#donated her reincarnations to
Text
Tumblr media
It was never explained exactly what Brooke Rhapsody’s ‘donating’ her reincarnations to the 11th Inspector actually did, other than reviving him from death.
Did her additional reincarnations add onto his own?

prompts about a near-immortal someone encountering their human lover in a reincarnated form?
Does the human remember their immortal lover? Did they know they were immortal? I tried to make a range of prompts for this.
Prompts For an Immortal Seeing their Human Lover Reincarnated
-> feel free to edit and adjust pronouns as you see fit.
He felt like he couldn't breathe. It was them... he was sure of it.
"How did you know it was me?" The Human asked, a bitter sweet smile on their face. Immortal ran a gentle hand across their cheeks, brushing away their fallen tears. "I'd recognize your eyes anywhere. No matter how much time has passed."
The human laughed, throwing her arms around immortal. "You haven't changed a day, my Love."
Immortal caught the human by the wrist, and he turned around with a confused look on his face. "Can I help you?" Human asked, shaking his hand free. Immortal felt their stomach drop. "You don't remember me," they said, more to themselves than their human.
"I thought I'd never see you again."
"You look different," Immortal said, running a hand through Human's hair. "But, that is to be expected." Immortal felt Human stiffen. "Is that okay?" Human asked timidly. Immortal pressed a kiss to their forehead. "Of course, it is. You're still the same person I fell in love with all those years ago."
The human shook her head as if trying to shake away a thought. "I don't know why," she said, staring into Immortal's eyes, "but I feel like I know you."
"How are you alive?" Human asked, backing away from the person that they knew centuries ago. "How are you alive and look like you haven't aged a day?"
"I know you used to ask me if I would still love you if you were a worm," Immortal sighed, placing their reincarnated lover in a jar of dirt, "but this is ridiculous."
If you like what I do and want to support me, please consider donating! I also offer editing services and other writing advice on my Ko-fi!

Build A Bear's vault collection Pumpkin Kitty 🎃
As I previously said, I had her in 2008 and donated her, forever regretting it. Her name was Keeley. For some reason, I did keep her shirt all these years. I'm so happy to get a rereleased reincarnation of the original Keeley... and that her shirt still fits! 💖

Egbert is Immortal (Oxventure Fan Theory)
Firstly, I would like to say that this fan theory is highly speculative and full of spoilers.
Liliana the Drow Sorcerer has cloned a dragonborn army (the Otherberts) based on the genetic template from a kidney ‘donated’ by Egbert the Careless. Every encounter that the Oxventurers have with Liliana she always has more Otherbert clones. Even when it appears that the Oxventurers have defeat her soldiers in combat, there are always more in reserve.
A feature of the Clone spell is that if the original dies its soul transfers into the clone, provided that the soul is free and willing to return. If Liliana has produced thousands of Otherberts, and she’s defeated before they all can be unleashed onto the Realm of G’eth. When Egbert’s dies his soul will not go to the afterlife and will be sent into the body of an inert Otherbert. Egbert will constantly reincarnate into a cloned body of himself, as long as, there are surplus Otherberts. This would mean it could be possible for Egbert to survive to the events of Oxventure Presents Blades in the Dark, alongside Merilwen.
Another fan theory, there should be phenotypically female Otherberts in Liliana's army. As reptiles (unlike most vertebrates) are subjected to temperature-dependent sex determination (TSD), and Dragonborns are humanoid reptiles (as they possess scales, are hairless, and lay eggs). This would mean that the sex of the Otherbert would be influenced by the ambient temperature of the environment where the vat had been placed while the Otherbert clone grows.
The ambient temperature of a cave in the British Isles (as England has a where G'eth have a similar climate) is approximately 11°C (51.8 °F). This could be evidence to support that Dragonborns are subjected to a Pattern I TSD. Pattern I TSD is where there is a greater probability that the developing reptile will be is male due to the lower environmental temperature. Furthermore, additional evidence for a Pattern I TSD, would be that the majority of Otherbert the Oxventurers have meet have seemed to be male.

The reasons why the main character of Robotrek could be the reincarnation of Dr. Leo from Soul Blazer.⚪
⚠️This writing contains spoilers of *Soul Blazer and *Robotrek.
Tumblr media
「いつか、私のような発明家が必要になった時、再びこの世に生まれてくることだろう」
"Someday, when the world needs an inventor like me, I will be born again."
Dr. Leo in the Japanese version.
The theory is based that although the genius inventor, Dr. Leo thought of returning to this world, it is likely that The Master (God in the Japanese version), would allow him to reincarnate in another world and without remembering his past, since being on Earth, it is possible that the same thing would happen to him again. Then, to help him, the Master would give him the joy of being reborn on a planet called Quintenix (*Gokuraku), as a new opportunity to live again as a human and with the dream of becoming a good inventor, yes we are referring to the protagonist of Robotrek.
Let's remember a fragment of what he said before leaving in the Japanese version:
「私は生まれてくる時代を間違えたのだと思う。 発明家は様々な機械を作り出し、人々を幸せにする。 だが、時代に合わない天才の出現は逆に文明を衰退させてしまうのだ。 人は何もそんなに焦って幸せになることはない」。
"I think I was born in the wrong era. Inventors create various machines and make people happy. However, the emergence of geniuses who do not adapt to the era actually causes the decline of civilization. People do not become happy being in such a hurry. I hope everyone can find happiness little by little."
About Robotrek, one of the important premises of the game is that the player takes the role of an apprentice inventor and helps others with inventions.
Tumblr media
Now, the reasons listed:
■That child's dream is to be a good inventor like his father.
■He is an inventor's apprentice, so he starts from scratch.
■He has an inventor father, as Lisa, Dr. Leo's daughter.
■Absence of his mother, like Lisa, however, changes because his father built an android named Nagisa who, apart from being his son's assistant, secretly takes on the role of mother.
■He lived at his father's house who is an inventor. At the beginning of the game he moves to another house that will be his new home, because he wants to be independent and study about inventions, which his father agrees would try not to involve him with the "evil" organization called Hackers.
■The same thing almost happened to him as Lisa regarding the Hackers who wanted her father to work for said "evil" organization.
■He likes animals and with an invention of his father’s colleague, who learned to create, he talks with them. In general, he appreciate nature, in fact he donated a seed for a little girl to make bloom in Rococo Town.
■He met two dogs named Turbo.
■He was in contact with the replicas of the Soul Blade. Mentioned by Robot K as the Legendary Blade.
■Explodes in three scenes of the game, but without any damage, including in the opening. In the game he is saved from exploding with the help of the Tetron and later by Kotetsu; although in the present, his father found him in the rubble of the destroyed Hackers air base.
■Some Hacker combatant understood his situation.
■When you talk to the Mayor again, after Rose's betrayal, he says in the Japanese version: "Women totally confuse men. It is a terrifying creature. You should remember that well too."
It might sound sexist, but no, he is referring to his secretary Rose, potentially making the player remember the evil Queen Magridd.
This concludes the reasons why it is; Now I would like you to comment about post and if you have more reasons for that kid could be new life of Dr. Leo, I would like you to write, share them in the comments.
Note: Of course Dr. Leo is an allegory of the Renaissance genius Leonardo Da Vinci or rather the version of the same in the Quintet universe, but that would be a topic for a future post.
✨Special thanks to @kahran042 for the idea that the protagonist of Robotrek could be the reincarnation of Dr. Leo.✨
*Soul Blader.
*Slapstick.
*Gokuraku, a Japanese word that has many meanings depending on the context, but they all mention happiness, such as "The Greatest Happiness", "Paradise."

Since servants can also reincarnate in the FMN universe…can you imagine if Luke is out with Aegon for some reason and they run into Dyana? Luke immediately recognizes and understands the origin of the fear in her eyes. Everything just falls apart after that because Aegon doesn’t deny it when Luke flat out confronts him about it, but he also can’t explain the truth of the situation either. It’s even worse when Luke learns that the entire family knew of Aegon’s past assaults (again they can’t really explain the full context for him). It sort of just collapses everything to see Alicent trying to apologize for the situation or see Aemond attempting to defend his brother.
Oof…that’s one way for anyone in that family to destroy all semblance of a relationship with Luke. If anything he’d probably demand to be taken back to Hellhot since the idea of remaining in the presence of a rapist and his incredibly rich and clearly influential family would send Luke crashing as soon as it all settles. Every positive emotion he’d been coming to terms with regarding these people immediately turns to shit and it’s NOT pretty. All he can think about is her eyes. He knew that look well, it’s the look of someone who’d been held down and forced to close their eyes to keep from crying.
There aren’t enough words to describe not only his disgust but the feeling of betrayal. Knowing he’d been forming a friendship with Aegon when he was no different from every sick bastard from his own past would create a whole new layer of trauma. Blaming himself, telling himself that he somehow should’ve known. How could anyone with as much money and social status be a good person anyway?
when Luke does eventually comes to learn about Aegon’s assaults no matter what context he’s given it’ll take a lot for him to even be able to stand his presence. It goes back to another question I’ve discussed here which is basically; can an act as horrible as r*pe ever be forgiven? Can someone who’s been given another chance at life and desperate to do better ever actually make up for such monstrous deeds? Even when Aegon does begin his journey to actively trying to correct these wrongs through donations and volunteering, there will always be that crack in his relationship with Luke that won’t ever heal.

It has been fifteen weeks. Fifteen weeks since they last saw Optimus. Sentinel claims that he didn't see his brother on September 24th. Elita was upset but didn't say anything. Alpha Trion and Ultra Mangus were sending Autotroopers to find their lost creation. Sentinel looked at Optimus's quarters, his room was empty. A tomb. Elita asked Sentinel, "Is it my fault that he's missing?" Sentinel denied it every time, but he also felt guilty. Alpha Trion came into the main room with tears in his optics. "Where is Optimus? Did you find him? Is he alive?". Alpha Trion shook his helm. "he's dead. His spark was ripped open" The house was silent as a mouse or a quiet as a corspe. Ever since that day, Optimus' quarters have been untouched and left, a tomb, a reminder of who had that room.
Chapter 2
Optimus was found dead, his body mangled. His body didn't even look Cybertronian... It looked melted, burnt past repair, destroyed. But this wasn't his body, at least not his spark. Megatron "killed" Optimus by ripping out the child's spark, he took some of his and Ultra's DNA and what was left of Optimus and made that into a child, the reincarnation of Optimus, her name was Optima.
Chapter 3
TWO DAYS. Two days after Optimus' funeral. Sentinel and Elita were silent and crying. Alpha Trion and Ultra Mangus were arguing and fighting. "we are NOT touching his room. " Ultra Mangus and Alpha Trion debated whether they should leave Optimus' room be or donate what is in his room.

and what if hawkins is the limbo before heaven/rebirth, a backwater town that spirits with unfinished business can't leave, plagued by evil entities and creatures that crawl up from the pits of hell to try and stop them from moving on. and what if nancy wheeler wakes up there one day, forced to process that she's dead, and meets other souls just like her that can't (or won't) move on. and what if robin is one of those souls, who everyone else tells nancy has been there the longest but doesn't seem to mind too much. and what if they slowly started to fall in love between helping other spirits make peace and move on. and what if, after their first kiss, nancy realizes her unfinished business was to be true to who she really is (a lesbian) and have the relationship she always wanted (with a girl), and robin quietly admits her own unfinished business has always been wanting to meet the person her heart was donated to after she died, and that person was nancy. and what if both their spirits moved on together as they kissed a second time. and what if the screen cut to black, then, after a pause, showed a reincarnated nancy at the end of class before the school bell rings and everyone leaves, and on the way to her locker, she bumps into someone who's revealed to be a reincarnated robin, new to the school, and everything ends with them introducing themselves to each other.

hi! as some of you know, about a year and a half ago, my beloved golden retriever Luke passed away from cancer. he was my very best friend. my mom and I had finally healed enough, so we got another golden retriever, Honey, and she is just the sweetest thing in the whole world—she’s practically Luke reincarnated. we haven’t had her long, but we are already enamored.
unfortunately, my mom came home from work recently and Honey was limping badly. she was taken to the emergency vet, and it was $400 just to have her be seen and ended up costing $600. she has a serious fracture in her hind leg. initially, we were told we may have to consider euthanasia, then we were told maybe just amputation. now they’re going to do a surgery to see if maybe they can save her leg. if not, amputation may still be on the table.
this initial surgery is going to be at LEAST $2,000. right now, those kinds of unexpected costs are just a lot for my mom right now, and I’m fresh out of college with not a lot of means to help her out financially. I know times are hard for everyone right now, but if you had even $5 to spare, I know it would help us out so much. I created a GoFundMe here, and my kofi is linked here. and if you can’t donate, even just a reblog, or a thought or prayer is much appreciated!
if you’re invested in my writing at all, you can shoot me a message showing you’ve donated and if you send me a little writing prompt, I’ll try to get it written for you as a thanks. I’m willing to write irondad, harry & sirius or remus, chris pike & jim kirk, ciri & geralt—basically any sort of parental relationship bc I have issues, whoops. if it’s something I haven’t listed, seriously just ask.
anyway, I’m so sorry to be doing this and I know everyone is struggling right now, my mom’s just been hit constantly with shit lately and I want to help her in any way I can.

I may or may not have fell into the Bridgerton fandom. And with like any fandom I drop into I may or may not have fun by thinking of some AU's. I haven't seen this exact one so have some immortal spouses/reincarnated Bridgertons AU.
(Also this was partly inspired by @thekatebridgerton I highly recommend their blog)
Magic is a recessive gene that has been slowly dying out, and the immortals being born from this magic is becoming less and less. Many now believe it nothing more than fairytales.
Few knew the truth, such as Simon Basset who was the first born in his family with magic after many generations. His father hates him and constantly remarks that his son's magic is a curse that killed his mother.
It isn't until Lady Danbury comes barging into his life that he learns his magic is something that is just a part of him like his hair or eyes. Lady Danbury mentors Simon and instructs him to keep an eye out for others like him.
"Magic likes to come in waves. Once one of you is born others are sure to follow."
And she had been right. When Simon married his wife Daphne every single in-law he got after had magical abilities. They all liked to joke that their spouses were magic detectors.
Simon could not have been more grateful for it when it was time for each one of them to separate themselves from the family.
Immortality was a bitch sometimes.
For the most part all eight of them stuck together. Of course, there were times where one or two might have gone and done their own thing for a decade or two, but they all knew where the general location of their family was.
And while none of them have any issue of shifting their age to fit their story or letting themselves appear to age to stay in a place longer they do tend to favor certain age groups. With Simon, Kate, and Sophie preferring their 30s, Penelope, Michael, and Phillip preferring mid to late 20s, and Gareth and Lucy in their early 20s or very late teens in the earliest. They pretend not to notice that the ages they chose tend to follow a certain order. The same way they all pretend not to notice how none of them have step a single foot back in Britian since they left.
Again, immortality is a bitch at times, but if there is anything their Bridgerton spouses have taught them it’s that there is always room for some chaos.
Penelope, Michael, Gareth, and Lucy have made it a sport to see who can trick the government to give them the biggest tax breaks in their lifetimes. In 2015 they somehow managed to drag Sophie and Phillip into it to shake up the playing fields. Sophie and Penelope vs Michael and Phillip, vs Gareth and Lucy.
Pall mall games have gotten more extreme with the added use of their magic. Kate has more than once set the mallet of death on fire, along with her ball. Penelope has literally gotten into her siblings’ heads and used her words to trick them into missing their balls. Phillip uses nearby trees or bushes to hide his siblings’ balls or obstruct the goals. Gareth likes to literally hide in the shadows to trip others. Simon adds more magical force than necessary when striking his ball. Lucy randomly changes the weather, and Michael turns the goals invisible.
In their current lives the eight siblings are living in America posing as former foster siblings who stayed together after they each aged out of the system. It gained quiet the sympathy for their current company, which definitely helped the donations. Simon and Kate are the coheads using their knowledge and time as a duke and viscountess to get ahead in the business. Sophie runs HR, she makes sure any employee feels safe in their company, and God help you if she finds out any type of management is taking advantage of those under their leadership. Penelope is the creative director whose team handles things such as the website, design work, copywriting, and content writing. She teams up with Michael, the head of the company’s PR, when it comes to advertising to make sure the company follows their brand and keeps it in good standing with the public. Phillip is making sure the company is staying ecofriendly, often looking for plant-based alternatives to keep their carbon footprint low. Gareth and Lucy used as the company darlings and are sent out during charity functions or demonstrations.
In this life it is safe to go by their real names again, though they decided to use the Danbury name just to get a reaction out of Lady Danbury, who has long taken residence in a forgotten about piece of property she owns.
While they all miss their spouses dearly, and each still wear their wedding bands on a necklace, they have adjusted to life without them. Afterall they still have each other.
Meanwhile back in Britan there was a lovely couple named Edmund and Violet Bridgerton who had eight children all named after a letter in the alphabet. When each child reached puberty their memories of their past lives returned.
And they each have been looking for their spouses ever since. If their parents could be reunited, then they sure as hell would find their soulmates again too.
Violet understands her children’s pain every time a lead goes nowhere. She calms their fears when thoughts creep up that their spouses didn’t reincarnate like they did.
“They probably go by a different name now,” Edmund would reassure his children.
The children would mumble an agreement, but Edmund could see them get more twitchy, become more desperate every year that goes by without them finding their loves.
Edmund never expected to be the one to find his in-laws. It just happened so casually too.
He had been looking at partnering with a new company to help his become more ecofriendly. A friend of his suggested Danbury Inc who was in one of the same industries as the Bridgerton group.
“They’re young,” one of Edmund’s associates shrugged. “But they definitely got what you’re looking for.”
A meeting was set up between two helpful PAs and Edmund was on his way to America.
“Ah Mr. Bridgerton!” A young secretary greeted. “Mr. and Ms. Danbury are finishing up their sibling lunch and they’ll meet with you shortly. You can wait in the conference room here.”
Edmund nodded, taking in his surroundings as the secretary left. The office walls were all glass with shades rolled up at the top. Giving a perfect view of the the office around it. It was a rather open floor plan with eight desks laid out among the floor. Near the back of the room sat a large table with eight people around it, and why did they look so familiar to Edmund?
Edmund squinted taking them all in. He’s seen them somewhere before but where?
Edmund sticks his hands in his pockets, a crinkle of paper catching his attention.
Pulling it out he finds the drawings Benidict always makes sure he has of the spouses should he ever stumble across one of them during his business travels. Benidict constantly keeps it updated to match the age they would be if they still held the same age differences as they did in their previous lives.
Edmund studies the drawing for a moment before looking back at the group of eight.
Oh.
Edmund looks back down at the drawing and then back at the table.
Oh!
Scrambling for his phone Edmund snaps a picture to send to the family group chat.
Guess who I found.
Violet is the only one to respond.
The children are already running out the door. We’ll be on the next flight.

On the topic of Ranni and Godwyn maybe being betrothed, do you think the new rune of Death could technically be considered their child?
Fia seems to suggest that the rune is her child because she's gestating Godwyn's life within herself, stoked to full potential in some fashion with the warmth of other donors, like our Tarnished. She is killed, but part of me wonders if she planned on dying during the process anyway, as her greatest act as a deathbed companion.
I think, maybe, the process of collecting donors is a way of preventing the deathbed companion's own death. She's, functionally, a surrogate mother, taking material from a chosen client (of sorts) and combining it with the carefully curated material of other donors, rather like some form of genetic manipulation. The donors must matter to the end result if the deathbed companions are so strictly controlled, as Fia states. But I think without the warmth of others, a deathbed companion could possibly use her own energy and die in the attempt.
The Mending Rune is collected from two distinct sources, though. Ranni and Godwyn. These two halves of a whole gestate within Fia, supported by donations from other Tarnished, and then result in the rebirth of Fia's chosen lord after a fashion. I find the fact that he's reborn as a rune particularly interesting, because the impression I got on what a deathbed companion is employed for was literal reincarnation. Bypassing anything like the Erdtree or the Serpent or the Rot by putting a client's soul into a single if/then equation as opposed to a giant melting pot, a gift of the privileged to attain some form of immortality.
To clarify on that:
Erdtree Burial- get buried in the roots, soul drips from the branches as amber tears.
Eiglay/Rykard- get eaten by the serpent, be reborn from serpent amnion as a man-serpent.
Rot- decay and bloom into a new state of being, like a flower, or perhaps akin to a cicada?
Deathbed Companion- one on one experience with a priestess/surrogate mother to ensure You Specifically are brought back, privilege of wealthy nobles, blasphemous because it rejects the participation of all gods and is incredibly carnal
The practice of the serpent's rebirth is also very carnal, and you'll note that absolutely fucking Nobody likes it except for maybe the old sacrificial culture of Mt. Gelmir, but it is also very interesting to examine the fact that it is an inflicted rebirth. A sacrifice, or an outright theft, which is what the Abductor Virgins seem to do. Fia's deathbed rebirth is more of a contract. Also, the serpent would fulfill the position of a god as a sort of "crucible of souls", containing many dead, whereas the deathbed companions seem to mimic that with one main soul and then trace elements of other donors. It might be some method of ensuring your identity survives reincarnation, unlike the crucible of the Erdtree or other divine vessels.
Fia is, in essence, usurping the position a god would take in the cycle of souls on the request of noble families and whatever organization deathbed companions were trained under.
Anyway I got sidetracked but I do wonder if the new rune counts as partially Ranni's kid.

Hey hey! Thank you all so much for sending us some of your favorite fics. As part of our 500+ followers celebration this week we’ll post several lists with all the fics you sent to us.
Some of those fics were already reviewed on this blog, and the ones that didn’t will be linked directly to where they’re posted.
Thank you guys again for following and reblogging and for the general support and enthusiasm you’ve been showing this blog.
PART 1:
A Ghost Story by emmbrancsxx0 [Explicit, 257k words]
Castiel Novak has haunted his family's estate for 150 years, awaiting the return of his lost love. Upon their reunion, Dean Winchester learns of his past reincarnation. After the night of Castiel's resurrection, the two try to find out why they've been given a second chance. The answers may be hidden in the forgotten memories of Dean's former life - but sometimes the truth is better left buried.
After you and me, there is us by CastielsCarma [Explicit, 13k words]
Dean is forced to deal with his feelings and emotions about everything after meeting his ex-husband while having lunch.
All Things Shining by Askance (doomcountry), standbyme [Mature, 141k words]
Something in the world is waking up. It isn’t long before it’s brought to the attention of the Winchesters and Castiel: miracles are spreading across the country, the paranormal seems to be shrinking back on itself—and it all has something to do with the missing prayer book of a traveling preacher who died over a century ago. Dean is convinced it’s all the lead-up to another Apocalypse; Sam and Castiel aren’t so sure. Regardless, it sends them out on a less-than-typical road-trip, following the Mississippi and remnants of a very old story that seems increasingly to call to them. And along the way the trio learn much more about themselves—and the consequences and origins of love—than they’d ever have anticipated.
Apheresis by bendingsignpost [Teen, 17k words]
As a phlebotomist with the Red Cross, Castiel has donors, not patients, and given donation protocols spacing appointments out, it typically takes a year to call someone a regular. Castiel bonds with his coworkers instead, and he stays over with his best friend and godson almost as often as he goes home. There's little exciting in the day-to-day, but routine is no hardship. A new part of that routine comes in the form of a talkative if nervous man named Dean, whose pulse races every time Castiel takes it. Dean often flushes and looks uncomfortable, although he covers it up with jokes, teasing, and a ready smile. It makes his consistent, fortnightly platelet donations all the more admirable, but for some reason, Dean only looks even more nervous whenever Castiel brings that up.
According to all known laws of life by sobsicles [Explicit, 29k words]
Cas comes back. It's not exactly the reunion that Dean is expecting. Dean stares at him, flummoxed. Cas quite literally poured his heart out to Dean, gave a truly sappy and distressingly romantic speech and everything, then proceeded to give his life so that Dean could live his. And he wants to act like he doesn't want to see Dean, be around him, touch him? Actually, Dean's ninety-nine percent sure that Cas probably wants to fuck him, and while he has no clue how he feels about that, he's pretty goddamn sure that means Cas doesn't get to act like this and make it authentic. It feels strangely real, though, as if Cas wants nothing more than to get as far away from him as possible. This is a blatant contradiction. Even someone as weird as Cas doesn't want to get away from the person they have the desire to fuck five ways to Sunday, that they're in love with. That's not how these things work, so Dean isn't buying it.
Coming to Terms by Unforth [Explicit, 169k words]
Naomi Novak has laid out her son's entire life. Castiel Novak-Shurley must get a great education, focus on business, ignore frivolous things, attend Harvard Business School, become an investment banker at International Angel Deposit Bank, maintain his virtue, marry a proper beta or omega, and make lots of alpha babies. BOLD THE FACTS for Senritsu Döne
The Rules are simple! Tag people and name a character you want to know more about! If you want to let the person you tagged decide who to showcase, then don’t name a character and they can pick somebody. Easy! The person who is tagged will then bold the remarks below which apply to their character &, if they want to, include a picture with their reply! Tagged By: A little birdie! Tagging: YOU!
[ PERSONAL] $ Financial: wealthy/ moderate / poor / in poverty While Senritsus paycheck literally is a Hunters Mafiamoney, there are a few art-organisations and Music-Schools that are on her donation-list. So she falls in the usual hunter-category: She earns a lot of money but rarely uses it for herself, because she is too busy risking her life for her passion.
✚ Medical: fit / moderate / sickly / disabled / disadvantaged / non applicable If Senritsu would be dragged back to an actual doctor she would probably asked how it comes that she is still alive, since not even her organs are on the right place/ in the right shape anymore.
✪ Class or Caste: upper /middle / working / unsure / other Senritsu specifically hails from a group of people that would be best described as "Fahrendes Volk"= "Travelling People", who specifically consist of everyone society would not like to have around and are therefor chosing to wander to avoid prosecution/ because as said, noone wants them to stay: Thiefs, (grave)robbers, prostitutes, vagrant Minstrels, Criminals, Vagabonds .... To put her in a class would be therefor against anything she grew up with, because the group specifically is outside of society and therefor also outside of its protection.
✔ Education: qualified/ unqualified / studying /other ✖ Criminal Record: yes, for major crimes / yes, for minor crimes / no/ hascommitted crimes, but not caught yet /yes, but charges were dismissed

◔ Affiliation: orphaned / adopted/ disowned / raised by birth parent / not applicable

✮ Belief in an Afterlife: yes /no/ don’t know/don’t care Not religious as she is, Senritsu thinks that everything paranormal can be explained with Nen. And as Nen does not always disappears after death, she thinks that when someone dies they just disappear, but their Aura stays depending on their strongest emotions. What is left behind is of course not the person, but simply a echo of their strongest emotions.
✯ Belief in Reincarnation: yes / no / don’t know /don’t care

Your OCs first impressions of Kyle? This could be either in his high school recovering asshole phase or him as an adult.
Oooh thank you!
Rae: She's dealt with the same "suave asshole as a front" personality back when she first met Warren, so she's able to see through it pretty quick and tell him to cut the crap. After that, they probably get along pretty well, since Rae's no stranger to a sharp sense of humor.
Robin: Would probably just avoid him back in his recovering-asshole phase, but would kinda hit it off as adults. He seems really nice, and genuinely compassionate, and she'd offer to help out at his nonprofit on the weekends.
Madison: Would hate his guts back in his recovering-asshole phase, since she's had a lot of bad experiences with dickwad jocks like him. She'd respect him a lot more as an adult, but they probably wouldn't talk much.
Ophelia: If they met in high school, he'd probably have bullied her, quite honestly. She was a weird kid, and hadn't grown into her confidence and wit at that point. As an adult, she'd be fascinated by his abilities and would insist on running (harmless, painless) tests - which might end in a pair of gloves that insulate his ability from nearby tech, so he can use technology normally.
Gia: As an adult, would appreciate how much work he does for the community and would offer to help out herself - she struggles to be away from her shop, but she'll donate a bit of spare cash when she can and doesn't mind people crashing on her couch if they don't have anywhere else to go.
Jasper: (as an adult) Thinks it's pretty funny that he has the exact same name as their boyfriend, and respects how much philanthropy he does for his community. Also offers an open-invitation for free medical aid to anyone involved with his nonprofit.
Kestrel: Can definitely empathize with trying to become a better person from your past, and would probably connect on... well, probably a much deeper level than Kyle really expected. They don't mean to turn the conversation in that direction so quickly, but it's rare that they find someone who really understands what that feels like, and how much effort it takes to really improve as a person.
Katherine: He reminds her a little of Jace, though that could mostly be the whole good-person-volunteer thing (Jace volunteers at a senior center, sometimes Katherine goes with him to help out). They'd get along well, though she might struggle a bit to learn about how he was in high school, since she was severely tormented and bullied by the same type of people when she was that age.
Quinn: Kind of a blend of annoyance and respect - annoyance for how capital-G Good he seems, at least on first meeting him, but respect for his cause since he really did pick one she can get behind. She'd probably assume he's one of those obnoxious holier-than-thou Mr. Altruism types, but once she actually met him they'd probably get along a little better.
Eris: Similar reaction to Quinn, but a bit more intense - they'd definitely be annoyed by him, no matter how much they might respect his cause (and really, if she's going to respect any noble cause, it'll be that one, since Amazonians are canonically reincarnated victims of domestic abuse). He'd probably scoff and brush it aside, maybe taunt him for being a goody two-shoes or something... but Kyle is surprised when they show up at the shelter that weekend with a huge basket of (possibly stolen?) toiletries, laundry detergent, feminine supplies, pet food, and other much-needed donations. Eris ends up sitting in the corner, passing out supplies and generating a list of names for who to hunt down once they leave. She glares at Kyle when she leaves, warning him not to say a damn word about this, but it seems this particular cause has struck on something awfully close to the heart for them.
Nikoletta: Kyle probably recognizes her behaviors from some of the people in his shelter - the she's been through a lot of trauma and has made herself cold and guarded as a defense mechanism - and Nikoletta gets really uncomfortable at the way he seems to look straight through her. He also offers his help, as tactfully as he can, in case she's in a bad situation and needs to get out. Nik just ducks the questions for as long as she can, but eventually admits that no, she's actually in the most stable home situation she's ever been in, and the wounds he sees are much older. She still avoids any offer of help, she's too proud for that.

90s Sailor Moon Re-watch Thoughts by Piro
I was around 13 or 14 when I first watched Sailor Moon. I stumbled upon the first episode on YouTube and ended up watching the whole series, ignorant of the massive impact this manga/anime had on fiction and popular culture.
Most episodes of the Latino American dub were available on YouTube. Sure, the quality was terrible, and the videos were surrounded by copyright frames (Is that the right term?) but my standards were low back then. I cried at the end of every season.
I decided to re-watch the whole thing last November and just finished. I now proceed to share some of my thoughts now that I'm a more grounded maho-shoujo enjoyer. This time I watched it in Japanese.
Thoughts about each season under the cut!
Sailor Moon Classic:
-Absolute masterpiece. Perfect. I loved the finale. As a child, I wasn't able to properly comprehend why Usagi longed so much to go back to her previous life. She had the power to revive all of her friends. She could have kept their memories. But she didn't because in her eyes the greatest gift she could give them was a normal life.
-Usagi is one of my favorite fictional heroes, maybe my favorite one, for a simple reason: She is weak and selfish. Sailor Moon always needs someone to strike the enemy before she uses her all-mighty magical spell to solve everything. But she isn't useless. She is the hope that keeps everyone else fighting.
-Sailor Moon doesn't actually care about ideals like justice (clearly stated in the manga finale). Her sole motivation is the love she has for her friends and the world, a selfish desire to enjoy a happy life with her loved ones. She's just a girl in the world, let her go home and have a yummy treat.
-The shitennou are a lot more interesting in the anime. In the manga, they serve as romantic interests for each senshi. That s a little bit too easy and heteronormative for me. Having two of them be gay for each other and giving Nephrite an actual character arc is a lot more fun to watch!
-I used to be very neutral about Mamoru. Now I enjoy him a lot. His character is really fun. As far as I understand, he gets into a cosmical fight to find some gem and try to have back his memories from before a car accident. He finds out that he is the reincarnation of ancient royalty and has an equally ancient demigod girlfriend. And he still doesn't recover the memories he was searching for in the first place. That's fun.
Sailor Moon R:
-The Tree arc is good. It also helps fill the season. The Dead Moon arc would have been too long without the tree arc.
-Chibiusa is fine. I disliked her as a child. Not anymore. I love how much we can see Usagi's growth in this season. Sure, she and Chibiusa are a little bit mean to each other sometimes and have petty fights, but you can see they care. Usagi goes as far as trying to trick Rubeus to protect Chibiusa. No one has to force Usagi to transform and fight.
-The Ayakashi sisters are really good. I think their struggles kind of represent being undervalued by an organization/company you have given your whole life.
-Not exactly about the season itself, but the Sailor Moon R movie is one of my favorite anime movies ever. Great animation, great design, great homoeroticism.
Sailor Moon S:
-I've read that having this season as your favorite is seen as pretentious to some people. But sorry, it's just an excellent season. That episode, where Haruka and Michiru are about to find they are the talisman holders. Woah. So aesthetically pleasing. Those shots, those angles, that timing, and edition. Great episode.
-This season delivers one of my favorite Minako episodes. The bad guys finally target her, and she runs off clutching her pure heart in her hands laughing like a maniac. I love her (She later does something similar on SuperS). It inspired me to donate blood, but I couldn't do it because the nurses said my veins were too thin.
-Again, great relationship between Usagi and Chibiusa. I love the friendship between Hotaru and Chibiusa too. I don't care about shipping, but in my heart, she has two hands. Third-season Chibisusa is my favorite Chibiusa.
Sailor Moon SuperS:
-The season I disliked the most as a child, the season I like the least now too. They made the girls so fucking dumb. Usagi's only character trait is being jealous of girls around Mamoru all the time. The inners' personalities are erased over wanting to have a boyfriend. Usagi and Chibiusa fight over the stupidest things.
-This is by far my favorite arc in the manga. I love the lore and how each character has a chance under the spotlight. Extremely sad they wrote out Mamoru's role.
-I'm very indifferent about Helios and his relationship with Chibiusa. I don't dislike them but every time I find myself liking them I realize it's because I'm seeing the Usagi and Mamoru on them.
-Why are the antagonists so creepy? like, they don't even NEED to seduce their targets to see their dreams, so the whole tactic comes off as creepy. Sadly, they had to include Fish Eye in this dynamic. I like her.
-One thing I do like about SuperS is the visuals. I love the opening and the little guys doing their silly performances at the circus. Very good.
Sailor Moon Stars:
-The opening song makes me so emotional. Every time I listen to it, I feel like I'm surrounded by my allies preparing for a deadly fight against a big enemy. The enemy is formidable, but the fire inside our hearts is stronger.
-Big fan of the second Nehelenia Arc. I love seeing the senshis all fighting together, using their unique skills and strengths instead of being defeated immediately and leaving Usagi to do the rest. I also like how they tie the return of Nehelenia with upcoming events.
-It will never be not funny to me that Kunihiko Ikuhara didn't get to direct the season where Mamoru does die.
-I do enjoy how Stars feels a little bit more serious and mature with the absence of Mamoru and the girls being in high school. The Three Lights' music is perfect to build that melancholic atmosphere that characterizes this season for me. But I believe it would have been nice to have Chibiusa a little bit more, it's not her character's fault that the previous season felt so childish.
-Something I did dislike was how the inner senshi were neglected a little bit because most screen time was dedicated to the Three Lights. I like them don't get me wrong. But the opening bit where you see the inner senshis holding hands, while throwing themselves into the void, makes me think I would have preferred to have them on the final fight. They barely did anything on the final fight.
-The Sailor Moon finale is very dear to me. I deeply appreciate the message of the manga of not waiting for a 'peaceful time' or a 'happy ending' to enjoy life with your loved ones. Conflict will always arise again, and life is a constant fight you can only win by accepting the eternal struggle of existing. I think the manga version conveys this message better, but the anime is a worthy adaptation with its own merits.
I will be rewatching Crystal soon after I get some rest from Sailor Moon and watch something else for a little while. I haven't watched the Cosmos movies. I'm looking forward to doing so. I will also be watching the live-action for the first time soon. I will post my thoughts about those too.
Thanks for reading if you made it this far! Remember english is not my native language and I might have made grammar and spelling mistakes on this post! I'm open to suggestions regarding that ^^
