I hate how I've been feeling for the last week

And what I saw in fandom shenanigans today just really took me back to a tough place in my past, depressed me to see how so little has changed in some regards with how fans treat each other. Sad sigh.

When this happens, I try to pause and refocus energy to at least one useful endeavor. For me, today, that looks like providing fellow folks who generally or occasionally don't have the extra spoons most days - a few low effort ways to feel like you are contributing to something you care about that is beyond just you and out in the world.
