Tanaka Emiko was born in 1997 as the only child to a well-off couple in Kyoto, Japan. Growing up with a good chunk of money, Emiko had been enrolled in the top-notch private schools since she first began attending school. Due to her parents’ occupations taken up most of their time, Emiko spent most of her childhood being take care of by her grandmother when she wasn’t busy with school.

Having a strong interest in dance since she was a toddler, her family enrolled her in dance classes as soon as she turned four. Not only did she have an interest in dance but she also had a natural talent for it, easily and quickly picking up on multiple forms of dance but she primarily excelled in ballet. When Emiko started middle school, her parents sent her off to a private boarding school in Tokyo, where she was also became enrolled in one of the best ballet academies in Tokyo.

During a special performance held by her ballet academy, Emiko was scouted by a member of staff for Angelico Entertainment. Not having much of an interest in kpop or in becoming an idol, Emiko originally just ignored the scout, but after months of the scout attending her performances and asking her to audition for their company, Emiko finally caved and submitted an audition. When she received the news that she had been accepted as a trainee, it took a while for her to make the decision if she was going to become a trainee or not. Emiko finally made her decision and became a trainee under Angelico Entertainment in the summer of 2013.

After training for three years, Emiko was informed that she would be making her debut as the next Winter in Angelico’s girlgroup Seasons. The idea of debuting in a well established group scared Emiko for a while but after getting to know her members and officially debuting, Emiko could not have been happier. Being one of the longest standing and most popular member of Seasons, everyone was shocked when the group went silent in the beginning of 2019 and then when the girls were announced to be graduating from the group. Not much is known about why Emiko graduated from Seasons or what went down behind the scenes, but Emiko held her official graduation concert called “A Winter’s Breeze” in early April of 2019 and released her graduation song called “BABE”.

After graduating from Seasons, Emiko quickly terminated her contract with Angelico Entertainment and signed a contract with a small company called Clockwork Entertainment. It didn’t take long after she joined Clockwork for them to announce that she would be debuting in their new girlgroup called Girlcode. Re-debuting in Girlcode in August of 2019, Emiko became the leader of four other girls that were relying on her previous experience in the industry and popularity to get them out of nugudom. While the group did have a two or three popular releases over the fourteen months that they were active, their company was just not making enough money to keep the group well promoted and active.

When Girlcode officially disbanded, Emiko quickly found herself signing a new contract with BE:LIFT LAB to become a trainee on their newest survival show “THE HIVE”. After weeks of grueling challenges and heart-wrenching eliminations, Emiko placed 11th in the final ranking, sadly missing out on debuting in Honeymoon (@hcneypit) by one position. Her time on the show garnered her a bunch of attention and led to multiple companies wanting to sign her as an artist. Emiko ended up signing with Flowerbank Entertainment in the end, and after training with them for a couple months, Emiko made her official debut as a soloist with the song “Woman” in February of 2022.

A Fool

A fool to think she could be indifferent, a fool to think she could bear the separation, to say goodbye to him only in front of the cameras, to wish him to stay healthy and to take care of himself in front of everyone, Chaeri felt like an idiot. A fool to believe she could have stayed home the night before his departure.

Chaeri's AirPods were out of battery, and the volume on her cell phone was set to maximum, yet she didn't mind. She didn’t care that Jungkook's faint voice was echoing in the dim alley she was hurrying through, just having stepped out of the dark car that had hastily brought her to that point.

The pajama sweatpants she wore, not having had time to change into jeans, were lightweight. However, she remained unaffected by the biting winter wind, the weather gearing up for the first snow of that Christmas season. It would be the first snow she'd experience without her group, or rather, without her family, in 10 years.

The hoodie she had on was oversized, so much so that she had to repeatedly pull up the sleeves that kept sliding down her arms, extending to cover her hands, which made it challenging for her to hold the phone.

She knew the rest of the way by heart, so she allowed herself to stare at Jungkook's tired, sad face through the cell phone screen.

He was giggling over a comment about the dryer being active just hours before he started his military career, but the laughter didn't genuinely reflect in his eyes

The boy she had grown up with, the one who slept in the bed next to hers when all eight of them shared a single room, her best friend, her first kiss, her first love—the boy who had strained his voice singing to her until her nightmares faded away.

Her family.

He was going to leave in a few hours, and she would see him again, God knew when.

She was stupid to think that she could stay at her place without feeling the need to look him in the eye to bid him farewell, without the pressure of pretending and calculating words, smiles, looks.

"I'll miss you," Jungkook said, his voice soft, warm, almost hoarse. Chaeri knew him better than anyone else, knew for a fact that he would cry as soon as the live broadcast ended. And she had to be there. She owed it to him.

Despite all.

The janitor of the building where he lived recognized her right away; there was no need to show him documents or go through the necessary checks to ensure safety for the residents. She was grateful, as she was in such a hurry that she probably would not have stopped if he had tried.

She quickly made the decision to run up the stairs, two by two, as the elevator would be too slow, and she needed to reach there immediately. She felt the physical urgency.

The phone display went black; Jungkook had concluded the live, and she was right outside his door.

Gasping, her cheeks red from running.

The UGG TAZZs on her feet had only made it more challenging, threatening to trip her up more than once, but she was there. Finally.

Her long black hair stuck out messily from the ponytail she had tied back at home; she was stripped of her makeup, utterly unkempt, and hardly presentable. Yet, when the door slowly opened, and Jungkook's face appeared, his eyes wet with the tears she had anticipated, she felt perfectly in order.

Perfectly as she was supposed to be.

There is only one person who calls you in the middle of the night and there is only person whose call you answer regardless how tired you are. Sitting up on your twin-sized bed, you put on your rectangular spectacles and grab the vibrating phone on your nightstand.

“Hey,” you greet in a hoarse voice.

“Hey, I’m outside,” Jungkook says on the other line.

You glance at the time on your phone—2:37 am—and without thinking twice about it, you reply, “Okay. I’ll be downstairs in a bit.”

Jungkook says okay and hangs up. You quickly make your way out of your room, grabbing your wooly hoodie hanging on your chair tucked under your desk along the way, and tiptoe to the bathroom to not wake your parents.

After you wash your face and brush your teeth, you leave your humble abode, sucking your teeth as you open the squeaking gate. Once the gap is enough for you to slip through, you see Jungkook’s car immediately. It’s parked a couple of houses down from yours, but it stands out—not only because it’s white; it’s one of the few cars parked on your street.

You make your way to the white Mercedes-Benz and hear the familiar click of his lock. Then, you open the door and step into his car. Immediately, you feel the chilly air, hear the soft RnB song from his stereo, and smell his pungent expensive cologne mixed with the obvious nicotine.

“Ready?” Jungkook asks, putting his car on drive.

You nod, putting on your seatbelt. He nods back and begins to drive. Like the other nights, the drive is filled with silence. During these minutes, you rest your head on the window, watching the establishments outside pass by and let your thoughts race.

It’s Monday, you have a seven thirty class in a few hours, and a total of two and a half hours of sleep. Knowing what’s about to come once you arrive at the place, you’re sure you won’t be able to catch up any more after. The rational part of you knows that you shouldn’t have answered the call and ride this car, but when it comes to the man beside you, you always listen to your heart.

You’re not exactly sure how this began. You’re not sure what to call this too. All you know is that after spending the night with Jeon Jungkook during the block after finals party back in freshman year, just talking and sometimes kissing, the two of you started something. He began messaging you, at first, using academics as an excuse to do so, but the academic chats turned into more, then the calls came. Through the night, you’d be on the call with him, talking about everything and nothing, until the both of you fell asleep and daybreak arrived.

In those moments, you fell for him—hard. But you knew better than to let those feelings grow, let alone be known. You and Jungkook couldn’t be any more different from each other. He’s worlds away from you despite the close proximity between the two of you now in his car. Besides, you knew Jungkook would never return your feelings because his heart would always belong to Andi Yu even when he’s kissing you.

It was enough being this for him because throughout the years, it’s better to be something than nothing in his life at all.

It’s an hour later when you arrive at the bay side. After buying some snacks from the local convenience store (and a pack of Marlboro Red for Jungkook), you lead the way, as usual, to your spot with the plastic bag containing all the snacks and drinks swinging on your side. It’s quite chilly since it’s early in the morning and the water has been pulled back from the shore below. The crescent moon doesn’t cast much light, but fortunately, there are still street lamps along the bay.

Once you’re at your usual spot, you pull yourself onto the stone wall, a smile instantly appearing on your tired face as you look at the orange lights from the lamps glisten on the water below you. Moments later, Jungkook sits beside you, letting his leg rest over the other side of the wall while you have yours crossed under you.

“You walk so fast,” he comments as he takes the can of beer from the plastic bag. “Like you’re always running from something.”

“I can’t help it,” you tell him. “I’ve always been a fast walker.”

You take out the sandwich from the plastic bag along with the bottle of coffee, placing the latter beside you. The soft pop of Jungkook’s beer fills the air.

“Did you finish reading the assigned cases for Consti?” he asks.

You nod. “I did. Did you?”

He shakes his head, smacking his lips after drinking his beer. “I got distracted.”

You hum in response. “I can send you my case digests. We still have the entire day before Consti.”

“Yeah?” Jungkook glances at you for confirmation. You nod once again. He nudges your side and you look up at him through your spectacles while taking a bite out of your pepperoni and cheese sandwich. The soft charming smile is plastered on his lips. “Thanks, Y/N.”

Silence falls between the two of you again. You’ve finished your sandwich and are halfway to your coffee when Jungkook speaks again.

“Andi wants to get back together,” he shares, leaning back with his arms as support. He crosses his feet below. “She messaged me a while ago, asking to meet up, and we did. Then she asked if we could try again.”

You’ve heard of this story before. But it still doesn’t soften the blow in your heart every time that you do. You have, however, mastered the art of acting nonchalant about it.

“That’s good, then,” you reply. “You can try again.”

“You think so?” he asks.

When you look over your shoulder, Jungkook is already staring at you. As always, you can’t decipher what exactly he’s feeling or thinking at the moment. His face remains passive, stoic when it comes to conversations about his on again, off again relationship with Andi.

You give him a tight-lipped smile, nodding. “Yeah. It’s obvious you still love her and she loves you. It doesn’t have to be complicated.”

Jungkook pokes his cheek with his tongue, nodding slowly. “I guess so. As expected, you are the smartest person I know, Lim Y/N.”

You know this. But when it comes to Jeon Jungkook, you’re a fucking idiot.

Yesterday, Dispatch reported that the two idols are currently in a relationship and included photos taken of the pair as they said goodbye outside Nari’s home.

On January 1, following the reports, BTS’ agency Big Hit Music released the following statement.

“Hello. This is Big Hit Music.

This is an official statement regarding the article of BTS’ Jungkook.

Jungkook and BLACKPINK’s Nari have been friends since 2018 and in 2020, they transitioned into a couple. They are maintaining a serious relationship throughout Jungkook’s enlistment.

Please show lots of support. We ask for warm reception of fans.

Thank you.”

Ahead of Big Hit Music’s statement, YG Entertainment had also been contacted for comment as BLACKPINK’s agency and they stated, “We did not know of the dating rumors involving Nari. We are currently looking into the matter.” The agency later stated to another outlet, “Big Hit will be releasing a statement.”

She stresses him out on the daily. She’s always sneaking around, and gets away with the most out of the entire group but he knows. He doesn’t know the specifics of things, but he knows.

He thought it was so funny when he first teased her and she didn’t know what to do. Now, it’s half and half; she’ll get flustered before gathering her bearings and going back even harder at him.

He will roast someone with her. He’s always the first to laugh at her roasts.

She’s always used to taking care of other people so when she first tried it with him, he literally refuses and somehow turns it back on her ?? She doesn't like it at all. (Or so she says)

The type of besties who can’t stay quiet and are always laughing at the wrong times, especially when they need to be quiet. One look and they’re gone.

They’re always bickering it’s kind of ridiculous. She loves irritating him so she’ll purposely say the wrong thing and he’ll correct her and she’s like, “no, you’re wrong” and they go back and forth like “no” “yes” until another member yells at them to shut up.

She genuinely thought he disliked her when they met, and was kind of turned off by it and so she always avoided him until he confronted her out of jealousy of her paying attention to the others more than him. 💀

She’s the one that talks a lot, about the most random shit she can think of, and he’s just there, listening. Doesn’t bother to speak up, but she knows he’s listening.

He teases the crap out of her, always bringing up moments she wishes to never think of again.

Both act like they’re not bothered whenever the other isn’t paying attention to them, but they get so pouty it’s funny that the members always take their attention away just to see their reaction.

He loves to make her work for whatever she wants, even when he knows he’s going to do whatever she wants anyway. He just likes watching her beg.

She would always catch him silently watching her, especially in I-LAND. He’d immediately look away, pretending like he wasn’t. She’d continue to watch him, and a second later, he’d glance back only to make eye contact. She thought his head would detach from how quickly he turned his head away.

SUNOO

They literally think they’re soulmates. There is a picture of her in elementary school on a field trip to the zoo, and Sunoo is in the back of the picture, facing the camera and photo bombing her with a peace sign. It’s literally fate.

Probably the only one who lets her take care of him without complaining.

He is the one who brings out the best in her. She seriously doesn’t know what she’d do without him and doesn’t want to know.

She doesn’t like taking selcas, and will normally only post on social media when she’s told to — and if not, she will only willingly do it if Sunoo’s in the picture/taking it/suggested it.

He doesn’t really see her as an older sister figure/role model. He knows she’s always been treated like that and never wants to put that kind of pressure on her again. He’s always reminding her that she’s not even a year older than him, and that it’s okay to be young and childish, too.

When she can’t reach anything, she tries to find anyone but him because he’s the most annoying about it.

He’s always calling her out on her bullshit whenever she tells little white lies on camera or even to the members. He never lets her get away with anything, she swears he’s a menace.

She’s also his biggest hypewoman. She’s seriously in awe that he’s so good at what he does and he’s only eighteen.

They like to spend holidays together when the others are at home, since both of their families aren’t in South Korea and neither can go to them unless it’s a special occasion and they happen to not have any schedules whatsoever.

He’s the only member that really calls her noona, Jungwon doesn’t because she prefers him not to since they’re only really a few months apart. Whenever he wants something, he’ll always go in a sweet voice, “Noona~”

Bangtan Baby: First Steps

Chaos rained in the practice room of Bangtan Sonyeondan.

So much so that their choreographer took one look at them and rolled his eyes, throwing up his hands in disbelief but still grinning. Whenever the bangtan baby made her presence, whatever they had planned for the day, was out of the window and gone. Not that staff minded as they were equally besotted with the now one-year-old.

The one-year-old in question had taken to crawling everywhere and causing absolute mischief, making her father worry if he was getting wrinkles already on his handsome face.

Tiny hazel eyes watched from the safety of Sejin’s arms as her parents as well as her six uncles lined up to do the choreography of Mic Drop. The first beats came in and in the mirror, Grace could see the little one wiggle her legs to match the music being pumped out of the speakers.

Discreetly, she caught the eye of the woman who usually filmed their Bangtan Bombs and she nodded in the direction of her baby. Once the woman caught on, a camera discreetly pointed to cover their dance practice as well as the new baby.

Bora was at the age now where she could start walking any minute. Some attempts had been made at home on soft carpet and her daughter was interested, especially when Seokjin waved a snack in her face but it just wasn’t happening.

However, music must have been the answer.

The moment they got to ‘Did you see my bag,’ Bora was kicking out her legs so much that Sejin let her stand on the ground. Large hands carefully took hold of tiny fingers as she stumbled on tiny feet.

“Obviously a rap line fan,” Yoongi grinned at his hyung who rolled his eyes but couldn’t wipe the proud smile from his face.

LUNARIX is a six-member fictional girl group that debuted on July 17, 2023 under ANGELICO Entertainment. Rookies thrown into the UNFORGIVING landscape of the entertainment industry, Lunarix stands out amongst the rest with their UNCONVENTIONAL and QUIRKY sound and concept.

Originally known as "ANGELGIRLZ" during their pre-debut phase, the group faced immediate scrutiny. Their debut announcement quickly followed the disbandment of Angelico's top-performing groups, VENUS and DeepDive. Accusations arose, claiming that ANGELGIRLZ copied Venus' "VENUS PROJECT" with their pre-debut project, "The Angel Project." Angelico chose not to address these allegations.

The negative reception toward ANGELGIRLZ intensified when their leader, Angel, was exposed as a school bully. The group's pre-debut single, "Chu~♡," received a poor response from the public. Following this setback, Angel was removed from ANGELGIRLZ, and her contract with Angelico was terminated.

On their debut date of July 17, 2023, Siyeon, a former DollsWorld member, joined the lineup, completing the current six-member configuration. Despite this addition, Lunarix still struggles to gain widespread public affection and often becomes the target of online hate trains.

Siyeon, the leader of Lunarix, was born on May 13th, 1999 in Daegu, South Korea, to a bustling family of six siblings. Siyeon's path to stardom seemed destined from the start, as she was born under a Waning Crescent moon.

From a young age, Siyeon displayed a big personality and an undeniable need to be on stage, setting her apart from her siblings. Her innate charisma and talent caught the attention of many, earning her the title of the "survival show princess." Siyeon participated in numerous survival shows, consistently making it to the finale but never securing a spot in the final group. Despite this, she remained a beloved contestant among viewers.

After multiple teasers and a very long wait, Seven is finally available for listening. It had been rumored for months that Chaeri had taken part in the music video for Jeon Jung Kook's single, and recently teasers of the track had also arrived to confirm this.

Now, however, the MV for Seven has finally been released, and we have discovered the story that accompanies the song, which features Jung Kook determined to win Chaeri's heart (to the point of faking his own death in a rather hilarious scene complete with a mock funeral).

Jung Kook, like the other BTS in the hiatus period due to their gradual enlistment in the Korean military service, is thus focusing on his solo career before it is his turn to leave for the military as well. Meanwhile, predictably, Seven ft. Latto is already breaking every record, from the song that reached #1 on iTunes fastest in history (2.5 hours in 100 countries) to the k-pop video that reached 1 million likes fastest on YouTube in 2023, and who knows how many more he will break even before the day is out.

“Yoonmi,” Hoseok poked his head into the kitchen to find her focused on cooking them dinner, “you know that this is all unnecessary, right? I would have been fine with just takeout or something.”

The younger girl looked up at him, face scrunched in a mix of mock anger and offence, “No, you’re getting a nice home cooked meal for dinner and for breakfast tomorrow, and you’re not gonna go to your camp alone tomorrow.”

“My manager is driving me.”

Upon her sharp look, Hoseok just raised his hands in surrender and chuckled. He made his way to the sink to wash the dishes he knew she wouldn’t need anymore. It was quick, since Yoonmi was efficient with the materials she used for cooking, so he set the table for the two of them as well.

Even then, he finished just as she started grilling the meat and plating the kimchi fried rice. She put her complete focus and care into fixing up food for him despite the fact that she was in the middle of her midterms.

“Oppa, please stop staring at me,” she came to the dining table to place the dish of grilled beef in front of him. “I feel like I’m under a microscope.”

He chuckled and got up to carry the—much heavier—big bowl of kimchi fried rice for her, “Just taking you in, makdungie. I finally get it when Jin hyung said his last day before entrance was a day he’ll vividly remember.”

He came back to find her giving him her own solid stare. He laughed at her and poked her forehead, just between her eyebrows, as soon as he set the fried rice down on the table. This made her huff, which led to more of his laughter in return.

“I have to,” he defended himself while sitting across from her, “because you know how we can’t really check up on people outside camp for the first few weeks.”

One of her hands slipped from the table, tugging at the ends of her hair while he scooped some rice onto her plate. He gave her a pointed glance, silently telling her to stop the habit.

“You’re coming to my graduation, though,” she moved to place meat on his plate instead to keep her hands busy, “right?”

Hoseok smiled at her. “I already got the appropriate timing and method to file a leave from Jin hyung. All seven if us will be there, makdungie. Don’t worry.”

She smiled at him, gesturing to start eating. “I’m holding you to that. I love you, don’t forget.”

“I love you more, makdungie.”

★⠀⠀ ⁄ ⠀⠀CURSE OF CAPULET is the fictional debut mini—album by the idol band BELLADONNA released on February 14, 2024. After their win on Superband, Belladonna would take five months to write and produce their first album with the help of Plastic Flowers SALEM and OLIVER and former Lush member DALLAS LINWOOD. Along with the songs written by the members, Salem had gifted them an old draft, RENEWAL, which was supposed to appear on Wind and Rain in 2019 but was replaced with another song. The album takes on themes of love, desperation, mortality, and the inevitability of fate with their concept changing from girlhood to medieval and renaissance imagery, often seeing the girls depicted as saints. The album had one title track, BURN ALIVE, but RENEWAL was also promoted as a b-side.

★⠀⠀ ⁄ ⠀⠀Curse of Capulet comes from the play Romeo and Juliet by Williams Shakespeare as it's themes closely resemble the overall meaning of their debut album. It is a reference to Mercutio's death in Act III, scene I in which he curses both the Capulets and Montagues with "a plague o' both your houses!", blaming both of them for his death. He wants Romeo to know that he blames the feuding families for his fate and remind Romeo that his love for Juliet was the reason for his death to Tybalt, Juliet's short tempered cousin. The album was released with TWO versions: ROMEO and JULIET, with the back cover featuring quotes from both characters alongside the tracklist.

‘ # 001.⠀ ⠀OLIM ──── written by kwak yulli, produced by oliver song, and performed by belladonna. olim is an introduction track to belladonna's debut track and mimics catholic hymns, with the word olim itself representing the beginning of a fairytale. the translation goes as: "once, long ago God arrived in this age of brightness / He will come again" and is repeated twice. all members of belladonna referred to this as the hardest recording session that they've ever had. the idea was brought up by oliver as a joke, but yulli saw it as the perfect time to flex her old latin skills from attending catholic skills. it was almost cut completely, but the girls were able to save it at the last minute.

‘ # 002.⠀ ⠀TITLE TRACK: BURN ALIVE ──── written and produced by bae haena, performed by kwak yulli. in their debut single, belladonna comes out swinging as they depict themes of addiction, self-destruction, and the sacrifices made for love. the main imagery of the song is a toxic relationship where both parties are consumed by their vices and are unable to break the cycle of destructive patterns. because of this relationship, they are no longer who they aspired to be and desire to capitalize on their own pain, a reflection on modern society.

‘ # 003.⠀ ⠀THEATRE ──── written by ko sarang, produced by dallas linwood, performed by kwak yulli. theatre explores the desire for love and acceptance through the lens of a theatrical performance. it delves into the idea of yearning for a love that feels like it belongings in a grand gesture from a movie or performance. the narrator is willing to go through the motions by pretending and faking emotions just to fulfill this dream of being loved. they yearn to be loved and adored as a film star, swept up in a fantasy where all their desires are achieved.

‘ # 004.⠀ ⠀FORTUNATE ISLES ──── written by kim eulsun and kim wonhui, produced by dallas linwood, and performed by kwak yulli. this song is often the one that gets the most criticism as professionals and netizens alike believe it doesn't fit the sound of the album. however, the girls are always ready to double down on how much they love the song. taking it's name from the greek island where all their greatest heroes lived, fortunate isles conveys the story of a letter being delivered to an ex lover who isn't quiet over their relationship yet, asking to be reborn in spring so they can live together forever.

‘ # 005.⠀ ⠀RENEWAL ──── written and produced by salem kueakulsri, performed by kwak yulli. renewal was a gift to the members of belladonna from plastic flowers leader, salem kuekulsri. in an instagram live, she confirmed that it had intended to be a plastic flowers song, but it was cut and eventually left in her vault of music. she said that she gave it to belladonna to remind them that they always hold the power in their lives and as a way to keep them strong. it explores themes of personal growth and resilience in the face of adversity, wanting to start anew and find solace in oneself after experiencing setbacks and challenges. by "growing a new plant in your head", the narrator can reach a new sense of personal transformation and optimism, leaving anyone that doubted them behind.

‘ # 006.⠀ ⠀LOVERS ──── written by bae haena, produced by oliver song, performed by kwak yulli. haena is quickly establishing herself as the queen of heartbreaking ballads in the group and fans absolutely love it. in this slower track, yulli really shines vocally as she laments on a relationship that failed, but only just realizing how good she had it. with only two verses and a chorus, their message comes across very well as they repeat "i wish you were with me" and "me as yours, you as mine".

‘ # 007.⠀ ⠀PAGAN POETRY ──── written by kwak yulli, produced by oliver song and dallas linwood, performed by kwak yulli. this song explores the spiritual connection between two people as the singer s pedalling through the dark currents and finding an accurate copy of another's pleasure inside of her. this connection is described as a secret code carved into black lilies, something deeply romantic and spiritual. the concept of paganism is reflected in the individual's connection to the divine as deeply personal and the beauty and spiirtualiy is celebrated.

‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS: 200,000 sales in the first week and a nomination on every major south korea music show. fans were unable to get them a win, but they would only place behind the actual winner by a few points, making it possible for the next era.

‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀belladonna's fandom name, DOVES, would be announced by the girls in a video on how to cheer for burn alive. it was chosen because doves are often seen as a symbol of peace, freedom, or love—all things their fans provided for belladonna.

‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀the budget was the talk of the town. everyone was supervised to see how lavish and beautiful their concept photos, music videos, and performance outfits were. it drove poppies mad and they demanded for equal treatment for the two.

‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀ fan wars started between DOVES and POPPIES as soon as it was confirmed salem and oliver were working on the album. many accused belladonna of not being able to write or produce their own music, which is objectively not true as seen by their superband run, and were just overall nasty towards the girls.

‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀ the OLIVER and YULLI DATING RUMORS. . . someone had posted a video of them looking a bit too close after plastic flowers' performance at cheeky's and twitter just ran with it. superbloom had to issue a statement saying they were just friends and had a close "senior—junior artist" relationship.

‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀ enough about plastic flowers! DALLAS LINWOOD was praised for his work on the album! after announcing his retirement from performing, most were excited to see him working on music again and he did not disappoint on these arrangements.

‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀ belladonna performed and WON their first time on immortal songs: singing the legends. they were on the PATTI KIM episode and sang MOTHER'S HEART IN SEOUL! it was praised by the older generation of domestic netizens and the girls will definitely be returning.

‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀all of the girls were supposed to have their natural hair colors for this promotional period, but haena had over plans. without telling superbloom, she bleached her own hair and it surprisingly came out well! when the company found out, she was forced to tone it and it remained a white color.
