.҉ Gretchen Grundler, the girl known for her intelligence, braces, and thick glasses during her time at Third Street School, has undergone a surprising transformation. In her mid-twenties now, Gretchen has evolved in ways no one could have anticipated.
Gone are the braces and thick glasses that once defined her appearance. Instead, Gretchen has embraced a new sense of style, confidently navigating the world of fashion. She has discovered the power of makeup and often reaches for her favorite shade of red lipstick, enhancing her natural beauty. At first glance, one might struggle to recognize the person she has become.
However, despite her physical transformation, Gretchen's inner qualities have remained unchanged. She remains the same kind-hearted and honest girl who readily solves her friends' problems. Her sharp intellect and quick wit continue to shine through, as she effortlessly engages in smart and thoughtful conversations.
While some may have expected Gretchen to remain unchanged, she has proven that personal growth and self-discovery are natural parts of life's journey. Her transformation serves as a reminder that appearances can evolve, but the essence of who we are at our core remains steadfast.
Honestly when it comes to the classic ‘don’t tease someone sensitive’ episode for kids I think Disneys Recess perhaps has the best version.
Mikey is fine when Randall as a stand up comic is making jokes about him being stupid because it’s not a topic which actually bothers him. But when he makes fat jokes that’s when it hurts.
Idk I feel a lot of kid shows just only ever do it where there’s that one character you can never EVER tell a joke about because they’re ‘sensitive’ but you don’t often see this version (which I feel is just as much if not more common in real life). Where some topics are okay to joke with but others aren’t and they differ from person to person.
Sonic AU idea: the major characters are all kids at the same school and the canon storylines are them roleplaying at recess. Eggman is the teacher or principal they all hate and make the big bad villain of their games.
Other characters like silver and blaze go to another school and that's why they're only in the story sometimes under the right conditions. Because they can only meet up with them after school or during summer.
Outside their game the story is similar to Recess (the Disney cartoon) where the minor antagonists are mean teachers or bullies they have to deal with.
