Curry Sauce • This recipe has become a favourite meal for my girls.They prefer it with steamed rice and chicken skewers most of the times. Chop all veggies roughly, add oil into a pan and sauté on medium heat until tender, about 10-15 minutes. 2. Add the chopped tomatoes, sugar and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper and cook with the lid on for 15 minutes on low. 3. Remove from heat and blend until smooth. What is your favorite suhoor? These spinach, herb and feta frittatas are among my family's favorites. They are so easy to make, filling,tasty and as an added bonus they can be made during the day and stored in the fridge where they can last for 3-4 days.
