Flower Essences are now twice as big. They are most beneficial when taken over longer periods of time or in cycles of specific numbers of days so it makes sense that they be a little bigger. Slow is a medicine, simple but life changing 🐌 Most of my life I operated fast, the faster the better. I was rewarded by society for my speed, especially with work. I think many of you can relate? But I missed a lot of things along the way. A lot of precious moments slipped by, un-noticed. I also burnt out and had adrenal fatigue which took me years to recover from. I did something that I’ve been wanting to do for quite some time!!! I finally made better labels for the flower essences! Most of you probably have heard me say that labels are my least favorite part of this whole thing and that is true, but they’re also extremely important. Even more so if you are working in the field of herbalism. The flower essences which are now 30 ml instead of 15 ml are all labeled with information on what flower essences are, how to use them and what each specific flower essence is helpful with. I think having a color image of the actual flower helps to connect with its unique vibration and reinforce its presence in your life. Also added all of the plant glyphs that I have so far for an additional focal point for the plant spirit’s vibration. Flower essences are vibrational remedies that work by subtly influencing our energy systems. They can be taken safely over long periods of time, used for short term support, and work as powerful tools for transformation. All of the flower essences I make are made using ”poisonous” plants. Many of these plants are deadly and the beauty of flower essences is that we can work with them internally without having to worry about accidentally poisoning ourselves.
