— HAUTE PINK is a fictional K-pop girl group under Flowerbank Entertainment. Originally, the group debuted under Angelico Entertainment with the lineup of Misun, Jamie, Jisoo, Bada, Lexa, and Soojin but would fall inactive after the debut of Venus in 2018. Haute Pink comprised former members of the rotational girl group SE4SONS. They were beloved by the general public for their sexy and girl crush concept, which was very different from their former group's typical soft and cute concept.
Despite the group being fairly successful for their time, Angelico left them dormant after Venus's debut in 2018, just three years after the girls' debut. After a year of inactivity, four members would terminate their contracts with Angelico, including Jisoo, Bada, Lexa, and Soojin, leaving only Misun and Jamie in Haute Pink. This was until in 2020, nearly two years of nothing from Misun, Jamie, and Haute Pink in general, their contract would be purchased by Flowerbank Entertainment in what Angelico CEO, Son Jinhwa, would say was "an act of pity."
Under Flowerbank Entertainment, Haute Pink would reform, adding Sunny, Fame, Yui, and Josie in 2021. All four girls were former Angelico trainees, leading the public to believe that Flowerbank was attempting to infiltrate Angelico. Though the CEOs would dispute these claims, calling them "silly and baseless," netizens would cite this as the first real sign of tension between the companies.
Haute Pink would resume activities in 2022 after three years of inactivity. Due to the beloved IZ*ONE member Josie Lee being in the lineup, the group's debut would be an instant hit, skyrocketing the girls to heights they never experienced under Angelico. Known for their dedication to the girl crush concept and consistently incorporating pink in every activity they do, the girls have built a steady and fiercely dedicated fanbase.

lemme be friends with bliss fr cause she’s LITERALLY the only smart one like!! super proud of you queen 🥹💕🤞🏽
i personally believe chloe is an evil genius who will outsmart them all one day but bliss is very strong willed and has an iron backbone ill give her that!
nah they lost me fr 😭😭 like come on yall was FREE kinda but DANG got me stressing fr
i am about to drop a bomb but iseul is not good at her job and neither is carmen!! at least, NOT DEFENDING HIM, BUT at least!! jinhwa is good at his job!! like, okay, listen, walk with me, baby; if we solely look at this from a business decision, they made the right choice. everything under flowerbank has been purely luck based. PLUS, IDK, JUST ME! flowerbank needed to pay for the deepdive bullshit that was fucked up imo!
is hyojin's death and her participation in getting rid of his body going to significantly impact chloe's character or motivations at all? i literally think about that scene every time she's brought up like it changed MY brain chemistry so i'm really wondering about HERS!!
it def gave her closure that she didn't want to admit that she needed. chloe is very very guarded and secretive when it comes to what hyojin did to her and her assault which is touched on a little in the Doll Bones piece but it's one of those things that's kinda hard to write about so i haven't fully delved into it yet at least not on here publicly jfnkdfj but, yeah, it brought her a lot of peace but also a lot of rage. hyojin might be dead but the other men involved aren't. she's very aware of that and it genuinely impacts her day to day living, like, the tragic thing about chloe is she wants to move on from this traumatic thing that happened to her by pretending it didn't happen and now that the one who facilitated it is dead, it's all over, but it's not over. she lives with it every time she has sex, every time she sees a man, every time someone says something she doesn't like, every day she lives with it and just pretends she doesn't which fills her with rage. chloe is so angry all the time and that really stems from hyojin dying. i def rambled a bit and had to stop myself before i rambled more because i don't know if I'm making too much sense but ksjdnfjksd yeah no it altered her brain chemistry for the better and the worst.
i remember when i first got into the ficitonal idol community n stuff, venus was the first account i got into and i would see other accounts with a similar layout to yours and be like "omfg they're copying her thats so mean whats wrong with people" and then i realized every single account was yours and that ur a creative genius
that last part omg nonnieeee....thank youuuuu!!! that was too kind 🩷🩷🩷🩷
yoonah whacking the shit out of juwon for signing with jinhwa only for her and the rest of the girlies to ALSO sign with jinhwa:
(like do i think juwon deserved it? yes! is it slightly hypocritical? also yes!)
i think it was more a hypocrite thing for her like juwon talked so much shit about hating jinhwa, hating what he did to her, putting in her head that jinhwa is awful (he is) and then goes and signs with him like it just altered her perception of him SO BAD like....that's a massive hypocrite to her now not the man she loved which it's even arguable that she didn't even love juwon that much to start out with and literally just settled with him to reprieve herself from jinhwa which she will never admit to but it's literally the truth so...yeah tldr; yoonah is a hypocrite lmao!
technically generations shift based on when the music trends shift so if issayah was still making music aligned with the trends of 2nd gen they would probably be considered a 2nd gen group, even if they "technically" debuted during the start of 3rd gen. that's why some people will classify nct dream as a 4th gen group even though they debuted in 2016, because their music follows the trends that make up 4th gen music more closely than they follow 3rd gen trends
yeah, no, this is why i always categorized venus as third gen because a lot of their earlier stuff is third gen music like they didn't start making fourth gen sounding stuff until....fourth gen jnskjdakda and even then idk they're in their own league music wise imo but, yeah, no, issayah 2nd gen boy group and venus 3rd gen girl group mhm!
so i believe the generations are seperated like this :
1st Gen : 1996 - 2004
2nd Gen : 2005 - 2011
3rd Gen : 2012 - 2017
4th Gen : 2018 - 2023
5th Gen : 2023 - present
a lot of kpop stans ( from what i've seen ) actually say the boyz were the beginning of the 4th generation or one of the first groups and they debuted in december of 2017 so i think that list is mainly accurate. i had to check a few different sources but i hope this helps even in the slightest and my apologies if not!
okay amazing! here's the pinkscape divided by generations!
1st Gen : ALLUME (NPC)
2nd Gen : -
3rd Gen : ISSAYAH (NPC) + DEEPDIVE + BONES N' ALL + REJECTS
4th Gen : VENUS + HAUTE PINK + PUSHING DAISIES
5th Gen : LUNARIX + TWILIGHT
i personally see issayah as second gen but they debuted in 2012 so! and venus is on the cusp of 3rd and 4th gen like i thought but this was very helpful! thank you, nonnie! 🩷
