The rape and brutalization of any women—including white women—in any country is not a "response" to colonialism, oppression, slavery, poverty, war, murder, and starvation.

It is done out of hatred of women and the pleasure of female pain, degradation, and humiliation. It is attempted to be justified through cultural relativism, through religion, by blaming women for male violence, blaming women for the actions of male systems of governance, blaming women for being in the wrong place at the wrong time—or around the wrong men. In times of war, the rape and brutalization of women demonstrates male behavior in the absence of rules and law.

It is depraved, shameful, disgusting, and absolutely unforgivable. It does not matter which men are doing it to which women in what place. Rape is never justifiable.

As a Jewish woman, would I shame Jewish men for raping the wives of Nazi men? Yes, I would. Would I shame black male slaves for raping white women? Yes, I would. And I would shame white men for raping black women, Nazi men for raping Jewish women. And I would shame male Israeli soldiers for raping Palestinian women and Palestinian males for raping Israeli women.

The rape and brutalization of any women is not an act of liberation, resistance, decolonization, self-defense, or freedom from oppression.

If your measure of the depravity, immorality, and disgust for rape hinges on what men are doing it and what women they are doing it to, you are a rape apologist. That is sexually predatory thinking, that is male supremacist thinking, and that is disturbing behavior. It is wrong to rape.

The empathy women have, particularly towards other women, is exploited by men in order to perpetuate the cycle of female servitude.

You see all the men in the living room talking and chatting while the women clean up the dishes. You want to tell the men that you're not doing it, it's not fair that it's always the women... but that would mean leaving your mothers, aunts, sisters, cousins, grandmas to clean up without your help. So you help clean up.

Your mother does the brunt of the housework, cooking, cleaning. She complains to the entire family that it's too much. The males say that they'll try to make less mess and then get on with their lives. But you see your mother struggling, so you pick up the mop, the vacuum, the broom, the scrub brush. You don't want her to do it all on her own.

Your female friend or family member is struggling to take care of her kids and babies. Her husband gets a boys night out, fantasy football, golf, sports matches, time to just sit and watch TV uninterrupted. But she doesn't. So you volunteer to take care of her kids so that she can have some time to herself.

The greatest weapon men utilise against women is our empathy for one another. Because they know that at the end of the day, most women aren't as selfish as they are.

Having your own savings and source of income that can't be stolen from you gives you so many opportunities. Don't fall for their smooth words under the guise of 'fairness' and 'trust'. Protect yourselves and only trust yourself. For your safety and autonomy.

Have you noticed how when m*n are talking down to you, they're taking credit for all imaginary things any m*n have done thru past? They'll tell you 'we built the world and gave you everything you have', as if this guy, personally, did anything for you that you now have to be grateful for. They seem to believe they share credit for accomplishments as a class of people, and as a class, deserve to be rewarded for it (by un-ending gratitude and favours from women, of course).

(This credit doesn't even belong to them, everything they built was created to isolate, oppress and utilize women to their advantage, not for women to have a free and happy life in. They decided among themselves that we need to be grateful just for being alive.)

However, the reverse never applies to women, accomplishments of women in the past are never used to derogatorily talk down to m*n, nor do we feel the right to speak about ourselves as a class of people who has accomplished anything, who's owed anything. This isn't coincidental, this is ensured by keeping us isolated and convinced that anything we do for this world, is highly personal, stays within the confines of our marriage, family, private and not considered an actual contribution. Our roles are not just enforced on us but minimized to the point where we believe 'it's just what we do, there's nothing else that we can do in our position', even as we go and create the entire human population, caretake and keep alive every m*n currently alive on earth, provide food, comfort, emotional support, cleanliness, and comfortable life to every m*n who manages to trap us in their home. And on top of that, we often achieve professional and academic success on level above m*n, but they readily convince us to give up credit for it, and let them claim it for themselves.

It is very obvious once we look at the real order of things, that it's us keeping them alive, and not the reverse. We're not only making them, but nurturing them and making sure everyone stays alive, fed, and happy. Even in the work area, m*n who make the biggest accomplishments are the ones taking credits for the work their wives did for them. We're doing it all behind the shadows, unseen and without anybody owing us anything, not even our human rights. So m*n could keep claiming they are the creators of the world.

But the thing is, if we were let be, if we were in the control from the start, we would have built it better. Males building the infrastructure brought us nothing but severe destruction of environment, annihilation of species, loss of natural resources and a climate crisis. It's not that we're lacking the ability to make better, we're robbed out of authority to do it. M*n have been standing in our way, creating garbage, trapping us in it, and demanding gratitude.

Creation of entire human race is not even allowed to be seen as an accomplishment, but males building a world that supports suffering and destruction is. Gratitude is supposed to be given for oppression, but not for being given your life, body, and caring for your survival. In fact, they prove to us just how ungrateful they are, when they throw away all of that meticulous care and effort, by turning around and torturing women. Committing extreme acts of violence, starting wars, raping and degrading women - that's not what we made them for. No woman wants to birth or raise a human only for him to go on and be a rapist, murderer or a torturer. Yet they do it and then turn around and demand us to be grateful, to bow down to us for being allowed to keep being alive. Regardless of how much their class tortured us and made us wish we were dead, we need to be grateful to each and every one of them, for not killing us yet.

It's disgusting. If they're going to take credit for everything done in the world, then we should too. Our class created your class. In return, our class got tortured by your class. We will care for your well being not a second more. See how long you live without women providing for you.

And corrupt water vendors in Kenya are taking advantage in the worst possible way, forcing them into sex for just a few litres. Children are being abused, women’s lives shattered. They have no choice. But here’s the really crazy thing: since there’s no law against this vile exploitation, it’s completely legal! We could change that. Kenyan women’s rights groups say the government is considering a law to make this abuse illegal – and that massive show of global pressure could make all the difference. They’re asking the Avaaz community to help – let’s lend our voices to some of the poorest, most vulnerable people on Earth, and demand an end to sex-for-water abuse. Women — people of the female sex class — are victims of the most heinous individual and collective crimes on earth. And it‘s been going on like this for thousands of years.

This includes:

female genital mutilation, girls and women of all ages can become victims, and it‘s even performed on baby girls

female infanticide; people abandon and murder female babies because of their sex

forced pregnancy and abortion, even worse in the combination with rape/incest; having a child by choice is self-sacrifice but by force it‘s literal torture, what it does to the body and psyche goes beyond the imaginable for the average person

generally the entire role of reproduction and the world‘s unwillingness to accommodate to women‘s unique contributions; motherhood penalty

child marriage, followed by marital rape and forced pregnancy/childbirth

menstruation taboos and period huts

suttee (femicide in Hindu communities)

honour killings

legal and social disadvantages and oppressions have been installed on the basis of our female bodies

the vast amount of medical (and general) research is centered around the male body — in fact, the whole world is built around the male body

health care for the female body and especially reproductive system is neglected massively; women suffering from female-specific conditions aren‘t taken seriously or there aren’t enough resources to help them

pain and other symptoms specifically affecting the female body are dismissed and/or normalized

high rates of femicide (sex-based crimes, male on female)

rates of women trafficked in prostitution and exploitated for their female bodies (prostitution, pornography etc.)

over-sexualization of the female body; the ideal of "small, thin, fragile" is forced upon us

rape culture and the flawed justice system which treats women like predators for speaking up

denied education and neurosexism

normalization of misogynistic slurs, caricatures and misogyny itself (it‘s treated like a secondary problem whenever oppressive systems are discussed and even defended under the prospect of "choice", which is heavily influenced by the very patriarchy that wants to silence us into obedience)

women during and especially after wars are raped and used as incubators to create new people who can later be used and abused (or use and abuse others)

rape is one of the most prevalent and strategically practiced war crimes through history and mostly aimed at the women ("marking territory by violating/claiming someone‘s property" is their motto)

The list could go on and on and on. Sex-based violence and oppression is REAL. And everything attributed to the female sex (gender roles) only serves to ensure that women remain at the bottom of the hierarchy. Wake up!

If you see a female body and think 'this needs to be fixed', that's not a natural thought. There's nothing that needs to be modified about bodies of living beings, especially not to fit some inane standards. If you believe there's something wrong with the way female body looks naturally, then you either are hateful of women, or your mind has been hijacked to believe it's normal to hate women's bodies. That's not normal. If we accepted how every animal in the world looks, if we accepted how half of the human population looks and are fine with it, why is the other half 'needing to be fixed'?

Why can't we look at women's bodies and go 'yeah, they're fine as they are', and move on, like we do with everything else? What gives anyone even the entitlement to be the one allowed to judge women's bodies? To imply something about them isn't 'good enough' is already a disrespect and implication that women don't exist as living, feeling, human beings, but just as something to be judged and put into place by someone else.

my dream is to live in a city only for women without patriarchal views. Just imagine:

• you can safely go out at night and early in the morning without fear that you are being abused

• you can not use makeup, society will not condemn you for your natural facial features, you can be gender nonconformist, wear comfortable clothes and shoes, you can have body hair, not wear bras

• Your sexuality is free, you don't have to keep yourself from having sex for conservatives and sexualize yourself for liberals

• gender socialization does not exist, you decide for yourself how you will build your life

• Resources are distributed fairly, there is no more economic, racial and other discrimination, the city is built on your common ideas
