Writing from Neil's POV inbetween helped me a lot in keeping this chapter from being too heavy. (Also snuck in a bit of the Neil & FF friendship)

why i thought michael wheeler was gay before i even knew what stranger things was about - why i decided to watch ST in the first place

ok ok ok so yes i know this sounds crazy and insane and impossoble even. i mean you have to watch a show to know if the characters are gay, right? wrong.

But how'd you even know who mike was before you watched ST?

becauuuseee honeyyyy, ur a kid on the internet, you watch videos on youtube, lots of those will unfortunately be top 10 videos cause ur like 10 or 11 or sum shit. anyways, you see clips from popular shows and medias. some of those are stranger things clips and you get half way familiar with the characters so you know who millie bobby brown is and you know what mikes face looks like.

anyways, this brings me to my next... statement? point? anyways... so yeah, i cant remember what video i was watching or anything, but a clip from stranger things comes up. i knew it was ST cause it was popular and shit n duhhhh. ANYWAYS the clip was El Dumping Mike's Ass ™ and, i cant remember if it was the clip saying it or my own gaydar going off, but i think it was my gaydar, BUT i imeditately clocked mike as gay. i was what.... 6th grade? maybe? at the most.

anyways, i watched mike getting dumped and somehow, someway, i just knew. i just imediately knew. and yknow... part of me thinks it was just the fact that back then because i hadnt watched the show, i was comepletely utterly totally unbiased. like my slate was clean. i knew nothing of anything besides that clip. maybe it is more obvious than we think....

after that i just kinda forgot about it for a couple years untilllll....

OK so then... On to my next point of disgussion.

Why did I start watching Stranger Things?

OK OK OK OK OK SO- okkayy saurrrrrrrrr basically, i have a friend. her name is tina. (thats her nickname ok dw im not like leaking personal info chill) anyways. she sat with me in art last year, and i knew from sitting with her that year and knowing her in the previous years that she was a really big fan of stranger things. sooooooo yeah i sat with her in art and i guess she knew that i hadnt watched stranger things, so like... she realllllyyyyyy wanted me to watch stranger things she was like "omg you should totally watch stranger things youd like it so much theyre coming out with a new season this summer im so excited" so i was like omggggg but yk shes always trying to make me watch shit n ykyk, whatever.

one day she convinces me or- wait no i think she forced me, and i kinda like- caved or smt. anyways, we end up watching the first episode on her phone during art class. lmao slay. so we finish the first episode and im thinking it was really good like wow but my ass probably wont watch the second episode cause im terrible at getting commited like wow

and ok- so herereeeee, here comes the kicker- the slingshot into ST. like why i actually like continued to watch.

i was still in my h<3rt stopper (censoring cause it would be annoying if this was in their tag) hyperfixation, or more like i was just getting out of my HS hyperfixation. I watched the series 3 times so i was getting a bit burnt out, so i needed something else to fan over, something else to watch. but not anything, it had to be gay. because lord KNOWS we do NOT have enough gay shit to watch. like i need it. and- im sorry- but not crappy indie films (disclaimer- indie films are NOT all crappy, theres just... some .... iykyk💀) or weird.... weird ones that make no sense and are just there for like... sex and honestly i have no fucking clue.

no i needed GAYURIJRH anyways,,,,, so i dm Tina and im like "omg tinaaaa helllpp meeee 👹 i need gay stuff to watch theres no good ones 😭" and so she gives me a list of shows with gay characters in them, and then shes like "Will from Stranger Things is gay lmao" (pre season 4 btw) so im like, in my mind, im like "Cool 😃 Mike Wheeler from Stranger Things is gay 😃" no duckiebuckie she said will- "Mike Wheelr is gay 😃" *queue past memories and preconceived notions of the past now flodding forward*

so. i waited a couple days. then i watched the first episode again this time with my little brother and like the rest of season 1 (not all at once) and i, fully, utterly, comepletely, totally, full heartedly believed that Mike was gay (i mean he is but thats not the point right now) like- i just, believed it. i just simply took it as fact. literally no one ever actually told me Mike was gay. i had just like, thought it was canon. like i actually thought it was canon. like genuinley. its so fucking funny thinking about it now because i really actually dont think i ever saw anyone or anything actually stating Mike was gay or anything, like my own seld really had made it canon. like wow. icon. again, it couldve been that one video, but i kinda like also dont. YKWWWW- I LIKE- ok so i even went to the point of like, during or after watching the first episode, imagining a little coming out scenario LATER THAT SEASON with mike telling Dustin and Lucase (cant remember if- WAIT OH MY GODDDD I JUST REMEMBERED- WILL WASNT IN THE SENARIO I WAS IMAGINING BECAUSE MIKE WAS COMING OUT TO LUCAS AND DUSTIN AS GAY AND HE LIKED WILL- YALL I REALLY HAVE BEEN A BYLER SHIPPER SINCE THE BEGINNING HUH 🥹🥹 (btw i would like to mention that this was less of a head canon and more of a "oh this is probably gonna happen like this is whats happening" kinda thing LMFAOOOOOO

and then mike kissed el and i was like what the fuck 😟

and then from the end of season 1-4 v1 and v2 i was... convinced of the opposite 😔 💔 but HEY YOU CANT BLAME ME I WAS LIKE GA BACK THEN AND LIKE MIKE AND EL KISSED N SHIT WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO THINK

and then the byler heart to hearts started happening and i was like- oh wait- oh honey, mikey dear your gay is showing right now. LIKE I WAS A GA WHO THOUGHT MIKE WAS STRAIGHT AND I COULD STILLLL SEEEE THE FRUITINESS LIKE HONEEYYYYYYYYYYYY FRIENDS DONT TALK TO FRIENDS LIKE THAT but i digress.

anyways. then mike said i love you blah blah blah yk like yeah hes straight but i wasnt even really thinking about the subject that much

ANYWAYS what convinced me once again that mike wheeler was gay?

well, mainly @kaypeace21 's analysis about why they think mike is not Bi, but gay, yk, the iconic one. but what started inspection in the first place when i was a steadfast "wills 100% gay but unfortunately mike is 100% straight and its unrequited and i dont ship byler because its just a lil funky and weird because mike is OBVIOUSLY straight blah blah blah i mean its cute but its dEFINITELY not real blah blah" believer? because.... of ONE fateful tiktok.

Enter Tina again. were at her house, and we decide to watch stranger things tiktok compilations and crack videos n stuff cause yk that stuff is really funny and great.

So we see this one tiktok compilation and its stranger thins ofc and the title says (very gay) and shes like, ya wanna watch this one? and im like (my ass had already seen this same complilation, but i remembered the greatness that it held) so i agree.

so previously, i had watched the video and just kinda ignored the byler stuff cause i didnt ship (although i would like to make a disclaimer that i was not a mileven shipper either. i kinda just thought they were like cute and yk oh theyre the main couple cool ig it is what it is like this is how its gonna be ig) anyways, but this time (i think we had like briefly discussed mikes sexuality earlier, and decided he was prolly definitely just straight (but discussing it in the first place is like, kinda telling lmfao)) so it was on my mind. so this time, when the byler vid came on, i payed more attention. it was a rink o mania edit. and i saw his facial expression. i saw that fucking facial expression.

so me and Tina™ paused the video, and we were like "ok... so like, I think Mike is straight... but like that facial expression he just made. but like hes definitely straight right? yeah... but that expressionnnnnnn.... but like yeah, right? yeah.. anyways...." and then we watched the rest of the video.

and then pinterest came in and it was one piece of evidence after another and then the Kaypeace post.

the rest is history.

My Point?

The whole reason I started watching Stranger Things in the first place was because I thought Mike was gay. If Mike Wheeler is not gay, I will have watched Stranger Things for nothing. yes, i stayed and kept watching even after m*l*v*n was established because stranger things is just so good, how could you not? but my point still stands. The whole reason for me even deciding to keep watching after the first episode was because i thought mike was gay. and it seems that we've come full circle now, because once again, i believe mike wheeler is gay and my enjoyment (and ST) depends on Mike being gay.

Hi, hope you don’t mind me dropping in. I saw an art related to this one day on twitter and… what kind of comedic chaos do you think would ensue if dickjay bodyswapped? I thought it was funny that the art depicted how they try to pretend to be each other (gaaahh, I can’t remember where in tweet I saw this!), but it’s implied that people may still notice some subtle differences in their personality and get confused about it (like say, when Dick is in Jason’s body during patrol, it’s observed that he’s at times a bit friendlier (or flirtier maybe lol) as Red Hood, and when Jason is in Dick’s body he seems more stressed/ hot headed despite trying to act out as Nightwing.) My alternative take to this kind of prompt is that Jason somehow pulls a very good Dick Grayson, but you can sometimes ‘see’ him sweating and his eyes begging to get out of these interactions cause wow Dick knows too many people and all the attention he’s getting is tiring him (the Jason in Dick’s body) out 😅

Alright, just hear me out:  Dick thriving under the Red Hood persona.  Just Dick having an opportunity to be vicious.  There’d be no shooting down bad guys or busting kneecaps, but hrgnnn how lovely it would be for Dick to be able to have an opportunity to strike fear into criminals with just his sharp wit and biting tongue.  Savage planning and brutal dealings and talking baddies in circles.  Forget threats, Dick would promise ruin.

In the past, Jason brought Gotham’s underworld to its knees.  Dick brings it to heel.

And all the baddies would be so ??? because hot damn?  Jason’s always been appealing, but the appeal would be slightly different and no one would be able to place that it’s just Dick being an ornery menace, fully basking in being able to be a little less nice for once.  Being able to just be smart and cunning and ruthless, saving the day in a different way from normal.

But anyways, my menace!Dick, competent!Dick agenda aside, just Dick as Jason ahahaha. 

Just Dick groping his own (Jason’s) tits and staring down at them and just sort of marveling because hot toddies, wowie.  And Jason would fluster and bristle because omggggg don’t feel me up!  Embarrassment x10000.

And Dick not being aware of his new height and just hitting things with his head sometimes and Jason bristling over that, too.  Because Jason swears if he gets back into his body with a concussion?

But yeah generally Dick would be chill.  He’d enjoy the break away from the expectations that come with being Dick Grayson/Nightwing.  Jason is always stirring a lot of metaphorical pots, which Dick would absolutely love having a reason to stick his finger in hahaha.

Meanwhile, poor Jason.  Being Dick would be so fun at first.  There’d be a certain freedom about it.  Jason always thrives behind his hero persona; it’s easier to lean into the charismatic side of himself like that–it’s easy to be confident.  It feels the same when Jason is Dick/Nightwing.  And yeah, Jason teases a bit by going over the top with the brightness, but it’s nice.  It’s easy to feel confident.  To be sociable.  To be good.  No one expects less of him (so long as they don’t know the situation); it’s nice to live up to expectation and be praised, to do good and have that be acknowledged without any backhandedness or suspicion.

Only problem is:  Dick is on all the time.  It’s all day, every day, all hours.  Nightwing is a fun challenge because Jason can’t fall back on his usual tactics (though he might employ a few), but he enjoys it nonetheless.  He gets to throw out stupid banter, too.  It’s a good time.  But then morning comes around and guess what?  Dick has a fucking job.  As a policeman.  It’s not like Jason can use up all of Dick’s sick days (though it’s tempting), but shit.  When Jason pulls on that uniform he feels ill.  Being cordial with the others on the force, too?  Gag.  Then it’s the social life–every damn person on the street.  Then back to Nightwing.  Then Jason wakes up a few hours after patrol and it all starts over again.

And Jason is fine with a brutal schedule; he likes working, but the socializing would start to grate on him.  Especially since Dick is so damn amiable.  And patient.  And fffffffff–  Yep, like anon said Jason would def just be OTL on the inside, looking for an out because no ma’am, no thanks.

Also, just a thought.  But I love when Dick turns heads when he’s out and about doing anything. And I always like the thought of Jason bristling over that.  So when people start looking at him (as Dick) he’s very much ready to throw hands lolol.  Just (#｀皿´) ahahaha.

Jumin Han’s Bad End 2 DLC - Notes / Opinion

Y’all know me. I have to take notes for everything I play or read or watch. I can’t help it. Here we have Jumin Han’s Bad End 2 DLC. The infamous bad end. The red shoes bad end. The “kinky” bad end, to some. Not my favorite bad end, but a memorable one. With that said, let’s dive in! Spoilers ahead!

Episode 1

This DLC has multiple endings! Interesting. Depending on how I answer will determine which end I get. This has me thinking there may be a way to get Jumin back onto a healthier relationship track? I will eventually aim to achieve both endings, though.

Jumin’s hand is fucking HUGE. MASSIVE. WHAT ARE THEY FEEDING HIM? Please hold while I scream at Kristan (jalaqueeno) about this. Holy shit.

It’s been one month since Jumin went to work. One whole month! Mr. Jumin Workaholic Han hasn’t gone to work in ONE MONTH! This man has made it his sole mission to keep you locked up & stay with you. Dude, like… why are you so obsessed with me~?

Now he’s vastly overshot the mark to the point that this fantasy life with MC has become his “reality.”

Final thoughts:

Long story short (too late), this DLC reenforces that this is a Bad Ending path, in which you won’t find a fix for Jumin, won’t find a way to get him back on track to his true good end. And that’s ok! This is a bad end after all! Though both endings are listed as “good” or “happy” endings, they’re still set in this twisted relationship, this weak form of love, Jumin believes is real. He calls it a game, says a therapist is on standby, says MC can leave any time she wants, yet when she chooses options that distances herself, suggests Jumin pay more attention to something other than her, or shows she’d like more freedom, he immediately blocks that path in some way. Even when choosing all the options that don’t give in to the plaything/being controlled role, the conclusion is Jumin reenforcing his control harder - you both escape together to be alone, neglecting everyone & everything in your life, & Jumin insists all he has to do is take care of you in various ways - to give you everything - to keep you with him. Even following the confrontation with Jumin’s mother & turning down the option to leave Jumin for money, it shows how far Jumin will go to keep MC. He truly believes he has to provide everything (money, security, possessions, etc.) in exchange for her love, her company, her willingness to be with him. This man has slowly been broken over & over again over the course of his life & he’s finally given in to these poor teachings & selfish encouragements, & has convinced himself what he’s found is full love where he provides anything & everything to keep MC’s interest in him. A clear give & take relationship. A contract. A game. And he’s not about to let that go.

Personally, while this path isn’t my favorite for Jumin, I was still absolutely impressed with the two different ways they had this particular Bad End play out. An emotional read from start to finish & back again.

hi! im bored and in quarantine so i am gonna post my top 10 ships of allllllll time! so over the course of all the anime ive watched and the manga ive read, these are my 10 favs. this list changes sometimes, but all in all it relatively stays the same. okkkk lets go!

10. Tomoe and Nanami from Kamisama Kiss

shoujo is very hit or miss with me, but this one is a BIG hit. the relationship between tomoe and nanami is sooo well paced and really enjoyable to watch blossom. they bicker, they hug, they are real cuties. also im a sucker for fantasy and gods and things like that so this is nice hehe

9. Jacuzzi and Nice from Baccano

we love them. a lot. if u talk to anyone who has seen baccano they will tell u it is CRIMINALLY underrated which is very true. on top of that, jacuzzi and nice are an underrated couple. they have such a sweet backstory and their personalities work soooo well together!!!!! they are adorable. watch baccano.

8. Akihito and Mirai from Beyond the Boundary

omggggg! a beautiful couple from a BEAUTIFUL anime. they are sooooooooo sweet. they are both just adorable ok. the movie made me love them 18972938230 times more omfg. if u are a sucker for cuties being cute while also risking their lives pls watch this lmao.

7. Tsuyopon and Yukirin from Rainbow Days

omfg. they are one of those couples that is together from the very beginning and good lord is it incredible. the show/manga revolves around four “couples” and unfortunately, they are the one that is probably shown the least but when they do have moments i just wanna curl up and cry they’re so cute. towards the end of the manga they have.... an AMAZING moment it is so sweet i legitimately go back and read it like once a month. shy broody boy x sweet girl who is so in love with him are always the best pairings.

6.  Otani and Koizumi from Lovely Complex

ahhh lovely complex. SUCH a good show. short boy and tall girl who r both goofballs and argue! we love it. riza reminds me a lot of myself, so she will always have a special place in my heart. i really enjoy otani and riza’s relationship bc its realistic! they have their ups and downs but its still so enjoyable to see them develop. pleaseee watch this show ok u will not regret it.

5. Kabakura and Koyanagi from Wotakoi

kabakura and koyanagi are simply elite. its as simple as that. again, another couple that is together since the beginning (for a few years in fact) and i LOVE them. imma just say it.... they should be the main couple....... i love narumi and hirotaka tho! its just... i love these two a lottttt. their fights are so funny but they always make up in the end and they’re always there for each other ughhhh they love each other sm u can just tell. all of their moments are godly and i wanna see more of these two BADLY.

4. Ryuji and Taiga from Toradora

my<3 favorite<3 romance<3 anime<3. wow. these two go way back w me lmao. its like one of the first anime i watched and i just fell IN LOVE w them. i think these two are definitely more of a slowburn but theyre clearly soulmates from the very start. they got each other’s backs while also kickcing each other’s asses. they r made for each other and while this is, like i said, a slowburn, i think the pacing of their relationship is perfect and the payoff is so worth it. watch toradora ok.

3. Soul and Maka from Soul Eater

sigh. soul and maka. talk about ACTUAL soulmates. they are just actually perfect for each other and...... the fact that there is no sequel to soul eater is simply CRIMINAL. i need more of these two sososo bad and ill never get it but ya know what thats ok<3 doesnt change the fact that their compatibility is unmatched and they are so much fun to watch. they kick ass and manage to still be adorable and soft for each other<3 stan soma.

2. Edward and Winry from Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

oh and here we have my fav anime! of all time! yeah fmab is certainly not a romance by any means, but it still managed to portray edward and winry’s relationship perfectly. ofc i would have loved to see more of them BUT i get it, fmab isnt about romance. but when we do get moments w these two, they are just perfect. alllllll their moments and dialogue is always so MEANINGFUL even if its just when theyre bickering like a married couple! u just cant help but love these two and if you say they aren’t perfect for each other then u are just a big fat liar.

and he just leads you through the whole thing. he spins you around, and if your wearing a dress and it’s got some tulle on it, it swishes around when he spins you and oh my god the butterflies and smile he gets when you giggle because you love the way it swirls around you. and then people start backing up more, because at this rate, you guys are taking up the whole dance floor.

I jogged over and opened it to Reid with a bottle of wine and his overnight bag. “ That better have PJ’s in it because I can’t be the only one in them,” I spun around to reveal my doctor who shirt that I stole from him and my plaid pj shorts. “ Don’t worry I did,” He reassured kissing my forehead, “you know I believe I've seen that shirt somewhere before.” I smirked mischievously, “ I cant help what my hand finds when i’m packing my things.” He shook his head fondly and said, “ did you make popcorn?” “ OBVIOUSLY,” I said running into the kitchen to get the popcorn and a couple of wine glasses. I set them on the table as Reid went into my room to change, he was so shy , My phone rang and I picked it up, “ hello.” “ Hey so I have an update on Reid’s mystery girl,” Garcia rambled . “Oh have you,” I said looking out on of my windows. “ YES, so at the restaurant that Reid went to I asked for any reservations for that specific time and I cross checked all the names but one stuck out the name was Irene Adler, can you believe it, they’re using code names, i’m getting so close I can feel it in my bones,” Garcia sighed. I noticed Reid had emerged in a black shirt , Tardis pj pants and his glasses, I put a finger to my lips and smiled knowingly, “ code names wow she must be one smart cookie.” Spencer rolled his eyes and I playfully punched him in the shoulder. “ Yes, i’ll let you know when I get more ,” She said thoughtfully. “ Alright great because I have a bottle of wine with my name on it,” I chuckled. “ Ohhh can I come over,” She begged. My eyes went wide and I bit my lip before saying, “ listen Penelope, you know I love you but remember what I told you about me needing alone time, I don’t get energy from people like you do and these cases have really been wearing me out, but maybe on the weekend okay?”  She sighed loudly, “ fine FINE go enjoy yourself, I will do more digging.” I laughed, “ thank you , see you tomorrow, love you.” “ Yeah yeah,” she said then hung up. “ When did you become so masterful at lying,” Spencer asked as I hopped onto the couch next to him. “ Years of pretending my mom said no when I got invited to parties,” I said with a smile, “ now, do you want to know how cleaver she thinks Dr Reid’s new girlfriend is.” “ Oh I already know,” He said pulling me into a hug, “ I know how cleaver and beautiful and cute she is.” He always did this to make me all flustered. I pressed my face into his shirt so I didn’t have to look at him,” no fair, that’s cheating.”  “ I am just stating facts it is my favorite thing to do, now are we going to watch the movie,” he asked . “ Obviously,” I said gently sitting myself up so I could grab the remote and hit play then I snuggled back into his arms.  

When we started dating he was so nervous, he always was scared of doing the wrong thing, he apologized a lot. Luckily for him I was just as nervous and now look at us! Pros who talk during the entire movie either about random facts or making stupid jokes and have competitions on who can throw more popcorn in their mouth.

We stayed up later than we should have last night, it could have been the wine, it could have been me refusing to let Spencer win against me, but either way we were both at the coffee maker at work. “ Wohh, long night,” Derek asked me. Spencer seemed to naturally look tired all the time so I guess it was more obvious with me. I shrugged, “ I thought wine on a Wednesday was a good idea.” Derek laughed, “ no it is not, so Reid, any update on that girl of yours , when are we going to meet her?” “ Yeah come on,” I chimed in just to see him get a little flustered. I shrugged, “ oh well we tried.” Derek sighed, “ I thought you guys were close , you haven't heard anything.” I rolled my eyes, “ you know Spencer, he is a pretty tightly closed book.” He nodded and waved as I walked back to the tech corner. Garcia was typing a bit intensely on her computer. “ Good morning,” I said carefully. She didn’t turn around she simply said, “ I have an update on the mystery girl, it’s in a file on your desk.” I looked over and sure enough there was a case file that said “ Reid’s girlfriend” . I opened up to see my face, I bit my lip, “ how?” “ How, how,” She huffed, “ I decided to track Reid’s phone which is know isn’t necessarily fair but I was curious, and you know what it led to , your apartment complex. So I did some investigating and went to your apartment and I hear two voices in your living room and one sounded oddly like one Doctor Reid.” I sighed, “ we just wanted to make sure it was real before we said anything and Reid didn’t want to be teased by Derek.” “ Well,” She asked. I blushed a little and looked down, “ three months.” “WHAT, HOW how , I don’t understand how you have been keeping this from me for so long,” She gasped, “ I’m enraged you just lied to me!” “ Please it wasn’t anything personal we just didn’t want the extra pressure it’s kind of both of our first real relationship,” I mumbled. “ Noooooo really,” She said shocked. “ Penelope I was in MARCHING BAND in highschool, no one was lining up to date me,” I laughed, “ and in college I was more focused on getting out of college.” She nodded, “ fine….does he make you happy? Is he different outside work?” I smiled, “ I can only give away so many secrets in one day, but yes he makes me very happy hes smart and incredibly handsome, what is there more to ask for.” “ Awww i’m so happy for you two, but mad you hid it, but so happy,” She sighed then hugged me tightly, “ When can I tell everyone.” I rubbed my neck, “ not yet, please.” I knew that wouldn’t last but I wanted to give it a go. “ My lips are so sealed,” Penelope promised. I gave her a side glance then went back to my computer. I texted Spencer, “we have 12 hours of secrecy left Penelope tracked you last night.” “Are you nervous,” he replied. “ A little but , actually meet me in the hall 2 minuets,” I said, I couldn’t text this out.

I leaned on the wall tapping my fingers nervously. “ What is it ,” Spencer asked looking a bit worried. I smiled , “ Spencer I love you, from the moment I joined the BAU, from the moment we became friends, I loved you.” His eyes welled up with tears and his face was bright red , “ I, love you too.” He leaned over and kissed me I wrapped my arms around his neck and then we heard a light cough. We quickly separated and saw Penelope looking sheepish with Hotch, Rossi, Derek , Emily, and JJ all gathered around we were going to say something but they all just smiled, “ congratulations.” We let out a sigh of relief, guess the secrets out.

I’m super late to the part, but I have an alternate headcannon for the swing. A lot of autistic people don’t like swings, but a lot of autistic people really really love swings. The repetitive movements and just the overall feel can really help some people think and regulate emotions and feel creative. Maybe Cas was more like that, but as he got older, his dad tried to discourage him from it and people looked at him weird and eventually when he was like 14 the swing broke. He asked his dad to fix it, but his dss told him he was too old and big for a swing anyway. So Cas has to learn to do without and he feels more agitated and has a really good coping skill just ripped away. But when Sammy comes, he’s young and skinny and full of energy and Cas realizes “I can’t have a swing, but Sammy can!” And he’s so excited to give Sammy access to that amazing feeling and starts fixing the old one and it’s surprising to pull out out and realize how simple the repair is. It would have been so easy for his dad to fix it. But it’s also surprising how small the swings is, and it’s clear he wouldn’t super fit on it anymore. So he starts fixing it and while he does he’s talking excitedly to Dean all about it because he knows Dean loves taking care of Sammy and he talks all about how amazing Sammy will feel and how Sammy will be able to use it anytime he feels lonely or sad or... or angry! Because Sammy’s angry a lot! And this will help him feel better! And eventually Dean starts asking questions, because that sounds suspiciously like Cas is projecting and he finds out what happened and he’s like “Just build a sturdier swing” and Cas is like “no, I can’t do that” and Dean is like “okay... but why?” And Cas is like “I’m too big” and Dean is like “yeah, okay, but you could totally build a swing that would hold you” and Cas is like “but everyone would see me” but then Dean suggests a place they can put it that’s more tranquil and out of the way. And Cas is like “no it’s fine, I don’t need it” and focuses on Sammy’s swing, but he can’t get the thought out of his head so finally he caves and builds his own swing and he and Dean build it together and Cas loves it and uses it a lot to just think through things and Dean tries it out too, but gets bored a bit faster, but likes to put flowers on it where he knows Cas will find them. And Cas is so happy!

And also, Cas sees Sammy swinging and is like “ wow, I used to swing every day for years and I never jumped off like that, you crazy risk taker” and Sammy feels super brave and daring!
