Strength is something I work on every day. There are so many aspects to bring stronger. Physical, emotional, spiritual. There are sometimes when I feel like I have no strength o you to find strength appear out of nowhere. Other times I’ve felt like quitting and I found strength inside myself that I didn’t even know was there. Yoga asana helps me find my inner strength. It’s never only about the pose for me. I wasn’t sure if I was going to use this photo. At the time I liked these photos but after the fact I started to doubt them.
