Alright so i've got a pretty long list, but I will say that bunny hybrid JK includes a lot of smut, so if that is not for you, half of this list will be pointless.

I've put them into categories of what I've personally read/ recommend and ones I haven't read but seem well-liked. I also only added completed fics, and compared to all the bunny hybrid jk fics there are out there, this is pretty small. Summary:

Taehyung was afraid that an abandoned hybrid like Jungkook would be wary or anxious or—standoffish, at the very least.

I read the prologue and ch 1 again. Now I want to reread it all omg. Too bad it's 1:30am rn. Got reminded of the boys' backstories. It hurt so much to read the boys hurting without Yoongi. Made me think about how much things have changed for them now. I was so happy to see that there's some parts that kinda connect to later chapters that I didn't know about before. Were they intentional? Got reminded of the donuts. "“You were the knife to my cadaver...Tossed me back into the ocean like a piece of sea glass that needs more polishing.” This Tae poem in ch 1 and then later with this part in ch 49. "Hobi wants to kick at something, a rock or the waves, only one will give him the pain and the punishment he needs. It would be hard to feel so much shame and frustration at the bottom of the ocean- Hobi knows this. Just like he knows he shouldn’t think of death so casually. He doesn’t mean it. And he doesn’t want it in any real way." This one really surprised and kinda hurt me. " “The eldest omega bursts into tears the second he sees them...I know my love I’m so sorry- it was just an accident on the road, traffic- you know I’m safe- you know I never speed.” This and Hobi and mc speeding. Got surprised and hurt again here. I'm surprised Jin wasn't worried about Hobi and mc considering he used to be so worried about the pack getting into an accident. Or was it just not shown in ch 50&51? Jin's worry in ch 1 made me better understand why Namjoon was so angry at them for leaving without telling the others and speeding.

honestly, tae's little monologue in the begining is one of my favorite parts of the whole series, i love how it kinda establishes tae's internal monologue as something a little bit more fanciful than the rest of them!

as for the intention behind some of those lines, i won't claim that they're super super intentional- as i only had vauge ideas of some of the finer parts of the series when i was writing those parts of bily. but i do tend to stick to certain metaphors in the series- tae being like sea glass as one of them, in truth- i think it has alot to do with her arc right? like at that point in the series- she's not ready to come out, she has to be loved a little bit more by the m/c before she's fully polished and ready to be herself <3

i think it just wasn't shown in chapter 50/51 tbh? i think jin is angry but also trusts that namjoon accurately gave them a stern talking to and scolded them more than enough for the two of them tbh. the two of them also try their best not to double punish the pups whenever possible- because namjin are sort of a unit- if one of them does it both of them kind of do

Anon ask 2: Have you seen today's Run episode BPP? God I miss them so much. I miss them badly. Their wholesome chaotic energy in this episode was so perfect. BTS even act like there is no age hierarchy among them, so I wonder if this is normal for people their age these days.

I combined your asks because I thought it's interesting how you're both curious about the age question.

Age hierarchy is a huge deal and the de facto in Korea, but at the same time everyone says the society should transition to a more meritocratic and equitable one, but of course that's not happening lol. So age hierarchy is evident. Practically everyone besides really intimate couples use honorifics of some kind. It's a hierarchy embedded in the language, because the only word for friend means an 'equal companion' in age, chingu. Sometimes the implied authority in age trumps everything else, in every setting.

In terms of age relations in Korea, BTS are kind of an anomaly.

This scene from 30:21 to 32:22 was peak hilarity for me but I also think it shows how they relate to each other.

But I said earlier BTS is something of an anomaly for a few reasons. Firstly, in BTS the age gaps aren't extreme - almost every member has an adjacent age partner. Yoongi and Jin are 29 years old, Hoseok is 28 and Namjoon 27, Jimin and Taehyung are both 26, and Jungkook is 24 years old. In Korea sometimes formalities are relaxed for people close to you in age, so the guys already have this going for them.

And then there's the fact that BTS seem to genuinely like each other. Consider how even when some members try to be stoic or strict, it's not long before they cave or are compelled to act in affection.

A third point is that their relationship has evolved. The ease that's present among them now wasn't always there, and they've gotten to this point by hard work.

I also think Namjoon working early on to establish a friendship with Jin helped stabilize their group dynamics. As Namjoon is the leader of the group and Jin the eldest hyung, them being in agreement on most things or at least, trusting and comfortable with each other would've been a good green flag for the other members. Namjin as a ship has a lot going for it. In my opinion.
