Over time, your connection with Minho has only grown stronger, and perhaps, you've developed a crush on him. It was moments like these that made you feel privileged to be one of the few who could bring out that genuine joy in him.

As you said 'Good Luck,' you both performed your special handshake, a ritual you always followed before every game. Afterward, Minho mentioned that he had something important to tell you and went off to prepare himself. You waved him goodbye and found a seat in the bleachers. Do you know what I mean when I say your request gave me autumn/fall vibes? Like all I could imagine was a fireplace, hot cocoa, maple trees and a nice cozy cottage home (I wrote this BEFORE reading that your favourite season is fall btw :0)

So, I ended up matching you to Yukimiya Kenyu!

Initially, I actually thought of matching you to Alexis Ness, but… I couldn’t do that to you 😬

So, we know that Yukimiya is canonically a model, dresses nicely and has a calm/soft kind of aesthetic. I feel like he’d dress more of a light academia with coats and scarves, contrasting nicely with your deep jewel and earth tone attire/aesthetic. I know MBTI tests aren’t usually completely true to someone’s personality, but with you being an INTJ, I’d imagine you bring a vibe of comfort and care that not everybody does. With Yukimiya having constant worries about his wellbeing alongside playing soccer, you’d be able to be able to bring him a breath of fresh air and take his mind away from worrying too much all the time. 

For a day where the two of you go someplace together, I’d imagine he’d take you to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom, seeing as its one of the things that he’s interested in. Writing this matchup literally made me realise how lonely Bachira was for a majority of his time before Blue Lock (Bachira fic incoming very soon). So although he puts on an energetic and happy front most of the time, I feel like he definitely has some unspoken problems that flood his mind daily. For the most part, he's extroverted and positive most of the time, so I think he'd be able to easily get along with another person who shares the same/similar personality as him, seeing as he (alongside lots of people, but especially him) yearns to be understood by someone else, and I think you'd have no trouble bringing him that sort of comfort.

Bachira would probably love the fact that you do theatre. Seeing as he likes exciting things, I'm sure he'd definitely enjoy seeing the different characters you play and roles you partake in (I don't know much about theatre and choir so I'm sorry if you don't actually do any acting!). I'm sure he'd enjoy watching you practice. Here's a scenario that I imagined:

You've got an important play coming up, in which you take part as a person who gets rescued by a prince, king, or hero of sorts. So after spending ages deciding, I chose to match you to Ikki Niko! Hear me out on this one, okay?

Niko doesn't show it, but he's actually relatively passionate about the things he likes, and although he doesn't look it, he's interested in things other than soccer. Seeing as he enjoys watching Anime and is sort of a nerd in that regard, he'd definitely watch plays with you in the theatre or at home. He wouldn't really say anything to you about it at the start, but after a while, you'll find that he's randomly gotten more into it than before. I think Niko would definitely look into something that someone important to him really enjoys. That way, he can get closer to them without having to embarrass himself by asking them questions upon questions.

He also comes off to me as more of a listener than a speaker. Seeing as you enjoy talking lots and lots about the things you like, Niko would definitely sit and listen. I have a feeling that the two of you would sit on calls for hours, majority of the time would be spent with you talking about things you enjoy (aka, mainly history related things). He'd also take notes on the little things about yourself that you're interested in that you don't notice yourself talking about. Niko wouldn't want to show that he's overly into what you're saying, acting like he's doing work on his laptop over your call. It turns out that he's keeping track of what you're saying on a locked note called 'Her 🤍'.

Your comment about how someone told you that you dress like a dead grandma made me laugh 😭 however in this case its actually fine, as I don't think Niko is super big on fashion. Although he might make fun of you here and there, he's not the type to really care all that much about clothing styles. Also seeing as you say you're lazy in things which include sports, watching Niko play is just about the only thing you'd probably do in that regard. He doesn't say, but it secretly makes him super happy to know you're only watching it to see him on the field. For a little side scenario, I imagine that despite you not being overly extroverted, you might run up to him on the field after he scores the winning goal in a game, and hug him. He definitely wouldn't pry you off, but he'd get a little flustered. Though secretly he'd want everyone watching to know that he actually does have a special someone rooting for him and him only.

Paul- He's the STAR of KISS. I probably wouldn't have gotten into KISS if it weren't for him. Everything I adore and want to be

Gene- I wanna listen to him talk while we share milk and chocolate chip cookies together

Peter- I have a soft spot for him. I think he can be really sweet and cute

Ace- Sexy, trashy, baby girl, sexy girl in hooker boots. Wanna bend over and smack that ass. He and Paul are my bisexual fantasies. BUT SERIOUSLY, The first guitar player that made me go WOW. Never got the hype about lead guitarists before but then I was thinking of 80s rock and 80's rock solos never resonated with me. His solos are iconic, not just shredding/mindless noodling. As someone who never learned how to read music, I think it's amazing he influenced many to learn. I'd love to learn how to play. Not to be in a band but I've always wanted to play a guitar. Also, I'd love to hang out with him. He's funny and bright. I think there's softness to him and I'd like to believe (coming from a fan, of course) that he's a good person. He also reminds me of my ex early 90s era....so I guess I have a soft spot for him

Eric C- I wish I could meet him. If I had to pick one member I could meet it would be him because I know he'd be super sweet

Vinnie- talented songwriter and amazing voice. Gorgeous

Mark- He did his job on Animalize

Bruce- Super sweet. He was the cutie of the group during revenge era ngl. Paul had competition.

Eric S- Seems really funny. got a nice tight body. seems every KISS drummer has a nice bod.

Tommy- Loyal and hard working. I can see why KISS kept him. Honestly he'd the kind of guy you want in your group.

7. What do you dislike about each member?

Gene- Condescending. I can see he has some views on things that I'd butt heads with him on

Paul- Overly critical of others, may come across cold. He scares me. y'all see his posts for new years???? He can come across very hurtful in his choice of words

Peter- Bitter (in the past it seems) and tbh some of the shit I read and heard that unfortunately was allowed to slide (sometimes even passed off as "funny" stories). It's a sensitive topic for me.

Ace- like Peter, awful things said and done that cannot be solely blamed on addiction which I'm very glad he recovered from btw. I'm honestly glad I never put this man on a pedestal and it's not just because "he's human like the rest of us". lol I love him but I'm glad I've been exposed to the bad early on this obsession so I don't have any unrealistic ideas about ppl, you know? I think I need to sleep with him to sort out these feelings lol

Eric C- I don't know that much to comment and feels almost unfair because he was taken away from us much too soon

Vinnie- stop scamming people omg. the insanity and charging ppl for memberships and you haven't released shit???

Mark- don't know about him. can't comment

Bruce- Maybe too nice for his own good.

Eric S- I don't know. Should have created a sex tape with Gene

Tommy- Kinda weird seeing him try to mimic Ace's facial expressions. One thing to imitate solos and his space persona but his mannerisms? I dunno just weird to see someone mimic what Ace's face naturally does? Kissy pouty lips only work for Ace

years ago, just bombarded with their imagery and sound on TV shows

This is hard because early 90s KISS was TIGHT. but I'll always love the original 4, but sweet Foxy and Brucie is so precious

FUCCKKK....see this is hard. I have a big soft spot for Dynasty/Unmasked but I also love DTK and HTH

14. What are your opinions on Tommy and Eric?

They did their job. If they hadn't stepped in I wouldn't have seen KISS final show and for that I am grateful. I enjoyed their participation.

I'd ask if I could suck their dick. That's tough. What haven't they've been asked before? Honestly I got some questions for Ace that's been bugging me and I know I'd never get them answered unless I knew him personally and had a real heart-to-heart conversion. I dunno I can only go off from a fan's perspective about how that'll go

16. What other bands/artists are you into?

Led Zeppelin, Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Lady Gaga, Stromae, used to really like Adam Ant, The Sweet, OLP, Franz Ferdinand, Daft Punk. I listen to all kinds of genres and artists so I like what I like

Hard because I love Paul but he scares me. I think I'd need more than a day to get comfortable with him. I'd love to spend a day with Eric C or Bruce because they seem the nicest. Maybe I'd love to hang with Peter now. Gene, may be fun. He's a good talker. Though it be fun to get one-on-one time with Ace. I'd love a tour of all his tech and then we can compare and just geek out on technology.

20. How would you explain the band to someone who isn't familiar with KISS?

I don't know. Honestly the other people who answered this already gave greats explanations. So many pass judgment on them without giving them a chance. They're a one-of-a-kind experience. There will never be a band like them.

disney live watch part 1 -Sleeping Beauty (1959)

Today this post is dedicated to SLEEPING BEAUTY - one of my favourites growing up. It is also my favourite stylistically.

First off, sharing is caring. ☺️ plus i will unplug my crismis tree when my viewing partner decides to move on (and after i get some lunch :( )

Im gonna start with one of my favourite sequences in the film. As im watching im noticing all the l different art going on in the backgrounds and i just 💙🩷💚 the fairies are also the best

So gorgeous. Reminds me of those music player screens you'd watch for hrs on end in the early 2000s

She is just gorgeous and i love that she has a crow and i love her gown and i love her cheekbones

Aurora's parents are also so lovely. I for sure for sure for sure had a crush on the Queen as a kid. The gentleness between them, the queen's gentle hands...Just wonderful.

I love catching characters as they're talking. You can catch so many microexpressions, silly moments...so good. Also dont yell at me but im starting to wonder if Kanaya was loosely based off her? Those lil dark spikes off the sides of her headpiece?

So Skylanders was a series of video games that were released in the early to mid 2010s, the basic story of them is that a group of heroes called the Skylanders protect their home world known as Skylands, until they ended up in a battle with their biggest enemy: Kaos, he unleashed a weapon that blew the Skylanders to Earth, leading them to become frozen statues, which were found by the Portal Master (aka the player), after that is six whole games of the portal master and the Skylanders kicking Kaos’ ass, it’s great for most of it!

But one thing i didn’t touch upon was the NPCs…

The NPCs usually consist of six-seven characters, most notably Hugo, Flynn, Cali, Buzz and Mags (occasionally Sharpfin and Tessa are there too! They originally debuted in Swap Force whereas Mags and Buzz debuted in the forth game, the first three were introduced in the first game)

Calynn is the ship between Cali and Flynn! Who are mostly portrayed as quite good friends!

Now this is we’re I’ll go into them as characters and their relationships with each other!

First off we have Flynn!

Flynn is very overconfident and full of himself, often referring to himself as “The best pilot in Skylands”, buuut he’s has like one braincell and isn’t actually that good at driving (even with his own airship), despite that, he’s still a major member of the main NPC cast no matter how dumb he is, he’s definitely one of my favourites and I love him very much!

Now when it comes to his relationship with Cali, he basically fell in love with her the moment he saw her (or in this case, when she is first mentioned), he’s always trying to flirt with her in the first two games, but they do form a genuine friendship throughout the series, even with his feelings still very much blooming

And then there’s Cali!

(She’s the girlie in my profile pic btw!)

Cali is a usual tough girl character, she’s supposedly a famous adventurer (she’s sort of a Lara Croft type character!), she’s fiesty and she’s got a shit ton of snarky sass! She usually gives you challenges to beat in-game, she’s a badass and is also another favourite of mine!

When it comes to her relationship with Flynn, she usually rolls her eyes at his flirting and dumbassery, but she also forms an aforementioned friendship with him overtime, to the point where in the IDW comics, she’s implied to have feelings for him, but she’s never admitted it!

Overall, Flynn and Cali get along pretty well as friends, they have some hilarious and entertaining banter, and they work pretty damn well as lovers (even if they’ve never became canon), i love them very deeply and I’m constantly coming up with fic ideas for them in my head!

1. What’s your favourite sims death?

Old age on platinum aspiration. It’s always sweet to see your sim move on peacefully.

2. Alpha CC or Maxis Match?

More on the Maxis match side (TS2 match that is, not TS4 match). In hindsight and on seeing other people’s answers, “semi-realistic” probably fits best.

3. Do you cheat when your sims gain weight?

Haha wtf no.

4. Do you use move objects?

Yes.

5. Favorite mod?

Hard to choose. I’ll just say Simler90 and @midgethetree are my favorite modders.

6. First expansion/game/stuff pack you got?

Nightlife. I never played the TS2 base game only, I started after Nightlife’s release, when my grandmother gifted my cousin and me the Deluxe Edition. I’m so thankful that she did.

7. Do you pronounce “live mode” like aLIVE or LIVing?

Like living.

8. Who’s your favorite sim that you’ve made?

There isn’t a single one but I have many favorites among the sims I use for CC modeling.

9. Have you made a simself?

Sort of, recently. That would be one of the TF sims I use for CC modeling, the nearly bald one with skin 1 and dark eyes. Their face features are not a match to mine really, I’m not good at recreating faces, but that would be the closest I’ve made (and also my first time actually using some of the facial asymmetry sliders I have in my folder). The sim I use as an avatar on my socials doesn’t look like me at all.

10. What sim traits do you give yourself?

Loner, brooding, clumsy, shy, vegetarian, eco-friendly, frugal.

11. Which is your favorite EA hair color?

The mohawks have pretty good custom gradients.

12. Favorite EA hair?

Maybe getfabulous? The name is swaying me for sure. I gave that hair to the deceased founder of my custom neighborhood Oaken Valley, so it does have a special place in my heart.

13. Favorite life stage?

I like them all and how different they feel to one another. I like the slightly crouched posture of elders, the young adult walk, or how kids materialize a stool to step on when something is out of their reach. And toddlers and babies are adorable.

14. Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay?

I do both, depending on what I feel like in the moment.

15. Are you a CC creator?

Yes.

16. Do you have any simblr friends/a sim squad?

I have positive interactions with people from the community but I don’t have a definite circle.

20. How has your “sim style” changed throughout your years of playing?

I started playing TS2 when I was like 9, and for the longest time I didn’t know that CC was a thing. I was partial to faces 1 and 2 and all of my sims kind of looked the same. I even gave cosmetic surgery to some of the premades with the career reward station once I learned the “unlockcareerrewards” cheat. I remember giving Goneril Capp face 1 (one of the most contempt-worthy decisions I’ve ever made, to be sure). I am now appalled by this and my game has become more diverse, although there is still much work to be done. These days I’m in the process of making plenty of CC for custom body shapes so I can overhaul my CC folder once again and make a custom neighborhood with the best sims ever, it’s gonna be great.

So many great creators out there. My favorites are the ones whose work I tend to use for my own CC endeavors.

but anyways once u get there yall play and have fun for some time but suddenly u get a phone call from ur friend and u excuse urself to take the call; u go to the kitchen and start talking to ur friend and everything and then suddenly the topic of your conversion turns to ur massive crush on nagi. so u start saying things like “i like him sm” “he’s so cute when he’s concentrated” or “he’s so JANDJWJD when he’s teaching me how to play” BUT u don’t noticed that he’s been eavesdropping on u long enough to ear ur little confessions (😩)

still not knowing that he overheard ur conversation, u go back like nothing happened and sit beside him. some time passed and it’s time for u to go home, but when u guys reach the door and are ab to say goodbye to each other, nagi pulls u close and kissed u (OSJDJWJDJEJR); not satisfied with the kiss he decided to pull u one more time, but this time u decided to do better and kissed him more feverishly- it just turned into a hot make out session ✨✨✨

anyways, i love this :((( best thing to wake to ever in the morning, especially since i was so mad at tumblr for all the shit it was putting me through. this brightened my day tho so thank u <3

nagi being a homebody makes imagining homely and domestic scenarios with him SO TASTY. his apartment is relatively clean and well-cared for, he has a minimalist lifestyle (not by choice though, he's just too lazy clean up after it otherwise).

but i think nagi is also someone who values his space and privacy, so when he asks you to come over and play some games with him- HIS NUMBER ONE LEISURE ACTIVITY- it's pretty obvious you mean a lot to him. well, to himself at least. you don't understand the memo just yet, but it's safe to say that nagi is overjoyed to finally have someone use his second player remote.

connecting another controller to the console felt surreal and it made him a little giddy on the inside. he grabbed whatever beanbags he had and placed them in front of his tv, setting up a little, but formidable space for the two of you to game freely.

you show up with his favourite snacks and he's ready to get on one knee and propose (you weren't even married), especially when you bring all of his favourite snacks. there's ramen in there too.

the night goes smoothly, thank goodness his setup is working properly, he doesn't use the tv very often to game but since you were coming over, a phone screen and monitor wouldn't be fitting. the clock eventually hits 12 am and nagi says he needs to take a shower, self-conscious about any stench that might come from him that would drive you away. it doesn't seem like the gaming is going to end any time soon, so you tell him to go and you'll chill for a while.

THEN, your friend shoots a text since you told them that you'd be going to nagi's for a hangout, asking how it was. immediately, you call them and they answer before the first ring and you retreat into his kitchen to discuss.

nagi's shower doesn't take too long, just a scrub down and he's back in action. when he reappears in the living room, you're still in the kitchen, too caught up in your ranting to realise that he can now hear you through the thin walls of his apartment.

you're saying things like 'i like him so much, he's so cute', 'he's so sweet, even when i lose', 'he's so funny that it makes him even more attractive!', and nagi is LOSING HIS SHIT. his heart is racing in his ears and he's cursing himself for it bc all he wants to hear is how you're gushing about him when you don't know he knows. shit, you were going to end him, nagi's sure of it.

when you return to the living room, you're a little surprised to see that your white-haired friend has returned. you immediately panic at the realisation that he could have heard you, but the way he's acting all nonchalant and normal indicates otherwise. okay... maybe you were okay.

the night continues on for another hour or so before you let out your first yawn, signifying that it was probably time for you to leave, despite neither party wanting for that to happen. nagi reluctantly gets up to let you out so you can go home, concerned for your wellbeing since it was so late already. he wants to ask if you could stay the night because he's so selfish but hey, nagi's human, and humans have desires.

but when he opens the door, it feels wrong to just hug you as a farewell, so without thinking, he grabs your face and pulls you in for a searing kiss. it catches you off guard, eyes widening for a moment before realising what was happening and melting into him.

without even seeing what he was doing, nagi slams his door shut and presses you against the wood for some kind of stability. you're not too sure when this evolved into a makeout session, but you hardly have any reason to complain, especially since nagi kisses you like he's been wanting this a long time.

it's between kisses that he murmurs a confession of 'i like you', pressing kisses against the corners of your lip in his delirium, unable to get rid of his need to be as close to you as humanly possible.

safe to say you stay the night, plus, you earned a date for saturday!

Prompt 33: “You are such a nerd.”

“Are you crying?” Daniel asked, as he watched Johnny surreptitiously wipe his eyes when the credits started to roll.

“No,” Johnny said, turning away.

“It's OK if you are,” Daniel said, putting a hand on his back.

When Johnny moved in, their first night together, Daniel had suggested watching movie and pulled his DVD of Iron Man off the shelf.

“You ever seen this?” Daniel asked.

“Nah, is it good?”

“It's awesome, yeah,” Daniel said, as he opened the cover.

“As good as Iron Eagle?” Johnny asked, raising an eyebrow.

“You'll have to judge that for yourself,” Daniel replied as he put the disc into the player.

Johnny enjoyed the film, and was shocked when he heard that there was an entire series of 22 films, so it became their thing. Every Friday and Saturday night they'd have a six pack and watch a Marvel film, curled around each other on the couch.

“Johnny, are you OK?” Daniel asked.

Johnny turned around, his eyes wet, and he waved his arm angrily at the TV. “Why did Tony Stark have to die, man? He had a kid and he was happy! After 21 movies of him being drunk and miserable he was finally happy, and then he DIES?! What kind of bullshit is that?”

“Wow, you really liked him, huh?” Daniel said.

“He was my favourite, yeah,” Johnny said, sniffing. “He was better than that prick, Rogers. I thought he was the one who was gonna die.”

“Hey, now,” Daniel said, smiling as he held up a hand. “Captain America is my favourite, so don't go dissing him.”

“He would be your favourite, yeah,” Johnny said, rolling his eyes. “That asshole lied to Tony about how his parents were killed, he split up the Avengers, so it was his fault they lost, and everyone got snapped by Thanos. And he kissed Sharon Carter then went off to live with her Aunt Peggy in the past even though he knew she had a husband, and he didn't even tell Sam he was going to do it. The guy's a dick!”

“Wow,” Daniel laughed. “I had no idea you were such a nerd.”

Johnny visibly tensed at Daniel's side, blinking at him for a second then he looked away. He'd told Daniel so many times that he hated Kreese, that he wanted to wipe out every single thing he'd ever done, every mark he'd made on his life, yet he still kept coming back to his most basic of lessons.

“Johnny,” Daniel said softly. “It's OK to be a nerd. It's not a bad thing.”

Johnny let out a non-committal sound next to him, his back still stiff as a rod.

“I'm a nerd too, and you think I'm badass, right?” Daniel asked.

“Yeah, you're OK,” Johnny sighed. “You're definitely a bigger nerd than me though.”

“What makes you say that?”

“You had 22 Marvel films on DVD for a start,” Johnny said with a chuckle. “That's like king of the nerds, right there.”

As Johnny started to relax, Daniel pulled out his phone, and brought up a website. “Pick one.”

“What?” Johnny asked.

“Pick an Iron Man T Shirt,” Daniel said. “I want to buy one for you.”

Johnny looked down the page, and said, “I like that one.”

“Yeah, it's cool. Looks like a band T shirt,” Daniel said, as he jabbed at his phone screen. “And now it's yours.”

“Hey, look at that,” Johnny said, pointing at the phone. “They do Iron Man helmets on here that you can actually wear.”

“You want one?” Daniel asked.

“Don't you think it's a bit much?” Johnny asked, raising an eyebrow.

“Nah,” Daniel replied, as he added it the basket. “You'll look awesome wearing it stood next to me when I'm holding the Captain America Shield I'm about to buy myself.”

2, 10, 19, & 20 for the fallout asks?

2: Which enemy creeps you out the most? 

Back in 3 it was feral ghouls. I really didn't like the whole 'undead' thing, they creeped me out in skyrim too. I'd actually get pretty shakey, but I had more issues with anxiety back then anyway.

For 4 I don't think any enemy really creeps me out, I guess ferals still get me sometimes. Also I don't like bloodbugs and stingwings. They are just so hard to hit.

10: What was your least favourite quest?

The first quest Preston gives you to go help Tenpines Bluff which then sends you all the way down to Corvega.

It just makes no sense.

You're fresh out of the vault and the Corvega raiders are one of the toughest gangs in the Commonwealth - hell, they're the gang that chased Preston and his group into the Museum of Freedom and killed the rest of his Minutemen. And you're meant to just go fight them alone (alright, you do have Codsworth) right off the bat? These guys killed half of Danse's group too btw. He lost two men to them. Trained soldiers with power armour.

It also makes no sense that Tenpines sends you there when the raiders at Olivia are so much closer and would realistically be more of a problem than the guys who probably have to camp overnight everytime they would head up to Tenpines. And for what? Some tatos?

Overall, the quest is super weird narratively, and it's annoying being sent halfway down to the city just to turn back and report back in to Tenpines and Preston. Especially since this is all meant to be part of your 'tutorial' of the game mechanics still. Just send the player to Olivia.

Hmm, I think we get enough companions honestly. We get 16 of the buggers after all. But what I would have liked is more temporary companions.

Playing into my desire to also have multiple at a time, I think this could have been really fun or interesting. Imagine going through something like the Arc-jet quest with Rhys and Haylen present too?

Honestly I think a lot of complaints about the companions we have stem from how unscripted a lot of events are, meaning important events happen at weird times and their behaviour bugs out. You don't get that so much with temporary companions since you only have them for a set quest with more scripting to keep them in place. Bethesda's NPCs just work better when they stick to story rails.

20: Which is your favourite faction? Why?

The Minutemen! Overall they are the best faction. They're just genuinely trying to help people live better, safer lives, and they aren't trying to force those people to live them any sort of way in return. The people decide what they want with their lives, and so long as they aren't hurting others the Minutemen will defend and provide for them!

I'm also of the opinion that they are the choice to go for when facing off against the Institute because they are so focused on helping the people, all of the people, and without any specific cause in mind otherwise. They are also the only faction that could possibly negotiate some sort of alliance between the other factions. The Railroad and Brotherhood would never work together on their own, but with the Minutemen as peacekeepers it could work. That's an ending option I would have liked to see, rather than choosing one and either ignoring the others or destroying them all.

WUAGHHHHH I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN I LIKE THEM SOOOO MUCH i really really want to talk about General interpretations but it's hard because of how obviously biased i am. but. Augh. this is so nothing but it got long and i'm embarrassed so woe read more be upon ye

i gotta start by mentioning that faelings original design & concept for suns (and spearmaster by extension) is sooo important to me and a lot of my personal interp comes from that, comics like this (link to the official discord btw) that they made for example! and though it has arguably less to do with suns, the 1.5 drought mod also has a special place in my heart but if i get too into that i'll start screaming and crying about it. just know that wanderer is so special to me and suns has two kitty cats that they love so much ok?🫶

anyways. i think because of the fact they aren't fleshed out much in canon aside from the spearmaster broadcasts there's a lot left up for the player to decide, which honestly is really fun to me and i genuinely love seeing other peoples interpretations!! but personally because you mentioned it and because i feel kinda strongly about this in particular, i wanna say that i don't think suns is mean, i think they definitely have the potential to be overprotective and intimidating, but it'd almost always be out of love. one thing the broadcasts ARE good at showing is just how much they care about basically everybody around them, even if they're a little.. dense about some things. they way they talk in the chat logs with nsh, about their guilt over pebbles' situation and trying to make up for it even though pebbles clearly doesn't want their help, about dooming not only pebbles but moon as well (who as far as canon text goes, they don't seem to have ever personally talked to moon at all imo). and when nsh stops messaging them, or becomes increasingly worried about moon, they get visibly concerned about his wellbeing as well and does their best to console him. my favourite broadcasts are the ones about their gradual realization that maaaaybe they care about spearmaster a little more than they originally intended to. they raised spearmaster, going as far as to teach it a personally modified sign language rather than a quick and easy one-way mark of communication like most iterators would do. the chat logs after spearmaster encounters pebbles and how worried suns was for it, about how they regret ever sending them to pebbles in the first place, and that they just wished it'd return home to them safely. there's also the fact that they kept an eye on spearmaster with their overseer basically 24/7, to the point that even pebbles knew that suns was watching. overseers can act on their own, we know that from what we see in canon, but pebbles knew that suns was actively watching when spearmaster entered his can. which. god this wasn't supposed to be about pebbles but pebbles not killing spearmaster is something that's so important to me because he so easily could have killed them and there was no reason for him not to. but despite how hurt he was and how wronged he felt, he knew that it would have ruined suns so he held himself back and it's so AAUUGHHHHHH!!!!!!! i love them all so much. this is barely even about suns anymore sorry i didn't mean to type so much about spearmaster i just love their campaign so much. don't even get me started on the thought of ascending as spearmaster that shit will make me start killing people i actually was going to talk about headcanon stuff too (mostly stuff from before the global ascension/after riv) but. i started thinking too hard about suns and pebbles and spearmaster and wanderer and and and. Well sorry but i fear that if i think about rain world any more today i may end up on national television. so maybe another day

i agree i think they've mentioned it before too but to me as a player who did previous games i feel like it's also the pinnacle of all the good things from the previous games and playing it i definitely feel all the aspects that came from the games before and they're just merged so nicely and wonderfully in elden ring chef's kiss heh

tbh i've always avoid magic builds for that exact reason,,,, like when the game first game out it was just leagues and leagues of people saying 'use magic builds it's the best way to cheese the game' but i personally suck at managing flasks so i NEVER play builds that require fp solely for that reason i just,,,need as much health and help as i can get LOL i have mad respect for people who are able to play magic builds but i'm simply too greedy and too eager to get close to a boss to handle playing magic at a distance kkkkkk that's the one thing keeping me from doing moonveil bc it relies a bit on fp TT even in my greatsword + faith run im relying mostly on my sword instead of the spells god i need to get better at managing magic fr 😭

yeah i feel u sladfhsjdfh it's difficult to manage the flasks for sure but also being powerful like that and being able to maintain distance makes you play really bad... that's why i'm not enjoying my magic build as much because it doesn't very much require reacting to the boss' movements because you can pummel them with hard hitting stuff while still being out of reach 😭 like... i'm such a melee build biased person that even during my magic run carian slicer is my go-to alskjfhlsjdfh btw!! i assume you know distortion2? he's my favourite streamer and he has done a really interesting challenge run for elden ring where he killed every single boss in the game with a unique spell / summon! it took him ages but it was so much fun to watch, especially live 🥰 i highly recommend him and his content!! (he beat the any% glitchless category world record yesterday at 57:34 hehe)

CAPRICORN: Museum date!!! Tbh this is my placement and it's probably my dream date so I chose it. I don't care too much what kind of museum it is, as long as it's cool and interesting. I want you to know I'm mature and reliable ad stable and secure cuz I go to museums and that's totally something a responsible person would do??? I want to admire you while you admire the artifacts. AQUARIUS: Star-gazing date!! Inquisitively and lovingly staring into something as impossibly incomprehensible as the galaxy is the most Aquarius thing I can imagine. We will take turns pointing out constellations and getting super excited about them. We will also take turns in telling the other each story behind each constellation. Even if they know it already, it's so fun anyway. Creating shapes with the stars, trying to figure out if they look like anything, and realising the person next to me is somehow more outstanding than the stars themselves. The star-gazing will quickly turn into a philosophical discussion, but it's equally as magical.

PISCES: Painting date!!! Buying the biggest canvas we can find, and then searching for an empty park to set up in. Painting shitty ('artistic') works of each other. Using the colours and the brush to convey feelings that words can't quite express clearly enough. Staring at you as I try to do your perfect features justice on this canvas. Unfortunately, you were clearly created ethereal by the gods and I am not that talented. I'll try my darn best though!!
