring you to my healer Y/N so that he can learn from you."

Theia Info Dump.

Queen Theia was a Fae queen with the Starborn power to the people in Midgard. She had two children, Helena & an unknown daughter. Theia entered Midgard during the crossing and was also starborn, Like Bryce Quinlan. Theia’s unknown (younger) daughter also possessed the same gift. The Fae Queen was killed by her daughter Helena’s husband, Prince Pelias, on the battlefield.

Goddess Freyja (Freya) Info Dump.

In Norse paganism, Freyja (Old Norse "(the) Lady") is a goddess associated with love, fertility, war, and seiðr. Freyja is the owner of the necklace Brísingamen, rides a chariot pulled by two cats, is accompanied by the boar Hildisvíni, and possesses a cloak of falcon feathers. By her husband Óðr, she is the mother of two daughters, Hnoss and Gersemi. She is the daughter of Njörðr and his sister, twin sister of Freyr, and a member of the Vanir.

“seiðr” (old Norse) = was a type of magic which was practised in Norse society; the practice of seiðr is believed to be a form of magic which is related to both the telling and the shaping of the future.

Now we’re done with the info dumps, let’s do a deep dive of my unhinged theories that I think might be going through Sarah’s head.

We see the parallels between Freyja & Theia that they both bore two daughters and Blah blah blah.

NOW- I see the connections and bridges between Theia, Freyja, and Bryce.

Freyja’s necklace, Brísingamen + Bryce’s pendant and eyes.

Freyja is frequently shown wearing her prized necklace Brisingamen made of amber and gemstones encased in gold.

Brisingamen has been derived from Old Norse brísingr, a poetic term for "fire" or "amber"

Bryce Quinlan’s eyes are amber-coloured, and her pendant is ALWAYS around her neck. We all know that the necklace is a part whole of Bryce’s character design. Just like Brisingamen is so crucial to the myth of Freyja’s appearance.

Prince Aidas (his cat form) and Queen Theia romance + Freyja’s Cats

Freyja's chariot was pulled by two male cats, specifically the skogkatt (Norwegian Forest Cat), which is larger and more powerful than most domesticated housecats. They were also her favourite breed.

Going on to Aidas’ infamous white, blue-eyed cat form in which he appears in so often 🧐

A white Norwegian Forest Cat is rare. They actually don't have any pigment in their hair at all, so they should look all glistening and glacial. They will have pink paw pads and nose leather. Often, these cats will have blue eyes. Aidas makes the room temp drop belong freezing when in said room, could describe it as “glacial”.

The Goddess Freyja is almost always associated with cats; being her favourite animal, her sacred animal, would reportedly bless those kind to cats, adorn yourself with amber, gold, and with symbols of cats when worshipping her for favour, a cat is her symbol etc.

Bonus: The association of cats with Freyja in her role as goddess of luck and chance, able to tell the future and shape one's destiny, has to do with the nature of the cat itself: it was considered as unpredictable as life itself.

Summary: Y/N doesn't feel like her place is in the night Court.

Everyone was happy. Each one has found his place his person. Everyone but I. I was lonely, didn't know what to do. So it was my whole live and it didn't seem to change in my knew life.

I loved my sisters and the others without a doubt. But I was lonely. Being the youngest Archeron wasn't always easy, in the mortal lands I helped Freye in the woods and when she was gone and came back as a Fae, Nesta was close to kill me as I hugged Freye.

I had spend the night with her and the brothers to catch up. Clearly she looked different bit she was still my big sister. The one who teached me to hunt, the one who hugged me tide when there was thunderstorm. Never could I turn my back at her.

And over some time in Velaris even my relationship with Nesta became better when I learned how to read and fell in love with books, so connecting with my oldest sister became easy.

So why am I not happy why does it seems like I am alone in this big family that loves me .

It was hard because I didn't want to disturb the happy bubble my family lives in. The dress for the evening was lying on my bed.

Today was a big ball in the court of nightmares and the special guest was Eris and everyone made a bug deal out of it. Yes he had made bad decisions in the past but when they be honest only Elain would be maybe the only one who could have an opinion about it.

I decided to leave my hair open it was easier and I could lay it over the two scars on my face. I have got them when me and my sisters got taken by Hypern and after I fell out of the stupid caldron. Let's say my face was similar too Cassians wings in that moment.

Everytime Freya looked me in the face the first think her eyes scanned were my scars. Both starting at my right forehead and one ending above my eye and the other above my cheek. I was prout of it they showed that I didn't give up but she saw it as her error in protecting me.

I stepped in the dark green dress that fell softly around me the upper part laid on my skin and got a big skirt till the floor. My mirror showed me the person who I really was the sister that tried to please her sisters to keep there peace but broken so deep down that not even the shadowsinger could get to this secret. I needed a moment to but on the smile I performed so often that it was easy to keep it up all day without struggling.

The darkness was eating me alive when Mor winnowed me to the court of nightmares. It climbed up my legs and laid itself around my throat. Breath Y/N you are alive it is over that suptip thing doesn't even exist anymore. There is no reason to freak out.

Mor kept on talking and doesn't even noticed how I was struggling to get air into my lungs. The room was already filled with many people talking and dancing. "I will go over there don't do anything I wouldn't do." Mor pointed to a big table with wine and some females standing around it.

"As if there was that much." I laughed "Let's go girl." I smiled at her before I tried to find the best corner to hide before so many eyes. Here are so many people that aren't trust worthy that this was my best solution for now.

I found a place and very good wine to watch over the room. It was simple to see how people talked with each other without really trusting the person they where talking to. Nesta found a good solution to go around that whole thing she was dancing with her mate. Or it was Cas idea to prevent my sister from killing someone. I smiled and kept on watching them, I never saw Nest so happy and in love when she was with Cas. I was appy for them I couldn't denay it.

My eyes wandered in the room and found my other sisters standing infront of her throne next to Rhys who had a protective arm around her hips. They were talking to a man with short red hair and even that I only saw his back I knew it was Eris.

And by watching the facial expressions of my sister I knew she doesn't enjoyed the conversation she was having. By watching her I doesn't notice someone approaching me I could sense a hand nearing my shoulder and out of reflex put the arm of that person and turned his arm on his back.

I noticed the complicated hairstyle of my oldest sister and pulled back my hands. "I am so sorry Nes I didn't notice it was you." She turned around and smiled. "It's alright Y/N it's good to know that you can protect yourself."

We kept on talking until Freya and Rhys stood infront us. Freye facial expression was something I am going to kill someone or I am going down in guilt. Oh no what happend now.

"Y/N please belive me I don't want to do this to you. If I could chance it I would do it." She pulled me into a hug that could easily break my rips. "Hey, hey everything will be become okay we have always found a solution." I gently pushed her away and Rhys hand looked again around her hips. Even he had a guilt in his eyes. Maybe it wasn't that easy, it can never be that easy for us. "You..." Freya started but struggled to find the words.
