Here's another custom home designed to be the owners dreamhouse. This 9bd, 4.5ba 2002 estate in Yantis, Texas is bank owned and for sale for just $549K. You would think that an estate for that price would've sold, but it's been on the market for over 210 days.
Hmmm. Huge dining room is actually a sun porch with a metal ceiling.
I thought that this was the living room, and maybe it is, until I saw the fridge standing there.
This is kitchen #1. Not terribly impressive.
The dinette area has a poker table. Did you notice that a bedroom was next to the family room and double doors open to a bedroom in here. Strange floorplan.
Okay, this is the living room. Very spacious. Looks there's a bedroom through those double doors, too.
And, this is kitchen #2. Looks like they painted over the dated oak cabinets with black.
There are 9 bedrooms. This is one of them, and I don't see a window.
Bedroom #2 has paned glass doors, but it doesn't look like they open to the outside.
This bedroom also has double doors. Maybe they go out to a courtyard or hall.
This bedroom has a small en-suite.
This large bedroom looks like a sun room.
I can't tell which bedroom is the primary.
2 room bath. The shower is in room of its own.
There are 2 tracts of land, and the buyer must purchase them both. This 6 boat bay is on tract #2- The area is noted for Bass fishing.
Courtyard in the middle of the house has a covered patio and a 2nd uncovered patio, but no pool.
There is a garage and a carport.
The front of the home has a porte cochere and some sort of feature for a plant, I guess.
The entire property measures 2.58 acres.

TPOH - RGB coats in AC:NH!
Ever wanted to be dapper (yet a sort of cringefail) TV head in Animal Crossing? Well now's your chance to be one!
Here, I have re-created most of RGB's outfits here in Animal Crossing : New Horizons! I have spent a good while analysing his various coats seen throughout the comic and decided to publish the ones I have finished!
If anyone is interested in these, I will post all of my re-creations in a reblog! (Because I've got a lot of these haha)
(The Property of Hate is created by @modmad! Go check it out!)

We do not merely study the past: we inherit it, and inheritance brings with it not only the rights of ownership, but the duties of trusteeship. Things fought for and died for should not be idly squandered. For they are the property of others, who are not yet born.

people just consistently have no concept of what goes into the art they see! like I follow a lot of artists whose jewelry is more in line with your description of what goes into your blankets than your earrings in terms of materials and time (I'm talking like painstakingly hand-beaded earrings with antique beads and precious metal findings, backed with hide that they smoked themselves) and they also get people commenting on their prices being too high :(((
yuuup
i mean time-wise it still wouldn't be that much longer. i also hand-bead details on some earrings and stuff it's still not like... a massively time consuming process or anything. blankets take 100+ hours. this choker took me 30 minutes. the necklace only a little longer, despite all the bead connecting going on there
but the materials cost of using. well. high quality materials is what gets you
there's a reason i use metal alloys and glass beads instead of sterling silver and real stone beads, and that reason is "i do not want to pay for sterling silver and real stones that shit is expensive"
(smoking hides also probably takes longer? although i feel like most of that process would be "waiting")
which is again a double sided issue of "undercharging for precious metals/stones/beads" and "overcharging for metal alloy and plastic" that made a clusterfuck baby somewhere in the middle

My neighbour runs a scam company where he's basically a landlord for landlords (he works from home and takes all his calls in the garden so I get to hear his sale pitch on repeat and it's either a) nonsense or b) just lies) and they've been mildly annoying but like liveable as neighbours. (I mean they haven't fired bb pellets into our garden or thrown constant teen ragers so we can forgive the occasional 1am karaoke party.)
But now the prick has gotten himself a metallic purple lamborghini that he now every single fucking morning revs outside the fucking house at 10am bc he doesn't actually have a real job and then he drives it round the streets for like an hour or so and you can hear it coming back for like a full five minutes bc it's a VERY loud car and we live in a quiet suburb.
Every. Single. Morning.
If they didn't have cameras on their property like the arseholes they are I would very seriously consider pouring sugar in his petrol tank. 🙃🙃🙃

For the final Property Tour show at the Octagon Centre in Sheffield England, Awsten wears Air Jordan Flight MVP Fleece jacket in infrared (originally $125, no longer available). Later during the show he took off the jacket to reveal a custom printed shirt featuring fanart of himself, painted by sian.philpottx & lent to him for the show. He cropped the shirt himself for the show.
He pairs them with Firm Grip high vis utility gloves in yellow ($12.97), Dr. Meter noise cancelling kids' earphones in green ($23.99), and Urban Outfitters Baldwin Leather Boot in black (originally $99, no longer for sale). He has cut the fingers off the gloves and customized the headphones with "GET" "LOST" written on the earphones.
